I don't have a "religion." Christianity is unique in that it is not a religion. Religions are man-made and define what a person is to believe, along with what they should follow in practice, etc., and it is all based upon the dictates of men.
Christianity is dictated not by men, but by God's word, taught by the Holy Spirit through the new birth, with the justification of the individual provided solely by Christ Himself. None of that is obtained via the efforts of following a "religion."
Personally, I do not belong to a sect, a church, etc. When someone asks me what I am, I merely declare, invariably, that I am a Bible believing Christian by the Grace of God.

The CDC very recently had an emergency meeting about the many reports of myocarditis (heart inflammation) in young men approximately four days after their second Pfizer shot -- while continuing to recommend the vaccine for young men.
Now that a young man has died, if the CDC continues recommending the Pfizer vaccine for young men, more will follow him. How many more young men will have to die before the CDC will decide the Pfizer vaccine isn't safe for everybody?
It's currently being tested on babies as young as six months old. They're going to try to vaccinate even the babies.
Young children are more likely to have high fevers. Their immune responses to vaccines can be very, very strong. Stronger than adults. That's not always a good thing when you're dealing with possible cytokine storms.

I looked up Steve Kirsch and found this excellent page, "Should you get vaccinated?"
It looks like the data shows it's worse than I thought. I like the way it all compiled without sensationalism. But it's very much a downer, too.
I'll share the first seven items on the list, but it's much longer:
Before we jump into the details, here are some key points:
1. At least 6,000 deaths from the vaccine. The OpenVAERS team think it is over 20,000 due to under reporting.
2. Biodistribution data shows massive accumulation in ovaries of the LNP (which instructs cells in ovaries to sprout toxic spike protein). Whoops. That was never supposed to be leaked out. We obtained it via FOIA request. The CDC never told you about that one, did they? Of course not!
3. 82% miscarriage rate in first 20 weeks (10% is the normal rate). It is baffling that the CDC says the vaccine is safe for pregnant women when it is so clear that this is not the case. For example, one our family friends is a victim of this. She miscarried at 25 weeks and is having an abortion on 6/9/21. She had her first shot 7 weeks ago, and her second shot 4 weeks ago. The baby had severe bleeding of the brain and other disfigurements. Her gynecologist had never seen anything like that before in her life. They called in a specialist who said it was probably a genetic defect (because everyone buys into the narrative that the vaccine is safe it is always ruled out as a possible cause). No VAERS report. No CDC report. Yet the doctors I’ve talked to say that it is over 99% certain it was the vaccine. The family doesn’t want an autopsy for fear that their daughter will find out it was the vaccine. This is a perfect example of how these horrible side effects just never get reported anywhere.
4. 25X the possibility of myocarditis for teen boys (can lead to heart failure and death)
5. Kids already have natural immunity (Science Magazine article), so there is no benefit to vaccination, only risk. Have you ever seen the risk / benefit analysis by the CDC?? Ask for it before you consent.
6. No point vaccinating those who’ve had COVID-19: Findings of Cleveland Clinic study. No benefit, only risk.
7. Doctors who attribute adverse events to the vaccine are punished (such as Dr. Hoffe). So under reporting is incentivized.
To be clear... assuming the Isaiah Harris story is even true (and the extent it true....as in the father reported the situation on facebook)
It does not appear that boy died. Was it a "heart attack" or another mydocardial event he'll likely fully recover from (not that I'd wish that upon any child but there is a huge difference between all these events/outcomes).

p.s. - back this up a second. I googled the parents Justin and Marsha Harris from Arkansas and this is the same couple that made national news in 2015 for UN-adopting 2 "demon" possessed girls that they would allegedly confine to their rooms for long periods of time.

