UPDATE:  JULY 16, 2008

Looks like Solana is still calling the shots on the new "Mediterranean Union" variation on a theme of the Barcelona Process which began under him in November 1995.

According to a current Reuters article, the European Union is about ready to enter into a partnership agreement with Syria, the first new one under the updated Barcelona Process in the form of the MU.  The announcement was made by Javier Solana.

Solana gave a speech at a July 15-16 combined Brookings Institution / Bertelsmann Foundation  -- about global governance -- from his itinerary:

"No time to go it alone Responsible Sovereignty and International Cooperation for a Changed World"

That speech was  clearly a followup on an earlier Brookings Institution keynote speech he gave on global governance on March 21, 2007, "Managing Global Insecurity. " This one again is for a Bertelsman/Brookings conference named -- guess what?  MANAGING GLOBAL INSECURITY."  Stay tuned!

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water . . .  And why do I feel so insecure -- what with Javier Solana, the Bertelsmann Foundation and our very own Brookings Institution, "Managing Global Insecurity"?

On the Irish front, Sarkozy is planning a visit to Dublin next week to discuss the Irish rejection of the Lisbon Treaty.

BARCELONA PROCESS ADVANCES

Tomorrow, July 13th, 2008, on the very eve of Javier Solana's 66th birthday, his Barcelona Process sees great enhancement and enlargement. According to the EUBusiness, "[H]eads of state and government from the 27 EU nations and an arc of countries running from Morocco to the Balkans-- representing some 756 million people -- will endorse the new forum at the Grand Palais on Paris's Champs Elysee."

The conference will feature Syria's president Bashir Al-Assad and Israel's Ehud Olmert sitting at the same table. Just like November 27-28, 1995 when Javier Solana launched the process, Libya's president will not be there.

The updated Mediterranean initiative is said to be concentrating on what Javier Solana usually calls "confidence building measures -- "modest regional projects."

"The new forum will concentrate on a series of modest regional projects.They
will focus on cleaning up pollution in the Mediterranean, building highways and
sea lanes, disaster response, developing solar energy, boosting education and
research, and helping to foster business. 'It is by working together around
concrete projects that the Mediterraneans will get to know each other, to
understand each other, respect each other and perhaps like each other,' Henri
Guaino, one of the architects of the union, told Saturday's Le Monde newspaper . . ."

This new phase of the Barcelona Process, which Sarkozy calls the "Mediterranean Union" is building on Barcelona. It is according to its planners, "putting the participants on a more equal footing. Evidently Libya's Muammar Khaddafy does not see it that way. In 1995, he boycotted the original Barcelona Conference. The weekend before he prophetically told Arab League participants, "Can't you see this is a blatant European attempt to gain hegemony over our region." However, in 2000, he was reportedly panicked at being left out of the 'European Club' and signed on with reportedly humiliating conditions given him for his earlier attempted obstruction. For whatever reason, which remains to be publicly reported, he has evidently decided that perhaps the threat of European hegemony is a real and present danger and he is having none of it.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy is given much credit for putting this together. My present opinion is that it is still Javier Solana working behind, as he has in the past, the present holder of the six month rotating presidency of the European Union, which for now is France, who has been the real mover and shaker.

Speaking of Javier Solana, I found this startling statement he gave as part of a London Financial Times interview:

‘As time goes by I do whatever I want. I know what people think. I pursue my own agenda. I don’t have to check everything with everyone. I would rather have forgiveness than permission. If you ask permission, you never do anything’.<1>

A secretariat will be appointed to supervise these projects. My educated guess is that Javier Solana's word processor complete with "chain of command" will once again be used and that this will come under Javier Solana's remit.

Reading the preliminary material on the link they supplied, I noticed remarkable similarities to old publications by Barbara Marx Hubbard about a "Planetary Smile." I suspected the Institute of Noetic Sciences was lurking somewhere even though Princeton is East Coast and IONS is West Coast. Following the links, here's what I found:

I decided to see if perhaps the New Age variety of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, co-founded by long-time Fellowship Foundation activist, Paul N. Temple was separate and apart from the Luciferic initiation type of David Spangler and/or Benjamin Crème and his Maitreya.

