Awoke at Midnight to BBC "Dubai Holding"Advertisement - Right Hand Microchips

UPDATE:  Our "Rich of Medford" (Rich Peterson) sent me this link to another very frightening project that is part of the World Government Summit and Dubai Future Foundation (obviously a component of the World Future Foundation that Barbara Marx Hubbard has been an integral part of since its beginning).  I am embedding the link here as it is a must watch.  There are some very evil and controlling minds behind this one!  Advantages to "the mark" -- neither HERE NOR IN THE HEREAFTER!"  Read the much maligned Book of Revelation to learn all about it!

I sometimes get so tired of watching the relentless "I hate Trump" programming on so many USA news outlets, I decided to give myself a break, relax, and watch BBC during normal news hours.  To be honest, I fell asleep in the chair and awoke at the stroke of midnight as BBC World News was about to commence.  What I awoke to was an ad in black and white format.  It featured two attractive young adults:  one male, the second female.  The male started with words to effect of "I received my microchip implant two years ago . . . ."  He went on to say how that made him a very considerate traveler on the mass transit system he appeared to be using as it shortened the wait times for the next passengers.  Then immediately followed the young woman who said "I got my microchip implant 6 months ago . . . ."

The advertisement then carried the large logo of "Dubai Holding Company."

This, in my humble opinion, is a very ominous development indeed.  The prophesied times that it was foretold would come upon the earth as a snare are advancing rapidly and perhaps almost irresistably.  I googled the subject using the words "Dubai", "Holding Company" and "Microchip."

Google partial search results (page 1 of many)

Article re subject from the Gulf News -- a regional paper in that Dubai area.

About Dubai Holding Company

A "nice kindly face" about to do an implant on a worker.  Epicenter efficiency??

I also found a Today Show video from August 2017:

You are correct. It's getting closer and closer. The agenda is unfolding without much resistance and the different waves are about to converge.

But then you have the blind and trolls that say, where? Show me proof and not just another conspiracy theory. Well don't worry, it'll come to light when God allows it.

It would be prudent to be like the wise 5 virgins in the Bible and not be caught off guard.

What Are the Signs of the Antichrist?

What are the signs and characteristics of the “Antichrist” who is prophesied to rise up in the End of Days? How will we be able to recognize him? What are his tell-tale “marks” and identifying qualities? According to the Scriptures, the whole world will be deceived and led astray by him, even to where they will unite under him to fight the Messiah when He returns from heaven, claiming He is an “alien” from other worlds! How can you keep from being taken in by this great deception?

In I John 2:18 we read: “Dear children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.”

The word antichrist is capitalized (A) here meaning that it is a specific individual prophesied to come in the last days who will lead the world astray, who is anti-God and Christian religion even though he appears to be a Christian. John says “went out from us” but went out into error of wickedness and lawlessness.

What are the characteristics of this Antichrist who is coming? How will you and I recognize him? The world will not recognize him. The world does not believe the Word of God and will not know what God says, prophetically speaking. Remember, the Antichrist is going to be a ruler of the world. God specifically states attributes that the Antichrist will have. The world stage is set for the appearance of the Antichrist.

I took the recommendation of one of the commenters on your blog Constance and read Whittaker Chambers' Letter to (His) Children yesterday. It is such a moving appeal to God's faithful ones to fight evil with the same intensity that evil fights good. Chambers said that "it is our fate to live upon that turning point in history" ... when it will be determined whether "all mankind is to become Communist" [man without God] or "whether the whole world is to become free."

He also said that "True wisdom comes from the overcoming of suffering and sin. All true wisdom is therefore touched with sadness."

It is a sad day in our world, when it appears that good men have lost their will to live as free men.

That said, these are exciting times to be alive.

I refuse to live in fear, although I am afraid ... but actually I fear God more than I fear man. And it is glorious to know that when lucifer (puke, gag, excrement) was cast out of Heaven, the disgusting serpent took one-third of the angels with him, BUT that means that TWO-thirds of the angels stayed with God ... hallelujah ... our Mighty God wins in the end.

Thank you so much for your ground-breaking, ever prescient work, Constance. You are truly a gift to the world. May God bless you richly.

Your friend,

Was Russian Spy Poisoned To Avert Brexit?
"(The) British government has concluded that Skripal and his daughter were poisoned with a Moscow-made, military-grade nerve agent, novichok.

A question naturally arises - why would Kremlin leave a smoking gun evidence behind that would lead prosecutors straight to Moscow when their assassins could have used a gun or a knife to accomplish the task?"

Microchips get everywhere these days, and now ARM has partnered with an American university to try and find ways of putting one into your brain.
The Cambridge chip design giant and the Center for Sensorimotor Neural Engineering (CSNE) at Washington University have signed an agreement whereby the CSNE will develop a unique ‘brain-implantable’ chip aimed at solving neurodegenerative disorders. The CSNE is a research centre working to develop innovative ways to connect a deep computational understanding of how the brain adapts and processes information with the design of implantable devices.,5072.1

How Mueller & President Trump are Pulling the Biggest Sting in History

On the crisp fall night of October 9, 2016, there was an electric energy in the air at Washington University in St. Louis for the second presidential debate. Hillary Clinton ended the first debate with a below the belt attack on Donald Trump accusing him of bullying a former Miss Universe beauty queen. There was a sense in the air that Trump – famous for his counter punches – would swing back with a TKO, and boy, did he deliver.

That night on stage Trump made a shocking promise to Clinton in the event he got elected. “If I win, I’m going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation…we’re going to have a special prosecutor,” Trump said. Clinton responded, “It’s just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country.” Trump then interrupted and said: “Because you’d be in jail.” Trump’s statement was met with cheers and thunderous applause.

Trump’s famous “because you’d be in jail” line is constantly rotated throughout the Internet via memes and videos on social media to this day; however, what many seem to have forgotten is the first part of Trump’s statement: he promised to assign a special prosecutor to look into Clinton’s crimes.

Fast forward to May 16, President Trump is now in the White House and meets with Robert Mueller. CNN reported that Trump interviewed him as a potential replacement for fired FBI Director James Comey. As Trump would say, “wrong!” It’s not possible that Mueller could’ve been interviewing for the FBI director position because he already served in that capacity – under Presidents George W. Bush and briefly Barack Obama – and he exceeded the term limit allowed to work in that role. The term limit is ten years and Mueller served as FBI director for 12 years. Mueller got a special additional two-year extension from Obama that the Senate approved. The fake news totally got this wrong — to no one’s surprise.

So what was the meeting really about? I believe Trump was finalizing his decision to appoint Mueller as his special prosecutor to investigate Clinton. Don’t believe it? Keep reading...

US Spy Lab hopes to geotag EVERY OUTDOOR PHOTO on social media

"Finder" will geotag images by terrain, sky features.

Take a selfie in front of your new hideout? IARPA's Finder program aims to turn that photo into a "KABOOM"!

Imagine if someone could scan every image on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, then instantly determine where each was taken. The ability to combine this location data with information about who appears in those photos—and any social media contacts tied to them—would make it possible for government agencies to quickly track terrorist groups posting photos and just about anyone else.

That's precisely the goal of Finder, a research program of the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Agency (IARPA), the Office of the Director of National Intelligence's dedicated research organization.

