I've been mulling over Javier Solana's words in his Stockholm/Russia interview. You can watch it for yourself by clicking here. I've also been pondering his sudden total lack of fame at Google.com whereas at Yahoo.com he present enjoys 6,990,000 hits as of the time of this writing. At Google.com he is down to 297,000 hits -- that is until you do the search like this: "Javier Solana" -Cumbey
At which point, the hits instead of decreasing by the 9,800 stories where my name and his are mentioned together, increase dramatically to 5,680,000. That's somewhat less than the nearly 7 million stories he enjoys on Yahoo!
I've written before about "Google's New Math" when it came to Javier Solana numerical calcuations. I have read quotations from Javier Solana interviews in the past that he knew how to be invisible when necessary. I have more than a passing suspicion that "invisibility" is now becoming an operational necessity for Javier Solana.
My suspicion is that this is now not so much "the bland leading the bland" as it is Javier Solana controlling behind the scenes as he gives his advice to his "successor" in "private."
After all, he has been working for the European Union -- even before he was born! Who can argue with that?

I remember those days well (especially in Europe around the time of Reagan's election and after) - the days of the nuclear freeze movement, and of learning about unmistakable ties between different disarmament groups and the KGB. The KGB had what it called "active measures" that it used against the West, and the nuclear freeze / nuclear disarmament movement was heavily influenced and financed by the KGB.
The disarmament peaceniks then (and the environmentalists now) are both Reds either knowingly (the organizers) or unknowingly (what the KGB called "useful idiots").
There is definitely a continuity from the days of the Soviet Union up to the present in the underlying ideologies of anti-Western groups and organizations.
The question I keep wanting to research is the following:
What ties are there between the ongoing plans for a "Communist Worldwide Revolution" and the ongoing plans for a "New Age of Global Enlightenment"?
I know the spiritual roots of both get their nutrients from the waters that spring from the pit of hell, but in the networks and organizations that hold sway in today's world, what are the links? I sense in my heart that there are more than what at first might be apparent.

I'm trying to recover after watching the Detroit Lions lose to the Green Bay Packers. The Lions are one of the worst teams in the NFL. This year they've won 2 games, though. Last year they lost every game. We here in the State of Michigan have to endure this terrible team along with having the worst economy in the U.S.

The delegation did not officially raise the issue of human rights during the negotiations. Biden said they did not want 'to spoil the atmosphere with problems which are bound to cause distrust in our relations.' However, during the breaks between the sessions the senators passed to us several letters concerning these or those 'refuseniks'.
Refuseniks were one of the best known groups of oppressed citizens in the USSR at that time: thousands of Jews who were refused exit permissions to emigrate to Israel on various trumped-up pretexts.
Unofficially, Biden and [Senator Richard] Lugar said that, in the end of the day, they were not so much concerned with having a problem of this or that citizen solved as with showing to the American public that they do care for 'human rights'. They must prove to their voters that they are 'effective in fulfilling their wishes'. In other words, the collocutors directly admitted that what is happening is a kind of a show, that they absolutely do not care for the fate of most so-called dissidents.
In the same conversation, Biden asked us to ensure that senators' appeals on those issues are not left unanswered - even if we just reply that the letter is received but we cannot do anything.
Like most secret documents of the Cold War years, this report still remains classified in Russia's official archives. However, a copy is available in the Gorbachev Foundation Archive in Moscow, where it was deposited by Mr. Zagladin - who himself works for the Gorbachev Foundation since the collapse of the USSR. Under pressure from the Kremlin, the archive had to limit the access to some of its documentary collections. I was remembering a church that my husband and I attended over 20 years ago. Recently, the founding pastor of nearly 40 years retired. He had groomed his son-in-law to take his place. However, he was very wise. It was inevitable that difficulty of transition in leadership from a beloved pastor to new young blood would cause some to be disgruntled, stir trouble, leave the church, etc. The old pastor brought in an interim pastor. He, too, had retired from the pastorate, but was willing and qualified to take the helm of the large multifaceted ministry for a few years. He would take the brunt of any changes, complaints and squabbles after which the church would be prepared for the son-in-law.
In other words, the interim pastor was expendable. Van Rompuy and Ashton are expendable. The two examples here are not exactly parallel. I don’t think that Van Rompuy and Ashton are seasoned or qualified to take their positions. And I certainly don’t believe they are willing to stake their careers and reputations on this transition. But I do believe this is the shrewd strategy. Something big will occur to knock them out and usher in more capable hands. Seals may be breaking. Trumpets have yet to blow.

This is the primary story I have heard form Pavel as well. He lives not far from me in East London, and occasionally we have a drink together. I wonder how much more the Soviets had on British and American politicians, etc, that they've used to subvert our systems through blackmail. I can well believe that about Ted Kennedy too, which is probably why he did not defend the memory of his brothers in exposing this charade, e.g., JFK's notable speech against the secret societies, which followed hot on the tail of Eisenhower's speech exposing the Military Industrial Complex made before the latter left office.
And now, ironically, these same criminal bands want to disarm our countries and leave them defenceless!

