But something happened so very close to me and my family today, I feel I should inform you of it here. There was a shooting at Oxford High School at 12:51 to 12:56 pm today. The first shot was filed at 12:51 pm. It was my oldest grandson, Zander Cumbey, a student at the school who heard the shot and made the immediate first call to 911. The authorities arrived within five minutes. During that five minutes the 15 year old sophomore student shot 11 people. Three died, another three are in critical condition and the others, save one, a teacher, had serious injuries. The deputy sheriffs went right into the crime scene, encountered the student who immediately raised his hands in surrender and gave up his semi-automatic pistol. The weapon had been purchased by his father on November 26, per investigating authorities.
Needless to say, my three grandsons in the Oxford School District are deeply traumatized. These shootings have become far too frequent and less random. Ditto for Department store flash mob breakins.
This one was too close to home for comfort. I live in Lake Orion. Oxford, Michigan is the next town to our immediate north. My grandsons play football and have been on the honor roll for upwards of three consecutive years.
The descrtiption of the pre-flood world was that it was full of violence and no longer covered its dead. Jesus said that as it was in the days of Noah, so it shall be in the days of the coming of the Son of Man.

The Texas law outlaws most abortions at 6 weeks’ gestation, contravening Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which together set the threshold for government regulation of abortion at approximately 24 weeks.
But the majority opinion in the Texas case says nothing about the fate of the constitutional right to abortion. Because Whole Women’s Health is only superficially about abortion. What it’s really about is the reconstruction of established law. And Justice Neil Gorsuch’s majority opinion in the case has vast implications for American law and thus, necessarily, for constitutional justice.
The concerns in Whole Women’s Health boil down to two legal concepts:
The Court’s longstanding allowance for pre-enforcement review;
And the Court’s consideration of a law’s “chilling” effects on constitutional rights as part of that determination.

It’s very rare in Canada, Australia, Latin America, and New Zealand, and the reason for that is that propaganda and advertising work. It’s Exxon, the Koch brothers, and Chevron. Peabody (Energy) put half a billion dollars into a propaganda campaignover the past twenty years that has given cover to politicians that they have on their payroll. So that’s the reason. Of course, there are many more jobs in renewables. There are about 60,000 coal mining jobs in this country and there are 260,000 or 280,000 in solar - I think. You can look this up at the bureau of labor statistics or Amory Lovins’website. 200,000 up in the wind industry, solar jobs increased 25% in the last year so there are already more jobs in solar than there are in oil, coal and gas extraction together. As opposed to being a capital intensive industry which mining is, it’s a labor intensive industry. There are lots of jobs, they are secure, high paying, dignified, healthy and much better jobs. In the coal mining industry when I was a kid there were over 151,000 unionized coal miners in West Virginia. Today I think there’s fewer than 11,000. Those jobs were lost, not because of any environmental regulation, but because of a brutal, merciless campaign by the industry to mechanize its processes and eliminate human labor. You can do that in the mining space, but you can’t do that in the solar space. Plus solar is a democratic energy source. Every American can turn their home into a power plant and turn themselves into an energy entrepreneur.
When Trump makes an announcement that he’s gonna bring coal jobs back it’s just a lie. He’s got a coal miner on either side of him but there are no new jobs coming back here. What they’ve done is there’s been a coup d'etat in the oil industry on the American government. They’ve put these terrible people in charge of your government. Rex Tillerson former head of Exxon in charge of foreign policy, Mike Pompeo who is a Koch brothers puppet, for domestic policy there’s Ryan Zinke who’s an oil company puppet, and Scott Pruitt who is also a creature of the oil industry. Their job is to make sure we don’t make that transition to clean energy.

We are witnessing the death of Democracy
Imagine this happened to you: you’re sitting on an airplane, you’re taxiing down the runway on a trip out of the country and all of a sudden the plane stops and is surrounded by military police. Armed men storm the aircraft and drag a man from his seat. So, of course, it’s to assume, at first, that terrorism has just been averted. The passenger must have been trying to blow up the plane with a shoe bomb or something. But no, that’s not what this is. The man is not a terrorist. He’s something worse than that. He violated COVID restrictions. He’s a corona criminal. Okay, you think you’re trying to be reasonable here? A man with COVID should not be on a commercial aircraft spreading the virus to everyone else. And of course, that’s fair.
But here’s the thing – this man doesn’t have COVID. He was tested right before he got on the airplane and no trace of the virus was found. So why in the world is he being hauled off the flight by armed men? Well, here’s why: because the government has determined that based on his travel history, which they have been tracking, he might someday get COVID. Therefore, in the name of public health, he is being forcibly detained, not for something he has done, but for something that he potentially might do inadvertently. And for that, this man is headed to a COVID camp known euphemistically as a quarantine hotel. But he’s not going to be a guest in this hotel. He’ll be a prisoner.
Now, all of this just happened. In North Korea, you ask? No. In the Netherlands. One of the most “liberal countries in the world.” Home of The Hague, the International Court of Justice. This just happened at the Amsterdam airport. You may have been there, think twice about going back. Or, for that matter, think twice about going to Canada, another supposedly “liberal country.”
Canadian citizens are now banned from traveling by airplane, train or ship unless they can prove they’ve been injected with the shot that Justin Trudeau demands they take. This is a big change. For centuries, Canadians have had the right to travel within their own country. In fact, they had that right before Canada was even a nation, but they don’t have it anymore. If they try it, they’ll end up like the guy at the Amsterdam airport in a prison disguised as a public health facility.
Unfortunately, we’re not making any of this up, it’s all entirely real, you can look it up. And similar crackdowns are underway around the world. So what we’re watching here in real-time is the death of democracy.
Now, the pretext for all of this is something called omicron, the new variant of the coronavirus. Omicron is incredibly dangerous, we’re told, dangerous enough to justify a total suspension of our ancient civil liberties for the first time in hundreds of years. But here’s the amazing thing, Omicron appears to be virtually harmless. In the entire world, there is one recorded death from omicron. In the United States, not a single person has died from omicron, not one.

