Please pray for me, my family, and my health!

Dear Friends:

This Covid19 (novel coronavirus) crisis has brought much of our world to a crashing halt.   I have been under treatment for wet type macular eye degeneration since late 2017.  My retinal specialist told me today that my eye scans are showing progress and for that I rejoice.

However, I am fearing new health issues that may be of more severity.  I had blood tests taken in February.  I was not told of any results.  My husband asked me to stop by our doctor's office and pick something up -- I thought he meant his own recent test results for which I asked and was given.  I then asked if I could please have my own report of the February tests.  Most results were normal and unremarkable.  However, I noticed one highlighted item that was a greatly elevated eosinophil count.

I placed an inquiring account to my doctor after I googled and learned for the first time a new term, "eosinophil."  That call has not been returned.  I understand.  Our doctor like about everybody else has been more than overworked through this pandemic season.

However, recently, I have noticed my facial skin getting dryer and dryer.  Today, I noticed that in parts it was nearly bright red including portions of my upper front neck.  I did some googling to seek what that might be a possible symptom of.  To my horror, I came up with many references to it being an indication of eosinophilic disorders--some possibly serious, even fatal.

I have been more fatigued than usual lately.   I am still doing limited amounts of court work for my past clients who still seek me out for their personal emergencies.

I do not know what lies ahead, but I will confess that I am more than a little apprehensive.  My husband Barry is severely disabled and I have had some mobility issues lately.  I have outlived 3 of my younger siblings already who died of natural causes.

I do not know exactly medically is in store for me, but I will confess apprehension and possibly fright tonight.  Hopefully, it is nothing significant, as I feel still have much to do in my work in informing and warning of significant developments on the now re-burgeoning New Age/Mindfulness/Occupy Movements scene.

Please, please keep me and my family personally in your prayers.  I am praying the Lord will show me His will and give me the grace to accept what may come.

Sincerely,

CONSTANCE

What are you talking about and did I miss some post "proving" I said something I said I didn't say???

I think I figured it out --- I forgot to sign my post telling you that that wasn't me that posted about James Keen. So after I posted informing you I didn't make the post you attributed to me I posted...

"oops--- that was me --- +"

Which, it appears you may have thought I lies and DID make that James Keen post (I never have posted anything by James Keen).

It's an easy mistake -- if it's something more let me know. I was only trying to sign my post as craig requested -- which is just not working out since I commonly forget to do it and y'all just use it to gaslight and attack me instead of my ideas and assertions.

Thank you Craig for the vocabulary lesson. I've never been that concerned with perfect sentence structure or spelling. I did mean "intelligible". I'm not a climate expert so an "intelligent" discussion about climate change wouldn't be determinable by watching a few videos and clicking a few links. I briefly read a link that seemed to indicate he was a dentist and got caught using an alias-- but I read it too quickly and dismissed him too quickly as so non-credentialed to even bother with. I'm not a climate change warrior nor am I a climate change denier. We just need to be good stewards, hold industry accountable, on an even playing field, punish cheaters and not put the foxes in charge of the henhouse.

That Key and Peale clip you just posted is hilarious. Good to keep our sense of humor about the whole thing.

Biden continues to add new meaning to the phrase "going low." He's on his knees now, he'll soon be crawling on his belly like the lying snake that he is.

Desperate Democrat politicians that have NO PLAN or real MESSAGE almost always resort to the RACE CARD. Biden is no exception.

"New Joe Biden Ad: ‘Black Americans Wake Up Knowing They Can Lose Their Life’

The truth is, White people have a lot more to fear about being violently assaulted by Blacks than do Blacks fearing assaults by Whites. The same holds true for the Police. Biden is desperately playing the RACE CARD ... especially now since recent polls indicate that Trump is getting 28% of the Black Vote compared to his 8% in the last election.

Trump's polling among Black Voters is sending the Democrats into absolute panic mode. Look for a lot more of these RACE CARD ads from now until the election. What an incredibly dangerous man Biden is, as illustrated by the fact that he is willing to start a RACE WAR if it helps to get him elected.

In all my time here...I've mentioned my doctorate once and then, only, (as I recall- not going back) to and assertion by RayB (I think) seeming to imply that I and other young people that went to college recently have been liberal indoctrinated; but OLD educated persons with educations that he quotes or utilizes for support -- that are more conservative -- aren't tainted by such liberalism and not libtards).

I don't use the title Dr. in real life, not even for reservations and I don't think it makes me special or all-knowing. My legacy is Jesus.

I do find it a little peculiar that Trump supporters seem to like pointing out my education as a way to bash me and discard my opinions as if higher educated people are the problem and that undereducated people like Tim Pooles, Rush Limbaughs, Millie Weaver are ACTUALLY the brilliant respectable people.

I'm not going to accuse you of lying. I just think you are/were mistaken. There was another anonymous poster that appears to be deeply anti-trump but also said he is not voting for Biden either. He (sounded like a "he") posted that James Key post. He's probably the guy coming in at night posting the anti-trump poetry/rhymes too.

That was not me.

x/+ @ 12:05 PM,

As regards the "climate change" issue, why bring it up, libel Heller as "very dumb", especially when there's been very little discussion on this subject of late? My impression is you were doing so in a passive-aggressive attempt to characterize anyone promoting or believing Heller's material as similarly 'even dumber' than the 'dumb' Poole. That’s what the overall context of your two posts on this reveal to me.

If, as you write, you are not a climate expert so an "intelligent" discussion about climate change and proper analysis on it wouldn't be determinable by watching a few videos and clicking a few links, why would you deride Heller—and by implied extension me—as 'even dumber' than Poole? Either do the required research—and agree or disagree, debunk anything that should be debunked—or remain “dumb”, as in mute, on the subject.

Cut the BS and either discuss the issues both with integrity and some knowledge on the subjects or refrain from these particular discussions altogether. It just makes you look foolish and troll-like.

I don't expect anyone to have "perfect sentence structure or spelling". Yet when an individual flashes his doctorate as some means by which to imply some elevated perception and intelligence level, especially when placed in larger context of implying one [Poole] is dumb in their comparison with another they deem “even dumber” (and now your recent 12:37 PM comment), I will challenge said individual when they use unintelligible words in their attempts to demean said individuals.

Your self-proclamation can be found here in your statement (12:32 AM in the 201—400 comments [just search “doctorate”]) in your response to me re ‘very fine people on both sides’ in which you wrongly attributed my original post to RayB:

Trump's disclaimer doesn't count when everyone .... I mean EVERYONE on one of the two sides that Trump referred to as "having good people among them" were made up completely of white supremacists (and militia's geared up to fight in support of them)…

I'm in my 50's and hold a doctorate degree. It's been a long time since I got indoctrinated in college but I know a racist duck when I see one…

This reminds me of a former coworker who jokingly said he’d get out of jury duty by saying, “I can tell a guilty MF a mile away.”

You're right - it was used simply to refute, by personal example your view that only young, "scholastically indoctrinated" white folk HERE (on this forum) thought Trump was a racist.

Craig said: "In my experience, those that view Trump as racist here are mostly the young WHITE folk—all because of their skewedspeak and scholastic indoctrination. However, I do know one Mexican-American guy who STRONGLY thinks Trump is racist, etc. because of skewedspeak. And I know a liberal/Leftist group of vegetarians (Latinos and Whites) who have a skewed view of Trump because of the media. [For the record, I’m not vegetarian.] It’s disappointing.

My response that day: "I'm in my 50's and hold a doctorate degree. It's been a long time since I got indoctrinated in college but I know a racist duck when I see one. He may very well not be all that racist himself historically (like his father) but he got elected by sparking enough racial bigotry running a campaign fraught with white fear signaling to draw out every closet racist in the country fearing those rapists Mexicans and other people of color are gonna take over."

Today: Sept 3rd -- I figured not telling you I'd been "indoctinated at all" was more dishonest or misleading.

skewedspeak - is that a word? [touche]

And aren't you just as guilty of using a red-herring/straw-man and ad hominem attack on me when you discard my ideas and posts by mockingly reminding others I once told the place I had a Doctorate thereby implying I used my "doctorate" in a hoity-toity arrogant manner and I'm thus one of those elitists and not a member of the hoi polloi?

It certainly has nothing to do with the substance of my statements. I'd call it trollish but I truly like you (and your blog) way too much to think that of you.

I WILL try to do better with toning down my hyperbole. It's just so shocking and frustrating to me to see Christians errantly defying this man. They couldn't peg anything on Al Capone either and the murderous violent Chicago mob boss was only finally put in jail for tax evasion. Al Capone was both loved and hated by the public. Does that mean God blessed Al Capone?

BLM Leaders Call On The Spirits Of The Dead

Michael Brown quotes cofounders about how they 'worship'

September 2, 2020
By Michael Brown / WND

Is it true that leaders of the BLM movement, including one of the cofounders, are calling on the spirits of the dead? That they claim to receive spiritual power from the deceased? That they talk with these spirits and even give them names?

The answer to all these questions is yes.

This is now an open secret.

Lest you think that this type of "spirituality" is exceedingly rare, I remind you that in October 2019, the New York Times ran a story titled, "When Did Everybody Become a Witch?" The article claimed that, "We have reached peak witch," noting, "Real witches are roaming among us, and they're seemingly everywhere."

Yes, "Witches are influencers who use the hashtag #witchesofinstagram to share horoscopes, spells and witchy memes, and they are anti-Trump resistance activists carrying signs that say "Hex the Patriarchy" (also the title of a new book of spells), and "We are the granddaughters of the witches you weren't able to burn."

I documented this phenomenon in my book, "Jezebel's War with America," also arguing that many of the major trends in our society could be traced back to this "Jezebelic" spirit. These include the rise of pornography; the shout your abortion movement; radical feminism; the emasculating of men; the war on gender; the rise of witchcraft and sorcery; and the silencing of the prophetic voice of the church.

With the rise of the BLM movement, we have further evidence of this Jezebelic influence, as the cofounders are all radical feminists, with two of the three identifying as queer. (Please note that I use the initials BLM to distinguish this Marxist-based movement from the important affirmation that black lives do matter.)

We can now trace this demonic influence one step further, with the open, unapologetic statements of two key BLM leaders. I'm speaking about BLM cofounder Patrisse Cullors and professor Melina Abdullah, chair of the department of Pan-African Studies at California State University, Los Angeles, and a co-founder of the Los Angeles chapter of Black Lives Matter.

Their relevant video discussion on Facebook was posted on June 13. But even before that, on June 9, Heba Farrag posted an article on the Berkeley Center website titled, "The Fight for Black Lives is a Spiritual Movement."

Farrag explained how Abdullah met with a BLM group in front of the house of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti: "She led the group in a ritual: the reciting of names of those taken by state violence before their time – ancestors now being called back to animate their own justice:

"'George Floyd. Asé. Philandro Castille. Asé. Andrew Joseph. Asé. Michael Brown. Asé. Eric Garner. Asé. Harriet Tubman. Asé. Malcom X. Asé. Martin Luther King. Asé.'

Anonymous said...

"As each name is recited, Dr. Abdullah poured libations on the ground as the group of over 100 chanted 'Asé,' a Yoruba term often used by practitioners of Ifa, a faith and divination system that originated in West Africa, in return. This ritual, Dr. Abdullah explained, is a form of worship."

Yes, this helps fuel the fires of the BLM movement: worship of the dead; calling on the dead; asking the spirits of the dead to empower the living today.

Abdullah and Cullors discussed this openly on their Facebook video, which Abraham Hamilton III brought to national attention on his daily radio show on Aug. 13, playing relevant clips, in context.

In the video, professor Abdullah stated that "we become very intimate with the spirits that we call on regularly. Right, like, each of them seems to have a different presence and personality. You know, I laugh a lot with Wakisha, you know, and I didn't meet her in her body. Right, I met her through this work."

Yes, the spirits of the dead even have names, like Wakisha, with whom Abdullah exchanges some laughs.