I am saddened to tell you it is not. It could hardly be more open and blatant. Here is a literal antichrist special from the latest IONS newsletter:

Saturday night's banquet speaker will be Wayne Peterson a recently retired
career US Diplomat who served the United States for 32 years. For the last 17
years of his career, Mr. Peterson directed the Fulbright Scholarship Program,
based in Washington, DC, but which is administered though US embassies
throughout the world.

Mr. Peterson started his international
service in the Peace Corps, where he founded the extremely successful S.O.S
program in Brazil, a privately funded venture which provided aid to the very
poorest citizens of that country. Melvin Laird, who later became Secretary of
Defense under Richard M. Nixon, was a direct supporter of Mr. Peterson's
project.

At the end of his Peace Corps tour of duty, Peterson was
approached by the American ambassador in Brazil, who asked him to become a
career diplomat and to serve in the embassy in Rio de Janeiro. Mr. Peterson
passed the qualifying examinations and was accepted into the U.S. Foreign
Service before his Peace Corps term was over. For the next 13 years, he served
in various diplomatic capacities in Latin America, Southeast Asia and, finally,
Africa.

In addition to being a retired US Diplomat of distinction,
Mr. Peterson is also a very spiritually evolved human being. He has led
Transmission Meditation groups for many years and is the author of the book,
"Extraordinary Times, Extraordinary Beings", in which Mr. Peterson describes his
direct encounters with spiritual masters such asSathya Sai Baba, and Maitreya, a
spirit being working to help humanity evolve. His rich life experiences as well

SATAN NOW APPEARING NAKED IN HUMAN HISTORY?

Javier Solana and Nicolas Sarkozy -- Things are [obviously] cozy!

From time to time I have seriously recommended Fr. Seraphim Rose's excellent book. It is published by the St. Herman of Alaska Brotherhood. It is entitled ORTHODOXY AND THE RELIGION OF THE FUTURE. He wrote the book from a Russian Orthodox perspective, but with a directness and a clarity that will benefit all seeking the truth. I wish I could have discussed the book with its author, but he died of pneumonia in a San Francisco hospital in 1982, the year my own work went national. A friend of mine, Marie Fisher, who then lived in Seattle checked the group out for me on a trip she made in the late 1980s to northern California. The difficult primitive living conditions of the author's monastic order no doubt made him more susceptible to the pneumonia that claimed him. He undoubtedly saw the same trends I viewed then with alarm -- the alarm that caused me to write THE HIDDEN DANGERS OF THE RAINBOW. He wrote that the years ahead promised to be more terrible than anyone could comprehend -- "it would appear that Satan is now entering naked into human history."

Today, ABC news reported a startling story. I don't know how much notice it obtained -- I had no opportunity to watch the news apart from just grasping what I could on the internet before retiring for the night (ok, the rest of the early morning at least -- it is now nearly 1 a.m.!).

A former local Democratic party leader for Durham, North Carolina was arrested along with her husband. She was reportedly a former Vice-Chairman. Both were accused of torture and sex crimes through their Order of the Golden Dawn type Satanic cult, Order of the Morning Star. Pictures shown on the TV clip further indicated a link to something calling itself "Indigo Dawn." Here is a link to its site. You may view it for yourself by going to ABC News and viewing "world news" videos. It was further alleged that the couple trapped, chained and starved their victims first.

This local Democratic party leader was an activist in the New Age Movement. She headed the local UN association. She wrote articles claiming that she had been told by her spirit guides that her role was to help usher in the New Age. Her articles detailing that may be read by clicking here. Here is a particularly interesting excerpt

"Another trigger for the New Age will be peace in the Middle East . . . Do not underestimate what humanity can achieve. Keep in mind that civilization started in the Middle East, so peace there is imperative to peace worldwide . . . I invite all of you to look at the Temple Mount and tell me if you can see enough space in between the two mosques to add another place of worship. Imagine the Temple of Solomon sitting in between the five mosques, and you will have perfect harmony on the Temple Mount . . . "

I wonder what Fr. Seraphim Rose would have said about that? I suspect he would not be surprised. I also suspect he would tell us we should face these times with prayerful sobriety. I further wonder how his religious order is faring in the Northern California fires?