Of course, Justin Harris was a republican Arkansas state rep. (2011-2017) His kid was likely severely vitamin D deficient having been locked up in his room for years. Now he's milking this likely mild event for all it's worth politically. Although it's possible his kid did have an event, there's nothing medically documenting any tie to the vaccine...yet. Despite that it looks like he's another kingdom now assemblies of god false teachers politician that's got a new career as another anti-vaxxer grifter.
Already that "list" is suspect. If they are attempting to be above the politics I hv the following issues.
1. VAERS events don't prove anything. The older and most at-risk individuals were vaccinated first. Half the population over age 12 is now vaccinated but that number jumps to about 75% age 65 and older and all those shots were given in the last 6 months thus almost every death could be called covid vaccine-related. I recall reading a report on Maine breakthrough deaths and they were almost exclusively occurring at "end of life" care facilities (hospice). No shocker there.
2. "Antivaxxers have long claimed that vaccines, particularly HPV vaccines, can damage the ovaries and cause female infertility. That claim has been resurrected for COVID-19 vaccines. The first example relied on a dubious “similarity” between the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and a placental protein. This time, it’s the lipid nanoparticles attacking the ovaries, echoing very old claims about polysorbate-80. 3. Read the study itself...their reliance on a comment manipulating the data is pretty weak. There are 3598 participants. Table 4 appears to only be reporting the status of those pregnancies that are completed (via birth OR miscarriage) at that specific point in time (the study dates) It's missing pregnancies that were still gestating. Of course, almost all the live births were from women vaccinated in the 3rd trimester because the ones that were vaccinated early on in their pregnancies are/were still pregnant on the reporting date (unless they miscarried). This past week, I posted two bombshell interviews on my own channel (HRreport), featuring conversations with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and JR Nyquist. These interviews are absolutely packed with bombshell after bombshell, such as Bobby Kennedy stating that Anthony Fauci is “the single greatest mass murderer in the history of our planet,” or JR Nyquist warning that China has accelerated its plans to attack the United States in “a matter of months” instead of years.
Rather than get down in the weeds, let's look at the most important, basic thing in the big picture. I'm still processing this. I woke up this morning with greater clarity regarding this one, single, basic fact, and I dared to realize that it really, really sucks to a massive extent.
The COVID-19 mRNA vaccine is not staying mostly in the arm or shoulder like it was said to do. This is established. It is a fact. You don't appreciate the significance of this one, basic fact.
The immune system was supposed to do its work locally before this crap spread all throughout the body. That was the plan. It is well established that was the plan.
That plan failed. That is a fact. It matters. It matters bigly.
As soon as I saw a paper about COVID-19 co-authored by Yehuda Shoenfeld, detailing the massive quantity of proteins in the human body that cross-react with the spike protein, I felt scared about the COVID vaccines. Later I learned the anti-vaccine movement leadership is rife with Scientologists and ex-Scientologists who don't restrain any of their wildest speculations. I developed skepticism.
As I read the science, I became reassured when I learned that the mRNA vaccines are supposed to do their work in the arm or shoulder rather than spreading throughout the body. I reasoned it's better to be exposed to a tiny quantity of a piece of the spike protein in a very controlled and limited manner, than to be exposed to massive amounts of spike protein in a COVID infection.
If the mRNA vaccines spread their crap throughout the body, all bets are off! And it has been established that they do spread their crap throughout the body. Whoopsie! That wasn't really supposed to happen!
Right now you probably have lipid nanoparticles in your brain and testes and adrenals and many other locations in your body, X. Your immune system has likely attacked some number of cells in a huge number of your body organs.
I suggest if and when you get your booster, you opt for the Novavax vaccine, and you don't repeat a dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.
People out there are telling lies that the spike protein isn't getting in the organs of the body and it's only the lipid nanoparticles. If the lipid nanoparticles are getting in the organs, they are causing the cells to make spike proteins, and then the immune system is attacking those cells.
I almost fell for those lies. I thought the spike proteins were all being presented in the cells locally in the arm or shoulder. Then the lipid nanoparticles were accumulating in organs. But it had been established that the lipid nanoparticles are not toxic to cells. That is how the story goes.
That is not true! The lipid nanoparticles get into circulation quickly and get into cells all over, then cause cells to make spikes and present the spikes on their surface. Then wherever these spiked cells are, the immune system reacts to them, setting into motion a chain of events in which antibdies are formed. The spiked cells become destroyed by the immune system.
If people are lucky, the immune system will know when to stand down.
If they are not lucky, the immune system may just keep on attacking cells!
This could happen in spite of the fact that the cells stop making spike protein and all the cells that had presented spikes at their surface had already been destroyed.
That is called auto-immune disease or auto-inflammatory disease. It could be similar to the COVID long-hauler syndrome that has been described in the medical literature.
Except the distribution pattern of the spikes could be artificially different, so the syndrome could be different from that of wild-type virus infection and subsequent COVID long-hauler syndrome.
The lipid nanoparticles are able to take the spikes to places where the wild type virus wouldn't easily be able to take them.
I repeat, the spiked cells were supposed to be confined to the arm or the shoulder and then be destroyed there, but not before antibodies formed. That is always stated by the pro-vaccine people who follow the science. That is their number one reassurance.
It is well established that wild type COVID-19 infection turns dangerous if and when the virus gets into the blood circulation. In most cases this does not happen.
With the U.S. vaccines -- whether Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or J&J -- in all cases -- the spike proteins are getting into the blood circulation and passing easily and quickly into multiple organs throughout the body.
I hope that the spike subunit in the Novavax vaccine really will stay in the arm or shoulder. If so, it will work in a much more traditional way.
I'm keeping an open mind about the upcoming Novavax vaccine.
But even if it works as designed and planned, it would still make sense for low risk people to take supplements and keep Ivermectin on hand, rather than risking a vaccine, because nobody would know if they have the genes to react well.
To your point 3, read the hyperlinked Word doc at TrialSitenews’ point 3, a letter to the authors (via a letter to the editor) of the study in question (Shimabukuro et al [NEJM Apr 2021]) The second paragraph reads:
In table 4, the authors report a rate of spontaneous abortions <20 weeks (SA) of 12.5% (104 abortions/827 completed pregnancies). However, this rate should be based on the number of women who were at risk of an SA due to vaccine receipt and should exclude the 700 women who were vaccinated in their third-trimester (104/127 = 82%). We acknowledge this rate will likely decrease as the pregnancies of women who were vaccinated <20 weeks complete but believe the rate will be higher than 12.5%. However, given the importance of these findings we feel it important to report these rates accurately. Additionally, the authors indicate that the rate of SAs in the published literature is between 10% and 26%.[3-5] However, the upper cited rate includes clinically-unrecognized pregnancies,[3] which does not reflect the clinically-recognized pregnancies of this cohort and should be removed.
It’s called ‘lying with statistics’, and Shimabukuro et al. did it on both ends. That is, they included a portion of this study’s participants that should not have been included (first bold) to make the incidences/percentages appear lower, AND they over-reported the incidences of SA of overall pregnancies in the larger population by adding in “clinically-unrecognized pregnancies” in a further effort to dilute the numbers in this study.

Sure, it won’t be the 82% figure given; however, it IS for sure much higher than Shimabukuro et al claims it is. (And note the acknowledgement in the letter to the editor above.)

In fact a mother's body gives the baby priority of everything -- all nutrients and all toxins -- everything except adrenal hormones. Literally everything else.

I don't think a mother's immune system is supposed to attack the fetus. In fact, in pregnancy, a mother has immune suppression just to avoid attacking the fetus as something foreign. If the fetus is male, the immune suppression needs to be greater, because the male fetus is seen by the mother's immune system as even more foreign.
Sexual dimorphism in autism is poorly understood, but I've always wondered if it has anything to do with the maternal immune system. It is well established that maternal immune activation is a cause of autism, with male offspring affected by it 4-5 times more than female offspring.
But with all these COVID vaccines, we may be be creating an as-yet medically undescribed developmental disorder in the children who result from those fetuses that manage to make it to term and be delivered, in spite of their onslaught in the womb by lipid nanoparticles and spike proteins and maternal immune attacks.
On the other hand, if the maternal immune suppression is great enough, the spike proteins could get lodged in the cells of the fetus, without being attacked by the immune system. The mother's immune cells may not destroy the fetus' spiked cells. Then the baby would be born with them. Babies are born with a naive immune system, although they have some maternal priming. At some point their immune system would attack the cells that have the spikes, probably within the first two years of life.