Cullors, in response, explained how she has been empowered by these spirits and how the mantra to "say his (or, her) name" was more than a slogan. It was an appeal to the spirits of the deceased to rise up and work through her and others.

As summed up by Cullors, "The fight to save your life is a spiritual fight."

Of course, she is entirely right. The battles we fight in our society are, ultimately, spiritual battles. But victory is found, not in calling on the spirits of the dead but in calling on the Spirit of the living God.

As we have been emphasizing for months now, one is from below; the other is from above. One brings death, the other brings life.

Let the reader be aware. Fully aware. Calling on the spirits of the dead is a practice you want to avoid at all costs – for your own soul's sake.

Dr. Michael Brown is the host of the nationally syndicated "Line of Fire" radio program...

Our Jesus supported/allowed the election of corrupt and contemptible leaders from the Pharoah Ramesses II in 1279 B.C. to Donald Trump in 2016.

God is sovereign. Not Trump or the people that control Trump (like Devos's and Opus Dei).

Do you lack faith that God can end abortion, all suffering and all evil anytime He wants?

Many Christians voted for Trump in 2016 as the lesser seeming of two evils. He wasn't then and he isn't now. I never claimed Biden to be a perfect man or candidate either.

"God is sovereign." That's right. He is sovereign, but MAN is not.

God does not answer to anyone, whereas, man WILL answer to God.

Applying your 'logic,' a professing 'Christian' would have been perfectly fine had they, with full knowledge of what he was, supported Hitler in Nazi Germany .... because "God is sovereign."

By the way, voting in America is almost ALWAYS the lesser of two evils. I would assume practically everyone beyond the age of 12 would have figured that one out already. However, applying your 'logic' mandates that, because "God is sovereign," that allows you to support the worst of the two. Talk about twisted thinking.

Pope Francis: Planet in ‘Catastrophic’ State Due to ‘Environmental Disorders’

https://www.breitbart.com/environment/2020/09/03/pope-francis-planet-catastrophic-state-environmental-disorders/

The pope said that the role of the Catholic church in the environmental cause is not technical or economic, but consists in “EDUCATING CONSCIENCES to PROMOTE A DEEP AND LASTING ECOLOGICAL CONVERSION.”

NOTE: Does it get any more New Age than that statement?

“We are running out of time, as our children and young people have reminded us,” the pope declared. “We need to do everything in our capacity to limit global average temperature rise under the threshold of 1.5°C enshrined in the Paris Climate Agreement, for going beyond that will prove catastrophic.”

NOTE: Adults need to be taught by "children and young people." I'm thinking that maybe the Pope is using Greta Thunberg as his spirit guide ?

And I do not deify Trump. But you demonize as you must selectively only go to sites that bash him and then spread accusatory uncorroborated tripe like it is the truth.
He calls out criminals, not color.
Big difference...but you can't see it with your log problem.

There really is an enzyme used in vaccines named after Lucifer . . .

Is there really an enzyme used in some vaccines, or proposed for vaccines, including the covid one, called “luciferase”?

True it is — named as such because it’s bio-engineered (genetically modified) to emit an infinitesimal glow. Recall that “lucifer” means “light-bearer.” Scientists who concocted it thought they were being clever, using an enzyme that is bioluminescent like what can be found in fireflies and jellyfish.

Here’s the rub: inserting something into your bloodstream that not only is named for Satan but also is genetically manipulated could have unforeseen long-term effects.

How does anyone know what something out of the natural order will do to the body?

How have we fared with many other man-made components? (Sometimes very well. Sometimes just okay. Sometimes disastrously.)

If you can believe certain doctors [see video below; if], it may get to the point where nano-particles (ultra-tiny motes) will be engineered to act like “robots” in your bloodstream, replicating and even communicating through nano-means with outside monitors — theoretically allowing a doctor, hospital, government, or corporation to monitor your bloodstream and in the future, who knows what else, by scanning you even at somewhat of a distance (as they currently can with thermometers; more about this transhumanism in a future “special report”).

Might the changed genetic material called RNA alter other genetic material — DNA — in our bodies?

Would a corporation like Microsoft have then a certain element of control or at least a patent on our genetic make-up (genomes)? The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is mentioned in all this. Gates is the one who currently controls your computer (unless you don’t use Microsoft) and reboots your machine when his company feels like it.

In the luciferase reaction, light is emitted when the peculiar enzyme acts on the appropriate luciferin substrate. Photon emission can be detected by light-sensitive apparatus such as a luminometer or modified optical microscopes. This allows observation of biological processes at the cellular level. Luciferase could find its way into a covid vaccine.

Fantastic it may seem. Perhaps fantastic it is. But in times like this, with the brilliance of that super-angel called Lucifer everywhere, it is a possibility. To an extent, it already has been shown that using such technology, they can detect cellular levels of what they called ATP, or adenosine triphosphate, which provides energy for a cell.

In a vaccine, the “light” emissions would allow even a programmed cell phone to detect whether someone has been vaccinated.

To make matters spookier still, a proposed means of administering vaccines like one for corona entails band-aid-like strips that release the vaccine into your system via an array of minuscule dissolvable needles that pierce the skin and insert a sugar-like substance mixed with what they call an antigen.

These microneedles or “spicules” are actually fashioned — designed — after the venom-bearing fangs in snakes, to take us back to the Lucifer analogy.

You could have just simply stated something to the effect that it had been x amount of years since your college days, which would have sufficed in illustrating that you are not among those recently indoctrinated by college Leftism. Nonetheless, it’s this in conjunction with your various statements belittling those who don’t have post-high school education (and etc.) that shows you adhere to some sort of scholastic superiority belief. Nowadays, many simply can’t afford college.

I think it obvious by the overall context of my comment that my use of the neologism skewedspeak was both a play on the name Newsweek—which you had sourced to ‘prove’ your case re Charlottesville—in my use of “skew the news” preceding it and the fakery in most major ‘news’ sources. For any still not getting it, if “Newsweek” is a conjoining of news and week, isn’t it obvious that my conjoining of skewed and speak is a parody?

You wrote:

Using your own words against you—in their larger context, as I illustrated—is hardly ad hominem, a red herring, or a straw man. Pointing out your ad hominem, genetic fallacy, etc. (@ 10:13 AM) is simply pointing out these things in your own statements. It’s not ad hominem to point out ad hominem. The fact is you called Heller “very dumb” while subsequently admitting you implicitly really have no basis for doing so because you don’t know enough about the “climate change” issue. Admit it and get over it.

Further, by continuing to focus on others’ lack of educational credentials, you imply that education is some sort of prerequisite to having a conversation about a particular subject. That is, you use this educational lack as a means by which to question the validity of the material, rather than criticizing the material on its own merits (see again my “Consider the Source” post).

I’m not discarding your ideas here; I’m refuting them. With respect to the substance of what I’m referring to, you’ve not put forth any sort of argument at all, actually: Tim Poole ‘dumb’, Tony Heller ‘even dumber’. Climb down from your perch, and let’s discuss substance. It’s kinda hard for me to hear you down here.

You wrote: I WILL try to do better with toning down my hyperbole. That will be much appreciated. I’m not one to discard grace—not when I’m well-aware of some of my own failings.

As a Catholic, I disagree with Pope Francis that the 'role' of the Catholic Church is in
“EDUCATING CONSCIENCES TO PROMOTE A DEEP AND LASTING ECOLOGICAL CONVERSION.”

The role of our Church is to convert as many SOULS to Jesus as possible before it's too late.

Yes, we should each do our part to try to take care of our planet; but our earthly lives are temporary. Our goal should be focused on Heaven (eternal life).

+ @ 3:53 PM,

You can see some of my thoughts here, in which I criticize Brown (and have on one of his sites—hyperlink within text of article) for his stance of Johnson/Bethel:

Thoughts on Craig Keener’s Review of MacArthur’s ‘Strange Fire’

I also have concern for Keener's embracing of Brown. My hunch is that Keener is a bit too innocently naïve.

I'd watched a lengthy Trinitarian vs. Unitarian debate with Brown/White vs. Anthony Buzzard/Joseph Good. Though Buzzard is pretty sharp (if narrow in his applications), Good is no match for any of the others. I felt kinda bad for him. Also, I thought both White and Brown come off as a bit arrogant.

Brown explains the Trinitarian God as “complex in His unity”. I like that, but I’ve refined it to “complex in His unicity”, which I find more precise.

I watched part of Biden at Kenosha a bit ago. He came off coherent with no cognitive issues. A few notes:

- He made Socialism-type promises, to include a national $15/hour minimum wage. That's already proved disastrous in the places it was tried. One thing is for sure: such a policy would drive costs of good/services up to compensate for the added labor costs. For most businesses, labor is the most costly of all business expenses. I think it's political posturing and not something he'd do if elected. His own crony Capitalistic powers-that-be sure wouldn't allow it.

- Not surprisingly, he disparaged Trump, blaming many long-standing policies on Trump. But what about the 40 years he was a in politics, and his hand in promoting the crack vs. powder cocaine issue?

He also brought up the 'very fine on both sides' statement, which, again, has been debunked many times. One example of a 'very fine' person I can think of off the top of my head is Faith Goldy, who was reporting on the ground, and most certainly in favor of not removing the statue. Now, she was then employed by Rebel Media (or a contractor for) and was specifically told NOT to go; and, so she went as an independent--unbeknownst to Rebel News--as she had done before her tenure with Rebel. Ezra Levant fired her for this, and I don't blame him. Poor decision on her part.

I'm happy to see that you have an understanding of what the true role of the Church should be. I agree wholeheartedly. Jesus stated: "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" - Mark 8:36 A person can live an ecologically responsible life. I personally deeply respect God's creation and often find myself marveling in wonder. However, without the promise of eternal life, through Christ and Him alone, none of that matters very much, does it? Based on your post, I'm sure you are in agreement.

Unfortunately, PF has a long history of denying that role. Just one, but very pertinent example; when PF had his 10 day tour of Cuba & the USA, the ONLY time PF used the name of Jesus Christ was when he infamously referred to Christ's "failure of the cross" at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City. Not ONCE did he proclaim that salvation is available through Christ, and Christ alone. Not ONCE did he proclaim the Gospel. Try to imagine the Apostle Paul, or Peter, or ANY Disciple of Christ NOT using the name of the Lord in public for 10 days.

In contrast to PF, God the Holy Spirit proclaimed through the Apostle Paul:

"For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!" - 1 Corinthians 9:16

Whatever the role PF envisions of himself, in reality, it is not one that represents the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ above all else. He seems far more interested in the political, social and economic realms than he is of the spiritual.

Oxford Dictionary defines demagogue as "A political leader who seeks support by appealing to the desires and prejudices of ordinary people rather than by using rational argument."

By definition, Biden (and the Dems) are practicing demagoguery. Biden is a VERY dangerous man, IMO, because he is so obsessed with obtaining the Presidency that he is willing to say, or do, anything in order to achieve his goal. Biden continues to recklessly proclaim highly provocative lies that can only cause further division by stirring up more raw emotion. We are in a very dangerous spot in this country. For the first time in my life, I seriously am fearful that we may not be able to withstand this ongoing, intense division that the Democrats seem so determined to advance.

IMO, the best case scenario would be a Trump re-elect, and then make an all-out, Justice Dept. effort to expose & shut down BLM & ANTIFA as "domestic terrorist" organizations. They certainly, IMO, have shown that they deserve such a fate.

You are right ... "utterly amazing and reprehensible."

However, always keep in mind that God does not rule via man-made institutions.

He deals with individuals, and meets each one on a One on one basis.

On a personal note; I have known MANY of these types of "christians" (small "c" on purpose), from all types of church and religious persuasions. And they are legion. One of the clues that Judgment Day won't bode very well for them is found here:

"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." - Matthew 7:13,14

Meditate on that for awhile. Jesus is referring to "religious" people, most of which are on the "broad way" that leads to "destruction."

Also, "There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." - Proverbs 16:25

The only sure foundational Rock to be trusted is God's Word. All else is shifting sand.

DEAR EVIL WOMEN WHO ABORT THEIR BABIES...