For many photos taken with smartphones (and with some consumer cameras), geolocation information is saved with the image by default. The location is stored in the Exif (Exchangable Image File Format) data of the photo itself unless geolocation services are turned off. If you have used Apple's iCloud photo store or Google Photos, you've probably created a rich map of your pattern of life through geotagged metadata. However, this location data is pruned off for privacy reasons when images are uploaded to some social media services, and privacy-conscious photographers purposely disable geotagging on their devices and social media accounts.
Finder is but one of several image processing projects underway at IARPA. Another, called Aladdin Video, seeks to extract intelligence information from social media video clips by tagging them with metadata about their content. Another, called Deep Intermodal Video Analytics (DIVA), is focused on detecting "activities" within videos, such as people acting in a manner that could be defined as "dangerous" or "suspicious"—making it possible to monitor HUGE volumes of surveillance video simultaneously.

Hope proves better for inspiring better outcomes: Studies prove empowering people to change is good for their health!

The saying that hope springs eternal is a paean to positive thinking.

The idea that things will work out well, no matter how gloomy everything seems to be, has made champions out of losers; billionaires out of college dropouts.

It’s the magic ingredient that kept Thomas Edison going until he finally invented the light bulb after 1,001 attempts to get things right.

Walt Disney never lost hope in building his animation empire even if his editor at Kansas City Star fired him because he “lacked imagination and had no good ideas.”

The list could go on and on.
Cultivating Hope

Hope doesn’t happen overnight, however. You need to nurture it until believing in a better tomorrow becomes a part of you.

Here’s how:

Imagine yourself getting healthier. Look at yourself in the mirror, smile, and say, “I’m in the pink of health.”

Write cheerful messages to yourself. Nothing can beat the power of things written in black and white. Write yourself hopeful messages when you feel down and see how they lift your spirits.

Surround yourself with symbols of hope. It could be a rose petal, a photo of a loved one, even prayer beads. Keep them handy, especially when you feel bad. You’ll end up counting your blessings!

What's disturbing about this trend in monitoring (among many things) is that we have convinced ourselves that we need to pour over all this data in the name of...what? Solving crimes? Humint (human intelligence) is not capable of analyzing such large volumes of data, so we *have* to rely on AI to do it for us. In the process of doing that, we've delegated authority over "what is real" to what the AI decides is true. ("I don't care if you say you took that picture in Alabama, so you couldn't possibly have been at the scene of the crime. The data says otherwise...") Computers deserve this authority, because they are impartial, and because data on computers is always correct, and can never be tampered with, don't-cha ya know?

There are two "me"s - the real, flesh-and-blood one, and the virtual one, created from all that "metadata" and other data that has been accumulated over time. Which one is becoming the "real" you? We are living in a kind of reverse version of Pinocchio, where we stop being real, and turn into puppets on a string.

Start thinking about ways YOU can manipulate all that data. For example, if you have a credit card, only use it in perhaps one area that is not close to home, making someone looking at that data think you spend most of your time in that area, when such is not the case. Or only use it for certain types of purchases, making the AI/algorithm think you prefer this, when you really prefer that. Their may even be ways of altering the EXIF data and other metadata that is under your control.

We need to start getting creative. There was a show on CBS for just one season called "Hunted", where a group of people were picked to hide from authorities for 28 days. If they could avoid being caught in that period of time, they won $250,000. It was quite interesting, and some friends of mine who watched it came up with some clever ideas for evasion (even their kids were brainstorming!) Funny, though, how it was only one season long.

A Short History of Technology Worship

Have Jedi created a new 'religion'?

By Tom de Castella
BBC News Magazine

Followers of Jediism are aiming to build a belief system that goes beyond the Star Wars films. But does it amount to a new religion?

It began as a joke at the expense of statisticians. In the UK's 2001 Census, 390,127 people - or 0.7% of the population - described themselves as Jedi. A question on religious belief had been asked for the first time in a census and Jedi - from the cloak-wearing, lightsaber swishing rebels in the Star Wars films - was a tongue-in-cheek response.

It was a post-modernist Star Wars joke by atheists. Or so many assumed. But for some the Force was strong.

An ideas festival at Cambridge University this weekend will look at how new "religious movements", such as Jediism, the Indigo Children and Wicca, have expanded online. And in the case of Jedi, how they have developed ever-more complex doctrines and scriptures.

What might have started as an intellectual exercise by fans adding to the movies and filling in the gaps, has become an attempt to build a coherent religious code.

Beth Singler, a researcher in the Divinity Faculty of Cambridge University, estimates that there are about 2,000 people in the UK who are "very genuine" about being Jedi. That's roughly the same number as the Church of Scientology, she says. Jediism is not a joke for them...

"The Force" has become a rather tired cliche. But behind it is a New Age mysticism similar to many of the "holistic" ideas that emerged in the 1960s and 70s...

Dick Gregory about MH370: "There were 20 top scientists on that plane. Now I know that but the NY Times don’t know that. The scientists had applied for a patent for some kind of evil stuff they were doing. Some kind of germ warfare. (Those) patents are worth about $200 BILLION. They worked at Texas Instruments. Now let me tell you the important thing – the patent hadn't been approved. The patent was approved THREE DAYS after the plane was missing. Let me tell you how the law works – if four of us apply for a patent (and the other three disappear) I will get that money. The first "person" in that party was THE CARLYLE GROUP. That’s what I’m talking about. They can’t find the plane but they can find ME in the hood and search ME!"

the Elon Musk ref is interesting since he is fighting AI as dangerous, but he contributed a lot to it.

Even if HIBA limits itself to very deliberately phrased thought of the sort that causes subtle motion in the vocal chords, all kinds of chaos and gibberish and imagination aka falsehood, and sometimes what one really thinks, will be communicated interspersed with the intended communications, and scenes like this can happen:
"very good - horrible - presentation the other day - it stank - I - hope this - am so impressed - idiot buys my flattery - with you can we do a power lunch - your food choices are disgusting - soon - your farts stink"

FRACTAL WORSHIP “I’m worried that somebody will start a new religion based on fractals,” he wrote in 2001. “If you come up with something that makes a little bit of sense and has a little bit of mystery to it, you can fool a lot of people.”

The proper use of fractals like anything else is to glorify God. And it may be the solution to the free will vs. predestination fight. BOTH doctrines intertwine in Scripture. in a fractal, things self organize from a few points with potential to go in some directions, to make such a point is to predestine the result, BUT you can also step in and change some part of it. And if some part is designed to ask the designer in to do so......

Contra Calvinist ravings (once analyzed as partly heretical and blasphemous and partly gnostic influenced) to the contrary notwithstanding, the sovereignty of God is not on the line in this debate. God could have sovereignly decided to make everything predestined, or some things predestined or nothing predestined.

the dangerous things link incl. biohacking, and I think this is what aliens are, those that are physical, descendants of biohacked and reengineered humans. nothing spiritual about them, that is all hype. and scrambling to keep ahead of us. They fit into a six day creationist all intelligent life begins on earth scenario regardless of what they themselves say or believe.

Now we are starting on the same disastrous path.

Blockchain - this was to be enforced by individual data miners keeping track and noticing when something is wrong. This can't work because too anarchic and how to enforce results? it screams for a centralization which would be developed on its own or created by a government.

I personally have always felt you can tell a lot about a person by observing who their enemies are. Putin certainly has his faults, BUT, when it comes to enemies, virtually all of the Globalist elites are lined up against him.