And as wellness has continued to become an increasingly profitable industry internationally, a growing number of practitioners and experts are asking those who participate in the wellness industry to look more deeply and critically into their own practices — to ask themselves how they may be causing harm, and to work to correct it.
Some people are calling this process an attempt to “decolonize” wellness, which can be broadly understood to mean an attempt to decenter whiteness in wellness spaces; to honor the complex histories of wellness practices; and to make some form of reparations to the communities from whom the practices were taken.
All cultures borrow fashions, foods, language, and traditions from other cultures; this isn’t inherently wrong or bad. My point is that it's a preliminary study and it's not yet showing unusual characteristics in pregnancies and miscarriages. The vast majority of pregnancy loss occurs in the first trimester, and the data demonstrates that the same is true, to a similar degree, amongst pregnant women vaccinated with mrna vaccines. Though many are still pregnant, they are mostly through the first trimester, so there is obviously value to releasing preliminary findings in the midst of a pandemic.
The 82% would be the lie as 104/<127 would be suggesting that 127 represents the entire population of pregnant women vaccinated prior to 20 weeks when the study has several sets of numbers indicating thousand(s) of vaccinated pregnant women.
*thus, so far in the study, maybe its more like 104 deaths < 20 weeks gestation out of 92+1132 + some # of 1714 vaccinated prior to 20 weeks. The prelim findings are over 10 weeks so somewhere north of 50% of these women were then beyond 20 weeks? The final findings will tell more. This just suggests it's nothing crazy.
The study has some problems. Telephone interviews. It appears only 92% of participants were contacted who got the shot in the first trimester and I'd be concerned with what mother miscarrying is going to want to talk about it maybe being the vaccine (they chose to take) fault. Similarly going off VAERS reports which maybe were not done or not reported yet.
If one of my daughters were already pregnant, I'd shelter them and have them avoid the vaccine for sure. Not everyone can do that for themselves and most of these women appear to be medical professionals so maybe a healthier cohort than the general public?

p.s.- J... I don't find your sources credible so I'm not that alarmed. Trialsitenews seems to be rehashing and reconfiguring old anti-vaxx conspiracies and manufacturing data (or believing and repeating people that have done the same). In the end, especially if more lethal variants do come through (and it's not just scare technique - which it may be to some degree), many people may be bargaining their lives putting off getting vaccinated due to unsubstantiated vaccine fear. Hopefully the herd immunity of the brave protects you/them and you all avoid Covid and any negative consequences there may be to the covid vaccines. We're not really enemies here.
This compilation summarizes and references well-conceived legal cases being pursued through judicial proceedings to force government disclosure that answer fundamental, critical questions, a very few of which are:
* Why did the CDC in private, without open discussion among qualified professionals that are free from conflicts of interest, change the rules in March 2020 about counting deaths as Covid despite the existence of effective rules for data collection and reporting, successfully used by all hospitals, medical examiners, coroners, and physicians for more than 17 years?
* Why is the PCR test being used to diagnose infectivity of live virus when its inventor Kary Mullis stated clearly in 2013 that his technology was never designed for diagnosing disease and should not be used for that purpose?
* Why was Neil Ferguson’s Imperial College model predicting tens of millions of people dying used to institute unprecedented societal lockdowns worldwide when Ferguson’s past predictions were wrong by orders of magnitude?
* What justifies the continued unprecedented lockdown of society when the Case Fatality Rate and the Reproduction Rate of Covid-19 is roughly as dangerous as the seasonal flu?
Can the government or private business require that people get vaccinated?
Not at this time. The Federal Food and Drug Act states that, except for a narrow exception involving members of the military, vaccines approved for emergency use cannot be mandated.
That said, the government could theoretically mandate the receipt of vaccines later in 2021 after the vaccines receive normal approval by the FDA. In particular, an old 1905 U.S. Supreme Court case, Jacobson v. Massachusetts, acknowledges the state and federal government’s power to require adults and children to receive an approved vaccine. That case involved the smallpox vaccine in a period where smallpox was having a devastating effect on the state.
Yet, there are some exceptions to the sweep of this authority, some of which were recognized by Jacobson and some of which have evolved over time. In particular, it’s now established that the state must make an exception for persons who have weakened immune systems or would suffer a severe allergic or other serious reaction to the vaccine—what’s called the “medical exception.” States also exempt people whose religious beliefs oppose vaccinations—the “religious exception.” And the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) also requires that reasonable accommodations must be made for individuals with disabilities.
Once the coronavirus vaccines receive regular (as opposed to the current “emergency”) approval from the FDA, private businesses could also require their employees to be vaccinated, consistent with the medical and religious exceptions described above, the requirements of the ADA, and to the extent such a mandate is consistent with any union or other contractual obligations that apply.
Differing opinions are not the problem, X. Never were. Civil people can agree to disagree and find something for common ground. But not you. It's your nasty approach and attitude that is extremely ungracious and extreme in bias. In March, Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF) helped employees of Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) to sue LAUSD Superintendent Austin Beutner and HR head Linda Del Cueto over their illegal COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Now, after months of pressure, the California School Boards Association (CSBA) has conceded the merits of the lawsuit and walked back their position.
No COVID-19 shot available today has been licensed or approved by FDA, rather, they have been issued under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). As HFDF’s legal team has argued, consistent with federal law, EUA products are “investigational” and as such may not be mandated. In fact, the terms of the EUA specifically require that recipients of EUA products be informed of the benefits, risks, and “the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.”
While the defendants have not yet legally admitted defeat, CSBA spokesman Troy Flint told The San Diego Tribune, “K-12 schools or districts, on their own, cannot require the COVID vaccines while the vaccines only have emergency use authorization.”
As evidenced by the lawsuit against LAUSD’s Beutner and Del Cueto, Flint conceded, “A school or district would likely face public backlash and legal challenges if it decides unilaterally to require COVID vaccinations for students, the association noted.”
LAUSD’s COVID mandate and threat of termination for employees choosing not to take these experimental injections violates not only federal law but the basic human right to bodily autonomy. No American should be forced to choose between feeding their family and injecting themselves with any product, particularly an experimental one, as are all the COVID vaccinations.