Steven Crowder / LWC
MAY 19, 2015

Dear abortionists,

You are evil. Yes, this is directed toward both the doctors performing the horrific procedures, and the women making the heinous, murderous decision allowing them to do so. Yeah, Yeah I know. I can already hear the #SJW feminists foaming at the mouth. I can also hear all of their complicit, wimpy [professing] Christian allies demanding the need for "compassion" and understanding.

You deserve neither.

Everyone deserves forgiveness, absolutely. But your ending of a baby's life deserves no compassion. Inhumane acts merit no human "understanding." We all tip-toe around this. Why? Why, when the issues that modern leftists seem willing to tackle head on, are quite trivial by comparison?

See you're likely reading this column because to some varying degree, it's shocking. After all, who am I to call anyone "evil"? That's a pretty damn strong statement. What makes me so sure? What gives me the right?

Well, let me take a stab at it (pun not intended). We use the word "evil" so often, it's lost all meaning. Take Obama's colleagues at the poverty summit this week, who accused Conservatives of practicing "evil". How so? By cutting funding to extracurricular activities like band, and chess club. I know, I know. Individual states might actually have to pay for their own unused percussion instruments and obos? What are we, animals?

One needs only take a passing glance at Twitter to observe literally thousands of leftists calling Darren Wilson evil. Their justification? Darren Wilson shot Mike Brown... in what was ruled to be self-defense. Ah yes. There's a special place in hell reserved for people like him.

So then why, I ask again, should it be any more shocking for me to place the moniker of "evil" squarely on the shoulders of women who "choose" to have scissors jammed into their babies head and ultimately see it sucked down a tube?

Listen, there was a time in this country where I believed that you abortionists truly thought you were arguing the point of "where life beings." But as the science is increasingly revealed, I become more convinced that you know where life begins... you'd just rather have the right to kill a baby anyway.

Well known atheist, Christopher Hitchens, acknowledged that abortion was the equivalent of murder. Even Richard Dawkins did so (albeit unknowingly). If you look at leftist enclaves in Europe or even Canada who find themselves further along the progressive trail, feminist-warriors have nearly always, without exception, pushed for abortion up until well into the third trimester. This is well beyond the point of scientific debate as to whether the baby is significantly developed, can feel pain or in some cases, even survive outside of the womb.

To abortionists, it matters not.

I call that evil.

Anonymous said...

Liberal politicians always use the "Well, of course abortion is bad, but" line of argument when addressing the issue. But they don't believe it for a second. It's why they champion that today, 1 in 3 women have an abortion in their lifetime. They've created a campaign around it. I don't know exactly why. Perhaps it makes abortionists feel less lonely when dealing with their more than likely depression and/or psychological disorders later in life. But I'm sure that this statistically observable data will be chalked up to nothing more than guilt resulting from false societal constructs of morality. Cue the social justice warrior alarm!

Yes, we live in a world where it is seen as more callous to state the observable ramifications of performing a murder... than it is to perform the act of murder. We find ourselves in a time where it is seen as more sexist to condemn the act of sex-selective abortion... than it is to perform sex-selective abortion. We find ourselves in a time where it is more offensive to demand the defunding of Planned Parenthood, than Planned Parenthood's repeated harvesting and selling of baby organs.

I'm supposed to tip-toe around this, because it's considered offensive to do otherwise. Particularly to the women reading this who may be thinking about having an abortion, or have already had one.

That's the point where we ultimately end up. I'm not supposed to call you evil, because it hurts your feelings.

That's not enough.

To you I say, consider your "offense" merely a product of "societal construct," as it's certainly much more imaginary than the life you aim to take. If I offend people willing to take innocent life, good. I have plenty of friends, I could use a few enemies. That means you.

...you evil abortionists.

Got it. So you acknowledge both Trump and Biden are evil. Apparently, you feel completely free to vote for your evil candidate of preference; but, I'm MORE horrible and unredeemable for choosing my evil candidate of preference. Is that your position?

The Federal Reserve is illegal according to the US Constitution.

First in Article VI it states: 'This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof...shall be the Supreme Law of the Land." Secondly in Article I Section 8 it asserts that the right to "coin money" is delegated to Congress, not to any private banking consortium (Federal Reserve). Thus the Federal Reserve is illegal for two reasons: (1) only Congress can issue money & (2) the Federal Reserve Act is a Law made not in the Pursuance of the Constitution, but contrary to it.
Thus legally making it null & void, & those who orchestrated & instituted it as criminals.

Strange how none, not one, neither Biden nor Trump will ever address this scandal.

U.S. Marshals Shoot Michael Forest Reinoehl Dead As Trump Blasts Portland Police for No Arrest

Love the title: orange man bad/stupid. Obviously Trump wasn't aware of the attempted arrest, now death of the scumbag.

President Donald Trump has criticized Portland police for not arresting a man under investigation for the fatal shooting of a right-wing activist during last week's unrest in the city, in a tweet apparently sent after the suspect had already been shot dead by U.S. marshals.

Law enforcement officers were trying to apprehend Michael Forest Reinoehl, 48, after a warrant had been issued for his arrest on Thursday.

He was under investigation for the killing of Aaron Danielson from the Patriot Prayer group, who had been shot in the chest during clashes between Trump supporters and Black Lives Matter protesters last Saturday.

Reinoehl claimed he had acted in self-defense and that Danielson was going to stab him and a friend, telling Vice News: "I had no choice. I mean, I, I had a choice. I could have sat there and watched them kill a friend of mine of color. But I wasn't going to do that."

Lt. Ray Brady from Thurston County Sheriff's Office said that at around 7 p.m. on Thursday, law enforcement officers were looking for a homicide suspect in Lacey, Washington, southwest of Seattle. He had left an apartment and entered a vehicle, and appeared to be armed.

Brady said that as officers "attempted to apprehend him, there was gunfire." Those living in the residential neighborhood where Reinoehl was shot told the New York Times they had heard several gunshots and there were as many as four police officers in the road.

Pierce County sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer confirmed Reinoehl had been killed. "The suspect came out to the car. They attempted to put him into custody and shots were fired," he said. Four officers acting in their U.S. Marshal capacity had fired their weapons and Reinoehl was pronounced dead at the scene.

Later on Thursday night, Trump tweeted: "Why aren't the Portland Police ARRESTING the cold blooded killer of Aaron "Jay" Danielson. Do your job, and do it fast. Everybody knows who this thug is. No wonder Portland is going to hell!"

The timing of his tweet sparked a thread, in which Eugene Gu asked: "Why is Trump tweeting this AFTER Michael Forest Reinoehl was killed by the police as they attempted to arrest him?"

Newsweek has contacted the Thurston County Sheriff's Office and the White House for comment.

Tensions were high in Portland last week after a convoy of hundreds of vehicles flying flags and carrying an estimated 1,000 Trump backers came through the center of the city and clashed with BLM supporters. Oregon's biggest city has been the flashpoint for growing conflicts involving guns over the last month.

What a lyin' hypocrite! As if this revelation suddenly dawned on him:

Ted Wheeler says Police make arrests, but repeat offenders & rioters are right back in the streets

Things have certainly changes rapidly in Portland in terms of the narrative coming from Mayor Ted Wheeler. He refused to get federal help from President Trump to stop the rioting. At some point he actually tried to march with the Black Lives Matter protesters - but, all of it backfired for him:

BLM & Antifa rioters occupied his condo building - they even tried to set fire to the building - and because of that he announced he plan to move somewhere else.

Now he is saying, “there is more we can do with county law enforcement and the judges and others” .

“Mayor Ted Wheeler said "it doesn't sit right with me" that some protesters have been arrested multiple times: You don't hold people accountable they see that as tacit approval”

Accompanying YouTube comment:

100 nights of riots...and he's only just noticed?...pathetic grifter.

Cold Blooded Murderer Michael Reinoehl Killed by Federal U. S. Marshals

The immediate question I have is this; why didn't the Portland Police bring this man in for questioning and/or arrest him? His own sister stated that he was the killer, and, for all intents and purposes, admitted to the shooting in the VICE interview. Why did it require the U. S. Marshals to get involved? Was it because the PPD were ordered to "stand down" on this matter from their Mayor/Safety Director?

Reinoehl had another run in with Portland Police as reported from the link below:

"Reinoehl was cited on June 8 with illegal gun possession after he was pulled over driving 111-mph on Interstate 84 near Portland. Reinoehl’s 11-year-old daughter was in the vehicle at the time, leading to a reckless endangerment charge."

NOTE: Reinoehl was illegally carrying a gun in a car in which he was speeding at 111 mph, with his 11 yr. old daughter and he doesn't get arrested ??? I wonder if the "investigative journalists" in the main stream media will report on that one.

First off Ray -- Michael was an antifa security guard who appears to be the man responsible for the homicide of President Trumps friend and career criminal thug, Jay [Bishop] Danielson. Michael had a very viable claim of self defense and very likely would have been acquitted.

Yesterday the City of Portland or county prosecutor {someone local) issued an arrest warrant for Michael. That is typical proper procedure in these gray area situations. If Micheals self defense claims are viable -- that's for a jury to decide. Because Micael wasn't in jurisdiction. The execution of the warrant was to be handled by state police, who questionably and/or conveniently, involved officers from the US Marshall service.

From there it's sketchy.

My own skewedspeak would be that Donald Trump ordered this hit on Michael for his buddy and because the whole hypocritical dichotomy of celebrating killer Kyle while demonizing Michael needed to cure. They will do a quick job of making it appear Michael pulled a gun, ,but why would an innocent man do such? Just a few hours before he was interviewed discussing how it was self-defense. He mentioned talking things over with attorneys who surely would have said they are likely to get him acquitted. So why resist arrest? It's odd they had to sneak attack him. Was he given an opportunity to turn himself in? Was this "warrant" a secret to him? Was he behaving as a fugitive?

Surely Michael was afraid of being in police custody as well as being afraid of one of Trumps Patriot brown shirts excuting him in revenge so he was in a bit of a pickle. Such fears probably made this contract killing much easier for Richae Barr and Trump. They just ambushed him while he was in his car in a manner they knew or hoped Michael would react in his own self-defense just as Kyle did when the citizens of Kenosha attempted to [citizen's] arrest him.

The prosecutor's should bring Trump in for questioning and lock him up.

Now, he is also the judge and jury that has reached the conclusion that the MURDERED VICTIM provoked his own murder (while brandishing NO WEAPON, unless you call a can of mace a lethal weapon), thus justifying the murderer's actions as "self-defense."

He also concludes that the VICTIM was "Trumps (sic) friend and career criminal thug" and by stating such, apparently again is wildly searching for the justification for his MURDER. Paraphrase: "He was Trump's friend, so he deserved to be killed. Case closed."

He then concludes that he knows what was going through Michael Reinoehl's mind, and, that Reinoehl was afraid of the (evil) Police, and if they didn't get him, surely "Trumps (sic) (this man has a Doctorate, wink, wink) Brown shirts (think Hitler) would "execute" him, so "he was in a pickle." It was late and I was tired and I didn't get through it but I THINK I read that before...several years ago. I look forward to reading more as I am/was more in line with MacArthur in that I'm a cessationist and feel the nature of loosely regulated and charismatic practices will inevitably take many such pastors and entire churches into the gutter at some point -- lest they lose congregants to the LESS DEAD charismatic church up the street. What I've read from you is more then 10 years old so I wonder if your feelings about Johnny Mac have changed -- especially with his alleged support of Trump?

Craig said...

Anon 12:43 PM (X/+),

I do not support nor do I dissociate from anyone based upon their beliefs about someone else—whether or not I support this other person. So, my opinion on MacArthur has not changed relative to this line of thinking generally and Mac’s support of Trump specifically. If he didn’t support Trump my opinion would be the same. I still listen to him on occasion, and he has some excellent insights and teachings—but he also has some (not too much) that I don’t agree with. I disagree with him on the pre-trib ‘rapture’ and cessationism most specifically (though that does not exclude other things).