For those of you rising and cheered by TODAY SHOW or other coverage of positive "world peace announcements" on the progress of North Korea in allegedly dismantling nuclear facilities, hold on to your cheers and seatbelts. Rev. Moon, the self-proclaimed "Lord of the Second Advent" has long been courting North Korea for his permanent base -- a country he hopes to totally control. He has profitable manufacturing operations there. This is amply documented in John Gorenfeld's important new book, BAD MOON RISING. The Bush family has received millions from Moon in speaker's fees to Bush the Elder. Younger brother, Neil Bush has entangled business interests with Moon related persons. Prominent "former" Moonie Josette Sheeran was nominated and pushed by the Bush adminstration to lead the United Nations World Food Programme. She now heads it. Her executive offices are in Rome. You may rightly assume that if Rev. Moon had perceived her as an "apostate" and opposed her nomination she would not be there. You may further rightfully assume that her ascension was a payback to Rev. Moon for past favors!





If anybody truly believes that the new head of the World Food Programme, Josette Sheeran is truly free of Unification Church, and "Father" Sun Myung Moon, I have a bridge to sell them: Brooklyn or Chappaquiddick, take your pick!






In December 1983, a very key Moon operative, Joseph Tully, Executive Director of CAUSA, USA admitted to me they were working with "Maitreya the Christ" proponent Benjamin Creme. He further VOLUNTEERED to me that they were working with Tara Center, the organizational name under which Creme then did business. As of late, he has used the organization "Share International." What Josette Sheeran is urging and advancing sounds so very much like typical pronouncements from that group.

"GLOBAL WARMING" and IRAN TO PULL ECONOMIC ASSETS FROM EU?

UPDATE:  IT APPEARS THAT THE USA MAY BE SUCCUMBING TO EU'S SOLANA'S PRESSURE.  The United States pentagonhas now declared "global warming" a "national security issue."  This is straight out of Javier Solana's March 14, 2008 paper!  HOWEVER, there was an earlier 2003 Pentagon report by "Futurist" (translate:  "Cultural Creative" / "New Ager") Peter Schwartz.  Fascinating.  Is Solana writing for us?  Is Al Gore writing for Solana?  Are Peter Schwartz and the World Future Society writing for all?  Stay tuned!

According to an article which you may read by clicking here, Iran plans to punish the European Union for the sanctions it is imposing against it for the Iranian nuclear power plans.  Javier Solana has been the world's primary designated voice on the Iranian issues.  It should be most interesting to see how Javier Solana, the European Union, and the other agencies designating Solana as their voice will react.  Stay tuned!

Ireland had better get on board or else!

IRELAND HAS GREATLY ANGERED THE BRUSSELS BUREAUCRACY 

Comparatively little has been heard from the European Union on the Irish rejection of the Lisbon Treaty.  Javier Solana said the Lisbon Treaty was to mean deep reform for Europe.  After the 2006 European Constitution rejections, his powers as Europe's Foreign Minister designate were to be legally preserved with a lesser title of "High Representative."  Ireland demanded and got a referendum.  Leery of the "Arming Big Brother" potential of Solana's office, whether held by him or a potential successor, the Irish people, to the chagrin of their national leaders, voted a resounding "no."

Solana has said little.  He's had plenty of big international press in the days since the Irish rejection -- but on an international stage virtually representing the world on Iranian nuclear issues.  

It appears he may be designating and/or allowing others to speak for him -- the unifying theme is that ONE VOICE is needed to speak for Europe on the world stage.  According to the London Financial Times Denmark's Prime Minister Rasmussen delivered this warning to the Irish:

"The Lisbon treaty is already a political balance between conflicting interests.  If you start cherry picking you open a Pandora's box and it will be a never ending process."

The Prime Minister warned the Irish to "follow Denmark."  Denmark voted against the earlier Maastricht treaty to substitute the euro for national money.  Denmark secured opt-outs against part of the treaty it objected to and only after those opt-outs were secured did the Danish voters say "yes."  