Also, American journalist living in Moscow Peter Levelle of RT's "Crosstalk" recently said that there is more freedom of speech in Russia than there is in America. He said that Russians can say virtually anything they want and that they don't even know what being "politically correct" even is!

By the way, RT's Crosstalk is a very informative program ... available on Youtube.

Techno-tyranny police state: Merely USING a Google app can now make YOU a crime suspect!
Raleigh police used search warrants to demand Google accounts not of specific suspects, but from any mobile devices that veered too close to the scene of a crime, according to a WRAL News review of court records. These warrants often prevent the technology giant for months from disclosing information about the searches not just to potential suspects, but to any users swept up in the search.

So not only are police forcing Google to reveal private information on innocent people, they won’t even allow the tech giant to inform users when their data has been turned over to authorities. (Related: Google employees plotted with Antifa terror groups to wage violent revolution to overthrow President Trump.)

Cops are covering this blatant abuse of privacy rights by claiming everything is really okay because, you know, they’re getting search warrants. Oh, and this is just the natural evolution of police investigations in the digital age.

But the Fourth Amendment’s language hasn’t changed and there have been no new amendments repealing any part of it. Specifically, the amendment protects Americans against “unreasonable searches and seizures” while noting that “no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause…particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons and things to be seized.”

Police appear to be leaving out key provisions of the amendment and worse, courts appear not to be interested in upholding them — namely the specifics about who is going to be searched and what is going to be seized.

The Constitution isn’t a suggestion or a hint, it lays out hard-and-fast, inviolable rights.

'Sons of Ishmael' told 'time has come to rebuild'

The newly reconstituted Sanhedrin in Israel, the re-creation of the ancient legal council, is inviting Arabs to prepare for their role in the construction of a Third Temple, as the Bible prophesies.

A letter prepared by rabbis, a copy of which was obtained for Breaking Israel News by Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz, explains “the time has come to rebuild the Temple on Mount Moriah in Jerusalem in its ancient place.”

The letter from the “biblically mandated court of 71 elders” was in Hebrew, English and Arabic and invites “the Arabs as the sons of Ishmael to take their role in supporting the Third Temple as prophesied by Isaiah.”

Ishmael, in the Bible, is the first son of Abraham, by his wife’s maid, Hagar. Abraham is the patriarch of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Isaac was the second son, and Judaism and Christianity trace roots through him. Islam claims its heritage through Ishmael.

“We, the Jews who advocate building of the Temple, are applying to your Honorable ones, who were nominated by their peoples to give oath, raise vows and gifts to the Temple as prophesied by prophet Isaiah concerning your essential role and honorable position in keeping the Temple and supporting it with lamb sacrifices and incense in order to receive God’s Blessings,” the letter continued.

The invitation: “We are certain that you will choose peaceful means and avoid all paths to hostility and violence. And we are sure that together we shall open doors to love and respect.”

The report said the letter was signed by 23 rabbis who have worked together to re-establish the Sanhedrin.

“The rabbis are in the process of acquiring signatures of the full quorum of 71, after which they will send the letter to major Arab institutions and leaders,” the report said. “They hope to hold a conference with Arabs.”

An Australian man has lost AU$1220 (NZ$1300) in a court case over his use of a chip in his arm to pay for bus and train services.
Meow-Ludo Disco Gamma Meow-Meow (actual name) removed the NFC chip from his Opal card and encased it in bio-compatible plastic before implanting it in his arm, Australia's ABC reports.
He used it as a bus card, swiping it to pay for transport services on Sydney's public transport services.
Public transport officers weren't impressed with his novel use of technology and he was fined $220 for using public transport without a valid ticket and not producing a ticket to transport officers.
The matter went to court, where Meow-Meow's lawyer argued transport regulation is now advanced enough to include some methods of contactless payment such as MasterCard.
But magistrate Michael Quinn said while legislation may one day catch up with the technology he uses, Meow-Meow needs to follow the laws of the time.
Meow-Meow pleaded guilty to the offences.
He now needs to pay $1000 in court costs, bringing the costs including fines to $1220.
Outside court Meow-Meow said he was disappointed he was forced to pay the legal costs and the offences were not dismissed.
He has every intention of continuing to experiment with implantable technology, including plans to replace the Opal chip with a new one that contains personal information such as credit cards.

Thanks for your interesting comment ... I agree with you. I am glad to see you are informed re: the USS Liberty ... not many people today are even aware of what took place back in 1967. It was a horrible, criminal, murderous attack on the USA ... in every way an act of war against the US. The criminals were never punished, instead their status was elevated ... leaving behind the US policy of neutrality in the Middle East.

In my opinion, the reason for the unprovoked attack on our ship was that Israel wanted the "big battle" to be fought there and then with the USSR, which was of course an ally of Egypt. The USSR was also aligned with the rest of the Arab states. Had we responded and attacked Egypt in retaliation of this false flag, there is little doubt that it would have escalated with the USSR coming to the aid of their ally ... possibly starting an all out nuclear conflict, AKA, WW III.

PS: I agree with you re: the "false flag." There would probably have to be complicity with the deep state within our intelligence agencies, State Dept. ... so a joint operation would be highly likely.

In a signed affidavit released at a Capitol Hill news conference, retired Capt. Ward Boston said Johnson and McNamara told those heading the Navy's inquiry to "conclude that the attack was a case of 'mistaken identity' despite OVERWHELMING evidence to the contrary."

It was “one of the classic all-American cover-ups,” said retired Admiral Thomas Moorer, a former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman who spent a year investigating the attack as part of an independent panel he formed with other former military officials. The panel also included a former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia, James Akins.

“Why would our government put Israel’s interests ahead of our own?” Moorer asked from his wheelchair at the news conference. He was chief of naval operations at the time of the attack.

Moorer, who has long held that the attack was a deliberate act, wants Congress to investigate. [Newsday]

#DeleteFacebook and eliminate this social media “spy network” from your life… FOREVER!

It has recently been revealed that the research firm Cambridge Analytica secretly collected the private data and information of 50 million Facebook users in order to determine their voting patterns based on personality. The shocking revelation has prompted millions of Internet users to take to Twitter and participate in the #DeleteFacebook campaign, urging others to get rid of their Facebook account for good.

It turns out that Facebook is already starting to feel the negative effects of this boycott. As reported by Newsweek, “Facebook shares dropped by more than six percent, slashing over $30 billion from the company’s valuation.” Even Mark Zuckerberg’s wallet isn’t safe – according to Forbes, his personal net worth has dropped by an astonishing $5 billion. This is exactly what happens when you tell the American people that you are running a social media site, when in reality, you’re running a surveillance organization that spies on users without their knowledge or consent.

To add insult to injury, a former Facebook platform operations manager by the name of Sandy Parakilas has stepped forward, claiming that the company routinely participated in “horrifying” misuse of user data, and that Facebook actually preferred to have “no idea” what third parties were doing with the information that they were given.

“My concerns were that all of the data that left Facebook servers to developers could not be monitored by Facebook, so we had no idea what developers were doing with the data,” Parakilas explained. “It has been painful watching… Because I know that they could have prevented it.” He added that once the information went out to third parties, there was “no insight into what was going on,” which put Facebook in a better legal position because they could claim that they weren’t aware of any abuse or mishandling of data. (Related: A Facebook plan to spy on users through their own smartphone camera to analyze their facial expressions has been exposed.)