Science first told us in the 1970s we were entering an era of global cooling (man made of course). During the ‘90s, science changed the narrative to an era of global warming. Science later changed the language to “climate change.”
The reason Americans became dismissive of the “science” may have less to do with propaganda and more with uncertainty. Add to this the opposition to the underlying political agenda which calls for a meager life existence called for by prominent voices in the environmental movement.
Former director of the Danish government's Environmental Assessment Institute Bjorn Lomborg is a critic of climate alarmism. His writings and lectures are intended to counter the hysteria being advanced that we have only one decade for the planetary salvation from fossil fuel. Lomborg doesn’t place blame for skepticism on propaganda but squarely upon the very scientists who advance such hysteria. Per Lomborg:
“The political reaction to the reality of climate change has always been flawed—this, too, I have been pointing out for decades. There are, I have argued and continue to argue, smarter ways than our present-day approach to tackle global warming. But the conversation around me has changed dramatically in recent years. The rhetoric on climate change has become ever more extreme and less moored to the actual science.”
“The science shows us that fears of a climate apocalypse are unfounded. Global warming is real, but it is not the end of the world. It is a manageable problem. Yet, we now live in a world where almost half the population believes climate change will extinguish humanity. This has profoundly altered the political reality.”
“After a 2019 UN climate science report led to over-the-top claims by activists, one of the scientist authors warned against exaggeration. He wrote: “We risk turning off the public with extremist talk that is not carefully supported by the science.” He is right. But the impact of exaggerated climate claims goes far deeper.” - Lomborg, Bjorn. False Alarm.
The UN’s Climategate scandal where reportedly the United Nations suppressed peer reviewed dissenting opinion added to negative public perceptions. The UN’s expulsion of reporters who negatively reported on climate change also added to public skepticism.
It was the 1972 Stockholm Conference on the Human Environment which consolidated and set in motion today’s environmental movement. In my library I have the meeting minutes of the “Conference on Environmental Crisis – International Justice” which was the Preparatory Committee presided over by Whitman Bassow. Those minutes reveal much of the underlying political agenda with great specificity. Items include:
- Establishment of a global monitoring system – Earth Watch -- to monitor the environmental crisis.
- An environmental crisis must be identified for the world to accept supranational governance. From the Committee (written in 1972): “Sometime something is going to happen that is truly irretrievable, but we have not yet come to this. What is most likely to become irreversible? . . .Stockholm is looking to world-wide situations and there is no particular environmental (pollution, at least) issue that needs an immediate global response.”
- States’ sovereignties must be eroded.
- Individual private property rights must be abolished as those resources are the “common heritage of humanity.”
- Once a crisis has been identified, there must be “prostitution of [the] issue in order to get the upper hand. . .in a revolution you have to have an idea and an ideal.”
- A global moral authority must be established.
- Religion must re-define its God-man relationship and replace it with a more earth-centric spirituality.
- Population reduction is necessary.
- The population must live frugally.
- Multi-national corporations must economically centralize and become partners in global governance.
The Committee concludes:
“Earth Watch as a global effort at environmental cooperation, should obviously be directed to a global problem. The problem priority for Earth Watch should involve that global problem which may most easily become irreversible. We suggest that seas and oceans (including the future allocation of ocean resources) represent a prime global concern. . . we would suggest as another possibility, an international concern for agriculture and agricultural techniques.”
The oceans and the seas. This formed the basis of climate change. Earth Watch was directed and fully funded to prove the scientific hypothesis of global cooling, then global warming followed by climate change.
In my view, skepticism has nothing to do with Koch brothers’ propaganda. It has more to do with resistance to an underlying radical political agenda.