From what I’ve seen, many use the “perfect” in 1Cor 13:10 to indicate the closing of the Biblical canon (as does Mac), which I see as eisegesis, completely disregarding the larger context. To me, I think it clear that the “perfect” refers to the eschaton (end of all things), i.e., Christ’s return (or our gathering in the New Jerusalem), in this passage. A form of this same word is used by Jesus on the Cross (“It is finished/completed/perfected”). In this (erroneous) interpretation that it’s the completion of the canon, the thinking goes that the sign gifts ceased at that time because we now have the complete Bible for all to read. But this neglects to factor in the time when the Bible was entirely in Latin and not available to the laity. It also implies that Scripture required ‘completion’ via its canonization—but wasn’t it already complete? The fact that WE didn’t canonize it till the fourth century does not mean Scripture was somehow incomplete before that time.

To me this is analogous to the belief in a flat earth that was later upended. Just because many misinterpreted some Biblical passages, does not mean the earth suddenly became spherical. Comparatively, just because for a time we couldn’t agree on just what constituted Scripture doesn’t mean we didn’t have a complete Bible before the fourth century.

I think this relatively short blog post will aid the reader in properly exegeting this passage:

Palindromes and Chiastic Structures

It illustrates the comparisons and the contrasts in the relevant passage. One can exegete from there.

Though I don’t possess any of the ‘sign’ gifts—and I might be called a ‘cautious continuationist’—I personally know a man who speaks in tongues. I’ve never heard him do this—it’s not something to ‘show off’—but I know him to be a man of integrity, and, thus, I believe him in this regard. I’ve not yet met his wife (she’s shy, introverted), but he tells me she also speaks in tongues and she has had quite a few visions of late specifically to do with leadership at the church they attend. This latter part is new. She does not want the responsibility for what these visions portend. But I think this is precisely why she has this gift and why she has a husband that can relay this info. She cannot be seen as one with some sort of vendetta (nor, I think, could he, actually).

The key to staving off charismatic excess is to keep everything orderly from the beginning (1Cor 14:26—40). It’s up to leadership to keep this order. What that should look like, I cannot tell you.

What are your beliefs regarding abortion

RayB said...

Craig,

I wanted to add a little to my comment @ 12:22 PM for clarification purposes ....

By using the word "stupid," I was not referring to the spelling or grammar used by "X," but rather, I was referring to his convoluted comments, i.e. (paraphrasing) "I'm against abortion, but I'm voting for Biden (who is radically pro-abortion) because God is sovereign and He can get rid of Roe v Wade through Biden, so that's why I support Biden. There's more of a chance to ditch Roe under Biden (who will no doubt nominate Pro-Abortionists to the USSC) than Trump (who has already nominated two that lean heavily towards pro-life), etc., etc.

He also twists every which way in order to justify the MURDER of an innocent man, while stupidly (there I go again) maintaining that it was all in "self-defense." In order to justify the execution of an unarmed, innocent man, you either have to be incredibly evil or incredibly stupid to believe such a thing. I could go on and on, but will stop here.

I hope this helps clarify what I meant by my use of the word "stupid."

PS: I also left him an out; that being that he might not be "stupid" after all, but rather a Troll.

Query?: What are your beliefs regarding abortion?

1. A fetus is a fully formed unborn human made in the image of God;

2. Abortion is murder - It is a violation of God’s law and He commands us not to murder. The premeditated killing of another human being with malice of forethought is murder.

3. Roe v. Wade is a progressive disaster, in a long line of societal and family crushing decisions brought upon us by the Republican party and the republican party justices that have controlled the Supreme Court since the 1950's. Unfortunately, such progressiveness has festered so long now that even overturning Roe v Wade will likely have very little impact on the number of legal abortions and sexual practices of our population here in the US. The enduring culture war(and compromising) would just continue at the state level thereafter. Not that I want to save Roe v Wade (because babies are worth the risk); but, there is a double-edged sword involved in overturning it. Generally speaking, Roe v. Wade is based upon a line of cases with a broad interpretation of the word "liberty" in the constitutional phrase --- "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". Conversely, a strict constructionist views "liberty" very narrowly. Once you overturn it many "liberties" are likely to go with that leaving the state with the power and the opportunity to regulate things Christians have long taken for granted. Plus, now that we have way too many roman catholic politicians and judges writing and enforcing laws (which could eventually by controlled by and dictated to them by the Pope) --- persecuted Christians are going to miss many of the "liberties" they have enjoyed for a couple centuries here as the majority.

4. The shedding of innocent blood brings judgment upon our nation. God hates the hands that shed innocent blood. Abortion is the sacrifice of children in the womb as a result of the sinfulness of the human heart. I believe Trump to be a result of this and God's judgment upon us.

The current near 50 year political alliance with the republican party to overturn Roe v Wade has been a dismal failure. In the process, Christian political engagement has abandoned any semblance of a Biblical foundation and conviction in exchange for seat(s) at the table of the cultural elites where their softened biblically compromising pleas for any advancement of the pro-life agendas are simply traded, in minute increments, if at all, for political party loyalty. More and more, over the years, even those "token seats" haven't even been filled by Christians at all. Instead, heretics like 3-time adulteress Paula White have taken center-stage.

In other words, I align myself with Jesus and the power of the Gospel. Only He can save babies and convict women, politicians and citizens and bring our country to repentance. I don't need to vote for and watch ANOTHER corrupt, cantankerous and reprobate republican president make empty promises to Christians in exchange for approval from my Brothers in Christ and my BLIND loyalty only to see him make a mockery of Christians on the world's stage and appoint more unreliable non-christian roman catholics to the supreme court. This fine line of promising change but accomplishing nothing has resulted in significant gains for the republican party but it's time for the free ride to end. Perhaps in 2024 we'll get an actual Christian conservative republican candidate who will actually take God's law much more seriously. I'm not that hopeful for such.

Where we need greater understanding is in the world of covert trolling. This craftier breed is neither obviously hateful, nor openly offensive. Instead, these trolls live in the twilight between what we think their intentions are, and what they really intend. The fact is that we never know another person's intentions. We are only ever guessing, based on the evidence they present us with, and a crafty troll will present just enough evidence of being credible that to block them would seem like a dangerous step towards infringing free speech. Such trolls will even use this defence, and accuse those who block them of cowardice, censorship, and losing the argument. The average individual is left stuck between doing the morally upstanding thing (upholding free speech, engaging in a debate) and the wise thing (protecting their own peace of mind).

Portland protest shooting suspect killed in Lacey as officers moved in

...“And we seen the suspect [Reinoehl] got out of a silver car, got out, pulled out his gun and was shooting toward the cops,” said Smith, who said he’s lived in the neighborhood for two years. “At that point the suspect was shooting and walking backwards.”

Officers fired more, he said. “There was a bunch of shots, probably a good minute, minute-and-a-half of just solid shooting.”

Reinoehl’s shooting came the same day VICE-TV aired an interview with him in which he said he shot and killed a Patriot Prayer supporter, Aaron “Jay” Danielson, last Saturday in downtown Portland. Reinoehl described the shooting as self-defense, saying, “I had no choice.”

Danielson, 39, was among a large group of Trump supporters who clashed with Black Lives Matter protesters during the demonstrations Saturday. At the time of the shooting, which was captured by protest livestreamer Justin Dunlap’s video from about a half-block away, Danielson was with friend and fellow Patriot Prayer supporter Chandler Pappas when two men crossed a street nearby. Video appears to show Danielson approaching the two men with bear spray before a tall, thin man fires two shots, then flees.

“I think it was planned,” Pappas said the next day in an interview with a conservative journalist, Andrew Duncomb. “I think they were looking for someone to hurt.”

In the interview on VICE-TV, Reinoehl did not give details of the shooting but said lives were in danger.

“You know, lots of lawyers suggest that I shouldn’t even be saying anything, but I feel it’s important that the world at least gets a little bit of what’s really going on,” Reinoehl said. “I had no choice. I mean, I, I had a choice. I could have sat there and watched them kill a friend of mine of color. But I wasn’t going to do that.”

Reinoehl had been an active participant in Portland protests for weeks, and in Bloomberg QuickTake News video posted July 27, he described how he had been shot while “working security” for the protests earlier this summer, after trying to wrestle a gun away from a man who he thought posed a threat.

I have military experience, and so I jumped in there, and pulled the gun away from people’s heads, avoided being shot in the stomach, and I got shot through the arm,” Reinoehl told a reporter, before displaying a blood-soaked bandaged wrapped around his upper right arm.

Portland police had not officially identified Reinoehl as a suspect in Danielson’s homicide, but unnamed police sources have told The Oregonian that the man is a suspect.

On his Facebook page, Reinoehl said he lived in Gresham, just east of Portland, and a residential history shows he lived at addresses at Fort Lewis, now known as Joint Base Lewis–McChord, from 1992 to 2002. An Army official told The New York Times that no record of service could be found under his name.

Portland shooting suspect followed right-wing activists after spotting them downtown, unsealed arrest warrant says

Prosecutors in Oregon released recently unsealed court documents Friday alleging that self-described anti-fascist Michael Forest Reinoehl hid in a parking garage before following two supporters of the right-wing Patriot Prayer group after spotting them during street protests last weekend.

Moments later, the records allege, Reinhoel shot and killed one of the men, Aaron “Jay” Danielson.

The records were made public a day after a fugitive task force fatally shot Reinoehl near Lacey, Thurston County.

The records include a sworn statement by a Portland police detective that says video surveillance footage taken from a parking garage and other information support that Reinoehl, 48, who has said in previous interviews that he worked security for Black Lives Matter protests, shot and killed Danielson, 39, after seeing him and a friend walking downtown amid protests on Aug. 29.

Just before 8:45 p.m that day, the garage video captured Reinoehl as he spotted Danielson and Chandler Pappas — also an avowed supporter of the far-right Patriot Prayer group — walking behind him on Southwest Third Avenue just south of Alder Street, Portland Police Detective Rico Beniga wrote in the probable cause affidavit. Reinoehl soon ducked into the parking garage of the Moda Tower, waiting until the two men passed by, the statement said.

At the time they walked by, the video showed Danielson “appeared to be holding a can in his right hand and what appears to be an expandable baton in his left hand,” Beniga’s statement says. Seconds later, Reinoehl emerged from the garage and followed the men as they crossed the street, with Reinoehl “reaching toward the pocket or pouch on his waistband,” the detective wrote.

“The shooting occurs shortly thereafter and is not captured on the surveillance video,” Beniga wrote. Reinoehl is captured briefly on the footage with his right arm “raised as he is facing toward Danielson.” He is then seen running north, the statement says.

Danielson was shot in the chest and died at the scene.

Investigators later recovered a baton and a bullet-damaged bear spray canister from the street near Danielson’s body. They also recovered a loaded gun from Danielson’s waistband, Beniga’s affidavit said.

The detective’s statement, which also details how police used photos and video footage of Portland’s other protests to help identify Reinoehl as the shooter, helped police obtain a warrant from a Multnomah County court on Wednesday for Reinoehl’s arrest on second-degree murder and illegal gun possession charges.

A day later, Reinoehl was killed amid a hail of gunfire after a fugitive task force tried to apprehend him outside an apartment complex near Lacey.

During the encounter at the Tanglewilde Terrace Townhouses, Reinoehl left an apartment and got into a car, and then, after officers used their vehicles to box him in, “produced a handgun,” authorities have said. Four officers fired shots at Reinoehl; investigators say they haven’t determined whether he fired at the officers. Reinoehl was killed at the scene. A task forced headed by the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office is now investigating Reinoehl’s shooting.

Reineohl’s death occurred the same day VICE News aired an interview during which he appeared to admit shooting Danielson, but said the act was “totally justified” and done in self-defense to protect a friend.

Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt said in a statement Friday authorities “still do not have a full understanding” of Reinoehl’s death.

Craig said...

“The apprehension of a fugitive, in particular one under investigation for murder, is especially dangerous for law enforcement,” Schmidt said, adding he was “thankful that no one else was injured or killed.”