But this former Facebook employee isn’t the only who has criticized the social media giant recently. Just days ago, CIA whistleblower Edward Snowden took to Twitter to launch a blistering attack at Zuckerberg, his team, and how they run the business: “Businesses that make money by collecting and selling detailed records of private lives were once plainly described as ‘surveillance companies,’” he wrote, adding, “Their rebranding as ‘social media’ is the most successful deception since the Department of War became the Department of Defense.” Snowden went on to accuse Facebook of making money by “exploiting and selling intimate details about the private lives of millions, far beyond the scant details you voluntarily post.”

Above all else, this is a liberty issue. The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution was put in place in order to defend the American people from this sort of abuse, and beyond that, its purpose was to prevent America’s government and institutions from moving in the direction towards tyranny. If companies like Facebook actually respected the Constitution, then none of this would be happening.

What often happens, sadly, is that the liberty and the privacy rights of the American people are discarded for profit. Chances are Mark Zuckerberg and his team see nothing wrong with infringing upon the Fourth Amendment rights of users and selling their information – without their knowledge and consent – to third parties for money. The American people need to let social media giants like Facebook know that their ability to make a profit does not trump our constitutional liberties; otherwise, this abuse will only continue...

If you actually believe the Bible to be the written word of God, you are labeled a "Bible thumper."

If you criticize ANYTHING in the past or present regarding the policies of Israel, you are labeled an anti-Semite.

All of the above are just a few of the illustrations that radicals use against the truth. When radicals can't make a valid argument, they resort to attacking the messenger by applying a vulgar label to them. This is a classic tactic used to silence ALL opposition .... and comes right out of Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals."

We live in a wicked world, whereby the "god of this world" Satan had been given an incredible amount of power. Satan, the father of all lies, HATES the truth wherever it is found, because the truth always sheds light and exposes his dark lies. When left unabated, darkness spreads without restraint. Rampant evil is the offspring of lies and darkness.

Any reading of the Gospels, any one of them, and/or all of them, would clarify what you refuse to clarify, which is that
anyone calling himself a "christian", who hates Jews, is obviously WRONG about his Christianity, and they are usually wrong
and they know it, which is to say they are deliberately misleading people, which makes them actors, or hypocrites.
But most significant of all would be Jesus himself saying that many would come in his name, saying I am christ, and
(would) decieve many.
But since you dear anonymous, are intent on regurgitating filthy lies from a covered position, and repeating your own lies whilst saying that your agreeing with someone else when there is no other person but just you, re-posting the lie; _I'll just post this:

Jesus told Peter to put away the sword.
Jesus told Pilate that his kingdom was not of this world.
Jesus told his disciples to turn the other cheek if someone strikes you.
Jesus told his disciples to pray for their enemies.
_and I could quote the entire Sermon on the Mount, or Ephesians chapter 6, for you and for whoever reads this comment section to prove that Christianity does not wage carnal war despite what some jesuits would like for you to believe.
You must be a jesuit yourself, huh anonymous?
Talk about coming in Jesus' name, but being in fact of the devil; the name jesuit says it all.

"Response to the poster who asked if anyone has noticed an increase in Christian anti-Semitism: YES!"

Sad to say, by increasing degree, that is true. Have noted this very thing myself from folks that used to view this issue differently. And yes, that is prophetic. What news isn't tainted these days, too? Is there anyone getting the full picture these days? It will take God Almighty to reset everything back to the truth that only He fully knows. People are getting a lot wrong at this late hour so this is rightly called the age of deception, for 1000's of reasons, in 1000's of circles.
Israel will be sorted, and punished, and those left, redeemed, by God, who is the Judge, so all the criticism is becoming out of line when there are so many more outnumbering them, from all over the world (and now even America can be included since it has left behind it's biblical foundations), are ahead of them standing in line for punishment. Thank God for the few times when a right thing happens, and still happening with some, for now.

Christians should have a balanced view (because in it but not of it anymore) because the word of God has not changed and there is much more than a secular understanding in play that Christians should have about Israel, but true to these times, many don't. So it will be all, in the broadest sense, that will turn their back on them, but God.
Romans 9,10, and 11 needs much review again by those who call themselves Christians.

What do you say about Luke 22:35-38?

The fact that Jesus allowed a limited few of swords, with no direct instruction not to use them in all cases, seems to say there are times for them. The 2 Peter mentioned got a reply from Jesus that "it is enough".

I think Jesus means the use is very limited and only in a self-defence instance (if to be used even then) but not offensively, which is what Peter did in a knee jerk, presumptive way. i believe He warns against their use (weapons) to be relied on and as a first resort.

We should still be allies with Israel, where we can be because it's the right thing to do, with this connected to it, that God says He will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel. Would you, should you, as a hypothetical, put yourself in harms way to defend someone threatened to be destroyed if you have that issue in front of you? I think we should all ask ourselves that question.

Walking away from them, when the world is calling for their destruction would be egregious, to me, against what God would ask, when believers should be our brother's keeper.

Again, the exact, verbatim quote to validate your claim.

I am another person (3:05 PM) agreeing with what 6:39 AM said earlier about anti-semitism.
I just added more to it because it fits the conversation.

Genesis 12:1-3 is God talking to Abram (before he is given the name Abraham) and it is a universal understanding that through him all-all means all-families of the earth will be blessed when they stand with him (Abram) who becomes Abraham (the father of a great nation of promise called Israel) or cursed if they curse against the promise God spoke.

Blessing or cursing. A choice, for the whole world (and individuals too) to make.

Notice that the verse does NOT specifically name the "nation of Israel," but rather what Anonymous claims is what is a "universal understanding."

But what does the Bible really say about this particular verse? Who exactly is it that this verse is referring to?

Galatians 3:6 "Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." Notice that Abraham's FAITH is stressed.

Galatians 3:7 "Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham." Notice now that the "children of Abraham" are "of faith" and not just the PHYSICAL seed of Abraham.

Galatians 3:8 "And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, IN THEE SHALL ALL NATIONS BE BLESSED." Notice that the verse in Genesis 12:3 is now referred to as the gospel according to faith ... and that it is the foretelling of the gospel to the heathen! It has NOTHING to do with a "blessing" or "curse" implemented because of the Jewish UNBELIEVERS, but rather, BELIEVERS ... both Jewish and "heathen."

Galatians 3:9 "So then they which be OF FAITH ARE BLESSED WITH FAITHFUL ABRAHAM." Notice the requirement of FAITH.

Galatians 3:10 "For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse ..." Future Jews that sought (and continue to do so) JUSTIFICATION by their own works are not "BLESSED," but rather CURSED! People that are under the curse of God cannot possibly be a "blessing" to the nations. Whereas, CHRISTIANS are referred to as the preserving "salt of the earth.

(more to come)

RayB said...

Who are the true "children of Abraham?"

Galatians 3:28: "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Notice the EQUALITY of believers!

Galatians 3:29: "And if ye be Christ's, THEN ARE YE ABRAHAM'S SEED, and heirs according to the promise." Can it be any plainer than that?

Read John 8:30 - 59 to see firsthand what the Lord Jesus Christ had to say regarding the true children of Abraham.

NOTE: The claim that Genesis 12:3 is referring to the physical state of "Israel" is utterly and completely false. You can believe men that proclaim it, but in doing so, you are in direct conflict with what the Bible actually declares.

