The coverage of Borrell's appointment is that basically the true post has been empty since Javier Solana "retired". Basically, Catherine Ashton (2010 to 2015) and Federica Mogherini (2016 to 2020) were placeholders. I have made no secret of the fact that I consider Federica Mogherini to be a very decent, hardworking and talented lady. It was Federica Mogherini and then Prime Minister of Italy Renzi who during her pre EU post as Foreign Minister of Italy worked so hard to secure the release of persecuted and about to be executed Miriam Ibrahim. Ibrahim was a Somali woman sentenced to death for becoming a Christian and marrying a Christian man.
Recalling my many years of ongoing research on Solana, I recall various statements he made over the years. While still at NATO, he told gathered European officals that "the plan was to use NATO assets with European control of those assets."
There is little love lost in the European Union these days for the United States, particularly as headed by President Donald Trump. What comes to mind is a Revelation prophecy that may or not be applicable here, but it bears watching. It was 10 kings who came together "for one hour" (a short period of time in Biblical terminology and handed their power to the beast. It had been prophesied in Daniel that the 10 toes of the image King Nebuchadnezzar were "mixed iron and clay" and "would not cleave together." The Revelation prophecy was that at some point ten kings would hand their power to one man and "thus fulfill the words of the prophecy." He would enjoy a reign of 1260 days (3.5 years). He would pull up three of the 10 countries by their roots.
It seems obvious to me from the context of that prophecy that these "kings"/rulers would hand their sovereignty over to one man as a power to equalize themselves with another power. What has been expressed often in recent history is their need to equalize themselves with the USA.
If Borrell is indeed taking Solana's testimony, it appears to me very plausible that he will most likely faithfully execute same. Solana's theme song for a long period of time is that sovereignty must be surrendered -- not just European wise, but globally in the interests of "global governance."
When Solana was first picked as High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy of Europe in 1999, he was jokingly referred to as "Senor PESC". That was made more real when he was handed the Western European Union, a military federation of 10 nations, in November 1999. Supposedly that was to be only for a one year period while it was being "shut down." That year sure lasted a long time -- the WEU continued through 2010!
I believe this requires prayerful watching.

If this is true, vis a vis, Solana, I'm even more skeptical about the "retirement." Josep Borrell was, per Wikipedia, divorced and remarried very recently in 2018. He indeed may not be crazy about so much required travel.

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 256 of 256Clearly, Psalm 69 is a Messianic Psalm since Jesus quoted it in reference to Himself two times. The reason this is important is that what is written between the verses that Jesus quoted. To get the whole context, here is Psalm 69:4-9,
"Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; Those who would destroy me are powerful, being wrongfully my enemies; What I did not steal, I then have to restore. 5 O God, it is You who knows my folly, And my wrongs are not hidden from You. 6 May those who wait for You not be ashamed through me, O Lord GOD of hosts; May those who seek You not be dishonored through me, O God of Israel, 7 Because for Your sake I have borne reproach; Dishonor has covered my face. 8 I have become estranged from my brothers And an alien to my mother’s sons. 9 For zeal for Your house has consumed me, And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me."
Now, we have to be a little careful because we can't attribute everything in Psalm 69 as being messianic. But, this Psalm clearly shows that the speaker had brothers. The implication is strong that Jesus had brothers. As Amos 3:7 says, "Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret counsel to His servants the prophets."
Did Mary have other children? The Bible seems to suggest yes. Catholic Tradition says no.
Which will YOU trust?
Of course, the Catholic will simply state that even this phrase "my mother's sons" is in reference not to his siblings but to cousins and other relatives. This is a necessary thing for the Catholic to say; otherwise, the 'perpetual' virginity of Mary is threatened, and since that contradicts Roman Catholic tradition, they MUST interpret the Psalm in a manner that is consistent with their tradition.
The question is, "Was Jesus estranged by His brothers?" Yes, He was. John 7:5 says "For not even His brothers were believing in Him."
Furthermore, Psalm 69:8 says both "my brothers" and "my mother's sons." Are these both to be understood as not referring to His siblings? Hardly. The Catholics are fond of saying that "brothers" must mean "cousins." But, if that is the case, then when we read "an alien to my mother's sons," we can see that the writer is adding a further distinction and narrowing the scope of meaning. In other words, Jesus was alienated by his siblings, His half-brothers begotten from Mary.
It is sad to see the Roman Catholic church go to such lengths to maintain Mary's 'perpetual' virginity, something that is a VIOLATION of biblical law to be married and fill the earth.