Denmark's opt-outs may not last.  They have an upcoming autumn referendum to remove two of the four ones.

Said Rasmussen at Thursday's EU summit, undoubtedly in Solana's approving presence:

"I strongly believe Lisbon provides us with the necessary framework for co-operation between 27 nations . . . We need an efficient decision-making system TO SPEAK WITH ONE STRONG VOICE on the international scene."

So far, Javier Solana has been the face and voice of Europe.  I rather suspect he will not be out of a job anytime soon.  His grandfather Salvador de Madariaga, as reported in a March 14, 1937 New York Times article, profoundly disapproved of universal suffrage -- the common man lacked sufficient education to make an informed decision.  

I wonder how far the apple fell from that tree?  Stay tuned!

UPDATE: Speaking of myths and symbols: Javier Solana has been a major, if not the primary mover on the Alliance of Civilizations and related initiatives.    As the foregoing quotation from an article in the UNESCO Courier February 1995 reprinting a Salvador de Madariaga speech shows, the ideas are not new in Solana's family. If Solana's grandfather's (Salvador de Madariaga) sentiments are any clue to Solana's present inclinations, there may be a determined effort to reshape our beliefs afoot.  

THE SIDE PICTURES:  The side pictures are of the European Space Agency's newest initiative:  GAIA, expected to pentetrate the universe in 2011.  This agency is directly under Javier Solana's authority.  He alone has power to shut it down.  The "earth goddess" symbolism "GAIA) used is very clear.

"We must think of culture as an organized whole. For instance, a family must have a family culture; a state must have a state culture, and the organized humanity we are painfully trying to build must have an organized human culture.

     "Can this group culture be transmitted to the masses by intellectual means? I do not think so, and I believe that modern states have sorely neglected this aspect of the transmission of culture -- an aspect which was never neglected during the periods of richness and unity of culture, for instance during the great periods of the Church. The Church managed to propagate Catholic culture, group culture, by the only means that are effective in reaching the masses, i.e. through mythology and symbolism. Now in my opinion, however bad mythology and bad symbolism are misused nowadays -- or rather, however, mythology and symbolism are misused nowadays in order to propagate a bad culture (for there can be bad culture) -- we must learn to formulate, or rather to create, myths and symbols in such a way as to propagate this group culture among our peoples.

     "So far as I am concerned, I am convinced that if the League of Nations has so far failed (as it obviously has) to create an international atmosphere of peace and cooperation, it is because the efforts made in this direction have been directed towards intelligence, because the realm of symbols and myths has been abandoned."

Well, wonder what the myths and symbols are to be this time around? I suspect "global warming" is one. What do you think?

MY PERSPECTIVE - INTERNET RADIO - JUNE 13, 2008

Sarah Leslie, Editor of CONSCIENCE Magazine and popular blogspot HERESCOPE is my scheduled guest today on MY PERSPECTIVE internet and satellite radio program.  We will be discussing  the now not-so-mysterious appearance of New Age leader Willis Harmon on various  evangelical platforms.  We will be discussing the roots of that appearance and the fruits of that push.  Was Doug Coe's Fellowship Foundation involved?  What was the role of Paul N. Temple, a board member of Fellowship Foundation d/b/a "International Foundation"?  What if anything did this have to do with the determined efforts of various "cult watching" groups such as SCP (Spiritual Counterfeits Project), CRI (Christian Research Institute), and EMRI (Evangelical Ministries to New Religions) to suppress anti-New Age information from reaching the Christian community.   What was the scope of these efforts?  Are they continuing?

Today, June 13, 2008, Irish vote "NO" on Lisbon Treaty.

I was in a court mandated electronic court filing training session this morning and I thank Farmer and the others for posting the news, which I did not first expect to read in the comments section on my own blogspot.  I rather suspect some will believe this means things are more remote rather than closer.  For the following reasons, I suspect not.

