I have rescheduled the NSPD 51 program to Friday, January 25, 2008 at 5 p.m. God willing, we'll be live on the air then.

Per our conversation in the chat room, here is the link to the Gendarmarie forces

You can download the treaty there.

It bothers me a lot to think that there are many around the world who view Christianity as an extremist force. Here is a link to a "wowing" declaration against Christians, especially pentacostals, by Sundeep Waslekar

You will notice from Farmer's site that this person was also at the Alliance of Civilizations Madrid forum.

See the connections with extremism and Christianity, and we have a thorough defination.

Also, just for fun, google,
Sundeep Waslekar and Javier Solana and you will see the connections. Have fun reading.

Satan is at war with the church, which is the woman. He sends a flood of filthy water from his mouth.

However, many foolish virgins, lacking oil, have lent material opportunity to the libelling of the body of Christ, by so obviously supporting and participating with the evils of this world. Even horrific evils, such as pre-emptive invasions of foreign lands, result in untold misery, suffering, and death to the people of those lands, and supporting, even jubilently, the mendacious and corrupt leaders and political orders that prosecute such wars. Any real follower of Christ should be sick in their hearts over such hideous evil. When the world sees "Christians" supporting it instead, is it any wonder they recoil at the hypocrisy?
Pre-emptive nuclear strike a key option, Nato told.

Constance- I was just reading your chapter on holographic images yesterday in your book, "A Planned Deception". I saw this link over at Fulfilled Prophecy, thanks "Art Vandelay":

Here is the link to the discussion about it as well:
All, -please read this staement by Ahmadinejad, it is yet another broad statement supporting the AoC, in particular the kast few sentences.

Dear Dawn,

Extremely interesting. Al Gore made some holographic appearances last year at the various global warming conferences, as well!

Thanks for bringing this one to my attention.

Hi Doug,

Thanks for the link -- this article is mind boggling. I just about fell out of my chair reading it.

Kathleen Keating has been talking about the Iranian President and his pal Hugo "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" Chavez as being a key players for a long, long time.

Keep your eyes out for emerging alliances between Putin, Chavez, Ahmedenijad, and others.
more holographic politicancs to expect?
The marvel of holographic projections will soon be as common place as radio, television and microwave ovens.

The prophecies are not impressed by man's so-called "hi-tech". I think the "image of the beast" refers to something more symbolic. To worship an 'image' is to worship the thing it represents. When we "pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America", we are pledging allegiance to a symbolic 'image', of a political state. All the 'beasts' in the revelations were political states.

"I pledge allegiance" is equivalent to saying "I swear allegiance". Yet did not Jesus say to "swear not at all"? And no...he was not talking about using profanities. He meant, do not foreswear yourself, but let your yea be yea, and your nay, be nay, for WHATSOEVER IS MORE THAN THIS, cometh of evil." "For the Lord taketh no pleasure in fools." And yet are not 5 of the 10 Virgins foolish??

People, beware of overlooking the obvious. Don't be blinded by the psychological conditioning of your traditions, which as Jesus warned the Pharisees, "makes the word of God of none effect."
Also beware of thinking that there are "good" and "evil" sides in the world today. NO.

"For there are none good. ALL have gone out of the way, and are all corrupt."

Also, is not Satan the prince of this entire world? Or do we imagine that the USA and, oh yes, of course, the chosen vessel, Israel, are exempt from this?

Truly, truly, are not 5 of the 10 Virgins foolish?

Update regarding the Re-Think Conference (Thanks "chatty-kathi"
over on FP for the heads-up)

"My Trip to the Rethink Conference"
Commentary by Roger Oakland

"With the risk of being labeled a negative divisive critic who is against everything, I am compelled to tell you what I witnessed at this conference. This commentary will paraphrase the actual statements made by the speakers as I took extensive notes."

Thanks for the link. I am going to bookmark and hopefully go back and check for more updates.

question for all-
Does anyone else feel a sense of urgency? That time is short?
Even after all of these years my mind boggles with the amount of information available, and I ponder how to relate what is happening elsewhere to what is going on around me.

Watch the changes taking place in Serbia, a country in southern Europe.

or http://tinyurl.com/2lrkrz

By searching the blog, you can go back and see what Constance has written in detail regarding this place, what was the role of the US, how Solana was given power over NATO forces and how Christian Serbia was brought to its knees in favor of the Muslims in Kosovo, a part of the country Serbia.