1. Q: Can my employer force me to take the COVID-19 vaccine (the “Vaccine”) at this time?
A: Currently, the Vaccine is authorized for use as an “investigational product” under an Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”). It is not an approved product, and is referred to in the law as an “unapproved product” because it has not been fully tested and approved for use by the FDA. 2. Q: Can my employer fire me for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine?
A: This issue has yet to be decided by the courts. Some attorneys take the position that employers can fire employees who refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine. However, this conclusion conflicts with the language of the critical statute, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3, which provides that an unapproved product authorized for emergency use only, such as the COVID-19 vaccine can only be used if:(i) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that health care professionals administering the product are informed—(I)that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;(II)of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of the emergency use of the product,and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and(III)of the alternatives to the product that are available, and of their benefits and risks.(ii)Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—(I)that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;(II)of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and(III)of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.(iii)Appropriate conditions for the monitoring and reporting of adverse events associated with the emergency use of the product.(emphasis added) Note that the recipient of the product must be informed of the option to refuse administration of the product. An employer who fires an employee for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine would therefore be firing an employee for asserting a right guaranteed under federal law. Moreover, the health care professionals administering the product would be administering the product in violation of federal law, and beyond the scope of the authorized use of the product. We therefore conclude that employers may not fire employees who refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine at this time.
3. Q: Can my employer subject me to special treatment, such as forcing me to work from home, work in separate areas, or wear special protective gear should I refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
A: This question has not been addressed by any court to date. An employer taking actions of nature noted above would seem to be punishing an employee for asserting the federally protected right of refusing to take an emergency vaccine that has yet to be approved by the FDA. The employer subjecting a healthy person, exhibiting no signs of illness or contagion, differently than other employees simply because that person asserted the federally protected right to refuse the vaccine could be seen as attempting to coerce that employee into taking the vaccine against their will, a violation of the federal law quoted above.
4. Q: What should I do if my employer tries to force me to take the COVID-19 vaccine?
A: You should provide your employer with the HFDF Employer Vaccine Notice, that can be downloaded HERE. (LifeSiteNews) — Politicians and corporate CEOs offering clever incentives to encourage people to roll up their sleeves for COVID-19 vaccines tend not to talk about the vaccine companies’ troubling history of illegal business practices including fraudulent marketing, patent infringement, and failing to notify consumers about toxic ingredients.
Between 1991 and 2017, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca — three vaccine makers whose COVID vaccines are widely used across the world — have together paid out a total of $8.62 billion to resolve civil and criminal allegations in 67 state and federal settlements. Moderna, a relative newcomer, has come under scrutiny for secrecy about its funding and the results of its clinical trials. The fraught legal history of the corporations tends to grant legitimacy to the skepticism many feel about the safety and efficacy of the vaccines they have produced.
In a December 2020 report published by U.K.-based social justice organization Global Justice Now, Director Nick Dearden and Dr. James Angel wrote that “the current pharmaceutical model is actually deeply flawed, delivering outcomes which are poor value for money for the public sector, which exacerbate global inequality and which are driven by the objective to make sky-high returns to shareholders, not a healthier population.”
The report by Global Justice Now, which has criticized the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for “unaccountably skewing the direction of international development,” went on to describe the pharmaceutical model as one which grants incentives for “the most appalling behaviour including aggressive marketing of inappropriate drugs, kickbacks to doctors, claims of testing drugs on children without proper consent, massive price hikes on essential medicines, profiteering, blocking competition, and secrecy ... Some of this behaviour has given rise to serious legal challenges and even some of the largest fines in history.”