The ancient prophecy of Daniel:  "And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron:  forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all tings:  and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.  And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.  And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.  And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men:  BUT THEY SHALL NOT CLEAVE ONE TO ANOTHER, EVEN AS IRON IS NOT MIXED WITH CLAY."  Daniel 2:40-43

But, there will be a turning over to whoever and whatever the beast is the power of these kings -- strong and weak:

"And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.  These have one mind and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.  These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lam shall overcome them . . . (Revelation 17:12-14) 

"AND THE TEN HORNS WHICH THOU SAWEST UPON THE BEAST, THESE SHALL HATE THE WHORE, AND SHALL MAKE HER DESOLATE AND NAKED AND SHALL EAT HER FLESH, AND BURN HER WITH FIRE.  FOR GOD HATH PUT IN THEIR HEARTS TO FUFIL HIS WILL, AND TO AGREE AND GIVE THEIR KINGDOM UNTO THE  BEAST, UNTIL THE WORDS OF GOD SHALL BE FULFILLED. . ."

I suspect there is a great deal of panic in Europe right now -- I wonder who has best track of the marbles that can put the pieces together in the eyes of the leadership of these countries?  I suspect I know, but then again, your guess is as good as mine.

The prophecy of the antichrist was that it was a vile person who would arise to whom they would NOT GIVE the honor of the kingdom -- he would come in peaceably and obtain the kingdom by flatteries . . . and with the arms of a flood would he be overflown from before them.

At the very least, we are living in interesting times.  Stay tuned!

I just discovered Adam's Blog.  His subject today is "Making Christianity a Hate Crime."  He has a very listenable and well articulated podcast account  (which I just surfed upon) is accurate, a Canadian Catholic priest is being prosecuted by Canada's Human Rights Commission for expressing traditional scriptural and Catholic Church teachings about the sacredness of marriage and against same-sex marriage.  His objections were expressed in the context of a debate.  It is MUST LISTENING and here is a tiny URL link to it.  I found it surfing information for Michelle Obama and discovered a startling fund raising letter by her posted at Prolifeblog and then a link to "Adam's Blog."  

Breaking News:  "kck" a participant on our board has just called my attention to some very current breaking news on Javier Solana and the "new era" ("New Age"?) being ushered in within Europe.  He is putting great pressure on the European Union to swiftly and massively militarize itself.   Stay tuned!

KOSOVO 1999, JERUSALEM WHEN?

"Why, those entangling foregn alliances are good for you!" exclaimed Javier Solana  in accepting a 1999 Christian Herter Foreign Policy Award,in Boston, Massachusetts.  Solana was referring to George Washington's Farewell Message to Americans. 

 It takes a lot of "cheek" to come into a country and mock its national icons.  It was no small demonstration of his self-confidence that he said what he did.   Was there a basis in fact for it?

 In that same speech, Solana confided that he had exclusive authority to make military decisions for NATO and he possessed that authority since January 30th, 1999.  "I don't intend to exercise it without checking in with the others, but nevertheless, the power is mine and mine alone," said he.

 Solana indeed had an unusual grant of power from NATO.  Usually the Secretary General of NATO plays a ministerial role, taking direction from its constituent members and then passing along that direction to the mlitary operatives.  He was later to get unusual powers from European countries with equally unusual bill numbers!

 Madeline Albright noted on her State Department home page, "Solana has the power and has had it since January 30th [1999].  We are speaking with one voice through Javier Solana."

 Much of my research has been done the "poor man's way" -- via television and the internet.  Fortunately, if used appropriately, both give a much more accurate window on the world.  On Sunday, March 21, 1999, I awakened with "the mother of all migraines."  I planned to dress for church, but it was clear I was going nowhere in that condition.  As I was nursing my headache, waiting for the Vanquish (my favorite headache remedy) to kick in, my husband switched on our bedroom TV to "Sunday Morning," the CBS news program that airs weekly from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

 Midway through the program, there was an unusual interruption:  "We interrupt this program to bring you an important announcement," said the acting program host.  "Javier Solana, the Secretary General of NATO has just announced that the bombing of Yugoslavia may start as soon as the next few hours."