This is for X to show an example of a rare columnist who doesn't cherry pick, who isn't a tribalist, who stands up for individual liberty and individual morality, and who always makes her best attempt at being even handed with applying impartial principles. Her name is Cathy Young. She is not a Christian. She is a Jewish Russian immigrant who came to the US in the 80s. If you were serious about being in the middle and being attacked by two extremes, you might sound something like Cathy Young. But you don't.
This is also a test to see who in the comments section will show his or her true colors and will perhaps take issue with Cathy Young for criticizing the alt-right and the Trump cult of personality. Or it could be that people are just that naive they don't know there are more than two choices or that anybody could be sincere about making a different and more independent choice -- because they aren't presented with enough examples. Who’d have thought that in 2016, we would be discussing whether mainstream Republicans and conservatives should be nicer to white nationalists? Yet here we are.
The debate is, of course, about the “alternative right,” suddenly propelled into visibility by its fervent embrace of Donald Trump’s presidential candidacy. Recently, it was the subject of a long, sympathetic article by Allum Bokhari and Milo Yiannopoulos at Breitbart.com, the Trump-loving site that some, including ex-Breitbart writer Brian Cates, have long accused of courting the alt-right. (For the record, I have had a cordial professional relationship with both authors, have been on a panel with both of them and have appeared twice on Yiannopoulos’s webcast.)
In a nutshell, the article argues that, while the alt-right does have some actual—but, worry not, utterly irrelevant!—white supremacists and neo-Nazis in its ranks, it is mostly a loose alliance of maverick intellectuals, traditionalists who feel unrepresented in the mainstream political establishment, and cheeky young rebels who post racist slurs and memes just to annoy the pearl-clutching guardians of political correctness.
While this taxonomy of the alt-right is interesting, it is ultimately—as it were—a whitewash, full of far-fetched arguments and misleading claims that consistently downplay this movement’s ugly bigotry.
Those ‘Dangerously Bright’ Alt-Right Intellectuals
Take the article’s section on the “intellectuals” behind the alt-right, which offers a respectful account of the movement’s online hubs such as Richard Spencer’s AlternativeRight.com, Steve Sailer’s blog, and VDARE. Sailer is credited with having “helped spark the ‘human biodiversity’ movement, a group of bloggers and researchers who strode eagerly into the minefield of scientific race differences—in a much less measured tone than former New York Times science editor Nicholas Wade.”
A caption also notes that “Razib Khan, who lost an opportunity at the New York Times over his views on human biodiversity, now writes for the alt-right Unz Review.” We are clearly meant to get the impression that the alt-right web is a refuge for, as the authors put it, “dangerously bright” people unafraid of taboo topics. While Bokhari and Yiannopoulos acknowledge that “all of these websites have been accused of racism,” the unmistakable implication is that such accusations stem from P.C. hypersensitivity—and probably fear of the alt-right gurus’ outstanding intelligence.
Are there political taboos surrounding race-related genetic cognitive and behavioral differences? Of course (and for very understandable reasons, given historical experience). The controversy around Wade’s 2014 book, “A Troublesome Inheritance,” demonstrates how sensitive the subject is. It is very likely this sensitivity has deterred legitimate inquiry. Some people who have waded into this minefield have also been, in my view, unfairly tarred as racists—such as Charles Murray, with whom I disagree on a number of things but whom I am honored to know.
But let’s be clear: the authors populating the alt-right’s webzines are not just Wades and Murrays with less tone policing.
Abortion as Racial Population Control
I tried to check out AlternativeRight.com, only to find the site no longer exists; a little googling revealed that it went offline in late 2013 and was reincarnated as RadixJournal. (It is noteworthy that the Bokhari-Yiannopoulos piece, otherwise generous with links, does not link directly to a single alt-right website.) For a general idea of RadixJournal’s fare, it is more than enough to sample one of its latest articles: “The Pro-Life Temptation” by Aylmer Fisher—presumably a pseudonym stolen from the innocent British geneticist—which cautions the alt-right against adopting an anti-abortion stance in knee-jerk opposition to liberals.
If you think you know where this is going, you’re right. Fisher argues that, firstly, the pro-life position is “dysgenic,” since it encourages breeding by “the least intelligent and responsible” women who are most likely to have abortions and who are “disproportionately Black, Hispanic, and poor”; and secondly, pro-life claims “rely on principles we generally reject,” namely “equality” and “human rights.”
He also points out that “some of the most pro-life politicians are those most excited about adopting children from Africa” and that pro-lifers “are among the conservatives most likely to denounce the ‘racism’ of their political opponents,” which makes them “the ultimate cuckservatives.” (If you’ve been living happily under a rock, that’s the alt-right slur for conservatives deemed complicit in the betrayal or “cuckolding” of white civilization.) For the record, I support legal abortion, but I shouldn’t even have to say that I’ll take pro-life “cuckservatives” over the RadixJournal crowd anytime.
VDARE, which calls itself a “news outlet for patriotic immigration reform,” is somewhat less in-your-face about its racism; but the site’s gleeful chronicling of black, Hispanic, and Muslim criminality leaves little doubt that its authors are not simply interested in objective analysis of crime demographics. While mainstream media and liberal punditry can be overly skittish if not denialist on the subject, VDARE’s racialism not only reeks of hostility and contempt toward the presumed losers in the “biodiversity” lottery but veers into outright paranoia about cover-ups of crime’s racial angle.
Valentines to Nazi Germany—How Cute
Thus, a post on a Bangladeshi-born and probably Muslim Canadian gynecologist accused of sexually assaulting patients speculates that his name, Mohammed Haque, was deliberately omitted from the headlines on news stories about his arrest. (Actually, nearly all recent stories about sexual assault charges against doctors named David Newman and Ian Hardy also left the suspects’ names out of the headlines.)
Another item, on a Texas couple’s arrest for enslaving and abusing their Nigerian nanny, cavils that the Associated Press report waits too long to reveal the suspects’ own Nigerian background, allowing inattentive readers to assume they were racist rednecks—even though the second paragraph mentioned the couple’s distinctly non-redneck names, Chudy and Sandra Nsobundu.
Then there’s the Jewish question. One of VDARE’s regular contributors is retired California State University-Long Beach psychology professor Kevin MacDonald, who has some peculiar theories about Jews: namely, that Judaism is an “evolutionary strategy” by which Jews seek dominance and that, as a minority in gentile societies, they use this strategy by working to subvert and weaken majority culture.
Those cunning Jewish plots, according to MacDonald, include destroying Russia via Bolshevism and undermining America via unrestricted immigration. It’s “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion” dressed up as evolutionary psychology. (Interestingly, back in 2003, MacDonald’s book “The Culture of Critique” was the subject of a scathing review in The American Conservative by John Derbyshire, currently another VDARE stalwart, who described its main thesis as not only anti-Semitic but “silly.”) MacDonald is also the founder and editor-in-chief of The Occidental Observer, a “white identity” site that has run unabashed valentines to Nazi Germany.
The Unz Review, founded by maverick businessman Ron Unz as a forum for non-mainstream perspectives, is somewhat more eclectic; but much of this eclecticism is a mix of far-right and far-left anti-Semitic crackpottery, from 9/11 “truther” and conspiracy theorist Paul Craig Roberts to “Holocaust industry” critic Norman Finkelstein, who believes Jews exploit the Holocaust to justify oppressing Palestinians. There’s also someone blogging as “The Saker,” who wittily refers to the U.S. government as “Uncle Shmuel” and argues that the corruption-exposing Panama papers are a ploy to compromise enemies of “the AngloZionist Empire” with the help of the obedient “Ziomedia.”
That’s some impressive intelligence, alright.
Misunderstood Traditionalists?
From “the intellectuals,” Bokhari and Yiannopoulos move on to the movement’s rank-and-file—mainly what they call “natural conservatives,” after the classification used by social psychologist Jonathan Haidt in the 2012 book “The Righteous Mind” to describe people whose moral values are based on traditional norms, authority, and loyalty. Bokhari and Yiannopoulos argue that “natural conservatives” have turned to the alt-right (and to Trump) because mainstream Republicans have abandoned them:
"It’s arguable that natural conservatives haven’t had real political representation for decades. Since the 1980s, establishment Republicans have obsessed over economics and foreign policy, fiercely defending the Reagan-Thatcher economic consensus at home and neoconservative interventionism abroad. In matters of culture and morality, the issues that natural conservatives really care about, all territory has been ceded to the Left, which now controls the academy, the entertainment industry and the press."
