I apologize to all for my slight presence both in writing and reading comments. I had a severe bout of eye strain that required recent emergency in-eye shots for macular degeneration in my strongest eye. Both my eyes had cataract surgeries, with the surgery for the right eye being more successful than the left. I have another retinal specialist visit scheduled for this Friday, October 29th. Fortunately, I have an excellent doctor -- but I have had to religiously avoid eye strain, and a lot of close reading and computer usage.
With that being said, however, I have attempted to keep up with youtube big screen TV viewing on relevant topics. I also hear from many, including Grant from New Zealand and Rich of Medford.
What is happening now? It is occurring almost too fast on too many fronts to intelligently and cohesively synthesize. However, major developments include:
1. The two present great white hopes of Lucis Trust / World Goodwill appear to be:
a. The World Economic Forum
2. Excommunicated (1993) former Roman Catholic Dominican Priest Matthew Fox (now an Episcopalian priest), a main purveyor of "Cosmic Christ", anti-Christian morality standards, and earth worship, is now openly bragging that Pope Francis Laudato Si Encyclical was written by one of Matthew Fox's main Creation Spirituality (i.e. Earth Worship) students.
3. The Pope virtually declared war on EWTN for adhering opposing these and other Vatican developments, calling his opposition "of the Devil." Given my past history with Matthew Pacwa, the Jesuit priest running much of EWTN, I wish I had faith in EWTN's ability to withstand the Pope's demand that they abandon those stands. Both Randy England (a cradle-Catholic and author of UNICORN IN THE SANCTUARY) were come against by Pacwa in the early 1990's for our opposition to Matthew Fox. Pacwa clearly owed us both apologies -- none have ever been received, at least by Yours Truly. My information on the Pacwa "reaming" came from Randy England, himself, approximately 15 years ago. I did, however, encouragingly see that a portion of his book about the extreme heresies connected with Fox were up on EWTN's library website. The article I wrote about Pacwa and my concerns about his running of EWTN were published on this blogspot, and I am attaching a link to it here for those wishing to refresh those memories. If Pacwa has changed his stance, I rejoice, but given my past experiences with him, I remain cynical, at least for the present moment. It would be very nice if I were wrong.

We must reduce emissions of greenhouse gases beginning now.... The APS also urges governments, universities, national laboratories and its membership to support policies and actions that will reduce the emission of greenhouse gases.”
This statement troubled Lewis deeply. These key excerpts from Lewis’s resignation letter explain why:
“[T]he money flood has become the raison d’être of much physics research, the vital sustenance of much more, and it provides the support for untold numbers of professional jobs. For reasons that will soon become clear my former pride at being an APS Fellow all these years has been turned into shame, and I am forced, with no pleasure at all, to offer you my resignation from the Society.
It is of course, the global warming scam, with the (literally) trillions of dollars driving it, that has corrupted so many scientists, and has carried APS before it like a rogue wave. One of the outstanding marks of (in)distinction in the Statement was the poison word incontrovertible, which describes few items in physics, certainly not this one. In response APS appointed a secret committee that never met, never troubled to speak to any skeptics, yet endorsed the Statement in its entirety. (They did admit that the tone was a bit strong, but amazingly kept the poison word incontrovertible to describe the evidence, a position supported by no one.)...
3. In the interim the ClimateGate scandal broke into the news, and the machinations of the principal alarmists were revealed to the world. It was a fraud on a scale I have never seen, and I lack the words to describe its enormity. Effect on the APS position: none. None at all. This is not science; other forces are at work.
4. So a few of us tried to bring science into the act (that is, after all, the alleged and historic purpose of APS), and collected the necessary 200+ signatures to bring to the Council a proposal for a Topical Group on Climate Science, thinking that open discussion of the scientific issues, in the best tradition of physics, would be beneficial to all, and also a contribution to the nation....
5. To our amazement, Constitution be damned, you declined to accept our petition....
APS management has gamed the problem from the beginning, to suppress serious conversation about the merits of the climate change claims. Do you wonder that I have lost confidence in the organization?...
Some have held that the physicists of today are not as smart as they used to be, but I don’t think that is an issue. I think it is the money, exactly what Eisenhower warned about a half-century ago. There are indeed trillions of dollars involved, to say nothing of the fame and glory (and frequent trips to exotic islands) that go with being a member of the club.... As the old saying goes, you don’t have to be a weatherman to know which way the wind is blowing. Since I am no philosopher, I’m not going to explore at just which point enlightened self-interest crosses the line into corruption, but a careful reading of the ClimateGate releases makes it clear that this is not an academic question.
I want no part of it, so please accept my resignation. APS no longer represents me, but I hope we are still friends.

What exactly do you mean by your statement? Personally, I don't see "fear" here in the slightest. Concern? Yes. But "fear?" No. What I see is a lot of truth being declared along with opposition being expressed against that truth. Grant, please expound a little and give some specific examples of "fear" that is disturbing to you.