 As soon as the headache sufficiently lifted, I did not finish dressing.  In fact it was one of those headaches that was to be off and on for the day – I stayed in pajamas.  I did not go to Church.  Instead, I went downstairs to my basement computer and learned that all NATO nations were unanimously speaking with one empowered voice of their Secretary General.  The NATO tail was literally wagging the dog!

 I stayed in all that Sunday.  That night, March 21, 1999, when millions were in church for Sunday night services, President Clinton came on national television.  He talked about the incipient bombings.  I was waiting for him to say something to the effect that "this is what WE have decided to do," . . . "this is what WE have decided would be in the best interests of the GLOBAL COMMUNITY" or some such phraseology.  Those words were never used.  Instead he sad, I AGREE WTH JAVIER SOLANA'S DECISION TO DO THIS."  Interestingly, few Americans, including the more sophisticated media ever bothered to say, "WHO'S JAVIER SOLANA?!!"

President Clinton also made several pointed references in that speech saying that he felt it terrible that the Yugoslavians were doing whatever they were supposed to have been doing "for religious reasons."

Kosovo was clearly the religious center of the Serban Orthodox Church.  It was lost to Turkish Moslem interests for many centuries.  Not until the WW I era, was it regained by the Orthodox Serbs.  It is sacred ground to the Serbs -- the equivalent of Jerusalem to the Jews -- their long-lost spiritual homeland.  It similarly parallels the meaning of Mecca to the world Moslems, Vatican City to Catholics, and Salt Lake City to Mormons.

 Interestingly, the focus for condemnation of claimed Serbian behavior was religious.  President Clinton repeatedly said, "It's horrible that they are doing this for religious purposes."

 It will be interesting to watch that Kosovo precedent as the negotiations over the Middle East and Jerusalem continue.  I note with no small degree of interest that other players:  Colin Powell, Senator George Mitchell, Kofi Annan, et al have come and gone.  Javier Solana has been the only seeming constant in this process and he has been on board at least since 1991 when he helped coordinate the Madrid Middle East Peace Conference co-chaired by President George H. W. Bush and Russian President Gorbachev.  

I can't help but wonder if there should be a sign at Doug Coe's and/or Paul N. Temple's Ivanwald or "The Christian Embassy" in Washington, D.C. reading "Javier Solana slept here."  I now suspect he may well have.  Everybody else -- from the Dali Lama through Michael Jackson -- did!

TOTAL NUMBERS 1998 THROUGH 2006: $640,080 paid by Three Swallows Foundation to Institute of Noetic Sciences. $1,777,650 to "INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION" which is the name under which "The Family" aka "Fellowship Foundation" aka "The Fellowship" aka "Ivanwald" does business. This explains why key evangelical leaders were so very anxious to silence my work on sounding alarms on the New Age Movement. When you consider this along with the vast sums given by Rev. Moon, much taken from 1982-through the present time now makes disturbing sense. May the Lord help us all! The figures were gleaned from the 990 forms filed by THREE SWALLOWS FOUNDATION. It appears that the New Age community obviously bought and owned this allegedly Christian operation. How much deeper does it go?

As a new book has recently appeared on the market -- a NavPress (the Navigators) release from another Fellowship participant, Michael Timmis, who may or may not be innocent of the obvious New Age agenda of Coe and Paul N. Temple, it appears that the Fellowship Foundation is attempting to strengthen its public relations. I tried recently to reach Timmis' Detroit law office with no success. I suspect that as he in his book indicates he was discipled by Douglas Coe, he has been cautioned to stay strictly away from Yours Truly! Timmis is now heading the group that Charles (Chuck) Colson founded: Prison Fellowship. Here's hoping that the two of them are honestly motivated -- I would hate to think of people with Watergate level skills training prisoners for service in a New Age army! Hopefully, that is not the case. Interestingly, Paul N. Temple often loaned Chuck Colson and wife Patti his Spanish villa when they needed a place to retreat.
Now, more than 20 years since this was held, internet information is available that shows the breadth and depth of the funding laid out by Paul N. Temple. It is difficult to say whether the money prompted the theological compromise and/or nobody wanted to oppose the New Age meaningfully there because they didn't want to uninspire Paul Temple's generosity. I am attaching a picture of one of the more colorful recipients of this largesse: "All Seasons Chalice Church." Its neo-pagan, earth-worshipping character could hardly be more obvious!