This is a rather quaint analysis that not only conflates political representation with clout in the academy, entertainment, and media but completely erases the Christian coalition, the pro-life movement, the tenacious battle to thwart the legalization of same-sex marriage, and generally the prominent role of “values voters” in the GOP. (And I say this as someone who wishes the party would move in a more libertarian direction on cultural issues.)
Indeed, the irony is that Trump is almost certainly the least socially conservative candidate to come within reach of the Republican nomination in recent years. If the Trumpian rebels were disaffected traditionalists, they’d have flocked to Rick Santorum.
Bokhari and Yiannopoulos also assert that the priorities of “natural conservatives” include resisting leftist attacks on the Western cultural heritage, such as the push to remove “dead white males” from college curricula. “In fairness,” they add, “many establishment conservatives aren’t keen on this stuff either—but the alt-right would argue that they’re too afraid of being called ‘racist’ to seriously fight against it. Which is why they haven’t.”
I’ll let pass without comment the amusing suggestion that many Trump voters are driven by the passion to restore Shakespeare and Dickens to their rightful place in the college classroom. But are Yiannopoulos and Bokhari really suggesting that National Review, their mainstream-conservative bogeyman (presumably because of its harsh attacks on Trump and his fans), is too scared of being called racist to stand up to attacks on Western culture in the academy? The same National Review that has run numerous articles criticizing campus racial politics?
Really, if there’s one accusation you can’t level at National Review, it’s shying away from racially charged topics: they publish authors like Heather MacDonald, who argues strenuously against claims of systemic police racism.
The Alt-Right Is Just New Identity Politics
So what is the alt-right giving its followers that mainstream conservatism is not? Bokhari and Yiannopoulos themselves supply the answer: “a new identity politics” that claims to champion the interests of whites, and even more specifically white males, as a “demographic.” They speak repeatedly, and non-pejoratively, of “tribal concerns.” Where mainstream conservative pundits like Dennis Prager assert that Western culture belongs to everyone regardless of color or background, the alt-right’s “natural conservatives,” Bokhari and Yiannopoulos tell us without a hint of irony, “value the greatest cultural expressions of their tribe.” For good measure, they add that for the alt-right’s intellectuals, “culture is inseparable from race.”
The authors do reassure us that alt-rightists worry about the demographic effects of mass immigration “while eschewing bigotry on a personal level.” But the source for this optimistic assessment is unclear. Are there non-bigoted people involved in the alt-right? Probably.
But, for what it’s worth, the one alt-rightist who started a Twitter conversation with me after my earlier critical article about the movement, and who stressed he was not a racist but simply a “race realist,” circuited our dialogue when he stated point-blank that African immigrants should not be admitted to the United States because they are likely to be stupid and violent. (“Realism”? Not quite: In fact, African immigrants tend to be more successful than U.S.-born blacks, and some groups such as Kenyans have above-average education and income compared to the American population as a whole.)
None of this, by the way, has much to do with what Haidt identifies as the conservative worldview. Yes, Haidt does recognize “in-group/loyalty” as a “conservative” moral foundation that he believes has positive aspects such as patriotism and self-sacrifice, but he certainly doesn’t link these values to racial or ethnic identity (except to acknowledge that they probably stem from “the long human history of tribalism”).
In the article linked by Bokhari and Yiannopoulos, Haidt notes that “in-group/loyalty” values “can lead to dangerous nationalism” but can also promote civic unity, and that understanding the importance of those values should be an impetus to balance diversity with “encouraging assimilation and a sense of shared identity.” Bokhari and Yiannopoulos’s “natural conservatives,” on the other hand, see those goals as utopian or even destructive to Western culture.
The Anti-PC Rebellion
Bokhari and Yiannopoulos are equally sympathetic to young people who they say are “drawn to the alt-right for the same reason that young Baby Boomers were drawn to the New Left in the 1960s: because it promises fun, transgression, and a challenge to social norms they just don’t understand.” The laughs include posting anti-Semitic caricatures and Bosnian genocide jokes.
A few days before the Breitbart article ran, Yiannopoulos made the same argument on the Dave Rubin podcast: “[W]hen Jonah Goldberg of National Review is bombarded with these memes, and anti-Semitic ‘take a hike, kike’ stuff, it’s not because there’s a spontaneous outpouring of anti-Semitism from 22-year-olds in this country … it’s a mischievous, dissident, trolly generation who do it because it gets a reaction.”
Aside from whether we should condone this brand of merry mischief, I will say that the fun-loving alt-right “dissidents” I have seen tweeting anti-Semitic taunts almost invariably have Twitter profiles that reveal a consistent pattern of Jew-hatred and white supremacism, not general irreverence.
Retweeting an image of a man in a Nazi uniform standing in front of a baker’s oven captioned “Pop ’em in the oven!” may be a tasteless “trolly” joke. When the same person retweets comments about Jews “killing millions in the #Holodomor”—the Soviet terror-famine engineered by the Stalin regime—this looks like something more than “lulz.” The trolls of the alt-right are well-versed in anti-Semitic tropes such as Jewish control of the media (which Yiannopoulos, in his Dave Rubin interview, bafflingly waved aside as a mere statement of statistical fact). Many also echo MacDonald’s theory that support for immigration is a Jewish subversion strategy.
Legitimate Grievances Don’t Justify Actual Racism
Bokhari and Yiannopoulos do have one valid and compelling point: that the rise of the “alternative right” is in large part a backlash against left-wing identity politics with their speech-policing and “cishet-white-male”-bashing. Indeed, the ultra-left “social justice” cult, which now dominates much of the progressive media, has enabled ultra-right white nationalism and other forms of bigotry in several ways.
It has legitimized overt race- and gender-based hate speech; if it’s okay to say hateful things about white men, the claim that it’s not okay to say them about other groups becomes tenuous. It has lent credibility to claims that whites, especially straight white men, are under attack. It has subverted the moral authority of anti-racism—and of liberalism (in the classic sense), dismissed in current progressive discourse as “a philosophy of white male domination.” And it has so trivialized the concepts of bigotry and racism that they have lost much of their stigma. When wearing a sombrero for Halloween can get you labeled a racist, the label becomes meaningless.
It’s hard to disagree when Bokhari and Yiannopoulos write:
"The Establishment bears much of the blame. Had they been serious about defending humanism, liberalism and universalism, the rise of the alternative right might have been arrested. All they had to do was argue for common humanity in the face of black and feminist identity politics, for free speech in the face of the regressive Left’s censorship sprees, and for universal values in the face of left-wing moral relativism."
But it does not follow that the alt-right deserves any sympathy or respect. This is a movement that counters the toxic culture of the left with a toxic brew of its own: a mix of old bigotries and new identity and victimhood politics adapted for the straight white male. Bokhari and Yiannopoulos try to connect it to “cultural libertarianism,” a concept coined by Bokhari last year and championed by both authors; but other than opposition to restrictions on “hate speech,” it’s hard to see what an ideology that explicitly subordinates the individual to the tribe could have in common with libertarianism of any kind.
Today, the excesses of the “social justice” movement have brought us to a point where reasonable conservatives, libertarians, and liberals are ready to join forces against quasi-totalitarian identity politics. We need to start reclaiming the principles of common humanity, freedom, and universal values, not put a positive spin on a different brand of divisive identitarianism.
P.S. I was reflecting on why a Russian Jewish immigrant would be better than the American Christian conservatives at playing a leadership role in "reclaiming the principles of common humanity, freedom, and universal values." Then I realized that of course a Jewish person would naturally empathize with targeted, threatened and maligned people of any tribe, since they have been targeted and threatened and maligned in every tribe and nation to which they have belonged.
I think their example of defiant empathy is not a bad one but a good one, and if only they knew it was Christ-like.
Anybody sneaking around in the shadows, either come out and argue now if you wish to, or else stop your sneaking and snarking. That is, if you've the intellect to debate rather than talk trash.