I agree, but along with a sound mind comes discernment which also provokes a LOVE for the truth which is based upon the light as shed by God's word. The love of the truth naturally brings a Christian into opposition with the father of all lies, along with his servants.

Keep in mind that without the sovereign Father drawing people to Christ (John 6:44), man's efforts to "reach the lost" will only produce converts to religion. The times that we are living in are really no different from any other "time;" i.e., there never has been a time when ALL of mankind wasn't called to repent and seek God. Furthermore, the world has been saturated by the gospel, which has been purposely rejected by those that have exercised their fallen 'free will" nature. They have rebelled against their God-given consciences, and chosen to remain in their rebellious sin. Scripture addresses this issue specifically; mankind does not reject Christ due to a lack of knowledge, but rather, because they love their sin more than His Lordship over their lives:

I certainly agree with you that the Gospel needs to be the true hot topic, anywhere, everywhere. Our conversations should lead us that direction, I agree.
But I also think you could be making a mistake.
This is not the only place we have interactions with people. Sometimes the Gospel is shared here, there has been debate here about this very thing, but this blog is certainly not the only place where the Gospel is shared in personal time spent with others (or perhaps other online venues), and I am an example of that very thing. I am very involved in ministry, teaching children, and also in a Recovery ministry for addicts, those who are going in and coming out of jail/prison and treatment centers. The (uncompromised) Gospel is presented without fail in both of those opportunities I participate in, so I don't think you can go by this blog interaction here alone, which may be the basis for your statement.
I have shared the Gospel here at times, myself. I'm betting that would be true for others here as well in their personal conversations with people. But I know RayB has shared the truth of Jesus Christ here, paul--the real paul who is a brother in the Lord, Craig, others, sure have ....
This blog is all about the exposure of the New Age and all the many ways that Globalism is coming together in that vein--the New Age roots are far and wide within our current state of affairs in the political/social/religious realms and the nuts and bolts of those roots are discussed here. And many times provided a launch into discussion for presenting the Gospel. So things get "slugged out" here, sometimes good, sometimes not.....

Dr John, my wife's girlfriend had her 2nd shot whilst pregnant. 3 days later she went in for a check up on the baby and found the baby was brain dead due to a blood clot. With all due respect, I, nor for that matter, has anyone else on this blog, advocated "no more preaching the Truth of the Gospel just anti or pro Vax deception ..." Speaking for myself, for years, I have defended, and proclaimed, Gospel truth in accordance to the command given in Jude 3 to "...earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints." I, along with others, have been viciously attacked on this blog for doing so.
I am more than slightly puzzled as to why you believe the "whole vax debate" is "lunacy." Many on this blog, Craig for one and "J" another, have done extensive, intelligent research on the subject and have taken the time to share what they have learned. The controversy surrounding the government mandated experimental vaccines literally entails life and death issues, which hardly qualifies for your labeling such efforts as "lunacy."
Let's keep in mind that Satan is a destroyer of not only souls, but also physical lives as well, and he uses countless devices that aid him in accomplishing his destructive goals. I, along with others on this blog, believe that these experimental vaccines are actually killing and maiming innocent people. If that is true, then consider this; a dead person cannot respond to the Gospel. Where there is life, there remains hope. My purpose, and I am sure others here as well, is to help "sound the alarm" regarding the potential dangers involved with receiving these never-ending experimental vaccines.

We are a nation on the brink of a nervous breakdown.

Astroworld Festival security guard felt prick in neck before falling unconscious, HPD Chief says
HOUSTON – As rumors around Astroworld Festival circulate on social media, Houston Police Chief Troy Finner confirmed that a security guard at the event did feel a prick in his neck before falling unconscious.
This information comes after eight people were killed and hundreds of others were injured Friday night when a crowd surged toward the stage at Travis Scott’s third-annual Astroworld Festival.
While that allegation has not been confirmed, Finner said a security officer reported that he felt a prick in his neck while he was responding to the crowd surge. When he was being examined, the security guard fell unconscious. Paramedics reportedly administered Narcan, which revived the security officer, Finner said. Medical staff did observe what appeared to be a needle prick on the man’s neck.