In a recent example of just such behavior, Johnson & Johnson is likely to pay a multi-billion dollar settlement after the Supreme Court rejected an appeal earlier this month to reverse a 2018 decision by a Missouri Circuit Court which awarded a $4.7 billion payout to 22 women who developed ovarian cancer which they claimed was caused by asbestos present in the company’s talc baby powder.
In June 2020, a Missouri Appeals Court reduced the verdict to $2.12 billion, but maintained the finding of “significant reprehensibility” in J&J’s actions, saying the pharmaceutical company failed to warn consumers of the danger.
This year, Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout was temporarily paused in April after six cases of potentially life-threatening blood clots associated with the vaccine were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
Civil and criminal litigation for dangerous and illegal practices aren’t new for the vaccine companies.
In 2013, Johnson and Johnson was ordered to pay over $2 billion to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from allegations relating to the prescription drugs Risperdal, Invega, and Natrecor, including promotion for uses not approved as safe and effective by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and payment of kickbacks to physicians and to the nation’s largest long-term care pharmacy provider,” according to the Department of Justice.
Back in 2009, in the largest pharmaceutical settlement in the history of the U.S. Department of Justice at the time, Big Pharma titan Pfizer, which manufactured an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine last year in association with German biotechnology company BioNTech, was forced to pay a $2.3 billion settlement “to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from the illegal promotion of certain pharmaceutical products.”
According to the DOJ, Pfizer misbranded an anti-inflammatory drug which had been pulled from the market, promoting its sale “for several uses and dosages that the FDA specifically declined to approve due to safety concerns.”
Pfizer’s subsidiaries pleaded guilty to a felony for misbranding the drug “with intent to defraud or mislead,” and the company was ordered to pay a criminal fine totaling $1.3 billion, “the largest criminal fine ever imposed in the United States for any matter.” Pfizer paid out another $1 billion “to resolve allegations” related to the illegal promotion of three other drugs.
Similar to the Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson cases, fellow vaccine manufacturer AstraZeneca agreed to pay $520 million in 2010 to resolve allegations that it “illegally marketed the anti-psychotic drug Seroquel for uses not approved as safe and effective by the Food and Drug Administration.”
U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Michael L. Levy said of the AstraZeneca settlement, “People have a legal right to know that pharmaceutical companies are marketing their drugs only for uses approved by the FDA and that their doctors’ judgment has not been affected by misinformation from a pharmaceutical company trying to boost revenues.”
Covering a wide range of criminal and civil violations, Big Pharma’s legal troubles also include patent infringement and failure to disclose information regarding government funding and clinical trials.
In October 2020, San Diego-based Allele Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals Inc. filed a lawsuit against Pfizer and BioNTech, claiming the companies used Allele’s patented “fluorescent protein to help analyze blood drawn from clinical trial patients without Allele’s permission.”
Last month a U.S. District Judge rejected Pfizer and BioNTech’s efforts to dismiss the action, giving the lawsuit the green light to go forward.
Meanwhile, the Gates Foundation-funded pharmaceutical corporation Moderna, which last year underwent an investigation by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) for allegedly running afoul of federal law by failing to disclose government support for its patents and applications, “has been criticised for the way it releases its research,” according to the Global Justice Now report.
According to the report, “After the company announced it had seen positive results from its Phase I trial in May 2020,” scientists “raised questions about the company’s claims, suggesting that no significant data had been released to evidence them. Moderna disclosed early results from just 8 of its 45 trial participants.”
The report cited a concern expressed by Anna Durbin, a vaccine researcher at Johns Hopkins University, who said, “It’s a bit of a concern that they haven’t published the results of any of their ongoing trials that they mention in their press release. They have not published any of that.”
Moderna’s secrecy has been called “highly problematic” by former Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officials, and “worthy of investigation for potential market manipulation.”
In an article published by Transparency International, Professor Jillian Kohler, director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Governance, Transparency and Accountability in the Pharmaceutical Sector, wrote, “Now more than ever, pharmaceutical companies need to uphold standards of social responsibility.” Kohler added that “shareholders are not the only ones to whom pharmaceutical companies are accountable; the general public are also key investors.”

I don't have a "religion." Christianity is unique in that it is not a religion. Religions are man-made and define what a person is to believe, along with what they should follow in practice, etc., and it is all based upon the dictates of men.
Christianity is dictated not by men, but by God's word, taught by the Holy Spirit through the new birth, with the justification of the individual provided solely by Christ Himself. None of that is obtained via the efforts of following a "religion."

The CDC very recently had an emergency meeting about the many reports of myocarditis (heart inflammation) in young men approximately four days after their second Pfizer shot -- while continuing to recommend the vaccine for young men.
Now that a young man has died, if the CDC continues recommending the Pfizer vaccine for young men, more will follow him. How many more young men will have to die before the CDC will decide the Pfizer vaccine isn't safe for everybody?
It's currently being tested on babies as young as six months old. They're going to try to vaccinate even the babies.
Young children are more likely to have high fevers. Their immune responses to vaccines can be very, very strong. Stronger than adults. That's not always a good thing when you're dealing with possible cytokine storms.

I like how data-driven this information is.
It looks like the data shows it's worse than I thought. I like the way it all compiled without sensationalism. But it's very much a downer, too.
I'll share the first seven items on the list, but it's much longer:
Before we jump into the details, here are some key points:
1. At least 6,000 deaths from the vaccine. The OpenVAERS team think it is over 20,000 due to under reporting.
2. Biodistribution data shows massive accumulation in ovaries of the LNP (which instructs cells in ovaries to sprout toxic spike protein). Whoops. That was never supposed to be leaked out. We obtained it via FOIA request. The CDC never told you about that one, did they? Of course not!
3. 82% miscarriage rate in first 20 weeks (10% is the normal rate). It is baffling that the CDC says the vaccine is safe for pregnant women when it is so clear that this is not the case. For example, one our family friends is a victim of this. She miscarried at 25 weeks and is having an abortion on 6/9/21. She had her first shot 7 weeks ago, and her second shot 4 weeks ago. The baby had severe bleeding of the brain and other disfigurements. Her gynecologist had never seen anything like that before in her life. They called in a specialist who said it was probably a genetic defect (because everyone buys into the narrative that the vaccine is safe it is always ruled out as a possible cause). No VAERS report. No CDC report. Yet the doctors I’ve talked to say that it is over 99% certain it was the vaccine. The family doesn’t want an autopsy for fear that their daughter will find out it was the vaccine. This is a perfect example of how these horrible side effects just never get reported anywhere.
4. 25X the possibility of myocarditis for teen boys (can lead to heart failure and death)
5. Kids already have natural immunity (Science Magazine article), so there is no benefit to vaccination, only risk. Have you ever seen the risk / benefit analysis by the CDC?? Ask for it before you consent.
6. No point vaccinating those who’ve had COVID-19: Findings of Cleveland Clinic study. No benefit, only risk.
7. Doctors who attribute adverse events to the vaccine are punished (such as Dr. Hoffe). So under reporting is incentivized.

It does not appear that boy died. Was it a "heart attack" or another mydocardial event he'll likely fully recover from (not that I'd wish that upon any child but there is a huge difference between all these events/outcomes).