My own thoughts, in addition, to Rich's posts, regarding why, IMO, we are now in the 'end game' phase ... VERY briefly:
For well over 50 years, the world's economies, including Governments, have been fueled by an ever increasing amount of debt, which has directly benefited, to an unimaginable degree, the Central Bankers of the world. The world's Central Banks are owned by private banking cartels, which have in turn, encouraged ever increasing amounts of debt financing. Not only have the Central Banks encouraged personal, business and corporate debt, they also have supported GOVERNMENT debt ... all to their benefit.
The bankers continued to gain enormous power ("the borrower is slave to the lender"), which led to their ability to dictate to Governments even more liberties in order to create banking practices that would further benefit them. This led to their ability to violate, and then, change, "Usury" laws which allowed them to charge the exorbitant interest charges on credit card debt. Their power to make even more money was expanded by the *bi-partisan repeal in 1999 of the Banking Act of 1933 (Glass-Steagall). Glass-Steagall which was designed to regulate against abuses, and, keep separate, Wall Street money interests and the banking interests (which had led to the abuses that caused the international credit collapse in 1929).
* The repeal of Glass-Steagall was supported by both parties and signed into law by Bill Clinton.

They have been working hard on climate change to upend what is, and should be, right and just in upholding common goals nationalism and capitalism's individualism and freedoms to the advancement and fairness meant for all (certainly effort and good changes had been in the works in America with more to go but the plan was working), to turn it into the boogeyman and make it the culprit bringing the world nothing but evil, while they are the gross and abusive ones to cater to the elitist power hungry people who think they do people favor for solving all the world's issues as they make billions encouraging every division they can muster, generating fear and division in a long wide trail behind them, with the aim to enslave.
Then came handy dandy Covid to give the real excuse to really kick start the whole "solution" the powers that be are so excited to "share" with all of us.

With the end of Glass-Steagall, abuses in the banking system became extremely rampant, which eventually resulted in a departure from COLLATERAL/ASSET based loans. For example, under an asset based system, if you purchased a home with 20% down, the "asset" is the "equity," which in this case would be 80%. The more the downpayment, the less "risk" for the lender. This not only protects the lender, it protects the integrity of the housing MARKET itself. With the repeal of Glass-Steagall, down payment requirements continued to be lowered, allowing for more and more (unqualified) buyers to "purchase" homes. In fact, NEGATIVE equity loans were commonplace, in which a borrower could put ZERO money down and then "finance" their closing costs by adding them to their exposed mortgage amount. These abuses created a tremendous influx of buyers and BORROWERS, which benefitted Wall Street (such as Goldman Sachs), which in turn PURCHASED $BILLIONS of Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) and then 'sold' them, in large packages for a fee, to unsuspecting purchasers (such as Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, even foreign Governments). It also created an artificially high inflationary housing market, which Wall Street and the Bankers KNEW could not be sustained! Licensed home appraisers were pressured to 'fudge' the numbers in order to get the loans approved. All of the ratings companies were in on the fraud because they rated these MBS's as AAA, when they KNEW they were in reality "high risk." Foreign Central Bankers did not want to be excluded from the party; they followed suit, thereby creating a housing BUBBLE all over the world.
What made matters even worse is that the ever-creative Banks invented a self-serving practice known as "derivative lending." A derivative is basically counting a LOAN as a COLLATERAL ASSET, thereby allowing for MORE money to be loaned by using the LOAN itself as COLLATERAL. Amazingly, this process was MULTIPLIED over and over again, with each "LOAN" being used as "COLLATERAL." In short, DEBT itself became the COLLATERAL/ASSET! This is precisely what led to the complete collapse of the world's economy in 2007-8.
The current amount of the world's derivative market is an unimaginable 1 QUADRILLION (ONE THOUSAND TRILLION) in US Dollars!

Not only does the world's economies have a "derivative" problem (which is insurmountable), they also face a "Repo" market problem, which has to do with the "flow" of money. In short, the Repo market is a very complicated procedure in which, on a daily basis in America, between 2 & 4 TRILLION dollars in securities are "exchanged," allowing for the borrowing of funds to occur. Just prior to the onset of COVID-19, this market was on the verge of collapse.
For all intents and purposes, the ENTIRE global economy is built upon a foundation of sand. Just prior to the "COVID-19 crisis," the economy was literally WEEKS away from a complete meltdown, even WORSE than the 2007-8 crisis, which would have exposed the world's Central Bankers for what they are, and, what they did to the global economy.
For the Wall Street/Banking elite, COVID was the best thing to happen for them, because it caused the "shut down" of the world's economies. COVID became the BLAME for what most surely was about to happen; the collapse of the world's financial institutions.
It is by no 'co-incidence' that the Globalists are pushing for a "GREAT RESET." It is coming, because THEY know that they have ruined the world's economies and are using COVID as a means to provide 'cover.' That's why the COVID 'crisis' will continue, because it is leading them to accomplish their end game strategy; a despotic, totalitarian, ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT that will control every aspect of your life, including the property that you think you own!