The difference is clear. You have replaced Israel with the Church.
I'm sorry, but that teaching is unbiblical. And Zechariah 12's burdensome stone is very much in play as we speak.

The Church is Christ's Bride. Israel is the adulterous wife of the Lord, awaiting her restoration when God gets His unfinished business with her done. Both have their place in God's plan. Romans 11 addresses this specifically. And Apostle Paul's teaching on this is found in several other places in the New Testament. It is not a hard study, but requires an open heart and mind to see the Truth and Grace that will finish God's work with the Jewish people as the Old testament set up that very scenario in prophecy for fulfillment in the New. They will see how the Lord Jesus has already broken down the wall of the current separation they still believe in when their eyes see Him whom they have pierced, Him who was wounded in the house of His friends.

And stay tuned because you will see what this means coming up soon, as we are the generation alive on the earth to witness these events.

What Biblical proof do you have to support your claim? And "coming up soon" no less.

RayB said...

Also, you claim that the Zechariah prophesy is yet to be fulfilled ... and "soon."

It has already been fulfilled, as stated in the following passage after the crucifixion. The Jews have ALREADY looked upon Him "whom they pierced."

"For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken. And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced." John 19:36,37

Once again, you have the choice to either believe what man has taught you, or what the Bible clearly declares. You are falling for the relatively modern, man invented system known as Dispensationalism ... made famous by John Nelson Darby and the Scofield Reference Bible.

RayB @ 11:18 ,

But there is a dual fulfillment of many things in the Bible, so in part I agree with you.

You'll see.
The Cross was and is the crux of the matter. And the empty tomb is proof God had, and still has, the power to bridge earth to heaven, death to life, Old Covenant to New Covenant, Jew to Gentile, time to eternity, mortal to immortality.
Many things God has said and done have a localized and smaller scale fulfillment in the affairs of men at a fixed time in history, and then in God's time on a globalized and larger scale, at another fixed time in history, (we are heading straight into now), He will bring the whole world into the arena to see the finale.

Jesus has told us much....beforehand...but many things we will only see when He is good and ready (and we'll all have our mistakes corrected to be on the same page doctrinally then).

So be ready. We are all going to get His proper universal understanding soon.

George Orwell Meets 'The Matrix' At Samsung:
Is 'Big Tech' Now 'Programming' The Next 'School Shooter'?
Sinister 'Mass Brainwashing' Technology Unveiled!

By Stefan Stanford - All News Pipeline - Live Free Or Die

In this March 19th story over at The Vigilant Citizen which Steve Quayle linked to on his website on Tuesday they report that electronics giant Samsung has launched a new website called "Unspoil Me" which can allegedly "erase your memory" via hypnosis so that you can watch a TV show or movie which you've already seen before as if you're watching it for the very first time.

While such a website and what it is promising sound as if it were a joke, as VC reports, Samsung is very serious about their new website and its capabilities with the 23-minute hypnosis session which you can participate in for free composed of swirling patterns and mesmerizing music actually created by certified hypnotists in Sweden.

And while we refuse to take part in what might just be a 'new world order mass brainwashing', if you really want to, you can check out their session here but don't blame us if it brings about any 'unexpected results' such as you being 'MK-ultra-cated' (credit Steve Quayle for coining that term) following the hypnosis.

As Adan Salazar reports over at Infowars, while 'Unspoil me' promises to erase ONLY memories of the TV series, movie or video that YOU choose, and the website specifically states “you won’t forget anything you don’t want to", the website also claims that people who suffer from either epilepsy or mental illness should not undertake the hypnosis process.

And while Samsung's intentions with 'Unspoil Me' could be benevolent, as Vigilant Citizen reports, the brainwashing method that is being used is very similar to how those who have suffered trauma or PTSD work to erase “bad memories"

“In real life, electroshock therapy is used to erase ‘bad memories’ from subjects’ minds in order to treat depression and PTSD. In darker circles, hypnosis and electroshock are used to erase, distort and to re-create the memories of victims who underwent severe trauma – an important step of mind control,” the Vigilant Citizen notes.

Is 'Unspoil Me' more than Samsung is leading Americans and the world to believe it to be? As Salazar reports at Infowars, "the eerie nature of the project, akin to a Black Mirror episode, raises questions as to whether the corporate giant has something more sinister behind its efforts to literally control customers’ minds."

As we see detailed below this brief segment, Samsung is a major player in the unfolding 'surveillance state' and the 'new world order' and as The Guardian reported back in 2016, Samsung sparked a major controversy back in 2015 after announcing that their televisions would "listen to everything said in the room it’s in and in the fine print literally warned people not to talk about sensitive information in front of it."

This is in direct answer to your request. I know you are a man in the Word so I trust you'll read for yourself: Numbers 24:5-9.

God spoke to a man in Gen 12:1-3 and the scope went beyond the Abram aka Abraham. God enlarged the words He said to a single man to include the future about a nation (that Abraham is father of) and the way nations with a word for each of us in the singular and in the collective as the nations of families of the world, that would have opportunity to respond to it.
Numbers 24:5-9 is the prophecy God spoke through Balaam (the man a donkey had to speak to he was so arrogant). This portion of Scripture is God speaking through a prophet who is talking about more than a single man now, but about a particular nation Israel, looking out over the tents of Jacob, and with a promise coming-a Promise that came and they missed-Jesus when on earth but whom they-the remnant of them-will acknowledge in the future, and God has guaranteed His blessings or curses with regard to them, included are those that surround them.

So the things of the future of Israel too, (and sooner than we all think) are waiting for the finish God has spoken all the way back to when these passages were actually happening.

We have front row seats.

Assuming you are the same person ...

Where in the Bible do you get the authority to make this following claim?

"And the empty tomb is proof God had, and still has, the power to bridge earth to heaven, death to life, Old Covenant to New Covenant, Jew to Gentile, time to eternity, mortal to immortality."

Your statement sounds very new agey to me. I have been reading the Scriptures for about 40 years ... and studied ... and this is the very first time I have ever read an "interpretation" of the empty tomb such as you have enumerated.

In order to arrive at the proper understanding of Scripture, you have to bow to its authority, and allow Scripture to interpret Scripture. There is NOTHING in all of Scripture that you could point to that would interpret the resurrection in the manner that you have stated.

RayB said...

To Anonymous @ 11:48 PM ...

I was going to let your statement go without any comment, but feel compelled to address it.

In your 11:48 post, you make a series of statements that have no Biblical basis. You make broad leaps of assumptions that are based upon what, I do not know. I have seen this type of "interpretation" many times, and virtually every false doctrine that has ever been proclaimed begins with "personal, private interpretations" based upon what some man has concocted in his fertile brain. Every single false religion and cult utilizes this exact same technique ... so beware. You cannot claim that I didn't warn you.

I posted before that the "interpretation" of Genesis 12:3 is abundantly made clear by the passages that I posted from Galatians, and also, John Chapter 8. There certainly is more that can be cited.

Why is it that professing Christians insist upon making claims that are not substantiated by Scripture?

The Great Promises To ISRAEL

Four thousand years ago, God made some very exciting promises to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and their descendants, promises which most people might think were never fulfilled. God promised that their descendants would be mighty peoples and nations in the world, and a blessing to all mankind, especially in the "latter days" and the "time of the end."

The Original Promises

The amazing story begins in Genesis, chapter 12. God said to Abraham, "Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you. I will make of you a GREAT NATION, and I will bless you, and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." (Gen.12:1-3, NRSV).