Already that "list" is suspect. If they are attempting to be above the politics I hv the following issues.
1. VAERS events don't prove anything. The older and most at-risk individuals were vaccinated first. Half the population over age 12 is now vaccinated but that number jumps to about 75% age 65 and older and all those shots were given in the last 6 months thus almost every death could be called covid vaccine-related. I recall reading a report on Maine breakthrough deaths and they were almost exclusively occurring at "end of life" care facilities (hospice). No shocker there.
2. "Antivaxxers have long claimed that vaccines, particularly HPV vaccines, can damage the ovaries and cause female infertility. That claim has been resurrected for COVID-19 vaccines. 3. Read the study itself...their reliance on a comment manipulating the data is pretty weak. There are 3598 participants. Table 4 appears to only be reporting the status of those pregnancies that are completed (via birth OR miscarriage) at that specific point in time (the study dates) It's missing pregnancies that were still gestating. Of course, almost all the live births were from women vaccinated in the 3rd trimester because the ones that were vaccinated early on in their pregnancies are/were still pregnant on the reporting date (unless they miscarried).

Rather than get down in the weeds, let's look at the most important, basic thing in the big picture. I'm still processing this. I woke up this morning with greater clarity regarding this one, single, basic fact, and I dared to realize that it really, really sucks to a massive extent.
The COVID-19 mRNA vaccine is not staying mostly in the arm or shoulder like it was said to do. This is established. It is a fact. You don't appreciate the significance of this one, basic fact.
The immune system was supposed to do its work locally before this crap spread all throughout the body. That was the plan. It is well established that was the plan.
That plan failed. That is a fact. It matters. It matters bigly.
As soon as I saw a paper about COVID-19 co-authored by Yehuda Shoenfeld, detailing the massive quantity of proteins in the human body that cross-react with the spike protein, I felt scared about the COVID vaccines. Later I learned the anti-vaccine movement leadership is rife with Scientologists and ex-Scientologists who don't restrain any of their wildest speculations. I developed skepticism.
As I read the science, I became reassured when I learned that the mRNA vaccines are supposed to do their work in the arm or shoulder rather than spreading throughout the body. I reasoned it's better to be exposed to a tiny quantity of a piece of the spike protein in a very controlled and limited manner, than to be exposed to massive amounts of spike protein in a COVID infection.
If the mRNA vaccines spread their crap throughout the body, all bets are off! And it has been established that they do spread their crap throughout the body. Whoopsie! That wasn't really supposed to happen!
Right now you probably have lipid nanoparticles in your brain and testes and adrenals and many other locations in your body, X. Your immune system has likely attacked some number of cells in a huge number of your body organs.
I suggest if and when you get your booster, you opt for the Novavax vaccine, and you don't repeat a dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.
People out there are telling lies that the spike protein isn't getting in the organs of the body and it's only the lipid nanoparticles. If the lipid nanoparticles are getting in the organs, they are causing the cells to make spike proteins, and then the immune system is attacking those cells.
I almost fell for those lies. I thought the spike proteins were all being presented in the cells locally in the arm or shoulder. Then the lipid nanoparticles were accumulating in organs. But it had been established that the lipid nanoparticles are not toxic to cells. That is how the story goes.
That is not true! The lipid nanoparticles get into circulation quickly and get into cells all over, then cause cells to make spikes and present the spikes on their surface. Then wherever these spiked cells are, the immune system reacts to them, setting into motion a chain of events in which antibdies are formed. The spiked cells become destroyed by the immune system.
If people are lucky, the immune system will know when to stand down.
If they are not lucky, the immune system may just keep on attacking cells!
This could happen in spite of the fact that the cells stop making spike protein and all the cells that had presented spikes at their surface had already been destroyed.
That is called auto-immune disease or auto-inflammatory disease. It could be similar to the COVID long-hauler syndrome that has been described in the medical literature.
Except the distribution pattern of the spikes could be artificially different, so the syndrome could be different from that of wild-type virus infection and subsequent COVID long-hauler syndrome.
The lipid nanoparticles are able to take the spikes to places where the wild type virus wouldn't easily be able to take them.
I repeat, the spiked cells were supposed to be confined to the arm or the shoulder and then be destroyed there, but not before antibodies formed. That is always stated by the pro-vaccine people who follow the science. That is their number one reassurance.
It is well established that wild type COVID-19 infection turns dangerous if and when the virus gets into the blood circulation. In most cases this does not happen.
With the U.S. vaccines -- whether Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or J&J -- in all cases -- the spike proteins are getting into the blood circulation and passing easily and quickly into multiple organs throughout the body.
I hope that the spike subunit in the Novavax vaccine really will stay in the arm or shoulder. If so, it will work in a much more traditional way.
I'm keeping an open mind about the upcoming Novavax vaccine.
But even if it works as designed and planned, it would still make sense for low risk people to take supplements and keep Ivermectin on hand, rather than risking a vaccine, because nobody would know if they have the genes to react well.

We acknowledge this rate will likely decrease as the pregnancies of women who were vaccinated <20 weeks complete but believe the rate will be higher than 12.5%. However, given the importance of these findings we feel it important to report these rates accurately. Additionally, the authors indicate that the rate of SAs in the published literature is between 10% and 26%.[3-5] However, the upper cited rate includes clinically-unrecognized pregnancies,[3] which does not reflect the clinically-recognized pregnancies of this cohort and should be removed.
It’s called ‘lying with statistics’, and Shimabukuro et al. did it on both ends. That is, they included a portion of this study’s participants that should not have been included (first bold) to make the incidences/percentages appear lower, AND they over-reported the incidences of SA of overall pregnancies in the larger population by adding in “clinically-unrecognized pregnancies” in a further effort to dilute the numbers in this study.

I don't think a mother's immune system is supposed to attack the fetus. In fact, in pregnancy, a mother has immune suppression just to avoid attacking the fetus as something foreign. If the fetus is male, the immune suppression needs to be greater, because the male fetus is seen by the mother's immune system as even more foreign.
Sexual dimorphism in autism is poorly understood, but I've always wondered if it has anything to do with the maternal immune system. It is well established that maternal immune activation is a cause of autism, with male offspring affected by it 4-5 times more than female offspring.
But with all these COVID vaccines, we may be be creating an as-yet medically undescribed developmental disorder in the children who result from those fetuses that manage to make it to term and be delivered, in spite of their onslaught in the womb by lipid nanoparticles and spike proteins and maternal immune attacks.
On the other hand, if the maternal immune suppression is great enough, the spike proteins could get lodged in the cells of the fetus, without being attacked by the immune system. The mother's immune cells may not destroy the fetus' spiked cells. Then the baby would be born with them. Babies are born with a naive immune system, although they have some maternal priming. At some point their immune system would attack the cells that have the spikes, probably within the first two years of life.