I saw Trump as a chaotic president at a chaotic moment. I thought there were opportunities to shape things for both evil and good ends. Trump was at the center of a multi-directional tug of war. I think he was capable of good because of having normal patriotism unlike most of our leaders. But I think he lost his way on January 6 and after. And the country has lost its way. I liked his first three years in office better than I like 2021. That's for sure. The one thing I hated the most out of Trump's first three years was actually the incessant harassment of Trump by the legacy media.
I saw his communications issues as being worse than mean tweets, but I don't think he would have tweeted so many mean tweets if he'd been treated fairly and accurately in our legacy media. The legacy media was provoking him every chance it got in a pattern of sustained and extreme harassment.

Agreed. Part of what fuels him is grand chaotics in many ways I think- he was bullish in business and bullish in his style overall and with that kind of pressure on you sometimes it can bring out the best and sometimes the worst. Definitely his buttons were pushed 24/7 by the ones who actually hate you and me and he was their easy target. Many times he let himself be, and that, though at times unfortunate and counterproductive, also served as a vent for something that many in this country were also very much feeling--so sometimes he said it for us...(albeit not always the way I would have). On style he gets a 4 with me. On his intents and measures that he definitely took to stand in for regular America and protecting her, his first duty, I give him a 8.
Nonetheless he was/is not guilty of crimes, nothing is proven against him that actually sticks. The court of public opinion and media tirades don't really count. There are many things I can only guess at, like the rest of us. Lots more to know on all that to really know how think and feel on this anyhow. But I do know he was taking real hits for regular America. And the jury is still very much out on Jan 6 in my book. If that bumble was an insurrection then I am a rocket scientist. And the ones guilty of causing loss of life which is much much worse than damage to property (which I did not at all appreciate) were on the governing side of it. That slow drip on what really went down is still going on so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt at this moment of life. Time will tell. I do know I hate the rush to judgment I have seen. I think that is truly unfair. Meanwhile the fears we had about the dark things in our government to undercut him (and us as free people) carried on unabated and it seems even with more and more exposure at the highest levels and throughout, likely not one blasted thing will be done about it (though God sure has the scoop and He will mop that up in His way, in His time).
I have moved on from him. And there is no fair election process in this country any longer anyway. It's a global world, baby!

Prologue: Christ, the Eternal Word
1In the beginning the Word already existed.
The Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
2He existed in the beginning with God.

5The light shines in the darkness,

A Woman Caught in Adultery
1Jesus returned to the Mount of Olives, 2but early the next morning he was back again at the Temple. A crowd soon gathered, and he sat down and taught them. 3As he was speaking, the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in the act of adultery. They put her in front of the crowd.
4“Teacher,” they said to Jesus, “this woman was caught in the act of adultery. 5The law of Moses says to stone her. What do you say?”
6They were trying to trap him into saying something they could use against him, but Jesus stooped down and wrote in the dust with his finger. 7They kept demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said, “All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!” 8Then he stooped down again and wrote in the dust.
9When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman. 10Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?”