Schmidt’s office said Friday that it sought to initially seal the police affidavit at the request of law enforcement, but asked the court to make the records public after Reinoehl’s death.

After obtaining a warrant Wednesday, police searched Reinoehl’s home and recovered clothes that matched those worn by Reinoehl at the time of the killing, the records said. Police also found ammunition that matched the Winchester .380-caliber casing recovered from the crime scene, it said.

Portland detectives also obtained data from the phone of Reinoehl’s son, who was recently investigated for an unrelated crime in Clackamas County. Among the texts to the son was one on Aug. 7 from a contact labeled “Dad.” According to Beniga’s statement, it said: “Sell me the gun for a quarter pound of weed and $100 I’m getting tired of this (expletive) I need a piece now.”

The affidavit released Friday likely won’t fully put an end to dueling narratives of what transpired immediately before the shooting, as tensions have escalated between Portland’s racial injustice protesters and counter-protesters in recent days.

In his statement, Beniga cites among the reviewed evidence a video by Justin Dunlap, a livestream chronicler of the protests, that captured the shooting. Dunlap, who has since reviewed the video numerous times since the shooting, told The Seattle Times it appeared to show Danielson advancing several steps toward the two other men as they crossed the street, and releasing bear spray just before the sound of two pops made by gunfire.

A Portland detective also interviewed a motorist who was driving by at the time of the shooting who told them “he saw the male who was shot [Danielson] pull out a large can and spray it, which was followed by two gunshots,” the affidavit states.

Beniga came to a different conclusion about the sequence of events depicted on the video, saying that while Danielson advanced toward Reinoehl, the explosion of “what appears to be a gaseous substance” occurs after the first gunshot — not before. The can of bear spray recovered near Danielson’s body “exhibited damage consistent with being struck by a bullet,” the detective’s statement added.

In interviews with conservative journalists this past week, Pappas has said Danielson raised a can of bear spray as the shooting occurred, but that a bullet went through it and struck his friend, causing the explosion of spray into the air.

Pappas also said during one of the interviews that both he and Danielson were unarmed at the time of the shooting, which is contradicted in the police affidavit.

“I believe it was just a random assassination attempt,” Pappas said. “I think it was planned. I think they were looking for somebody to hurt. I think they’re looking for somebody just like us who was down there unprotected, who didn’t go and bring guns because we’re not, we didn’t have any intention to kill people.”

Investigators, however, recovered a Glock Model 17 from Danielson’s waistband, and found one Horady 9-mm Luger red-tip round in the chamber and 19 more rounds in the gun’s extended magazine, the detective’s statement said. The hollow-point bullets are marketed as “critical defense” ammunition, according to their manufacturer.

The detective added that investigators “also located three fully loaded 9-mm magazines from the cargo pockets of Danielson’s shorts.”

'Peaceful Riots'? Journalism Bows to the Woke Mob

By Mark Hemingway / RCP
July 31, 2020

Just a few weeks ago the idea of “peaceful riots” would have seemed absurd, but the American media is nothing if not inventive these days. Earlier this week, ABC News reported, “Protesters in California set fire to a courthouse, damaged a police station and assaulted officers after a peaceful demonstration intensified.” Legal scholar Eugene Volokh wonders how this terminology would work in the real world: “You are being charged with an intensified peaceful demonstration, in the second degree. How do you plead?”

Indeed, the media’s commitment to tempering their descriptions of violent riots sweeping the nation as “mostly peaceful” is relentless – that particular phrase has become a media cliché practically overnight.

RIOTS, Not Protests: The Media Is Gaslighting You

Bad-faith media members tell you civil unrest in American cities are really peaceful protests. And when they do actually acknowledge violence, some media frame it as a direct result of President Donald Trump.

You are being lied to. It's an audacious attempt to gaslight the American public, as some media continue their effort to help defeat President Trump.

The Pacific Northwest is under siege. Nightly, riots overtake Portland. In Seattle, there were three costly and dangerous riots over the course of just a week. People are getting injured, and both businesses and public buildings are being destroyed or vandalized. And the media is pretending it's not really happening.

Protesters in Rochester, N.Y. clash with police, barraged by pepper spray balls

Protesters in Rochester, N.Y. gathered for a rally against the death of Black man Daniel Prude in March, on Friday night, as police had barricaded the public safety building where protesters clashed with law enforcement.

As protesters attempted to approach a police barricade, they were barraged with pepper spray balls. Protesters used makeshift shields (wooden planks, umbrellas, sleds) to repel the incoming pepper spray but many got caught, some called for medics as they attempted to flush their eyes with water and milk.

93% of Black Lives Matter Protests Have Been Peaceful, New Report Finds

https://time.com/5886348/report-peaceful-protests/

This article has a great breakdown and keeps things in perspective well. The police appear to be responding more violently more often towards BLM protests than other protests, at times instigating and/or exacerbating the violence. Some violence has been instigated by infiltrators and counter-protesters, in increasing numbers, are statistically more likely to be violent than BLM protests. To be clear-- I am NOT a BLM protestor or supporter. I'm just not going to fall for the FEAR-MONGERING political advertising campaign.

In addition to armed individuals standing by without directly engaging demonstrations, there has also been an increase in the number of counter-protests confronting opposing demonstrators. Between 24 May and 22 August, over 360 counter-protests were recorded around the country, accounting for nearly 5% of all demonstrations. Of these, 43 — nearly 12% — turned violent, with clashes between pro-police demonstrators and demonstrators associated with the BLM movement, for example. In July alone, ACLED records over 160 counter-protests, or more than 8% of all demonstrations. Of these, 18 turned violent. This is a significant increase relative to July 2019, when only 17 counter-protests were reported around the country, or approximately 1% of all demonstrations, and only one of these allegedly turned violent.

....

While these data present only a snapshot of demonstration activity and political violence in America, the trendlines are clear: demonstrations have erupted en masse around the country, and they are increasingly met with violence by state actors, non-state actors, and counter-demonstrators alike. With two months until the election, the US faces deep divisions over racial inequality, the role of the police, and economic hardship exacerbated by an ineffective pandemic response. The administration has taken multiple steps to inflame these tensions, from announcing further federal deployments in “Democrat-led cities” like Chicago and Albuquerque (AP, 22 July 2020) to threatening a postponement of the election altogether (BBC, 30 July 2020). In this hyper-polarized environment, state forces are taking a more heavy-handed approach to dissent, non-state actors are becoming more active and assertive, and counter-demonstrators are looking to resolve their political disputes in the street. Without significant mitigation efforts, these risks will continue to intensify in the lead-up to the vote, threatening to boil over in November if election results are delayed, inconclusive, or rejected as fraudulent.

That article I linked provided some decent statistics to show this violence isn't at all as widespread as it's being [politically] made out to be as we head into an election with a sitting president desperate to talk about anything other than his failures.

Oregon and Washington are anomalies. To get an idea of the back history of violence connected to right wing extremists take a look at this story about one of Aaron (Jay) Danielson's buddies from 2017. Aaron {Jay} Danielson even said about the homicides that "they {the completely unarmed victims} got everything they deserved for assaulting the man"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_Portland_train_attack

In 2017, Aaron (Jay) Danielson was also arrested for bringing a gun to a protest rally in Portland.

https://youtu.be/IALDu2WKehU

By Mr. Danielson's own standard, it appears he got what he deserved. He's certainly no hero and he's not a martyr. It's not like anyone is claiming he was downtown street preaching and sharing the Gospel. I don't support the vigilante justice undertaken by Mike R. either, but violence begets violence and but-for Mr. Danielson walking down the street with a baton in his left hand, a can of deer mace in his right hand and a Glock in his waistband it doesn't appear one could call him a "peaceful counter-protestor" either.

I was correct about another suspicion I had. I wonder if the officers were recording and if those videos will become public someday. This video appears to show the cars that "boxed in" Mike all appear to be unmarked vehicles and the "officers - deputized federal agents" are not really that distinguishable from Patriot Prayer terrorists whom Mike would naturally fear would be out to execute him if they could find him. His sister and family had already reported numerous threats so it's not completely outrageous to believe that Mike MAY HAVE tried to defend himself against a force that didn't really adequately define themselves and the purpose of their legal actions to arrest him. The whole thing sounds fishy to me -- 4 Marshalls just happen upon him exiting the house and getting into a vehicle?

Australia: Arrests made during anti-lockdown protests in Melbourne

Police made multiple arrests during unauthorised protests against coronavirus restrictions at two locations in Melbourne on Saturday.

Hundreds of people gathered to denounce the government's handling of the COVID pandemic.

"Many Victorians who are concerned, don't feel safe, feel maybe that things — even feeling like their voice isn't heard at the moment, to be honest with you. Calling everybody "conspiracy theorists" is very dangerous. I don't think that's correct. And this is why the people are angry. First and foremost because of not being heard," said Tom, a protester.

In addition to the arrests, officers issued more than 160 infringement notices for breaches of the Chief Health Officer's stay-at-home directives.

Similar protests were also held in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

Australia has reported over 26,000 cases of COVID-19 since the start of the outbreak, according to data compiled by the Johns Hopkins University. At least 748 deaths were linked with the virus.

Some demonstrations are more dangerous than others.

" X " is not biased at all. He is not prone to wild speculation. BLM violence is a myth to "X."

Mr. "X" impartial, cool headed take on everything BLM is evidenced by unbiased statements such as this; "...Patriot Prayer terrorists whom Mike would naturally fear would be out to execute him if they could find him."

Notice that "X" has concluded that the people connected to "Patriot Prayer" are "terrorists," but he is on a friendly first name basis with the now dead (thankfully) EXECUTIONER/MURDERER that he refers to as simply "Mike."

He also claims he doesn't support "vigilante justice," but heavily implies (think the weight of a loaded dump truck) that the VICTIM that was MURDERED by Michael Reinoehl (aka, "Mike") got what was coming to him, even though he did NOTHING to provoke the ambush/attack upon him. (Recently released videos prove that Reinoehl was laying in weight to ambush the Trump supporter, victim Jay Danielson).

Both BLM and ANTIFA are TERRORIST organizations that want nothing less than to start a violent revolution in order to take down our system of government. Their goal is to create a despotic, totalitarian Communist government in its place. If they were to gain power, the violence that you have witnessed these past months against INNOCENT people and businesses will be child's play compared to what they have planned for anyone and everyone that refuse to bow to THEM and their dictates.

It is no coincidence that they have rolled out Guillotines during some of their "peaceful protests." They are giving us a clear message of what kind of mob justice they hope to implement. I've studied the French Revolution extensively. Like the French Revolutionaries, these people are every bit as violent and bloodthirsty and would like nothing more than to start chopping off the heads of the people that don't bow down to them in mind, body and soul !

Ask yourself this question as you view the violent videos of these groups in action; is this of Christ, or Satan ? The answer is obvious.

Brief description of what my wife & I experienced yesterday ...

My wife wanted to watch a "Boaters for Trump" regalia from the shore of a small resort town near us on Saturday. There were well over 100 boats all decked out with American, Blue Line, & Trump flags, etc. The enthusiasm was something to see, both from the people on the boats and those on shore.

After the event, we went into town to walk around and pause for snacks, etc. While there, a group of Motorcyclists for Trump came roaring through the town ... all with flags. Again, lots of support and enthusiasm from the people that were walking on the street. It's one thing to watch these types of pro-Trump displays on video, it's quite another to experience it in person. We had a very similar experience when we attended a Trump Rally during the 2016 campaign. At that event, contrary to what the media was 'reporting,' we saw ZERO displays of violence, or racism. Just lots of courteous, normal Americans of all colors and creeds coming together to hear what Trump had to say, and they loved it as evidenced by the incredible enthusiasm by the very large crowd. When I expereinced this, I felt for the first time that Trump was probably going to win ... even though the media was giving him ZERO chance.

I honestly think that the enthusiasm for Trump this time around is much higher. In general, motivation to go out and vote is extremely important. I am sensing that Trump supporters feel that they are part of a cause to "save the country" from the lawlessness being advanced by the anarchist allies of the Democratic Party. Americans will NEVER knowingly vote AGAINST Law & Order. They want to feel safe in their communities and detest the violence that they are seeing being played out for 100+ days in these bastions of the Democratic Party.