Most of the historical pieces are slanted against Serbia.
"In Feb. 1998 the Yugoslav army and Serbian police began fighting against the separatist Kosovo Liberation Army, but their scorched-earth tactics were concentrated on ethnic Albanian civilians—Muslims who make up 90% of Kosovo's population. More than 900 Kosovars were killed in the fighting, and the hundreds of thousands forced to flee their homes were without adequate food and shelter. Although Serbs made up only 10% of Kosovo's population, the region figures strongly in Serbian nationalist mythology." (Nationalist mythology means Christian churches, monastaries, etc...dm)

Now Kosovo is declaring its independence in a few days or weeks. This will provoke a strong reaction by nationalist Serbians. The US and EU are in favor of Kosovo's independence, but Russia is not. NATO's forces are going to be replaced by EU troops. EU in effect is bribing Serbian leadership to not fight Kosovo's independence. Serbian people will be deciding whether to be cut off from their Christian heritage and go under the EU hand or stay independent. A runoff election will be held at the beginning of February pitting a nationalist leader against one led by the nose by the EU and US.

Serbia should recognise that it has no alternative to the European Union

To understand the stories, when you see Serbian, read Christian. When you see Kosovo Albanians, read Muslims. It makes things so much clearer.

A reader e-mailed this to me. This is very important. Looks as though we're revisiting the freedom of press where religious criticism is concerned. I.e., should restrictions be placed on the press if the material offends? Even more troubling is we're now seeing the Alliance Youth network stepping into action.

Thanks very much Dorothy. I'll be spending a great deal of time reading from the links you've provided. I have a harder time understanding the political side of the movement. For me, grasping events from a spiritual perspective first helps me better comprehend the physical, and political. -Rudi
Dawn said:
"question for all-
Does anyone else feel a sense of urgency? That time is short?"

My short answer Dawn, is yes. I must shake myself on a daily basis in order to convince myself it isn't just our over-active imaginations. I went back to some older links I had and found some "not read" information.
I hope everyone will recognize from reading this information the
difference between the true gospel and the counterfeit being preached by these "angels of light" What you’ll read at this site should give confirmation of what Jesus warned us in his word would occur before He returns. Constance was the first to sound the alarm to those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. By the grace of God others are now through their blogs and a growing list of TRUE watchmen and watchwomen heeding the voice of the Holy Spirit to warn the Church and all who will hear, while there is still time.
Here are a list of must read items which should help you recognize what the source of the "new spirituality"
indoctrination is – it isn’t happening by chance. Much of what you will read will sound familiar as it has been coming through to the masses big time through every means of media. The following is taken from the “group participation” segment of the May 31, 2007 World Invocation Day Observation. Anyone familiar with the "Law of Attraction" will recognize its significance.

"A Spiritual United Nations – Summary Reports of Public Meetings"

The Spiritual Foundation of the United Nations

From the list at the previous link an article titled,
"“The New World Order and the Work of the United Nations”

This is a talk given by Ida Urso, Ph.D. at the World Goodwill Symposium, October 28, 1995, New York City. The frame of the Symposium was, "Let the Future Stand Revealed: Envisioning the World We Choose"

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”

have you been watching these talks at the world economic forum? i cnat believe some of the things being said about the new world order, globalism, globalwarming, sustainability, peace, global economy, religion, tolerance =global scocialism. YIKES.

Very disturbing information.
Such an immediate and astounding
reaction from otherwise liberal minded Dutch diplomats,
“It is difficult to anticipate the content of the film, but freedom of expression doesn't mean the right to offend,” said Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen, who was in Madrid to attend a meeting of the Alliance of Civilizations.
And also Hirsi Ali's criticism in light of her books. Of course, she didn't actually critcize Islam,in her writings, but more the general opression of women by any religion. -Rudi

"Wo unto you, scibes and Pharisees - hypocrites!"
-The Lord Jesus.

11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

Check out: theelders.org/elders/ We can all sleep soundly and live forever without fear, knowing that the world is in such good hands.
Heck, I have no problem with the concept of elders knowing best. I keep telling my sons that, but their attitude is not respectful enough by my standards. In addition, the older I get the fewer elders I have to listen to and the more people have to listen to me. LOL.

Hi to all, funny Dorothy =
I think hte urgency (personally) comed from the ever increasing boldness that thise who seek the total institution of the new order are moving with - and information is coming out on. I totally agree with the Kosovo situation, yet another move by those who seek control - they are "moving th pieces on the chess board" if you will. I sincerely appreciate all's indight to things going on, especially at the speed and sheer volume, together, in Christ Jesus we stand, let us all be dilligent for the Master, until He return.

UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown writes in the Financial Times that a global central bank is needed, and more global regulation is required because of current financial turbulence.
To lurkers who wonder if a North American Union would have an effect on their day to day life, I call this story to your attention.

"A woman running a vegetable stand in London's West End is facing fines of up to $130,000 and the possible loss of her business because she was caught by the government selling her produce by the ounce and pound..."

The rulers will choose what deviations from the norm they will allow.