Notice, because of his obedience, God promised to bless Abraham's descendants and make them into a mighty nation. All the world would be blessed through them. (This also has a spiritual application, as all the world would be blessed through the Messiah, who would be descended from Abraham's descendants).

The promises are expanded in Genesis 17. God says, "I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless. And I will make my covenant between me and you, and will make you exceedingly numerous.... You shall be the ancestor of a multitude of nations. No longer shall your name be Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you the ancestor of a multitude of nations. I will make you exceedingly fruitful; and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come from you. I will establish my covenant between me and you, and your offspring after you throughout their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your offspring after you." (Gen.17:1-7).

These great promises were amplified further in Genesis 22. When Abraham demonstrated his willingness to obey God, even when it required great faith, God said to him: "By myself have I sworn, says the LORD: Because you have done this, and have not withheld your son, your only son, I will indeed bless you, and I will make your offspring as numerous as the stars of heaven and as the sand that is on the seashore. And your offspring shall possess the gate of their enemies, and by your offspring shall all the nations of the earth gain blessings for themselves, because you have obeyed my voice." (Gen.22:15-18).

Abraham's descendants were to be numerous as the stars in the heavens and as plentiful as the grains of sand on a seashore, innumerable! Most people today think the descendants of Abraham are the Jewish people but the Jews only number about 15 million out of the earth's 6.1 billion inhabitants! They alone cannot fulfill this promise. Where and who are the other descendants of Abraham?
... (Pages 18-19)

RayB 11:15 AM,

Oh my.
The empty tomb was and is, all about God's sovereignty over death because He overcame it. Only He could. We are given immortality in exchange for our mortality when he gave us His righteousness from the cross and by faith, repent and place our trust in our Kinsman Redeemer who paid for it all, forgiven all, right there at the cross.

Kindly read (I know you know it) 1 Cor 15, the whole chapter!!!!! Earlier I mention Romans 9 and 10. It is a great salvation and God bridged all of our obstacles (that I was mentioning) because we are sinful finite human beings, but made in His image, for His glory, and He is infinite. I am letting that thought just register all over again as I write this. This is what Jesus did as He established the New Covenant so nothing new age here.
And set Israel as a topic aside momentarily because,
I am showing you I believe in the plain ole Gospel, Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection. Jesus is enough for me. Just talking about the things God did. Already has done, His finished work. It is who He is, full of majesty and power.

These are all wonders of grace and truth fulfilled in Jesus Christ, and for all who receive Him (John Ch 1:12-17) and the Bible says all the worlds books cannot spell it out and contain how great it is (John Ch 21:25). You should simply take what I said at it's face value and see what we share in common. When trying to read between the lines (often just for fault finding) many times we overstep in presumption and assumption with someone.
You just did.

But that's ok. Gives opportunity to once again say how great God's Holy Sinless Son is...The Lord Jesus Christ our Savior, The Reigning King....

...and He is coming back again!

Please. You are reading this in a wrong heart or something to assume so much...

You should be hearing my faith and see how it echoes yours (in the main anyway).

But have it your way.

1 Cor 15 shows how Jesus over came all I mentioned that you call new agey.
"And the empty tomb is proof God had, and still has, the power to bridge earth to heaven, death to life, Old Covenant to New Covenant, Jew to Gentile, time to eternity, mortal to immortality."
God has addressed each of these from His cross of sacrifice and His power was on display by the empty tomb that proved only God could overcome all of these things I brought up.

Didn't God in the person of Jesus Christ leave heaven to come to earth so we could believe and belong in heaven with Him?
Didn't He overcome death to bring us life?
Didn't He fulfill the Old Covenant with the New?
Didn't He break down the middle wall of separation between Jew and Gentile?
Didn't He step into time from eternity?
Didn't He give mortal man immortality when He rose from the grave?
That is the power of the Living God I believe.

All the Scripture (God's Holy Word) I referred to or wrote backs up everything I said that I believe.

You assume much.

As 'Final Blocks Of Tyranny' Are Cemented Into Place, Creepy Feeling Of Impending Doom Spreads To 'Deep State':

What Do They Know We Don't Know?

Prepare Now For TEOTWAWKI Or Forever Hold Your Peace!

By Stefan Stanford - All News Pipeline - Live Free Or Die

Back on March 19th, Susan Duclos published a story on ANP bluntly but appropriately titled "The Unprepared Will Die. Period. Food Shortages Across The Country As Intel Employees Are Preparing For Catastrophe" within which she reported upon this March 19th story over at the Washington Examiner titled "Official Washington Flocking To Doomsday Camps".

As the Examiner story reports, a network of backwoods doomsday camps all across the country is being built called "Fortitude Ranch" and while preparing for disaster is quite popular with many readers of alternative and independent news, as their story reports, these camps are pulling in a different group of members than usual: National security officials from the Washington DC area.

As Mac Slavo recently asked over at SHTFPlan in a story about this, "What do they know that we don't know?"

With the Examiner story also reporting that the threats of nuclear war, EMP and a viral outbreak are 3 of the biggest reasons people are getting ready, their story shows that the creepy feeling of impending doom many preppers are now feeling aren't just limited to survivalists but are being felt by the '3-letter-agencies' operating out of DC and across the country as well. From the Examiner story:

“We’re seeing members from all the three letter agencies,” said Fortitude creator Drew Miller, a retired Air Force colonel and intelligence officer, in a reference to the Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency and Federal Bureau of Investigation.

He called an attack or even a weather-related electromagnetic pulse shutdown of the electric grid “inevitable,” and a driving force in his project.

One of his members from the Baltimore area, speaking on background, said that he and others joined after “waking up” to the potential of a national crisis from an attack, financial meltdown or political violence. “For most of us, something rattled our cages and woke us up,” he said.

With the Examiner story showing that a 'mass awakening' to impending disaster is happening at least with those who are paying attention in Washington DC, Survival Dan asks a great question in his new story: "What will the end be like for me if I don't prepare?"

With that question partially answered in what we're now witnessing in the total collapse of socialist Venezuela where liberal policies of mass destruction have led a trail of death and starvation across their country, think about how your life would be with:

1. No clean water coming out of the faucets to drink.
2. No hot or cold water to shower, bathe with or wash your hands.
3. No washing machines or dishwashers to clean your clothes or dirty dishes.
4. No flushing toilets.
5. No heat or air conditioning, not even fans.
6. No light at night.
7. No grocery stores or home-delivered food, no restaurants, no food period.
8. No trash pick up of waste that will mound up and collect strong diseases.
9. No medications, especially antibiotics, or simply over the counter remedies either.
10. No communications; no internet, no TV, no radio, no clue what is going on.

I will not answer the soon part. I only know soon.
The whole world is on fire. Yes, it will be soon.

God knows exactly how soon.
I just know the urgency in my heart and mind at what I read when Jesus said, watch.
And you would only argue if I wrote here the references I read, so that you can figure it out on your own since you know so much.

To be clear now, since you are struggling with what I don't know, but it's you I don't trust, ~not what you say you believe~, but because you couldn't seem to hear what I was saying in actual agreement with you about the Lord and His empty tomb, I don't trust you to hear me correctly. I do forgive you.

You got that wrong, RayB.

And do not mistakenly hear this that I intend for you and yours, because!...we are believers in Christ.......

Happy Resurrection Day as it is soon upon us.
May Jesus Christ be praised.