IMO, the ONLY way the unlikable Biden/Harris ticket overcomes all of this and"wins" is if they steal the election via massive voter fraud, primarily through mail in balloting.

But Right Now At Least In America Isn't Real Vote Fraud At The BALLOT Level IMPOSSIBLE?

Answer?

We should strongly consider:

Only allowing the use of Paper Ballots COMBINED WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM to act as a 'check' on each other (so that the totals MATCH) perhaps using something such as BLOCKCHAIN VOTING from voting booths (other ways such as mail-ins, etc., being discontinued) so as to then be THE ONLY LEGAL way to have ballots cast (because it will be the most tamper-resistant system possible including because it will automatically have the voting systems check on each other)!

Let us strive to clearly understand what exactly was meant in the part of Isaiah recently quoted:

Matthew Poole's Commentary

Isaiah 8:12

Say ye not, thou, Isaiah, and thine and my children, A confederacy; do not approve of or consent to this wicked design of making a confederacy with the king of Assyria.

Their fear; that thing which they fear, that if they do not call in the Assyrian succours, they shall certainly be destroyed by those two potent kings united against them, and that God either cannot or will not deliver them.

Barnes' Notes on the Bible

Isaiah 8:12

Say ye not - Do not join in their purposes of forming a confederacy. Do not unite with the king and the people of Judah in their alarms about the threatened invasion by the kings of Syria and Samaria, and in their purpose to form an alliance with the king of Assyria. The reason why they should not do this, he states in Isaiah 8:13, where he exhorts the nation to put confidence in the Lord rather than in man. There has been, however, great diversity in the interpretation of this passage. The Septuagint renders the word קשׁר qesher, 'confederacy,' by the word σκληρόν sklēron - 'Everything which this people say, is hard.' The Syriac, 'Do not say, rebellion,' etc. The Chaldee understands the word in the same sense. Lowth proposes to change the word קשׁר qesher, into קדשׁ qâdôsh, because Dr. Seeker possessed one manuscript in which this reading was found; and he translates the passage:

'Say ye not it is holy,

Of everything of which this people shall say it is holy.'

That is, 'call not their idols holy; nor fear ye the object of their fear; that is, the gods of the idolaters.' But it is plain that this does not suit the connection of the passage, since the prophet is not reproving them for their idolatry, but is discoursing of the alliance between the kings of Syria and Samaria. Besides, the authority of one manuscript, without the concurrence of any ancient version, is not a sufficient authority for changing the Hebrew text. Most commentators have understood this word 'confederacy' as referring to the alliance between the kings of Syria and Samaria; as if the prophet had said, 'Do not join in the cry so common and almost universal in the nation, "There is a confederacy between those two kingdoms; there is an alliance formed which endangers our liberty" - a cry that produces alarm and trepidation in the nation.' Thus Rosenmuller and Gesenius explain it.

Anonymous said...

Aben Ezra, and Kimchi, however. understand it of a conspiracy, which they suppose was formed in the kingdom of Ahaz, against him and the house of David; and that the prophet warns the people against joining in such a conspiracy. But of the existence of such a conspiracy there is no evidence. Had there been such a conspiracy, it is not probable that it would have been so well known as to make it a proper subject of public denunciation. Conspiracies are usually secret and concealed. I regard this, however, as a caution to the prophet not to join in the prevailing demand for an alliance with the king of Assyria. Ahaz trembled before the united armies of Syria and Samaria. He sought, therefore, foreign assistance - the assistance of the king of Assyria. It is probable that in this he was encouraged by the leaders of the people, and that this would be a popular measure with the mass of the nation. Yet it implied distrust of God (note, Isaiah 8:6); and, therefore, the prophet was directed not to unite with them in seeking this 'confederacy,' or alliance, but to oppose it. The word translated 'confederacy,' קשׁר qesher is derived from the verb קשׁר qâshar, "to bind, to fetter;" to enter into a conspiracy. It usually refers to a conspiracy, but it may mean a combination or alliance of any kind. Or, if it here means a conspiracy, a union between Ahaz and the Assyrians may be regarded as a species of conspiracy, as it was an unnatural alliance; a species of combination against the natural and proper government of Judah - the theocracy.

Neither fear ye their fear - Do not partake of their alarm at the invasion of the land by the united armies of Syria and Samaria. Rather put confidence in God, and believe that he is able to save you; compare 1 Peter 3:12-14.

12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are inclined to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” 13 Who can harm you if you are zealous for what is good? 14 But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear what they fear; do not be shaken."

Democrats just declared they’re going to rip off the 2020 election, even revealing HOW they’re going to do it!

09/06/20
By: JD Heyes
Natural News

If you listen long enough, Democrats will always reveal their diabolical plans, but they always disguise them as things that Republicans are planning to do.

Like steal the 2020 presidential election. No, really. They’re planning on stealing it because they know there is no way anyone they nominated was going to beat President Donald Trump.

And what’s more, Democrats have told us how they’re going to steal the election: Think vote fraud as a result of mail-in ballots.

According to Breitbart News:

An analytics firm bankrolled by billionaire Michael Bloomberg is predicting that while President Trump will appear to win on November 3, Democrat Joe Biden will actually win the election days later due to mail-in voting.

Josh Mendelsohn, the CEO of Hawkfish — funded by Bloomberg and currently working for various pro-Biden super PACs — told Axios that his firm predicts a “red mirage” where Trump wins on election day but Biden wins the election days later when mail-in votes are counted.

“The reason we talk about a red mirage is in fact because we believe that on election night, we are going to see Donald Trump in a stronger position than the reality actually is,” Mendelsohn said.

“We are sounding the alarm and saying that this is a very real possibility, that the data is going to show on election night an incredible victory for Donald Trump. That is likely to be what we see,” he added.

In short, the Biden people and the Left-wing Democrat deep state knows full well that Trump is going to blow his challenger out of the water, but rather than concede they are then going to have operatives flood fake ballots into the system so that the landslide will be reversed when ‘all the votes are counted.’

“When every legitimate vote is tallied and we get to that final day, which will be Sunday after election day, it will in fact show that what happened on election night was exactly that, a mirage. It looked like Donald Trump was in the lead and he fundamentally was not when every ballot gets counted,” Mendelsohn continued.

Anonymous said...

Remember — just a few short weeks ago, Hillary Clinton, two-time presidential loser, ‘advised’ Biden to never concede (remember when she blasted then-GOP nominee Donald Trump for saying he would not necessarily concede on Election Night as a ‘threat to our democracy’?).

She doesn’t want Biden to concede because she knows what’s about to happen.

What’s more, mail-in vote fraud is very real and it’s been happening for years. A former Democrat operative talked about it just recently.

According to VoteFraud.news:

We keep hearing Democrats and their propagandists in the ‘mainstream media’ claim there is no such thing as ‘widespread voter fraud,’ but as is always the case, the truth is always just the opposite of what the Donkey Party and its allies claim.

While instances of voter fraud have been widely reported, even if not by the major corporate media, a former Democratic vote fraud operative recently explained just how pervasive it is and even how it’s done.

Now, just think about this for a moment. If Mendelsohn’s ‘model’ is right, Trump would appear to win a landslide election with 408 electoral votes to Biden’s 130. But, with 40 percent of the electorate planning on voting by mail this year, he’s saying that the final tally will wind up being 334 for Biden and 204 for the president (270 is needed to win the presidency).

How in the world are Democrats going to convince Americans an electoral victory that big was just a ‘mirage?’ Won’t that lead to massive violence in the streets by Trump supporters?

Most likely. And that appears to be what the Democrats want: More chaos.

If they can’t govern, then they just want to burn it all down.

We’re inching toward a new civil war, folks. It’s as plain as day what Democrats are trying to pull off here.

Forget the old running jokes about how ‘dead people’ have been voting in Democrat cities like Chicago for decades. The problem is far worse than that.

In an exclusive report, the New York Post noted:

A top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows this because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades.

Mail-in ballots have become the latest flashpoint in the 2020 elections. While President Trump and the GOP warn of widespread manipulation of the absentee vote that will swell with COVID polling restrictions, many Democrats and their media allies have dismissed such concerns as unfounded.

But the political insider, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he fears prosecution, said fraud is more the rule than the exception.

The insider said he was involved in fixing municipal and federal elections in New Jersey — Paterson, Camden, Newark, Atlantic City, Hoboken and Hudson County. He has tampered with local legislative, mayoral and congressional races all across the state.

And he says that some of the biggest, most recognizable names and some of the highest officer holders in the Garden State have benefited from his cheating, according to materials that the Post examined.

“An election that is swayed by 500 votes, 1,000 votes — it can make a difference,” the operative said. “It could be enough to flip states.”

What’s more, the ballot fraud was not just limited to New Jersey. He told the paper that not only has he himself changed votes, but he has led teams of fraudsters and has mentored at least 20 people in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, the latter a very crucial battleground state.

“There is no race in New Jersey — from city council to United States Senate — that we haven’t worked on,” the tipster said. “I worked on a fire commissioner’s race in Burlington County. The smaller the race, the easier it is to do.”

The operative, who is a Bernie Bro and has no interest in the November race, said he wanted to come forward now in hopes of fixing problems with mail-in ballots before the election that will prove to be pivotal in our country’s history. (Related: The National Popular Vote Compact is ELECTION FRAUD.)

“This is a real thing,” he said. “And there is going to be a f**king war coming November 3rd over this stuff … If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”

So — how is this done, exactly? Well, it depends but sometimes all the fraudster needed was a copy machine.

Yes, just a copier.

“The ballot has no specific security features — like a stamp or a watermark — so the insider said he would just make his own ballots,” the Post reported.

Adds the fraudster: “I just put [the ballot] through the copy machine and it comes out the same way.”

That said, the return envelope for ballots is more complex and could never be recreated. So, they had to be collected by operatives.

After convincing voters they were delivering ballots as part of a public service, his operatives would take them somewhere else and literally steam open envelopes, replacing the ballot inside with one they filled out instead, and just reseal the envelope.

“Five minutes per ballot tops,” he notes.

Sometimes even the Postal Service was in on the scam.

“You have a postman who is a rabid anti-Trump guy and he’s working in Bedminster or some Republican stronghold … He can take those [filled-out] ballots, and knowing 95 percent are going to a Republican, he can just throw those in the garbage.”

Voting should be in person only, and voters should be made to present an ID, period.

Because the path is narrow and the only sure foundational Rock to be trusted is God's Word. All else is shifting sand.

"Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked. They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course." Psalms 82:3-5 KJV

Psalms 82:3 instructs us that instead of Trump's divisive and corrosive ideologies and complete focus on himself and his victimhood, the bible calls us Christians to defend the poor and fatherless. We must cease to do and support evil and look not to the interests of the wealthy whose adulterous lips offer you nothing by lies and platitudes, but protect the rights of the needy. Suffer not the afflicted to be further afflicted by enduring injustice, and let not the needy long stand in need of an equitable hearing. You can't defeat the "social justice warrior" by simply denying any injustices exist, but, by dialogue and rooting out legitimate injustices that do exist to the extent such can be accomplished in an imperfect world. For example, Trump has failed as a peacekeeper this summer, at justice and in equity. Lawlessness prevails under Trump's watch. He has failed both administratively AND politically to effectuate peace in his own country. The poor and afflicted are not any less human or American than the unpatriotic racist boat paraders worshipping their false Trump god.