My point is that it's a preliminary study and it's not yet showing unusual characteristics in pregnancies and miscarriages. The vast majority of pregnancy loss occurs in the first trimester, and the data demonstrates that the same is true, to a similar degree, amongst pregnant women vaccinated with mrna vaccines. Though many are still pregnant, they are mostly through the first trimester, so there is obviously value to releasing preliminary findings in the midst of a pandemic.
The 82% would be the lie as 104/<127 would be suggesting that 127 represents the entire population of pregnant women vaccinated prior to 20 weeks when the study has several sets of numbers indicating thousand(s) of vaccinated pregnant women.
92 - vaccinated pre-conception (within month of conception)
1132 - 1st Trimester (first 12 weeks)
1714 - 2nd Trimester (13 to 28 weeks)
*thus, so far in the study, maybe its more like 104 deaths < 20 weeks gestation out of 92+1132 + some # of 1714 vaccinated prior to 20 weeks. The prelim findings are over 10 weeks so somewhere north of 50% of these women were then beyond 20 weeks? The final findings will tell more. This just suggests it's nothing crazy.
The study has some problems. Telephone interviews. It appears only 92% of participants were contacted who got the shot in the first trimester and I'd be concerned with what mother miscarrying is going to want to talk about it maybe being the vaccine (they chose to take) fault. Similarly going off VAERS reports which maybe were not done or not reported yet.
If one of my daughters were already pregnant, I'd shelter them and have them avoid the vaccine for sure. Not everyone can do that for themselves and most of these women appear to be medical professionals so maybe a healthier cohort than the general public?

Trialsitenews seems to be rehashing and reconfiguring old anti-vaxx conspiracies and manufacturing data (or believing and repeating people that have done the same). In the end, especially if more lethal variants do come through (and it's not just scare technique - which it may be to some degree), many people may be bargaining their lives putting off getting vaccinated due to unsubstantiated vaccine fear. Hopefully the herd immunity of the brave protects you/them and you all avoid Covid and any negative consequences there may be to the covid vaccines. We're not really enemies here.

In March, Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF) helped employees of Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) to sue LAUSD Superintendent Austin Beutner and HR head Linda Del Cueto over their illegal COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Now, after months of pressure, the California School Boards Association (CSBA) has conceded the merits of the lawsuit and walked back their position.
No COVID-19 shot available today has been licensed or approved by FDA, rather, they have been issued under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). As HFDF’s legal team has argued, consistent with federal law, EUA products are “investigational” and as such may not be mandated. In fact, the terms of the EUA specifically require that recipients of EUA products be informed of the benefits, risks, and “the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.”
While the defendants have not yet legally admitted defeat, CSBA spokesman Troy Flint told The San Diego Tribune, “K-12 schools or districts, on their own, cannot require the COVID vaccines while the vaccines only have emergency use authorization.”
As evidenced by the lawsuit against LAUSD’s Beutner and Del Cueto, Flint conceded, “A school or district would likely face public backlash and legal challenges if it decides unilaterally to require COVID vaccinations for students, the association noted.”
LAUSD’s COVID mandate and threat of termination for employees choosing not to take these experimental injections violates not only federal law but the basic human right to bodily autonomy. No American should be forced to choose between feeding their family and injecting themselves with any product, particularly an experimental one, as are all the COVID vaccinations.
Ever since the world learned of the abominations committed by the Nazi regime, which lead to the Nuremberg Code, free nations have recognized that forced medical experimentation of any kind is both inhumane and unethical. This human right against medical experimentation has been ratified by the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and the US Code of Federal Regulations. 1. Q: Can my employer force me to take the COVID-19 vaccine (the “Vaccine”) at this time?
A: Currently, the Vaccine is authorized for use as an “investigational product” under an Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”). It is not an approved product, and is referred to in the law as an “unapproved product” because it has not been fully tested and approved for use by the FDA. Under the federal law that allows the FDA to issue EUAs(21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3), you cannot be forced to take it. The law provides that recipients of a product authorized for use under an EUA can refuse to take the product.
2. Q: Can my employer fire me for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine?
A: This issue has yet to be decided by the courts. Some attorneys take the position that employers can fire employees who refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine. However, this conclusion conflicts with the language of the critical statute, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3, which provides that an unapproved product authorized for emergency use only, such as the COVID-19 vaccine can only be used if:(i) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that health care professionals administering the product are informed—(I)that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;(II)of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of the emergency use of the product,and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and(III)of the alternatives to the product that are available, and of their benefits and risks.(ii)Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—(I)that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;(II)of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and(III)of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.(iii)Appropriate conditions for the monitoring and reporting of adverse events associated with the emergency use of the product.(emphasis added)
Note that the recipient of the product must be informed of the option to refuse administration of the product. An employer who fires an employee for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine would therefore be firing an employee for asserting a right guaranteed under federal law. Moreover, the health care professionals administering the product would be administering the product in violation of federal law, and beyond the scope of the authorized use of the product. We therefore conclude that employers may not fire employees who refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine at this time.
3. Q: Can my employer subject me to special treatment, such as forcing me to work from home, work in separate areas, or wear special protective gear should I refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
A: This question has not been addressed by any court to date. An employer taking actions of nature noted above would seem to be punishing an employee for asserting the federally protected right of refusing to take an emergency vaccine that has yet to be approved by the FDA. The employer subjecting a healthy person, exhibiting no signs of illness or contagion, differently than other employees simply because that person asserted the federally protected right to refuse the vaccine could be seen as attempting to coerce that employee into taking the vaccine against their will, a violation of the federal law quoted above.
4. Q: What should I do if my employer tries to force me to take the COVID-19 vaccine?
A: You should provide your employer with the HFDF Employer Vaccine Notice, that can be downloaded HERE. If your employer continues to insist that you take the vaccine, please contact us by email, and we will attempt to refer you to a lawyer in your area who has been educated on this issue who may be able to assist you. (LifeSiteNews) — Politicians and corporate CEOs offering clever incentives to encourage people to roll up their sleeves for COVID-19 vaccines tend not to talk about the vaccine companies’ troubling history of illegal business practices including fraudulent marketing, patent infringement, and failing to notify consumers about toxic ingredients.
Between 1991 and 2017, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca — three vaccine makers whose COVID vaccines are widely used across the world — have together paid out a total of $8.62 billion to resolve civil and criminal allegations in 67 state and federal settlements. Moderna, a relative newcomer, has come under scrutiny for secrecy about its funding and the results of its clinical trials. The fraught legal history of the corporations tends to grant legitimacy to the skepticism many feel about the safety and efficacy of the vaccines they have produced.
In a December 2020 report published by U.K.-based social justice organization Global Justice Now, Director Nick Dearden and Dr. James Angel wrote that “the current pharmaceutical model is actually deeply flawed, delivering outcomes which are poor value for money for the public sector, which exacerbate global inequality and which are driven by the objective to make sky-high returns to shareholders, not a healthier population.”
The report by Global Justice Now, which has criticized the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for “unaccountably skewing the direction of international development,” went on to describe the pharmaceutical model as one which grants incentives for “the most appalling behaviour including aggressive marketing of inappropriate drugs, kickbacks to doctors, claims of testing drugs on children without proper consent, massive price hikes on essential medicines, profiteering, blocking competition, and secrecy ... Some of this behaviour has given rise to serious legal challenges and even some of the largest fines in history.”