Jesus' Unbelieving Brothers

Do you, like me, have family members who do not believe in Jesus? If so, we are in good company. So did Jesus. And I think this is meant to give us hope.
According to the Apostle John, “not even His brothers believed in Him” (John 7:5).
That’s incredible.
Those who had lived with Jesus for THIRTY YEARS really did not know Him. Not ONE of Jesus’ brothers is mentioned as a disciple during his pre-crucifixion ministry. But after His resurrection and ascension, there they are in the upper room worshiping Him as God! (Acts 1:14)
Why didn’t they believe?
-And what made them change?
The Bible doesn’t answer the first question. But I’ll bet it was [not necessarily considered 'easy' by them] to have Jesus for a brother.
First, Jesus would have been without peer in intellect and wisdom. He was astounding temple rabbis by age 12 (Luke 2:42, 47). A sinful, fallen, gifted sibling can be a hard act to follow. Imagine a perfect gifted sibling.
Second, Jesus’ consistent and extraordinary moral character [might] have made Him [to them seem] odd and unnerving to be around. His siblings [might] have grown increasingly self-conscious around him, aware of their own sinful, self-obsessed motives and behavior, while noting that Jesus didn’t seem to exhibit any Himself. For sinners, that could be hard to live with.
Third, Jesus was deeply and uniquely [thought of] by Mary and Joseph. How could they not have treated him differently? They knew He was the Lord. Imagine their extraordinary trust in and deference to Jesus as He grew older. No doubt the siblings would have perceived a dimension to the relationship between the oldest child and their parents that was different from what they experienced.
And when swapping family stories it would have been hard to match a star appearing at your brother’s birth.
Jesus out-classed His siblings in every category.
Could anyone with an active sin nature [not find it difficult to] not resent being eclipsed by such a phenom-brother?
Familiarity breeds contempt when pride rules the heart!
More pain than we know must have been behind Jesus’ words, “a prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his own household” (Matthew 13:57).
So as we assess the role our weak, stumbling witness plays in our family members’ unbelief, let’s remember Jesus—not even a perfect witness guarantees that loved ones will see and embrace the gospel. We must humble ourselves and repent when we sin. But let’s remember that the god of this world and indwelling sin is what blinds the minds of unbelievers (2 Corinthians 4:4).
The story of Jesus’ brothers can actually give us hope for our loved ones. At the time His brothers claimed that Jesus was “out of his mind” (Mark 3:21), it must have appeared very unlikely that they would ever become His disciples. But eventually they did! And not only followers, but leaders and martyrs in the early church.
The God who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” shone in their hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of their brother, Jesus (2 Corinthians 4:6).
So take heart! Don’t give up praying for unbelieving family members. Don’t take their resistance as the final word. They may yet believe, and be used significantly in the kingdom!
And while they resist, or if they have died apparently unbelieving, we can trust them to the Judge of all the earth who will be perfectly just (Genesis 18:25). Jesus does not promise that every parent, sibling, or child of a Christian will believe, but does painfully promise that some families will divide over Him (Matthew 10:34-39).
We can trust Him when it happens!
It is moving to hear James refer to His brother as “our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory” (James 2:1). Can you imagine what this phrase meant for James? The Lord of glory had once slept beside him, ate at his dinner table, played with his friends, spoke to him like a brother, endured his unbelief, paid the debt of his sin, and then brought him to faith.
It may have taken 20-30 years of faithful, prayerful witness by the Son of God, but the miracle occurred: His brothers believed. May the Lord of glory grant the same grace to our beloved unbelievers!

An expired passport found in a locked safe in accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan mansion — which featured Epstein’s photo but a different name — was used multiple times in the 1980s, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Epstein’s lawyers had said in a court filing Tuesday that prosecutors had offered “nothing to suggest — and certainly no evidence — that Epstein ever used” that passport, which was issued by Austria.

On Wednesday afternoon, the prosecutors responded, saying, “In fact, the passport contains numerous ingress and egress stamps, including stamps that reflect use of the passport to enter France, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia in the 1980s.”

If you search the news, you will find very little to nothing in the corporate media about pedo Jeffrey Epstein’s connection to Israeli intelligence. This connection is obvious—from Epstein’s connection to the Zionist Les Wexner and especially his Mossad handler, Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of documented Mossad operative and double agent Robert Maxwell.
It’s said Ghislaine had a romantic relationship with Epstein in 1992. This is likely a cover story. Maxwell was Epstein’s Mossad liaison. She also procured and trained teenage girls to work as honey traps.
The story in the corporate media following Epstein’s arrest is that Ghislaine recruited girls for Epstein and his associates, many rich and influential. It is described as simply a pedophile sex ring when it is obviously much more—a blackmail operation designed to compromise politicians and others when and if they deviated from the [given] agenda.
This has already swirled and descended into the memory hole. Headlines focus instead on the appeal of Epstein’s bail denial, the red flags raised about his jail records and work release, his close ties to Wall Street and Barclays, and the taint on the money he gave to Harvard and other institutions over the years. Much attention dwells on the salacious nature of Epstein’s pedophilia.
Meanwhile, disgraced former Labor Secretary Alex Acosta’s remark on Epstein’s intelligence connections (which Acosta has since denied) fade as corporate media sensationalism and miasma dominate and shape the story.
Leslie Wexner is described as the “most prominent client” of Epstein’s alleged money management firm. However, it appears Wexner was the only client—and he wasn’t so much a client as a conduit for money poured into a [Mossad] blackmail operation.
A Twitter account under the handle “Quantian” theorized that Epstein’s main purpose was to blackmail politicians and wealthy perverts.
“You don’t need to charge up front, just get them to have underage sex, and then blackmail them afterwards for hush money. Better ROI, but you’re still a liability, and producing and receiving big bribe money raises big questions… This scheme works just as well if the billionaires are in on it from the getgo as a way to buy sex; I assumed that was obvious but I guess not… There’s no need to invoke the Mafia/ Russia/ Mossad/ CIA/ etc, that’s just needlessly overfitting.”
Except it is not “overfitting.” It is the only explanation that makes sense. Undoubtedly, Epstein bribed these people to “invest” in his offshore “fund,” however it is unlikely a criminal scheme like this would have lasted decades. The wealthy and influential have the money and resources to deal with blackmailers. However, as Robert Maxwell discovered, it would be supremely foolish to expose or double-cross the Mossad (or the CIA and Russian intelligence) unless you want to be found floating dead off the Canary Islands or hanging in your mother’s backyard like the so-called DC Madam.
Even if a few names are put out there for the sake of a corporate media feeding frenzy, the real story will never be fully revealed. Israel will not suffer any consequence beyond speculation that will be dismissed as the antisemitic ravings of conspiracy theorists.

This is what your my "new subscriber count" statistic looks like since youtube decided to turn down the sharing of my videos last month. Youtube is owned by google which is owned by Alphabet. Alphabet teamed up with Glaxosmithkline to develop a firm to treat chronic disease with electronics. (Whaaaa? Not food?) they have $715 million at stake.