Convergence, or surprise (decapitating) attack)?
That is one of the biggest and longest-lasting questions over at the discussion board I'm from.
The consensus there, after much discussion, is surprise attack, but there are some good arguments in favor of convergence, especially since Obama was elected. The plan for World Revolution changes as the world situation dictates, but the main goal is the same - destruction of the West, and Christianity in particular, because it is the main impediment to the world declaring "We are now gods, we need no God!"
If Russia can take us without a war then they will - so goes the argument for convergence. The best argument against convergence is that this is America, with a fully-armed citizenry, who are getting more and more fed up with the way things are going by the day. People seem to be waking up, sensing that something is Very Wrong with how things are going, even if they are not able to see exactly what it is yet. Internal strife is coming, if things don't change. Call it civil war, or call it the 2nd American Revolution, call it what you will.
And make no mistake.... the well-meaning 9/12ers and Tea Parties and other far-right movements have at some point been influenced by external agents of influence (agent provocateurs from what used to be the KGB and is now the FSB - which is a change in name only) to speed up the process of internal strife and collapse.
I just have this feeling that some big event looms on the horizon - one that will be a world-changing event. We'll wake up some morning and watch whatever it is on the news (or be experiencing it ourselves!) and it will like this little switch has been flipped, and there will no going back to the way things were.
It could be the attack spoken of by Dmitru Duduman in one of his visions - missiles off our coast being launched upon American cities.
Or, it could be "suitcase" nukes going off simultaneously in cities across the US, blamed on Islamic terrorists, but in reality it was Spetsnaz who had brought them in and placed them, perhaps giving the triggers to the terrorists at the the right moment.

in view of my last comment, please remember that Putin had no problem in murdering Russian dissident Alexander Litvinenko, on British soil, with a very rare radio-active material known as Polonium 2-10.
Polonium 2-10 could only have come from a tightly controlled (many of the "ex"-soviet labs are not, but a Polonium 2-10 lab sure would be)government nuclear facility under the express order of Putin. Not only did this material kill Litvinenko, but it also contaminated a small area of central London in the process, and risked war. This shows the mind-set of Putin, and the dangerous disconcern he has for the value of human life, whether one or many, in order to achieve his goals.

Once again, I have jumped a little too quickly, and the ignorance I declared for others it seems has pinned itself to me by my use of the phrase 'in its entirety', not only because of my original misspelling here.
The reason I say this is because, whilst I agree with the majority of what is said here by Nigel Farange, I find it difficult to believe that somebody in his position is unaware of Javier Solana.
It is therefore open to debate as to whether Nigel himself is a stooge, whose task, through his UKIP party, is to give the British people the appearance (through smoke and mirror tactics) that somebody is truly standing up for what we British believe in.
This then quietens the last groans of the British Lion, i.e, soothing the wrath of the British people long enough to strip away the last vestiges of sovereignty from the UK, and to fully accomplish the Huxleian social conditioning of our populace.
Remember my hang ups with Alex Jones in his media expose? Perhaps Farange is a similar set-up in the EU sphere of politics. I hope I am wrong, and also recognise that this could potentially paint anyone, including myself, that exposing such subterfuge could lead the exposer to being considered guilty of it (very 1984 indeed)!
I still think that the majority of his speech, regardless of what he himself is up to, is something we Brits should shout form the roof-tops.
P.S., does anyone here know whether or not Solana is still in direct control of the 10 military nations of the WEU? It is a point to be noted, alongside his undoubtedly dubitable 'mentoring' of the appointed pigmies 'in charge'.

How is Senator Lugar tied to Solana? He's my senator, and he used to be a good guy, way back in the day when Reagan took office.
Unfortunately, lately he has been nothing but a true politician, wanted to be seen as a person worthy of remembrance. His tendencies of appeasement and cluelessness regarding Russia have angered me in the past. And now I hear that he is friends with Solana.

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and French President Nicolas Sarkozy said the wealthiest nations should set aside the money as part of a climate agreement at next month's U.N. summit on the issue in Copenhagen.
Sarkozy told reporters at a Commonwealth heads of government meeting in Trinidad that the fund should provide $10 billion annually for the next three years to help poor countries fight deforestation and reduce their carbon emissions as well as address effects of climate change. He also called for the creation of a "world environmental organization" to monitor progress on curbing pollution.
"We can no longer afford to be unambitious," he said of global climate efforts. "What is at stake here is the future of our planet."

I'd thought as much about Solana still being in control of European 'Defence', 'Security' and the ten toes, and had wanted to highlight this by my question I am 2/3rds of the way through Herb Peters' book, 'Recommendation 666', which is very well argued indeed.
I know your patience and kindness towards me has been immense, not only over recent threads but over earlier postings too.
It is sometimes easy with a 30 something 'Wanna-know' like me, to forget that all were once so, just as it is equally easy for this 30 something 'Wanna-know' to rush in with my 'two-pennies worth' because I've studied about the antics of the NWO/NAM conspiracy for a year or two, to forget, myself, that there are folks here who have been studying this for twenty or even nigh on 30 years, especially yourself. I am humbled and inspired not only by your wealth and depth of knowledge here, but also by your wealth and depth of compassion and patience.
I REALLY DO NOT hate America and all she stands for, unlike many Europeans and others around the World (who often also hate my country too).