What do these groups have in common? Global Family, Fellowship Foundation d/b/a International Foundation, Campus Crusade, All Seasons Chalice Church, Young Life, Institute of Noetic Sciences, Steiner schools, Unitarian churches?

The answer is that they are among the recipients of funding from Three Swallows Foundation. What is Three Swallows Foundation? It is headed by Paul N. Temple. He is a long time activist with Doug Coe's Fellowship Foundation. He also is the very prominent co-founder of the Institute of Noetic Sciences. Are these groups different? Or are they "outwardly different resonating core groups now blending and merging to do the 'one work' as Barbara Marx Hubbard reported in Spring, 2008.

Paul Temple's Three Swallows Foundation gave nearly a half million in grants in 2007 ($459,615 to be precise). Its declared worth per its 2006 IRS form was $3,755,861.00. These were among its recipients and some of the moneys they received from that source over the past few years:

Moneys were given to Global Family. That organization, as I recall it from the late 1980s was organized and maintained by Barbara Marx Hubbard. One of its current directors, co-authored THE BOOK OF REVELATION - THE BOOK OF CO-CREATION along with Barbara Marx Hubbard. Quoting from Hubbard’s current front, THE CENTER FOR CONSCIOUS EVOLUTION, we read Hubbard’s list of major efforts by herself:

“She has been instrumental in the founding of many future-oriented organizations, including the World Future Society, New Dimensions Radio, Global Family, Women of Vision In Action, The Foundation for the Future, and the Association for Global New Thought.”

It was Barbara Marx Hubbard who chaired the October 1987 Gold Lake meeting at the invitation of “evangelicals” To see where Ms. Hubbard is coming from and her absolute deception -- “deceiving and being deceived,” view her website -- be sure to watch her video -- provided that once again, the game of “now you see us, now you don’t” isn’t in active motion!

It is interesting to note also that when Mark Hatfield sold his Washington, D.C. home back in the 1980s an ethics investigation was opened as to his finances. Paul N. Temple was the one who bought his house at an obviously artifically inflated price.

My Questions: Did Paul Temple know what he was doing? Did he know the spiritual ramifications of mixing the worst of the New Age with Christianity?

Alternative Question: Did these supposedly Christian people protect the New Age Movement and give it cover because they felt it would offend Paul N. Temple and stop his largesse if they did not?

To the left of Jean Houston picture is a picture of Javier Solana and British Foreign Minister, David Miliband. There is some EU press speculation that Miliband might be posturing to take Solana's EU seat after the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty. There are other reports critical of Miliband calling him "bombastic." "Green Agenda" gave me the tip on this -- you might want to start watching this. My present educated guess is that Solana will convince people that Miliband needs more ripening. Some EU press has speculated that the French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner and Javier Solana have some traps laid for Britain's new, maybe brash Foreign Minister. Miliband is a self-proclaimed atheist. He is of Jewish descent, being descended from Warsaw ghetto holocaust survivors. Miliband proposes carbon cards for citizenry -- something possibly ominously paralleling Rev. 13 prophecies of global redistribution. Thanks to GREEN AGENDA for the heads up and it should be most interesting to watch these dynamics play out.

On April 4, 2008, I wrote an article, "Hillary Clinton's New Age Strategists" for NewswithViews.com. I also published same in my own blogspot. I decided to follow up today on the relationship between Hillary Clinton and her former New Age strategists: Jean Houston and Marianne Williamson.

It appears that shortly before the publication of that article as to Marianne Williamson and thereafter as to Jean Houston, for reasons presently unknown to Yours Truly, her two former major New Age advisors have viciously abandoned her. Marianne Williamson (Youtube, March 18th) crudely said she would not be supporting Hillary because she was "not voting with my vagina." Such gratitude (or lack thereof) from somebody whom Hillary and Bill Clinton graciously allowed to convene a Camp David gathering and make their own guest list!