Dennis Prager of the great Prager University and former Sen. Jim DeMint discussed last week the greatest problem facing America today. They argued it was a loss of our connection to God and the values of the Bible. I could not agree more.
Prager made a brilliant point. He said that during creation, God was primarily involved with bringing order out of chaos. And what we now have in America is war on this creation: the Marxist Democrat Left is making chaos out of this order in every part of our society.
All who have embraced this ideology, including the core of the Democrat Party, most of our mainstream pastors, rabbis, and priests, the majority of our public school teachers, professors, corporate board members, our media folks, sports figures, artists, and actors, are, in essence, an army of grand disorder. They are bringing America a vortex of destruction and ruin. Karl Marx called for it. His Italian communist progeny Antonio Gramsci heeded it and sent out his Prison Notebook; so did his comrades in the Frankfurt School who helped transport the poison to American academia. Mark Levin writes of it in his recent New York Times bestseller American Marxism. He argued: “because the bourgeoisie controlled the means of production, they controlled the culture.” Now this large, powerful, and determined army of his followers are on a rampage through the culture and all our institutions with their whirlwind of civilizational destruction ripping through America from the redwood forests to the Gulf Stream waters.
In our primary American founding document, the Bible, God takes the dark, inhospitable, and malevolent chaos of the universe, and gives man a means to conquer it. “Man is made in the image of God,” he tells us. This world-changing notion gave us a path to proper order, an order that respects and gives great moral value to the individual human who would otherwise be battered about by the chaotic devilish side of man — the side that crushes, oppresses, and enslaves the weaker. Man created in the image of God means man is free and the individual is to be respected: he is to live in a sea of liberty, constrained by small islands of limited state power.
But not any longer. We are now fully in the vortex of the American Democrat and godless and Bible-free Marxists. From these Marxist Democrat soldiers in the White House, Congress, at the New York Times, Yale, Google, and Verizon, we hear essentially the message: “You little nothings shall go out and work by the sweat of your brow and give most of what you earn to me, the new gods of the state. You shall see the doctor I command you to see, speak and write the words I consider proper, send your kid to the school I demand, and indoctrinate them into the Marxism I cherish. You shall tear up the notion of citizen with my open borders, hand over the guns you protect yourselves with, use the type of energy I command, drive the cars I like, run your business as I say you must, and live in the types of homes and suburbs I consider proper.”
And worst of all, these legions of soldiers of chaos have come for our children. This is the cruelest attack of all. Most of our poor young have been captured by our monopoly state schools, now run by the American Marxist Left. Here they are forming millions of good little soldiers of chaos to help tear down this godly, ordered, and beautiful America.
Now from the mouth of our babes we no longer hear “God bless America.” We hear Obama’s Marxist preacher’s chant, “God damn America.” We hear now from the mouths of our young the vile 1619 New York Times project — the gargantuan lies that trash America’s creation, its founders, history, Declaration, and Constitution. We watch as the Marxists turn many of these precious young into jaded, lawless, ungrateful, entitled, tyrannical brats — tearing apart our cities, attacking our police, emptying shelves at Walgreen and Target — living for nothing but mayhem and anarchy, not wanting to get married and have kids, despising their beautiful place of birth, and hysterically fearing the ruin of life on earth because of climate change. They swoon to the Marxist promise of free stuff all taken, of course, from the greedy rich, i.e their hard-working neighbors.
And the disorder reaches its apogee now with the very basics of our liberal ordered civilization. Our young look down in their pants and can’t figure out if they are a girl or boy. Our Marxists at BLM tell us the nuclear family with a loving mom and dad needs to be thrown on the trash heap of history. Our young are poisoned with the notion coming from all directions that race, class, ethnicity, and gender is the mark of a man, that merit is wrong, that a colorblind society is racist, that hard work, self-control, law and order, respect for authority, respect for God, delayed gratification, love of country, and even the very notion of objective truth is a white, American, Christian, patriarchal, oppressive, cis-gendered pile of crock. And then to top it all off, they learn to “shout out their abortions” like some Canaanite pagans doing their child sacrifice routines.
The whirlwind is returning us to a pre-Biblical, pre-enlightenment, pre-civilizational world. The Lord of the Flies is replacing the Lord of the Bible. And the American Marxist tyrants tell us that what will arise from the smoldering ruins of this greatest of experiments, America, is their beautiful utopia.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS–CoV–2) has led to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID–19) pandemic, severely affecting public health and the global economy. Adaptive immunity plays a crucial role in fighting against SARS–CoV–2 infection and directly influences the clinical outcomes of patients. Clinical studies have indicated that patients with severe COVID–19 exhibit delayed and weak adaptive immune responses; however, the mechanism by which SARS–CoV–2 impedes adaptive immunity remains unclear. Here, by using an in vitro cell line, we report that the SARS–CoV–2 spike protein significantly inhibits DNA damage repair, which is required for effective V(D)J recombination in adaptive immunity. Mechanistically, we found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair by impeding key DNA repair protein BRCA1 and 53BP1 recruitment to the damage site. Our findings reveal a potential molecular mechanism by which the spike protein might impede adaptive immunity and underscore the potential side effects of full-length SPIKE-BASED VACCINES.

During viral infection, host cell proteases such as furin protease activate the S protein by cleaving it into S1 and S2 subunits, which is necessary for viral entry into the target cell [23]. We further explored different subunits of the spike protein to elucidate the functional features required for DNA repair inhibition. Only the full–length spike protein strongly inhibited both NHEJ and HR repair (Figure 2B–E and Figure S4A,B). Next, we sought to determine whether the spike protein directly contributes to genomic instability by inhibiting DSB repair. We monitored the levels of DSBs using comet assays. Following different DNA damage treatments, such as γ–irradiation, doxorubicin treatment, and H2O2 treatment, there is less repair in the presence of the spike protein (Figure 2F,G). Together, these data demonstrate that the SPIKE PROTEIN DIRECTLY AFFECTS DNA REPAIR IN THE NUCLEUS.