Death of Lazarus
1At this time a man named Lazarus was sick. He lived in Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha. 2(Mary, whose brother Lazarus was sick, was to anoint the Lord with perfume and wipe His feet with her hair.) 3So the sisters sent word to Jesus, “Lord, the one You love is sick.”
4When Jesus heard this, He said, “This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”
5Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus. 6So on hearing that Lazarus was sick, He stayed where He was for two days, 7and then He said to the disciples, “Let us go back to Judea.”
8“Rabbi,” they replied, “the Jews just tried to stone You, and You are going back there?”
9Jesus answered, “Are there not twelve hours of daylight? If anyone walks in the daytime, he will not stumble, because he sees by the light of this world. 10But if anyone walks at night, he will stumble, because he has no light.”
11After He had said this, He told them, “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep, but I am going there to wake him up.”
12His disciples replied, “Lord, if he is sleeping, he will get better.” 13They thought that Jesus was talking about actual sleep, but He was speaking about the death of Lazarus.
14So Jesus told them plainly, “Lazarus is dead, 15and for your sake I am glad I was not there, so that you may believe. But let us go to him.”
16Then Thomas called Didymus said to his fellow disciples, “Let us also go, so that we may die with Him.”
Jesus Comforts Martha and Mary
17When Jesus arrived, He found that Lazarus had already spent four days in the tomb. 18Now Bethany was near Jerusalem, a little less than two miles away, 19and many of the Jews had come to Martha and Mary to console them in the loss of their brother. 20So when Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went out to meet Him; but Mary stayed at home.
21Martha said to Jesus, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died. 22But even now I know that God will give You whatever You ask of Him.”
23“Your brother will rise again,” Jesus told her.
24Martha replied, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”
25Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though he dies. 26And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”
27“Yes, Lord,” she answered, “I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world.”
28After Martha had said this, she went back and called her sister Mary aside to tell her, “The Teacher is here and is asking for you.” 29And when Mary heard this, she got up quickly and went to Him.
30Now Jesus had not yet entered the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met Him. 31When the Jews who were in the house consoling Mary saw how quickly she got up and went out, they followed her, supposing she was going to the tomb to mourn there. 32When Mary came to Jesus and saw Him, she fell at His feet and said, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.”
33When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come with her also weeping, He was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. 34“Where have you put him?” He asked.
“Come and see, Lord,” they answered.
35Jesus wept.
36Then the Jews said, “See how He loved him!”
37But some of them asked, “Could not this man who opened the eyes of the blind also have kept Lazarus from dying?”
Jesus Raises Lazarus
38Jesus, once again deeply moved, came to the tomb. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance. 39“Take away the stone,” Jesus said.
“Lord, by now he stinks,” said Martha, the sister of the dead man. “It has already been four days.”
40Jesus replied, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?”
41So they took away the stone. Then Jesus lifted His eyes upward and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42I knew that You always hear Me, but I say this for the benefit of the people standing here, so they may believe that You sent Me.”
43After Jesus had said this, He called out in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!”
44The man who had been dead came out with his hands and feet bound in strips of linen, and his face wrapped in a cloth.
“Unwrap him and let him go,” Jesus told them.
45Therefore many of the Jews who had come to Mary, and had seen what Jesus did, believed in Him. 46But some of them went to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done.
47Then the chief priests and Pharisees convened the Sanhedrin and said, “What are we to do? This man is performing many signs. 48If we let Him go on like this, everyone will believe in Him, and then the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation.”
49But one of them, named Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said to them, “You know nothing at all! 50You do not realize that it is better for you that one man die for the people than that the whole nation perish.”
51Caiaphas did not say this on his own. Instead, as high priest that year, he was prophesying that Jesus would die for the nation, 52and not only for the nation, but also for the scattered children of God, to gather them together into one.
Mary Anoints Jesus
1Six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, the hometown of Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead. 2So they hosted a dinner for Jesus there. Martha served, and Lazarus was among those reclining at the table with Him. 3Then Mary took about a pint of expensive perfume, made of pure nard, and she anointed Jesus’ feet and wiped them with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
4But one of His disciples, Judas Iscariot, who was going to betray Him, asked, 5“Why wasn’t this perfume sold for three hundred denarii and the money given to the poor?” 6Judas did not say this because he cared about the poor, but because he was a thief. As keeper of the money bag, he used to take from what was put into it.
7“Leave her alone,” Jesus replied. “She has kept this perfume in preparation for the day of My burial. 8The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have Me.”
The Plot to Kill Lazarus
9Meanwhile a large crowd of Jews learned that Jesus was there. And they came not only because of Him, but also to see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead. 10So the chief priests made plans to kill Lazarus as well, 11for on account of him many of the Jews were deserting them and believing in Jesus.
The Triumphal Entry
12The next day the great crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. 13They took palm branches and went out to meet Him, shouting:
“Hosanna!”
“Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!”
“Blessed is the King of Israel!”
14Finding a young donkey, Jesus sat on it, as it is written:
15“Do not be afraid, O Daughter of Zion.
See, your King is coming,
seated on the colt of a donkey.”
16At first His disciples did not understand these things, but after Jesus was glorified they remembered what had been done to Him, and they realized that these very things had also been written about Him.
17Meanwhile, many people continued to testify that they had been with Jesus when He called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from the dead. 18That is also why the crowd went out to meet Him, because they heard that He had performed this sign.
19Then the Pharisees said to one another, “You can see that this is doing you no good. Look how the whole world has gone after Him!”
Jesus Predicts His Death
20Now there were some Greeks among those who went up to worship at the feast. 21They came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and requested of him, “Sir, we want to see Jesus.” 22Philip relayed this appeal to Andrew, and both of them went and told Jesus.
23But Jesus replied, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. 24Truly, truly, I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a seed; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. 25Whoever loves his life will lose it, but whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. 26If anyone serves Me, he must follow Me; and where I am, My servant will be as well. If anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him."
Jesus Washes His Disciples’ Feet
1It was now just before the Passover Feast, and Jesus knew that His hour had come to leave this world and return to the Father. Having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the very end. 2The evening meal was underway, and the devil had already put into the heart of Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus.
3Jesus knew that the Father had delivered all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was returning to God. 4So He got up from the supper, laid aside His outer garments, and wrapped a towel around His waist. 5After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet and dry them with the towel that was around Him.
6He came to Simon Peter, who asked Him, “Lord, are You going to wash my feet?”
7Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”
8“Never shall You wash my feet!” Peter told Him.
Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with Me.”
9“Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied, “not only my feet, but my hands and my head as well!”
10Jesus told him, “Whoever has already bathed needs only to wash his feet, and he will be completely clean. And you are clean, though not all of you.” 11For He knew who would betray Him. That is why He said, “Not all of you are clean.”
12When Jesus had washed their feet and put on His outer garments, He reclined with them again and asked, “Do you know what I have done for you? 13You call Me Teacher and Lord, and rightly so, because I am. 14So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. 15I have set you an example so that you should do as I have done for you. 16Truly, truly, I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. 17If you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them."

No Greater Love
9"As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Remain in My love. 10If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love."
The Hatred of the World
18"If the world hates you, understand that it hated Me first. 19If you were of the world, it would love you as its own. Instead, the world hates you, because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world.
20Remember the word that I spoke to you: ‘No servant is greater than his master.’a If they persecuted Me, they will persecute you as well; if they kept My word, they will keep yours as well. 21But they will treat you like this because of My name, since they do not know the One who sent Me. 22If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Persecution Foretold

The aviation industry told the White House in early November that it will take "significant time" to ensure it is safe for major U.S. wireless companies to use C-Band spectrum for 5G communications.

The Federal Aviation Administration issued a bulletin last week alerting manufacturers, operators and pilots that action may be needed to address potential interference with sensitive aircraft electronics caused by the 5G deployment.
The FAA said operators "should be prepared for the possibility that interference from 5G transmitters and other technology could cause certain safety equipment to malfunction, requiring them to take mitigating action that could affect flight operations."
The letter said the aerospace industry would work to develop new standards, equipment, and aircraft/helicopter integration solutions but that they "require more detailed knowledge of the C-Band deployment and will take significant time to ensure they meet the FAA’s robust safety requirements."

