I am three chapters into Heather Pringle THE MASTER PLAN: HIMMLER'S SCHOLARS AND THE HOLOCAUST. It is required reading! I will be doing a full article on it later this week, but you might want to check her out first. Charlotte Iserbyt will be my radio guest on MY PERSPECTIVE on April 1st at 5 p.m. Eastern Time (2 p.m. Pacific Time). I have had many requests for her perspective on "the dumbing down of America" and she has graciously consented to give it. Her website can be reached by clicking here. I have not yet contacted Ms. Pringle, but I very much suspect I want her as a not too distant future radio guest, should she be willing.
Thanks for staying patient and staying tuned!

The US Constitution, a fly in the eye of the Master Planners...
Score one for the state of Texas!
The latest Supreme Court ruling, outlined in the article posted below, may only be a temporary cause for celebration, but any slap in the globalist face is good news. Here's the entire article:
Supreme Court says US states can ignore ICJ rulings
US state courts need not comply with International Court of Justice (ICJ) decisions, even if the US president orders them to, the US Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in the case of a Mexican sentenced to death.
The Hague-based ICJ on March 2004 ordered trial revisions in the United States of 51 Mexicans sentenced to death, because they had not been timely informed of their right to consular assistance.
One of them, 33-year-old Jose Medellin -- convicted of raping and murdering two teenagers in Texas in 1993 -- demanded Texas courts acknowledge that the omission pointed out by the ICJ warranted a retrial.
President George W. Bush, exercising his prerrogative in applying international treaties, ordered state judges to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether any of the 51 Mexicans merited a retrial.
While some states complied with his order, Texas judges refused to examine Medellin's appeal on grounds they were not bound by ICJ decisions nor by presidential orders on the principle of separation of powers.
The Supreme Court ruled six to three in favor of Texas' magistrates.
"We conclude that neither (the ICJ) nor the president's memorandum constitutes directly enforceable federal law that pre-empts state limitations," Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts said in the court's opinion.
Bush "has an array of political and diplomatic means available to enforce international obligations, but unilaterally converting a non-self-executing treaty into a self-executing one is not among them," he added.
"We're disappointed with the decision," said White House spokeswoman Dana Perino.
She stressed however that US arguments in the case "in no way condoned or defended the heinous crimes of which Jose Medellin was convicted."
The Bush administration had from the start criticized the International Court of Justice trial revision ruling, and later it withdrew from the ICJ treaty it had supported to avoid similar appeals.
"The Supreme Court recognized that there was an international obligation to comply with a legally ratified treaty of the United States. But their point was that the president of the United States does not have the authority, under current law, to compel a state to act," Perino said.
The Mexican Foreign Ministry called for compliance with the ICJ ruling.
"The government of Mexico considers that the rulings of the International Court of Justice should be respected by states that have accepted (the court's) jurisdiction," it said in a statement.
The People for the American Way Foundation called the Supreme Court's ruling a "deeply troubling opinion ... signaling that the United States can simply ignore its obligations under international treaties."
"We can and must enforce our laws and defend our borders without abandoning the treaties we have signed," the group added in a statement.

Since Charlotte Iserbyt will be talking with Constance, you might want to check out Slice of Laodicea today. Ingrid has an entry about Harry Potter being taught in college. But more interesting is her link to an 8th grade test given 1895. See if you can pass it.