In verse 4, Christians are advised to deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked. It is a brave thing when leaders, administrators and judges can liberate a victim like a fly from the spider's web, and a horrible case when a plunderer like Trump and the halls of justice are in league. Law has too often been an instrument for vengeance in the hand of unscrupulous men, an instrument as deadly as poison or the dagger. It is for the Christian voter to prevent and stand opposed to such real evidenced villainy (as opposed to unchristian speculation designed simply to create and promote fear, such as the writings of Michael Anton as just one example)

Verse 5 is rather timely in 2020. Both Trump and his adherents know not, neither will they understand. It is a wretched plight for a nation to be in when its leader knows no justice, and its peoples are devoid of judgment. Neither to know his duty nor to wish to know it is rather the mark of an incorrigible criminal than of a President. They walk on in darkness and they are as reckless as they are ignorant. Being both ignorant and wicked they yet dare to pursue a path in which knowledge and righteousness are essential: they go on without hesitation, forgetful of their Christian responsibilities and the punishment which they are incurring. All the foundations of the earth are out of course. When the dispensers of law have dispensed with justice, settlements are unsettled, society is unhinged, the whole fabric of the nation is shaken. When criminals take over the entire executive branch and injustice is committed in due course of law the world is indeed out of course. When outraged urban Americans are overly pepper gassed, paintballed and beaten by police and/or unauthorized paramilitary organizations with impunity, and a population of Christians cheers while a narcissistic adulterous lying President is thought more precious and God-like than ordinary men, the foundations of the earth are indeed sinking like rotten piles unable to bear up the structures built upon them.

Praise God we have an empathetic and human alternative to bunker Trump in Joe Biden. He isn't perfect and doesn't pretend to be perfect. But he is a worthy and experienced leader; for which we Christians ought to be grateful to God for and support this November.

Here's another versus we can work on a bible study over the next few days:

"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy." Proverbs 31:8-9 NIV

Craig -- you brought up the John Birch Society. I assume you did so in a negative manner as this forum has long considered JBS as a disavowed pseudo-conservative NWO organization meant to lure and misdirect conservatives away from real discernment as the New Age creeps in. Founders Robert Welch and it's original financier, Fred Koch -- not good people.

Here are some JBS quotes from Constance:

Jan 20, 2008: "Terry, you know or should know by now that the goal of the New Agers is to pit the three target groups: Jews, Christians (Catholic and Protestant), and Moslems off against each other. They work by termites from within and wrecking balls from without and then pursuing a strategy of having the orthodox inside all three groups against each other. While the diversions of Nesta Webster, Lady Jane Queensborough and even Robert Welch (yes, his Blue Book of the John Birch Society promotes a coming new "scientific religion" that is clearly NOT Christianity)are used to distract the serious researchers, the masses are distracted from seeing the total infusion of New Age teachings permeating our schools, seminaries, and lulling the masses into MASS ACCEPTANCE of a new "Christ": One clearly not Jesus and per Lucis Trust, one not Jewish either."

Dec 2009: "The LITTLE BLUE BOOK of the John Birch Society looks format wise so very much like the Alice Bailey Books (also 'little blue books'). Robert Welch talked therein about the new scientific religion to come. Sounded so very much like theosophy to me. I was first confronted with it my members of the John Birch Society in Phoenix, Arizona, when I spoke to the Arizona Breakfast Club there in March, 1983. They told me they were concerned and showed me why. My suspicion was that it was a diversion that kept millions of intelligent people from seeing the New Age Movement in a timely manner..."

The Donald Trump I Know

Why The Atlantic’s smear on the president as disrespectful of fallen soldiers does not hold up.

By Michael Anton September 6, 2020

I had never met Donald Trump when I began serving in his White House. I took the job expecting that I would never meet him. My (former) role—head of communications at the National Security Council—is not one whose occupant traditionally interacts with the president all that much (my immediate predecessor notwithstanding). The NSC comms director’s “principal,” as we say in the flak trade, is the national security advisor, not the president. The president has higher-ranking aides to look after his interests.

Plus, the top NSC flak has a rather large organization to worry about. Within the Executive Office of the President, only the Office of Management and Budget is bigger than the NSC. And given the latter’s somewhat secretive nature and placement at the center of various secretive yet intensely interesting agencies, keeping track of its happenings and fending off mis- and disinformation tends to be a full-time job in and of itself.

Anyway, having worked there before (in the George W. Bush Administration) and seen the NSC up close, I had definite ideas about how its comms office should function. As a supporter of the new president, I wanted to use that experience to help his administration communicate the significant changes he intended to make to American foreign policy. All that, I assumed, would be done without him having any knowledge of my role, or even of who I was.

But to my surprise, I ended up spending a great deal of time with President Trump—far more, for instance, in my 14 months in his administration than I spent with President Bush over my four years with his.

The first time I talked to President Trump was unexpected. I had to tell Hope Hicks about some crazy thing the North Koreans had just done or were about to do (I don’t remember the details). Her desk, in those early days, was the first one outside the Oval Office door, which the president likes to keep open.

But Hope was on the phone. She held up one finger as if to say “Give me a minute.” So I waited. I was, without quite realizing it, directly within the president’s line of sight. Somehow my eyes wandered in his direction and I saw him, behind the Resolute Desk, looking right at me. He raised a hand to wave me in. I panicked. This is not what I came over here for!

I turned to Hope and blurted out: “He’s waving for me to go in!”

“So go!” she said, annoyed.

“But—”

She put her hand over her phone’s mic and cut me off. “Anton”—in nearly four years of working for and hanging out with Hope, I don’t think she’s ever once called me “Michael” or “Mike”—“DJT likes to talk to and get to know all the people who work for him. This was going to happen sooner or later. Go,” she said, shooing me with her left hand.

So I went. There was someone sitting in front of the president’s desk; I don’t recall who, nor did I ever learn what I was interrupting. I introduced myself as “Michael Anton from the NSC.”

The president replied, “I know who you are,” in a tone that mildly suggested, “Do you think I’m an idiot?”

I almost said “No, sir,” as if he had actually asked that question, but caught myself and quickly told him what I had come to tell Hope. He asked me what we were proposing to do, and I told him. Then he asked me if I thought that was a good idea, and I said I did. And he said, fine, do it.

From that point on, I saw a lot of President Trump. I saw him in large meetings where I was just an observer, some of them secret conferences of his “war cabinet,” others with foreign leaders. I saw and spoke to him in many staff prep sessions or “pre-briefs.” I was in the Oval Office, and sometimes upstairs in the residence, for nearly every foreign leader call. I saw him in public with foreign leaders overseas and in private, around no one but staff, at embassies and hotels. Since I left the White House in April 2018, I’ve seen and spoken to the president a handful of times.

Here are three things I learned firsthand over the course of those interactions that are directly relevant to the latest phony controversy. First, Donald Trump loves his country—and not just as it might someday be, but as it is and has been. Second, he loves American troops, and especially enlisted men and women. Third, he loves performing the ceremonial duties of the presidency.

Hence it is utterly impossible to imagine President Trump disparaging American servicemen, as recently alleged, and doubly impossible to imagine him doing so within 100 miles or 48 hours of a ceremony honoring America’s fallen.

I’ve seen the president at U.S. bases interact with the military. I’ve seen him sit down and have lunch with enlisted soldiers. I’ve seen such meetings and meals extend long past the time on the printed schedule because the president enjoys so much talking to our troops and hates to leave if that would mean even one soldier who wants a moment or picture with him can’t get it. And I’ve seen him in daily, sometimes round-the-clock contact with his military aides (there are five at any given time), whom he consistently treats with gratitude and respect.

I’ve also seen the president in more than one unguarded moment. I’ve seen him at the end of long, grueling days and after meetings with people who sorely tried his patience. And I never, ever saw or heard him say anything remotely like what has been, I am confident, falsely attributed to him. A comment like that doesn’t just emerge from nowhere. It would have to reflect the speaker’s true sentiments. Sentiments which, in this case, I know President Trump does not hold.

A story alleged that the president had disparaged American troops by comparing them to “waiters.” I knew instantly to what that referred, and knew also that while technically true, in the much larger sense it was a monstrous lie.

Since leaving President Trump’s White House, I’ve declined to recount the details of my service there. I’m going to break my own rule now, this once, to tell a story that’s directly relevant and also shows how “fake news” of this type is made.

In the summer of 2017, a National Security Council meeting was convened to discuss one of America’s long-running wars. Technically and legally, the “National Security Council” is a meeting of top cabinet secretaries and other officials that the president chairs. The instant he leaves the room, the meeting becomes a “Principals Committee” or “PC.”

I was in the room, back-benching and just listening, for this entire meeting. It was long. The president had a lot to say and asked a lot of questions about America’s seemingly endless involvement in overseas conflict. His questions were pointed. Many around the table were clearly taken aback, suggesting that they had never been questioned like that before. Few, it seemed, had any good answers.

If some in the room had gone in expecting a quick and easy approval of more war, they left disappointed. The president clearly tasked them to come back with answers to his questions, and with better options.

A day or two later, an account of the meeting appeared in the press. The gist was to allege that President Trump doesn’t understand the world, the “evidence” being that he won’t rubber-stamp whatever senior officials put in front of him; in other words, pretty standard for coverage of the Trump presidency.

But one detail caught my eye. The story alleged that the president had disparaged American troops by comparing them to “waiters.” I knew instantly to what that referred, and knew also that while technically true, in the much larger sense it was a monstrous lie.

Here’s what the president actually said. He told his advisors that it’s impossible to learn the truth about any operation from talking only to senior management. They’ll either mislead you or not understand the situation themselves. To fully understand what’s going on, you have to talk to those on the ground who do the actual work.

Then he told a story about a friend who owned a popular restaurant whose revenues had been declining. The friend hired a consulting firm, paid them a lot of money, and implemented all their advice. Revenues continued to fall.

The frustrated and bewildered friend reported all this to Trump. “I told him,” the president said at our meeting, “‘You wasted your money. Talk to the waiters. Talk to the cooks. Talk to the busboys. They know. They know what’s working and what isn’t. They can help you fix this faster than any fancy consultants.’”

Then, to the bigshots sitting around the table, he said that he wanted to talk to soldiers about the war. And he didn’t want to talk to generals. He didn’t want to talk to colonels. He didn’t even necessarily want to talk to officers at all. He wanted to talk to enlisted soldiers—and only those who’d been there, fighting, on the front lines. All I will say about that later meeting is that it took place.

As for the other ginned-up scandal about President Trump questioning the wisdom of World War I, hasn’t skepticism of the value of that war been the pan-ideological scholarly, historical, and political consensus in all participating nations since, roughly, 1919?

Is this latest bit of fake news similarly twisted out of some semi-factual detail? Not having been there, I have no way of knowing. But I doubt it.

Many others have blown holes in all aspects of the “reporting.” I have nothing to add to all that but will close by asking: why this lie, right now? The alleged incident took place in November 2018—22 months ago. What makes it breaking news in September 2020?

The answer, obviously, is the election. And more to the point, Democratic attempts to get around the election by saying in advance that Trump is going to “lose” and then refuse to leave office. Many elite luminaries, up to and including Joe Biden himself, are urging the military, when the time comes, to “escort [Trump] from the White House with great dispatch” (to use Biden’s words).

Apparently, they’re not confident the military will go along. If they were, public lies like this would not be necessary. Those behind the effort could just privately tell military leaders the plan.

Instead, they’re trying to generate disdain for Trump within the military via an obvious psyop. In a way, this disgusting affair should give us hope. It suggests that the coup plotters may not be in quite as strong a position as they pretend to be.

Will the psyop work? I doubt that, too. First, because I doubt the military—even the most anti-Trump among the brass—will want to be and be seen as interfering in an election. Second, because I believe enough servicemembers know their president, if not personally, then through his deeds and words. They know his sentiments toward them are the opposite of what those who libel him allege.

It is better to put your trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.
Psalm 118:8

Despite what RayB says ...this is my first time linking a Brother James Key video. After watching a few linked above, I wondered how Brother Key dealt with the false premise that republicans and trump are pro-life.

Like me, he's an abortion abolitionist who prefers not to compromise God's laws by bargaining with political powers, along with the corrumpt, Catholic-run, Right to life, seeking incremental elimination of abortion rights. Brother Key has a couple videos evidence how he came to conclude that the republicans are only pro-life in word; but, not in deed.