The Promise of the Holy Spirit
1In my first book I told you, Theophilus, about everything Jesus began to do and teach 2until the day he was taken up to heaven after giving his chosen apostles further instructions through the Holy Spirit. 3During the forty days after he suffered and died, he appeared to the apostles from time to time, and he proved to them in many ways that he was actually alive. And he talked to them about the Kingdom of God.
4Once when he was eating with them, he commanded them, “Do not leave Jerusalem until the Father sends you the gift he promised, as I told you before. 5John baptized with water, but in just a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”

12Then the apostles returned to Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives, a distance of half a mile. 13When they arrived, they went to the upstairs room of the house where they were staying.
Here are the names of those who were present: Peter, John, James, Andrew, Philip, Thomas, Bartholomew, Matthew, James (son of Alphaeus), Simon (the zealot), and Judas (son of James). 14They all met together and were constantly united in prayer, along with Mary the mother of Jesus, several other women, and the brothers of Jesus.
15During this time, when about 120 believers were together in one place, Peter stood up and addressed them. 16“Brothers,” he said, “the Scriptures had to be fulfilled concerning Judas, who guided those who arrested Jesus. 18(Judas had bought a field with the money he received for his treachery. Falling headfirst there, his body split open, spilling out all his intestines. 19The news of his death spread to all the people of Jerusalem, and they gave the place the Aramaic name Akeldama, which means “Field of Blood.”)
20Peter continued, “This was written in the book of Psalms, where it says, ‘Let his home become desolate, with no one living in it.’ It also says, ‘Let someone else take his position.’
21“So now we must choose a replacement for Judas from among the men who were with us the entire time we were traveling with the Lord Jesus— 22from the time he was baptized by John until the day he was taken from us. Whoever is chosen will join us as a witness of Jesus’ resurrection.”
23So they nominated two men: Joseph called Barsabbas (also known as Justus) and Matthias. 24Then they all prayed, “O Lord, you know every heart. Show us which of these men you have chosen 25as an apostle to replace Judas in this ministry, for he has deserted us and gone where he belongs.” 26Then they cast lots, and Matthias was selected to become an apostle with the other eleven.
The Holy Spirit Comes
1On the day of Pentecost all the believers were meeting together in one place. 2Suddenly, there was a sound from heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. 3Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. 4And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.
5At that time there were devout Jews from every nation living in Jerusalem. 6When they heard the loud noise, everyone came running, and they were bewildered to hear their own languages being spoken by the believers.
7They were completely amazed. “How can this be?” they exclaimed. “These people are all from Galilee, 8and yet we hear them speaking in our own native languages! 9Here we are—Parthians, Medes, Elamites, people from Mesopotamia, Judea, Cappadocia, Pontus, the province of Asia, 10Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, and the areas of Libya around Cyrene, visitors from Rome 11(both Jews and converts to Judaism), Cretans, and Arabs. And we all hear these people speaking in our own languages about the wonderful things God has done!” 12They stood there amazed and perplexed. “What can this mean?” they asked each other.
13But others in the crowd ridiculed them, saying, “They’re just drunk, that’s all!”

14Then Peter stepped forward with the eleven other apostles and shouted to the crowd, “Listen carefully, all of you, fellow Jews and residents of Jerusalem! Make no mistake about this. 15These people are not drunk, as some of you are assuming. Nine o’clock in the morning is much too early for that. 16No, what you see was predicted long ago by the prophet Joel:
17‘In the last days,’ God says,
‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy.
Your young men will see visions,
and your old men will dream dreams.
18In those days I will pour out my Spirit
even on my servants—men and women alike—
and they will prophesy.
19And I will cause wonders in the heavens above
and signs on the earth below—
blood and fire and clouds of smoke.
20The sun will become dark,
and the moon will turn blood red
before that great and glorious day of the LORD arrives.
21But everyone who calls on the name of the LORD

22“People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know. 23But God knew what would happen, and his prearranged plan was carried out when Jesus was betrayed. With the help of lawless Gentiles, you nailed him to a cross and killed him. 24But God released him from the horrors of death and raised him back to life, for death could not keep him in its grip. 25King David said this about him:
‘I see that the LORD is always with me.
I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.
26No wonder my heart is glad,
and my tongue shouts his praises!
My body rests in hope.
27For you will not leave my soul among the dead
or allow your Holy One to rot in the grave.
28You have shown me the way of life,
and you will fill me with the joy of your presence.’
29“Dear brothers, think about this! You can be sure that the patriarch David wasn’t referring to himself, for he died and was buried, and his tomb is still here among us. 30But he was a prophet, and he knew God had promised with an oath that one of David’s own descendants would sit on his throne. 31David was looking into the future and speaking of the Messiah’s resurrection. He was saying that God would not leave him among the dead or allow his body to rot in the grave.
32“God raised Jesus from the dead, and we are all witnesses of this. 33Now he is exalted to the place of highest honor in heaven, at God’s right hand. And the Father, as he had promised, gave him the Holy Spirit to pour out upon us, just as you see and hear today. 34For David himself never ascended into heaven, yet he said,
‘The LORD said to my Lord,
“Sit in the place of honor at my right hand
35until I humble your enemies,
making them a footstool under your feet.”’
36“So let everyone in Israel know for certain that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, to be both Lord and Messiah!”
37Peter’s words pierced their hearts, and they said to him and to the other apostles, “Brothers, what should we do?”
38Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39This promise is to you, to your children, and to those far away—all who have been called by the Lord our God.” 40Then Peter continued preaching for a long time, strongly urging all his listeners, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation!”
41Those who believed what Peter said were baptized and added to the church that day—about 3,000 in all.
The Believers Form a Community

I believe that's 4 or more lies....
1. I'm no lawyer but I do not think the FDA is "countersuing" a FOIA lawsuit. Defending their delay out of necessity and from a largely foreign overly broad FOIA request is not a "countersuit". At some point a FOIA request is just not feasable or permissible in normal timelines or breadth. For example, I can't just FOIA request the state of Florida for a copy of every document they have ever created throughout history and, to the extent I could, I can't and shouldn't expect it all in 30 days without a fight, where the court then decides what is reasonable and rational.
2. The lawsuit is seeking the disclosure of Pfizer governmental filings relating to their vaccine approval to the FDA to THEM, the Quack Plaintiffs (many from other countries), they then may or may not publish the documents to the public. In other words, the FDA is dragging their feet giving all those documents to the newly formed and ill-intended Public Health and Medical Pros for Transparency , not the public, at large.
3. The FDA has not indicated a desire to "seal" their records concerning the covid vaccine for 75 years. Nothing is being put under seal and the implication they are not releasing any documents for 75 years is incorrect (and you know it because I've discussed this very issue several times now so you are KNOWINGLY lying). Many documents have actually already being released and then, over whatever time limit the federal judge ends up given the FDA (one or two years, I'm guessing) the rest of the documents will be sent over in whatever order the organization selects.
4. It is a vaccine, no need to put air quotes around it.