In a recent example of just such behavior, Johnson & Johnson is likely to pay a multi-billion dollar settlement after the Supreme Court rejected an appeal earlier this month to reverse a 2018 decision by a Missouri Circuit Court which awarded a $4.7 billion payout to 22 women who developed ovarian cancer which they claimed was caused by asbestos present in the company’s talc baby powder.
In June 2020, a Missouri Appeals Court reduced the verdict to $2.12 billion, but maintained the finding of “significant reprehensibility” in J&J’s actions, saying the pharmaceutical company failed to warn consumers of the danger.
This year, Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout was temporarily paused in April after six cases of potentially life-threatening blood clots associated with the vaccine were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
Civil and criminal litigation for dangerous and illegal practices aren’t new for the vaccine companies.
In 2013, Johnson and Johnson was ordered to pay over $2 billion to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from allegations relating to the prescription drugs Risperdal, Invega, and Natrecor, including promotion for uses not approved as safe and effective by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and payment of kickbacks to physicians and to the nation’s largest long-term care pharmacy provider,” according to the Department of Justice.
Back in 2009, in the largest pharmaceutical settlement in the history of the U.S. Department of Justice at the time, Big Pharma titan Pfizer, which manufactured an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine last year in association with German biotechnology company BioNTech, was forced to pay a $2.3 billion settlement “to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from the illegal promotion of certain pharmaceutical products.”
According to the DOJ, Pfizer misbranded an anti-inflammatory drug which had been pulled from the market, promoting its sale “for several uses and dosages that the FDA specifically declined to approve due to safety concerns.”
Pfizer’s subsidiaries pleaded guilty to a felony for misbranding the drug “with intent to defraud or mislead,” and the company was ordered to pay a criminal fine totaling $1.3 billion, “the largest criminal fine ever imposed in the United States for any matter.” Pfizer paid out another $1 billion “to resolve allegations” related to the illegal promotion of three other drugs.
Similar to the Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson cases, fellow vaccine manufacturer AstraZeneca agreed to pay $520 million in 2010 to resolve allegations that it “illegally marketed the anti-psychotic drug Seroquel for uses not approved as safe and effective by the Food and Drug Administration.”
U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Michael L. Levy said of the AstraZeneca settlement, “People have a legal right to know that pharmaceutical companies are marketing their drugs only for uses approved by the FDA and that their doctors’ judgment has not been affected by misinformation from a pharmaceutical company trying to boost revenues.”
Covering a wide range of criminal and civil violations, Big Pharma’s legal troubles also include patent infringement and failure to disclose information regarding government funding and clinical trials.
In October 2020, San Diego-based Allele Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals Inc. filed a lawsuit against Pfizer and BioNTech, claiming the companies used Allele’s patented “fluorescent protein to help analyze blood drawn from clinical trial patients without Allele’s permission.”
Last month a U.S. District Judge rejected Pfizer and BioNTech’s efforts to dismiss the action, giving the lawsuit the green light to go forward.
Meanwhile, the Gates Foundation-funded pharmaceutical corporation Moderna, which last year underwent an investigation by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) for allegedly running afoul of federal law by failing to disclose government support for its patents and applications, “has been criticised for the way it releases its research,” according to the Global Justice Now report.
According to the report, “After the company announced it had seen positive results from its Phase I trial in May 2020,” scientists “raised questions about the company’s claims, suggesting that no significant data had been released to evidence them. Moderna disclosed early results from just 8 of its 45 trial participants.”
The report cited a concern expressed by Anna Durbin, a vaccine researcher at Johns Hopkins University, who said, “It’s a bit of a concern that they haven’t published the results of any of their ongoing trials that they mention in their press release. They have not published any of that.”
Moderna’s secrecy has been called “highly problematic” by former Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officials, and “worthy of investigation for potential market manipulation.”
In an article published by Transparency International, Professor Jillian Kohler, director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Governance, Transparency and Accountability in the Pharmaceutical Sector, wrote, “Now more than ever, pharmaceutical companies need to uphold standards of social responsibility.” Kohler added that “shareholders are not the only ones to whom pharmaceutical companies are accountable; the general public are also key investors.”