Why in heaven's name are we even discussing the ICJ? Doesn't that amaze you?
Rulings on ICJ gives them creditability! STOP IT! Why did the Supreme Court even hear the case? God help us.
When you know the history of the World Court it will make you sick.
The above makes me sick.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-355200598020137027 , for all who are not up to speed of The UN Agenda and Occult part in it all..or for you who need to review!!!
The google videos
("Hidden Agendas" and "UN Agenda and occult) being linked to several times in this and the previous blog are "Amazing Discovery" productions an outreach of the 'Seventh Day Adventist'
church. This is not to suggest the videos don't present valuable information, but only to offer an awareness of the source.
Because, my dear kck, the last bastion of hope for freedom and liberty in these United States is for the states themselves to continue to exercise every inch of independence and authority granted to them by the US Constitution. I would remind you that all powers not explicitly granted to the Federal Government belong to the states. The globalist’s love to point to Article VI, paragraph 2 of the Constitution which states: "This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." The opponents of freedom loosely interpret this to mean the US Constitution is subservient to international law, and therefore every judge, every law, and every state must bow their collective heads. But the simple fact is the Constitution cannot be superseded or amended by treaty if said treaty contravenes anything in the Constitution or the law of any state.
Yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling is profoundly important because it bucks the trend and says, “not so fast” to the globalist's convenient interpretations. Chief Justice Roberts made it very clear that the ICJ as well as the President himself, lack authority over Texas state courts/law in this matter. Such a precedent could have positive implications down the line, however I am not overly optimistic for the long term. As I said previously, it may be a small and temporary victory, but it is clearly a victory nonetheless.
Yesterday's ruling could possibly be used to challenge the UN Charter down the line. “A whole gamut of state powers -- health, welfare, education, crime, environment -- are nowhere to be found as powers delegated to the federal government. They are reserved to the states. The UN Charter claims the power to act in all of these areas through treaties which would override state laws.” (Larry Pratt- gunowners.org)
Since the ICJ is clearly an extension of the UN, any victory over one is a victory over the other. We are headed for a crisis in this country, probably violent, that will not be instigated from outside our own borders but most likely come down to armed resistance to our own Federal government usurping powers not granted to it by the Constitution.
For those wanting to look into this further, the full opinion of the ruling (89 pages) is posted on the Supreme Court's website.
Constance. Thanks for the great work. I was not aware of your work until I started reading Neal Walsch's Revelation book. I am thankful for my early teaching of the Church for recognizing the apostacy. Then Oprah started her course. I started preparing a Bible Study for my sisters on the Deception pointed out in the Bible that were coming. That night I was physically attacked by a demon! I Cried out for Jesus to Save me! An Angle came in and drove it out. They were shadows illuminated on my wall but my body was physically siezed. We are coming on to some tought times.
We tend to be casual in the comments section because some of us have been posting for a long time and call each other by our first names. Just as a side note we now have two Rich guys posting. "Rich" is not "Rich Peterson of Medford" whose blog is linked to on he first page.

No matter how "rarified" we think the atmosphere we work from is, bottom line is, those of us who are Christians are still abject sinners under grace, looking now through a glass darkly. Love will always be the more excellent way, and is the greatest gift of the Lord. May we keep the Divine perspective, and stay obedient to the Great Commission in humility as we continue to learn and pass along the information gleaned.
YES . . .
3 Cheers for the latest Supreme Court ruling:

The point is by acknowledging someone/courts ourside our government you give them power. The fact that we reply entangles us.
Do you trust our court in the future? Terry S. died and so have 50 million babies.
Perhaps Connie can clarify the point about Treaties. I've believed for some time they supercede our Consitiution and the President can agree to them called a "fast track" I think, without Congresses approval like Executive Orders.
"Following years of negotiations, the General Assembly convened a conference in Rome in June 1998, with the aim of finalising a treaty. On July 17, 1998, the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court was adopted by a vote of 120 to 7, with 21 countries abstaining. The seven countries that voted against the treaty were Iraq, Israel, Libya, the People's Republic of China, Qatar, the United States, and Yemen.[21]"

I think of the ICC when world courts are mentioned as it's so gross. Think "1984".

kck said:"The point is by acknowledging someone/courts ourside our government you give them power. The fact that we reply entangles us."
Sorry, I disagree. Exposing darkness, whether it be an emerging, occultic, spiritual movement, nazism, or dangerous political court sytems of global governance must be brought into the light in order for us to stand against them. To keep silent is what allows dangerous developing systems to take root and thrive in society. -Rudi

This is probably not a good thing that President Bush is using the current mortgage crisis to give the Fed even more power over the US economy. Hhmmm?
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080329/ap_on_go_pr_wh/fed_overhaul
Deannie
The Fed has the power right now
to wreck the country and they're
doing just that. They keep printing
more money and devaluing the dollar
when just letting a recession happen
would be healthy and would weed out
all these bad loans.
Yet they say that they need more power.
"Bail out" is actually euphemism for
"enslave".
They know exactly what they're doing
and it's not for the good of America.

Savvy sent me a link to a New Age 2012 NA conference that took place early this month. It was the usual, but they did mention a new film called Timewave 2013. Here is the trailer, an entry point into the bizzaro world of some New Age thinkers.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jDCn8wtIB38
It's hard to know how many or how few gullibles believe this stuff. Readers here are not going under the spell of this stuff I know. We are, however, in danger of being placed under other spells, political, religious and cultural, so don't make too much fun of those who believe this 2013 hokum. One of these days people will wake up, much like the people in fairy tales, and find the world around them has changed as they slept.
I've posted the trailer for your amusement.
Dorothy
Well it looks like the leftists are open to the 2013 theory. No suprising. They buy into a lot of other nonsense.