In addition, consider that Trump's 2 roman catholic supreme court appointees have already proven themselves to be radical. Many right-wing commentators publicly excoriated Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch after he authored a 6-3 majority opinion ruling that employers cannot fire employees based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. Brett Kavanaugh has been equally disappointing thus far. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/12/12/brett-kavanaugh-may-not-be-solid-ally-abortion-opponents-were-expecting.html

Here's another article discussing Trump's 2 appointees where USA Today reports: "Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh display independent streaks".

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2020/07/17/brett-kavanaugh-neil-gorsuch-trumps-justices-show-independence/5437009002/

I've pointed this out before but this same USA Today article points out that should, God forbid, Trump win reelection and get to appoint another supreme court justice, most conservatives believe his two front runners are federal appeals court judges Amul Thapar, 51, of Kentucky and Amy Coney Barrett, 48, of Indiana. Amul Thapar is a Roman Catholic and Amy Coney Barrett is a member of a Roman Catholic adjacent group called "People of Praise" - sometimes referred to as Charismatic Catholics and also considered by many to be a cult.

Since John Paul Steven retired in 2010 -- there is not a single protestant on the Supreme Court.

I'm not "the left". More of an independent - right-leaning centrist. I do love the truth but find Heather Mac Donald lacking such truth. She can crunch numbers, cite statistics, and string together coherant arguments, but, figures lie and liars figure. However the specific statistics she cites in this video isn't the entire story of relationship and difficulties between the police, majority populations and minority populations. A larger issue I have with Heather is that she's a devoted atheist --- I pray Heather MacDonald can get right with the Lord that she knows but suppresses in her unrighteousness. In order to be an atheist, one must love their sins. It appears, absent a conversion story I am unaware of (and would be pleased to hear), Miss MacDonald doesn't have a grasp on "truth" and isn't a reliable source for political discussion with regards to the needy and afflicted Christians are called to offer empathy, justice and love.

Former JAG Officer Richard Black Warns of a Potential Military Coup

In this extremely important video from the Schiller Institute conference which concluded September 6th, former Virginia State Senator and Judge Advocate General Richard Black finds that those retired generals, now active against Donald Trump are in violation of Section 88 of the Military Code of Justice. He names the names and says what the President should order Secretary of Defense Mark Esper to do if Esper doesn’t do it himself. The Defense One publication being used by the insurrectionists is owned now by the Atlantic Media, principally Laurene Powell Jobs, who has been a key financial angel supporting Kamala Harris. Atlantic Media also publishes the Atlantic which is pushing the current fake narrative about the president disparaging the military.

THE COLLEGE FIX

RayB said...

Regarding Heather Mac Donald. I was referred to Heather through another source and did not know that she was an "atheist."

Having said that, the material that she covers in the link that I provided covers the political realm and not anything that refers to religion. Had she discussed anything religious, I surely would have done some research prior to recommending her. I found her comments on the subject of Black on Black crime, etc. to be spot on ... a much needed topic for more people to understand. If I stop and ask an atheist for directions, should I turn right at the stop light instead of turning left as the atheist directed me?

Many people that are not Bible believing Christians have much to offer in the way of insight that is outside of religion. For example, one of my all time favorite authors has been Patrick J. Buchanan. I agree with him on practically everything, yet, he is a devout Roman Catholic. Obviously, when it comes to religion, Mr. Buchanan and I would have much to disagree on. Should I quit reading Pat Buchanan because he is a Catholic? Correct me if I am wrong, but seemingly, you might think that I should.

RayB said...

One more comment regarding above ....

I have had business dealings with countless people over the years. I hate to say this, but it is true. Some of the very worst people that I have dealt with are professing "Born Again Christians." That is not an exaggeration.

Many Jehovah Witnesses have told me that they often get "Born Again Christians" tell them that they are "born again" and then slam the door in their face. I almost always invite them in, or, at least talk with them at length at the front door. I have had any number of them say, 'you are the first born again Christian that has actually taken the time to talk with us."

What I am saying here is this; don't categorically judge everyone by what they profess. You might be in for a surprise to find out that a lot of people do not walk the talk.

Heather Mac Donald may be an unbeliever, but that doesn't mean she has no learned judgment or information on other subjects.

Real Racists Are Those Who Call Trump Racist

Anon @ 3:36 PM ...

One of the most outrageous lies about Donald Trump is that "he is a racist." Absolutely nothing indicates that there is even an ounce of truth to that charge.

The left's only bases for this hideous, false accusation are his statements that have been lifted out of context, such as the utterly false Charlotte charge that he said that "Nazis and White Supremacists" are "good people." WHAT he did say is that there "were good people on both sides of the issue as to whether or not the Confederate statues should be removed." An utterly true, and non-racist statement. However, the dangerous demagogue Joe Biden continues to spread the lie that Trump praised racists.

Trump also never said "all Mexicans" are drug dealers, criminals, etc." as the left loves to charge. He DID say that many that come to our country ILLEGALLY are, which is absolutely true ... quite a difference. He also NEVER said that he would ban immigration from "ALL" Muslim countries as the left charges, but rather, that those coming from Muslim nations where there is a known presence of terrorists, that those immigrants should be heavily vetted. That is common sense, and there is no racism behind that reasoning.

I have studied at length the Nazi government. The tactics that the leftist media are using are a carbon copy of what Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels employed during his career. His favorite edict was to (paraphrase) "repeat a lie over and over again until the people just assume it has to be true." I've spoken to many people that have been brainwashed in order to believe these lies that the fake media repeats over and over and over again, knowing full well that they are absolutely false.

While the puppets of the media are having their day now, there is a day coming for them:

"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." - Revelation 21:8

Yes, thanks for reminding me of Goebbels:

Joseph Goebbels Quotes

✓If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself.

✓A lie told once remains a lie but a lie told a thousand times becomes the truth.

✓There was no point in seeking to convert the intellectuals. For intellectuals would never be converted and would anyway always yield to the stronger, and this will always be "the man in the street." Arguments must therefore be crude, clear and forcible, and appeal to emotions and instincts, not the intellect. Truth was unimportant and entirely subordinate to tactics and psychology.

✓Propaganda works best when those who are being manipulated
are confident they are acting on their own free will.

✓This is the secret of propaganda: Those who are to be persuaded by it should be completely immersed in the ideas of the propaganda, without ever noticing that they are being immersed in it.

✓Propaganda must facilitate the displacement of aggression by specifying the targets for hatred.

✓...the rank and file are usually much more primitive than we imagine. Propaganda must therefore always be essentially simple and repetitious.

✓[Some go so far as to] follow the principle that when one lies, one should lie big, and stick to it [and] they keep up their lies, even at the risk of looking ridiculous.

✓Think of the press as a great keyboard on which the [puppet masters] can play.

✓The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly - it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over.

✓Not every item of news should be published. Rather must those who control news policies endeavor to make every item of news serve a certain purpose.

✓We enter [government] in order to supply ourselves, in the arsenal of democracy, with its own weapons. If democracy is so stupid as to give us free tickets and salaries for this bear's work, that is its affair. We do not come as friends, nor even as neutrals. We come as enemies. As the wolf bursts into the flock, so we come.

✓[And] it is the absolute right of the State to supervise the formation of public opinion.

✓The essence of propaganda consists in winning people over to an idea so sincerely, so vitally, that in the end they succumb to it utterly and can never escape from it.

✓It would not be impossible to prove with sufficient repetition and a psychological understanding of the people concerned that a square is in fact a circle. They are mere words, and words can be molded until they clothe ideas and disguise.

✓We shall reach our goal, when we have the power to laugh as we destroy, as we smash, whatever was sacred to us as tradition, as education, and as human affection.

"There are FIVE lights! Now then, how many lights are there?"

Far-fetched nowadays in the 21st Century?

Not hardly.

RayB:

A month or two ago you were lecturing Craig and I about Jordan Peterson being an unbeliever. He's not even a outspoken atheist like MacDonald.

Drawing inferences out of statistics without any moral consequences for such is easy yet hurtful works. Are black people supposed to celebrate her conclusions and not feel so upset about George Floyd (as if EVERYTHING they are upset about is singularly about George Floyd) because cops kill more white men than black men and, hey, even doctors make mistakes. It's not ALL about cops killing black men --- I THINK it's about how many of them have been treated by society and the police day in and day out for decades. Some are over the top just like some white supremacists are over the top. In the end it's just unpatriotic and un-American not to hear other Americans out and work toward peaceful and political solutions. I mean why do you have the right to be so upset and fearful of violence all the way across the country in Portland, and celebrate counter-violence; but, they can't be upset and vengeful about seeming over aggression and disproportionately harsh policing in their very own communities?

Also since you studied Nazi history. You may be interested that some consider the writings of Michael Anton with one of the most important critics of liberalism and democracy in the German National Socialist Worker's Party Carl Schmitt (1888-1985). Antifa didn't arise in a vacuum. Before Trumps unfortunate election in 2016, I'd never heard of Antifa. Did they even exist or did Trump create them deliberately using Nazi-style propaganda?

Can't answer two simple questions?

Why is that? What are you trying to hide?

I'll repeat them for your convenience ...

Do you support Black Lives Matter?

Do you consider the slogan All Lives Matter to be racist?

Assuming that was 1:53 AM replying at 10:09 AM, that answer speaks volumes.

And regardless, 1:53 AM's last paragraph went off the rails.

"A month or two ago you were lecturing Craig and I about Jordan Peterson being an unbeliever. He's not even a outspoken atheist like MacDonald."

NOTE: The link that I provided for the interview of Heather Mac Donald covered her views on Black crime, Black Lives Matter, etc. and had nothing to do with her views regarding religion or philosophy. AGAIN, had she delved into the realm of religion, I most certainly would have done some research on her before providing a link. I had no previous knowledge that she is in fact an atheist. However, having said that, it does not negate the statistical factual information that she provided in the interview regarding rampant Black crime, rioting, looting, etc.

Jordan Peterson has a huge following, even among professing Christians. He is particularly popular among young people, which is typically a group that is more susceptible to the false path of the "vain philosophies of men." Peterson is a philosopher that espouses many views that undermine the Triune God, along with God's Word, therefore, I consider him to be a dangerous influence. While Craig is a mature individual that may not be unduly influenced by Peterson, others should be warned. That was the sole purpose of my original warnings regarding Peterson.

For a brief critique on what Peterson teaches from a Christian point of view, go here:

Interesting, isn't it, that the original slogan that was chosen to be very, very widely promoted was

Black Lives Matter

rather than

Black Lives Matter Too

"Off the rails" is standard operating procedure for "X."

This statement by "X" was a complete train wreck:

"Antifa didn't arise in a vacuum. Before Trumps unfortunate election in 2016, I'd never heard of Antifa. Did they even exist or did Trump create them deliberately using Nazi-style propaganda?"

NOTE: Apparently, Mr. X would have much preferred Hillary Clinton, (probably thinking she, like Biden, is actually pro-life). Because "X" had "never heard of Antifa," he assumes (wrongly) that they might not have existed prior to 2016. He then hilariously, via his rhetorical question, lays the blame for ANTIFA's creation at the diabolical feet of one Donald Trump, who cleverly used "Nazi-style propaganda." ROFL !!!!

None of this should be surprising. Mr. X apparently has overdosed on Brother James Key videos, 99% of which are devoted soley to the premise that Trump is the Antichrist. Brother James Key is a complete, off the wall, absolute nutcase.

If they were honest, which they aren't, the slogan would be:

Black Lives Matter,

While Lives Don't

Anonymous said...

RayB, right or wrong, your perception underscores the fact that

That's the very problem with their chosen slogan,

Black Lives Matter

It causes (unnecessary [albeit perhaps therefore planned]) DIVISION in contrast to if they had instead chosen

Black Lives Matter Too

Scripture records that Jesus' disciples were walking through a field on the Sabbath when they plucked and ate heads of grain. Seeing this, some Pharisees asked them: "Why are you doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath?" (Luke 6:2). Many accept that the Pharisees' accusation is correct, and that by their actions Jesus and His disciples did not keep the Sabbath.

Did Jesus Break the Sabbath?