So, I get it. Your answer to my question requesting Biblical support for your claim that "we are the generation alive on earth to witness these events" is this:

"I will not answer the soon part. I only know soon.
The whole world is on fire. Yes, it will be soon."

Along with this gem:

"I just know the urgency in my heart and mind at what I read when Jesus said, watch."

"And you would only argue if I wrote here the references I read, so that you can figure it out on your own since you know so much."

So, we're supposed to trust in YOU, because YOU "know the urgency in your heart and mind" ??

You also refuse to give any Bible "references" to support your claim, but you challenge me that I SHOULD figure out what you are saying on my own, "since I know so much." LOL !!!

Kind of funny too that you "forgive me" for not "hearing you correctly." Funny as well that you didn't offer any apology for wrongly implying that I denied the resurrection by your clever little trick of taking ONE WORD out of context from an entirely different post on a different subject.

I have to hand it to you. You have some real genuine chutzpah!

Call it what you like, and I don't owe you an explanation of my "soon" comments. What skin came off of your nose because I am not going to go there with you, anyway?

I addressed the bigger fish to fry about the Gospel itself, after I had first entered the conversation with what I believe is an understanding from Scripture concerning Israel, of times past and her future which is secondary here anyway, in comparison to the Gospel...the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus the Lord. I gave you my stance with Scripture very clearly, so you could see you were engaging with another of the brethren.

I have many verses in the Bible concerning the "soon" topic. If you were gracious I would engage with you about it (the prophetic picture), what I see on the watching front in these end times, but I have no need to win an argument, so what would be the point then?

You walked roughly over my answers where you should have graciously acknowledged what we both hold dear.

I never called your belief about the resurrection wrong. You are busted on that one, because I immediately answered back what you were making an issue when it wasn't one, so my "really?" was about your assumption I am new agey. I never mentioned your view on the resurrection, not once. I spoke of mine own view, so that was your take, and I answered that. I am not of that view at all. You see, RayB, I never made it about you, you did. And you made it about me too, when it wasn't.

I wished you well, I offered something civil when I felt you more than once, strode over the top of my posts without truly seeing and noting the Scriptures that should have shown you the commonality of what I believe also (and what should have made you think to answer more civilily in return for that fact), but so be it.

I still forgive your hard manner and assumptions toward me, that being, what you brought to the table.
I have often agreed with your posts here in the past and if I didn't exactly agree it wasn't something to argue over in my mind. But I'm not you....trying real hard to be right all the time, at the expense of the bigger fish to fry.

RayB you have to take anything in the Bible not only in immediate context but in the larger context.

a. that larger context rules out all application of prophecy to Israel to the USA or white race whatever instead.
b. in citing what you do about church as true Israel and forget the physical Israel, you forget Romans 11:16-32 especially vss. 17, 18.

its not either or its both and.

exact verbatim quote bout blessing Israel, oh Bible believer who knows his proof texts but doesn't recognize a foundational text from Genesis,

Genesis 12:13 "I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Said to Jacob, who God renamed Israel.

Ezekiel prophesies return of Israel in a state of uncleanness to be cleansed later,

as for turning the other cheek this has to be a slap not a seriouis blow or a weapon because you CAN'T turn the other cheek ifyou are on thr ground and/or stunned.

Dispensationalism is crap but you don't need it to have Zionism, and yes the Jews have already looked on Him Whom they have pierced but they will do so again, parts of that prophecy have not taken place yet, nor a sex separated worship occurrance nor was it in context of His Second Coming but His Crucifixion.

we are not the final generation. we are closer because knowedge and travel increased, but the four beasts are CONTEMPORANEOUS TO EACH OTHER and are not yet. Daniel 7:12 shows this they all exist at the time of the Second Coming

The attack on the USS Liberty was ordered by LBJ who probably blackmailed Israel into doing it with threats of less support.Israel had nothing to gain by a war breaking out around them possibly involving nukes. Help called for and dispatched was reported to the Pentagon andwas called off twice. Nasser had turned towards the USSR and LBJ wanted to bomb (maybe nuke) Cairo. NSA intercepts show Israeli pilots hesitant especially the land and execute all on board helicopters who kept asking about the American flag and turned back.

and cites

"...according to ... Lieutenant Commander David Lewis...a meeting 6th Fleet Rear Admiral Lawrence Geis requested in his cabins: "He told me that since I was the senior Liberty survivor on board he wanted to tell me in confidence what had actually transpired... aircraft were launched to come to our assistance and then Washington was notified. He said that the Secretary of Defense (Robert McNamara) had ordered that the aircraft be returned to the carrier, which was done....Again McNamara ordered the aircraft recalled. ...This time President Johnson ordered the recall with the comment that he did not care if every man drowned and the ship sank, but that he would not embarrass his allies. ...." "

the won't embarass our allies excuse for the coverup etc., is obviously false, because LBJ knew about it before it happened.

8:04 AM - CLASSIC scoundrel's attack:

When you CAN'T rebut the MESSAGE,

RayB, Armstrong, Triumph Pro, etc!

And the incredible STUPIDITY of saying "Armstrong exhibited hatred towards Israel and the Jews." is VERY easily shown, for example:

Liberty Bell Park, Jerusalem, Israel

Herbert W. Armstrong wrote to the members and co-workers of the Worldwide Church of God, May 21, 1978:

"On July 4 there will be a big '4th of July Celebration' in Jerusalem, hosted jointly by the Mayor of Jerusalem, Teddy Kollek, and myself. The city of Philadelphia had an exact duplicate made of the Liberty Bell--crack and all--and gave it to the city of Jerusalem. In the spring of 1976--Passover time--the Mayor came to me privately, and asked my help in building an important downtown park in Jerusalem, to be named the 'Liberty Bell Park.' Through the AICF [Ambassador International Cultural Foundation], I was able to agree to supply the children's playground area, at the very opening of the park. The park is now completed, and Mayor Kollek has asked me to be present on July 4 for the opening and dedication of the Liberty Bell Park."
Teddy Kollek: Former mayor of Jerusalem. I just happened to be walking past a dinner theatre he was coming out of at the time, so I took advantage of the opportunity to say "Shabbat Shalom" (it was the Sabbath) and shake his hand. When I mentioned Herbert Armstrong, he said, "I have fond memories of the old man."

(Incidentally I do NOT recommend the "PCOG" itself.)

And for someone to say that they hold (of all people) MCE's spiritual discernment in high regard is...

beyond comment.

For the record, I am not a follower of Armstrong. I am aware that Herbert W. Armstrong taught a number of heretical doctrines. I personally have never read any of his materials whatsoever, so claiming that I am "influenced by his writings is a flat out lie based on a false assumption. I am not now, nor have I ever been, part of anything even remotely associated with Armstrong, his church, or anything related to him since his death.

I do not harbor any "hatred towards Israel and the Jews," as in NONE whatsoever.
However, I do hold to the clear teachings of the Scriptures regarding what the SCRIPTURES state regarding Genesis 12:3, etc. A reading of John Chapter 8 would probably inspire our "Anonymous" writer to no doubt call Jesus a "hater of the Jews" because He told the Jewish "believers" that their father was not Abraham, but the Devil!

A challenge to the "Anonymous" writer that made this false claim re: my "hatred."

Was Stephen an "anti-Semite" for speaking the truth? When he gave his detailed account of the Jews rebellious history against God, was he being "hateful?"