Jean Houston, although a tad more elegant in her cutting down language, was equally treacherous to Hillary Clinton's cause. In a May 12th Los Angeles Times article, she was interviewed from her home in Ashland, Oregon. She was not supporting Hillary either. Hillary did not "properly embody" the feminist image, said Houston.

Houston boycotted Hillary Clinton's Ashland, Oregon fundraiser although she was home that night and claimed Hillary would be happy to see her if she did deign to attend.

I do not know the real reasons Marianne Williamson and Jean Houston have turned on the woman who gave them free run of Camp David and the White House. It may be because of Oprah Winfrey's obvious usefulness to their book sales and not Hillary's own ideological convictions. This, however, I do suspect. If they now dislike Hillary Clinton that much, she must not be as useful to their New Age agenda as they once hoped.

I am not voting in Kentucky nor in Oregon tomorrow, but if I were, knowing that Marianne Williamson and Jean Houston had jumped ship, I might be tempted to board Hillary's vessel, at least for the Primary Election.

May the least New Age among them win! At least Hillary did not display the meanness of spirit shown by her former New Age cum "cultural creative" friends. If they now dislike Hillary that much, she must be doing something right!

A New Tasered Barbaric Age?

A just released Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) story points to Canadian medical alarm over United States litigation by the manufacturers of the nefarious tasering device. Michigan has been considering a bill to allow unlicensed citizen use of these for self-defense. Many of us, seeing the sometimes too frequent police use of the delivery of the painful silencer are terrified at this prospect.

One source claims that there were 208 deaths nationally from Tasering in 2006.

The manufacturer of these devices filed a lawsuit and won a verdict that the coroner reports attributing the cause of death in significant part to the tasering had to be removed from the coroner reports. This is causing alarm in Canadian medical circles. It should cause deep concern among all right thinkers! Enforced judicial historical revisionism of death certificates -- this is a truly revolting development!

Quoting from the CBC story, we read:

"The U.S.-based manufacturer of the controversial stun guns, Taser International, has won a court order in Ohio that forces a medical examiner to change autopsy reports. Dr. Lisa Kohler had found that electrical shocks from Tasers were partially to blame for the deaths of three men in separate confrontations with police. Taser International launched and won a civil suit, forcing Kohler to delete any reference to the deaths being related to electric shocks, and to term them "accidental deaths."

Today, I am sitting in my annual ly attended family law seminar held by the local chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Our keynote speaker was Justice Maura Corrigan, Michigan's Chief Justice. She told us that she was on a task force to "track the underground economy." I have more than a passing fear that RFID or "Digital Angel" technology could be advanced as a solution.

According to this article from the EUROPEAN JEWISH VOICE, Israel is the first European Neighborhood partner as part of the 7 year European Neighborhood Policy, the reconfirmed and expanded Barcelona process.

"Progressive," "inclusive" global governance?

Well friends, so much going on I almost missed this BIG April 4, 2008 event on "global governance." This one was with heads of state, trade commissioners and the like. Peter Mandelson was the chair. They are very unhappy about losing political popularity with the masses on their cherished long awaited "global governance." Here's what Peter Mandelson said in his opening remarks:

I don't want to abuse the prerogative of the chair, but perhaps I can just sketch out some starting points for our discussion. In fact, I want to sound a bit of a warning about our political direction – particularly, but not only, in Europe and America.
I think this is a defining time for progressive politics and globalisation. As a political and intellectual movement we have always defended globalisation and openness as a means of eroding global poverty and creating opportunity.
But the political ground it stands on, above all in the US and Europe, risks moving away from us. Our publics are more sceptical of globalisation, even as we are surrounded by the evidence of its benefits.

Javier Solana, of course, was there. There's the pictures conveniently available at his website to prove it. That's a screen shot of two pictures available. Anthony Giddens was there as well. That is another name that has popped up consistently with searches on Benjamin Creme and his activity.

Heads of state were there including Gordon Brown, the present British Prime Minister, New Zealand's, Chile, and of course "The High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy" / Secretary General of the Western European Union, etc., etc., Dr. Javier Solana.