I probably could have combined this into one post, but I keep finding new NA layers as I look around. It appears there are other films being used to get people to rethink reality. One is called The Moses Code and is to come out in April.
http://www.themosescode.com/
However read what a Christian website says about the film.
http://www.christianworldviewnetwork.com/article.php/3159/Ingrid_Schlueter
It appears that both leftist Christian churches and Unity people both like the film.
http://www.unitychurchofgreenville.org/events.html They are claiming 1,000 screenings in April.
Then another film appears to be in the works according to the article. Call The Shift.
Never an end to how hard the NA people work to get their message out.
Dorothy
I just watched the trailer of "The Moses Code." Hmmm, I thought the Moses Code was the Ten Commandments, silly me. I have a more ancient way of connecting with God. It's called prayer, not the contemplative kind. You an get to the trailer by simply going to themosescode.com.

Today we have the big lights out group thing. Whoo hoo. Makes the lights out thing seem lame. Feel the power!!!!!http://themosescode.com/index.php?p=Vigil

Hi Dorothy,
The Whole of Canada will be participating in Earth Hour. The Country is cutting electricity for an hour today. It's cold for me to go outside, can't read either so I'll probably have to pray, that God will protect us all from what's coming.
It's interesting that you bring up the Moses code and Leftist Christian Churches. I have been doing some thinking and realised that when Churches begin to throw out the concept that Jesus' death was a sacrifice for people's sins, they become free to blame XYZ for it. Most of these Churches are throwing out traditional doctrine. I won't be suprised if they soon start the 'Jews killed Jesus' libel.
World Net Daily has a story today showing that Canadian hate laws are influencing what Dobson will be saying as their ministry extends into Canada.

Back to square one where Adler wrote that Judaism and Chrisianity are not valid for a one world culture but the Eastern religions are because they do not claim a moral code. New Age religion = spirituality without morality.

Has anyone seen this video? Anyone know anything about it?

I just hope that Christians don't adapt their messages to an extent that it loses effectiveness. I don't believe God would be pleased with a watered down gospel. What a shame.

I just watched that video Rich. It almost sounds like an Amway-type thing(pyramid, I mean, mult-level marketing).

Dorothy,
Thanks for the heads up. I couldn't bring up your link on the Moses Code on ChristianWorldviewNetwork. I'm guessing it was one by Ingrid Schleuter of Slice of Laodicea. She has followed this extensively. Here is a link, already posted before, of the trailer for The Shift.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OOzG0z1K3Do
I watched your link on 2013. There was a related video nearby about a 2012 conference recently held in LA. Apparently, the organizers are planning 12 such conferences around the world, culminating in a grand finale on Dec. 21, 2012 at the Mayan pyramids. The next will be held in SF. If you follow the organizers' link (SacredMysteries.com), you will see that the first conference was covered by FoxNews (local - LA) You can watch Fox's coverage here:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=0AK-eXlygv4
and in the LA Times here:
http://www.2012conference.org/la-times.html
This is all very interesting to me since I have several family members who believe this nonsense.
Cheers!
Deannie
There's a postive side to the NA finally coming out in the open about their beliefs, with a chain of movies lined up about 2012 and turning us into god, planetary shifts etc. People will no longer think we are crazy, when we start talking about the NA Plan and what they intend to do.
Savvy
Deannie, thanks for telling us that the link didn't work. You are right about the source. For those who didn't do a search to get to the article, here's a tiny one. It's not the colorful page, but it's the article.

Just want to add that the film is called "Fitna", and is commented on in JihadWatch.org
HK91 says.....
So you're looking for a good tool to enlighten your family, friends, and or anyone who watches too much Fox News and CNN and MSNBC and thinks like good old George W that Islam is really a "religion of peace" hijacked by a few "extreme radicals" aka Islamists and you are trying to wake the loved ones and friends et al up to smell the roses...Wellll go to this link:
http://farewellisrael.com/home.html
and check it out for yourself, READ the comments and reviews of it.....and you decide if it isn't worth $18.95 to help those around you who just might be willing to listen to the facts and maybe wake up...ahem, mines in the mail as I post this...hope you find reading the link at least helpful...
On a lighter note....(my turn for a long post, sorry)...
Psalm 1
1 Blessed is the man that doeth not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in ye seat of the scornful:
2 But his delight is in the Law of the Lord, and in his Law doeth he meditate day and night.
3 For he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of waters, that will bring forth her fruit in due season: whose leaf shall not fade: so whatsoever he shall do, shall prosper.
4 The wicked are not so, but as the chaff, which the wind driveth away.
5 Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous, and the way of the wicked shall perish.
Grace to you all...
HK
Regarding "Fitna", I watched it last week. Very disturbing images, but a must see nonetheless.
The bigger danger is not fundamental Islam (which is a beast that certainly needs to be dealt with), but the NA track that puts Jews and Christians in the same boat, the one that says all fundamentalism is bad. Defang Islam, water down the gospel, make it the "ten suggestions", and the world will be as one. Yeah right.
How can I subscribe to your blog? I cannot seem to find the link to do this. Thanks,
Wolfman