We are getting taste of that now. On an international scale we are to be patient with suicide bombers, those who behead others, burn cars by the thousands, or who run terrorist camps, and we are told real crimes are thought crimes, verbal crimes or in any way offending those labeled easily offended by the government.

Constance, I do not agree with the comment you made near the end of today’s Micro Effect broadcast where you said, “treaties take precedence over the United States Constitution.” That appears to be a fallacy that certain power brokers would love us to swallow. Here’s a couple of websites refuting such claims:

The information appears to be nearly identical on both sites, so I will get busy trying to find additional sources but I wanted to post this comment now to hear what others have to say.

Constitutional Law is certainly not my specialty, but the relevant Supreme Court decisions are noted on both web pages. It appears that, “No Executive Order, Presidential Directive, Executive Agreement, no NAFTA, GATT/WTO agreement/treaty, passed by ANYONE, can supersede the Constitution.”

In order for this to happen the President would need to suspend the Constitution, something that is not beyond the realm of possibilities as you have noted. And the only way this can be accomplished is if We the People, are convinced of some big lie and allow it to happen.

With the recent Republican drop outs providing fuel for my disappointment, strict Constitutionalist Ron Paul has moved up yet another notch in my Presidential poll. Fat chance he will be elected though, especially if the citizens of this country fail to wake up in time.
Prodi resigns

I have a question as I was under the impression that International customary law would take precedence over our constitution, that was the concern of the homeschool movement, and some measures of international customary law have been upheld in our federal courts. I by no means understand it all, but just thought I would pass that along.

Attn to Parents and grandparents:

I found a link to
the theosophical society in the NW. They placed a link to "approved" childrens books. Want to see what you have lurking in your library that they find worthy enough to recommend..

Luckily I only had a few,
Real ID, National Drivers License Requirements and WA enhanced drivers license

There seems to be much confusion surrounding the Real ID and its requirements, I thought I would take a look and see what was happening in my state. I know this will not affect everyone on this board, but you can see how far it has come already.

Here is a compilation of articles that describe it, some are pro and some are con. It appears to me in a cursory scanning of all the documents, that Washington State has passed a bill stating its objections to the Real ID act. Because they have not filed an official waiver with the Department of Homeland security, the requirements of Real ID will apply to us starting in May of
2008. If Washington changes its position and says it will comply, they will have an extended deadline. What that will mean to WA residents, is that your State issued ID will no longer be valid ID for boarding a Federal regulated aircraft in the US, opening a bank account (including investments I think) and entering any Federal facility (I guess that means the post office too). You will however, be able to use a passport if you have one.

However, Washington State has decided to offer an enhanced drivers license, which actually goes above and beyond the Real ID rules, but since they have not filed the waiver, it is unclear if getting an enhanced ID is Real ID compliant. I have provided links for all the applicable articles for you. The enhanced drivers license has an RFID tag embedded into it, and it appears that they will be compelled by Federal Law to submit its drivers license database to Canada and Mexico and to other states for cross referencing or risk losing their federal funding.

Enjoy your reading!!!

**One Note*** on the Wikipedia article, it has changed considerably since the last time I viewed it, and some of the information that I have on my previously printed copy is much different. Just use it for reference.

Sorry to take up so much space on the board today!!

Thanks Leana- I just got a new passport several weeks ago but I'm here in WA as you are so I very much appreciate all the links. I'll spend some time this weekend reading through what you've posted.-Rudi

Article VI, the Supremacy Clause, declares:

"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land;”

This would assume equivalence. However, there is a massive amount of text, articles, court decisions, opinions all declaring that treaties are valid only if they do not conflict with the Constitution, (or until they cause us a problem down the road).

The Reid Court (U.S. Supreme Court) held in their Opinion that,

"... No agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or any other branch of government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution. Article VI, the Supremacy clause of the Constitution declares, "This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all the Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land...’

"There is nothing in this language which intimates that treaties and laws enacted pursuant to them do not have to comply with the provisions of the Constitution nor is there anything in the debates which accompanied the drafting and ratification which even suggest such a result...

"It would be manifestly contrary to the objectives of those who created the Constitution, as well as those who were responsible for the Bill of Rights – let alone alien to our entire constitutional history and tradition – to construe Article VI as permitting the United States to exercise power UNDER an international agreement, without observing constitutional prohibitions. (See: Elliot’s Debates 1836 ed. – pgs 500-519).

"In effect, such construction would permit amendment of that document in a manner not sanctioned by Article V. The prohibitions of the Constitution were designed to apply to all branches of the National Government and they cannot be nullified by the Executive or by the Executive and Senate combined."

I would ask you to consider the long trail of broken treaties the Federal Government has authorized with First Nations people (Native Americans) which were later ignored or discarded as a matter of convenience. Treaties are honored mostly out of convenience, when it benefits both parties, and only have the power we are willing to give them, or give up.