READ the entire Chapter of Acts 7. It is quite an account. It is also the Word of God. Shortly before his physical death by stoning, Stephen rightly prayed that God would "not lay this sin to their charge." Vengeance was not in Stephen's heart. He also no doubt knew that only God can deliver justice and judgment.

"Vengeance is mine, sayeth the Lord."

Here is, in my opinion, an excellent Biblical presentation on Genesis 12:3.

By the way, this presentation represents the historical orthodox (note small "o") view that was held by virtually all of the Reformers. Up until the relatively modern invention (1850's) and popularity of the doctrinal system known as Dispensationalism, this was the accepted orthodox position. Also, this site is a very good representation of Reformation theology ... in case anyone is interested.

PS: if you are a "fan" of Hal Lindsey, the "Left Behind" series, etc., own a Scofield Reference Bible, you have been thoroughly schooled in Dispensational theology. The pre-trib rapture theory, the 7 year tribulation theory, along with the rebuilding of the 3rd. Temple, the Jewish sacrificial system again enacted in the 1,000 literal millenium .... all owe their origins/popularity to Dispensationalist theology.

President Trump Takes Aim At 'Enemies Of America Within': This Is Proof Obama's 'Muslim Brotherhood In The White House' And Hillary Clinton Are In President Trump's Crosshairs

John Bolton Prepares 'Purge' Of Obama Holdovers And Anti-Trumpers

By Stefan Stanford - All News Pipeline - Live Free Or Die

While many are screaming 'betrayal' after President Trump recently signed a budget worthy of a free-spending Democrat to keep the government and the US military funded and functioning, and we share and respect that anger being voiced, sometimes one has to 'lose a battle' to 'win the war' and as we see detailed in this story, President Trump's latest personnel decisions are preparing to do just that against the 'enemies of America within'.

While Nancy Pelosi and Chuckie Schumer actually celebrated the budget bill, saying "we're able to accomplish more" than they were able to with Barack Obama as president, and Rand Paul says maybe it's not such a great idea to be 'holding hands' with the Demonrats while he ripped Omnibus, much of this could soon be out of the minds of deplorables should President Trump's angered base soon get a massive meal of 'red meat' in the days and weeks ahead.

As the Conservative Treehouse reports in this very important new story that Steve Quayle linked to on his website on Saturday, the DOJ has just admitted that they have a grand jury empaneled regarding the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server and potential abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and as we learn within this ANP story, while the 'D-rats' are dancing with joy, President Trump is loading up his personnel staff with several new faces to go hunting bear.

As they report in this new story from Zero Hedge, according to the former FBI informant at the heart of the Russian Uranium scandal, William D. Campbell, the FEDS are now asking new questions about the Clinton's and their dealings and as we see detailed below, Campbell's lawyer may soon be a part of President Trump's team.

And now we learn of this interesting tweet from Bill Mitchell, host of Your Voice America:

"I am hearing that the #Omnibus stealth-funds the OIG massively - way beyond what a department their size should require. WHY do they need this much funding unless they are about the DESTROY #DeepState?"
Would They Allow MILLIONS Of Americans To DIE To Complete The Globalists Agenda?

The Pattern Of Evils Committed By 'Elites' And 'Deep State' Has Gone On For Decades

Submitted to All News Pipeline by William B Stoecker

As I have said before, but it bears repeating, everything is in the patterns. Small bits of evidence from an event like the JFK shooting add up to a pattern of real proof, and these patterns combine with others to form even larger patterns. We cannot understand any event without considering the context, the overall pattern of evils committed by our elites and their deep state for decades. Consider three seemingly unrelated events in two parts of the country...
Will there be atomic warfare, warfare that comes here to American soil?

I am not a "fan" of left behind series, and not pre-trib either.

I may not agree with some evangelical ministries but won't criticise them if they are true to the Gospel, the main thing must remain the main thing, because all other things are secondary to that.

In essentials, unity.
In doubtful matters, liberty.
In all things, love.

Apostle Paul, the man steeped in the deepest theology, was focused to keep it all about Christ teaching: For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. 1 Cor 2:2

Secondary to that there should be liberty among believers in the Lord.

And always in love...esteeming others more highly than we do ourselves. (and must stay on my knees for that one)

RayB said...

To Anon @ 3:42 PM ...

So to clarify this, the only thing important is the gospel? Everything else is secondary? Why was the New Testament written, if the gospel is the only thing that is essential? Why didn't the entire NT just center on only the gospel, and nothing else? That could have been summed up very succinctly, don't you think?

Harold Camping believed in "Christ crucified" as well. He also set a date for the rapture to take place, in which MANY of his followers quit their jobs, gave away all of their belongings and money, etc. only to find out Mr. Camping was dead wrong. The day came and went, and they found out that their lives were ruined. If you had come across any of these people, would you have, for the sake of "unity," kept silent?

I was a relatively new Christian back in the days when Hal Lindsey predicted the rapture to take place within the decade of the 1980's. This was all predicated upon the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948. I knew many people that falsely bought into this, and lived their lives accordingly. Many of these people went heavily into debt believing they were going to "leave it all behind" to their creditors! I personally know people that did this, and it contributed to them either questioning their faith, or, being a slave to their creditors ... or both!

Since becoming a Christian by God's grace, I have always had a fear of the "little leaven, leavening the whole lump." A little error here, a little untruth there, a little compromise, etc. ALWAYS adds up to ruining a person's faith. You either have a love for the truth (who is Christ John 14:6), or you don't. By God's grace, His people throughout all of history have FEARED Him and His word. I dare not take ANY of the teachings of His word lightly.

In Thessalonians II 2, Paul writes concerning the anti-Christ. He refers to his "signs and lying wonders" that will deceive those that "received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved." Paul also warns that for those that received not the love of the truth, God sends them a "strong delusion, that they should believe a lie." (Thes. 2:11) If that doesn't cause fear in a person, nothing will.

I'm currently reading a book detailing the lives of many believers during the times of the Reformation. Many believers went to a torturous death because they refused to acknowledge the primacy of the Pope. Or, they refused to acknowledge the physical presence of Christ in the elements. Or, they disavowed the doctrine of Purgatory, etc. In our day, people (such as Billy Graham) are celebrated for their "unity" in compromising Biblical truth. Who do you think was more faithful, those that were burned at the stake for their faith, or the compromising professors of faith of our day?

RayB said...

Related subject:

29 years ago, I met an Evangelical pastor of a church where I met my future wife. Way back then, I had some experience with this man that indicated he was more interested in "unity" than defending Bible truth. We quit attending this church many years ago, but had friends and relatives that remained, so I maintained some interest in the happenings of this church.

Late last year, this pastor suddenly left that church to start another in the area. I only found out why about 2 weeks ago when my wife and I ran into a friend that once served as a secretary in the church office. I asked her what happened to the pastor. She said he came to the conclusion that a believer could be a practicing homosexual, and remain faithful to God, because of the "cross." He also took a stand that "gay marriage" was covered by God's "love." This "all encompassing love and acceptance" message is what he now preaches when he isn't howling about those "mean and nasty conservative type Christians" that in his mind, are lacking in love!

Compromise of Bible truth leads to more compromise. It is the element that is found in every single apostate that ever lived.

'MARCH FOR OUR GUNS' Speakers Call For Self-Defense, Arming Teachers!

March 25, 20181:59 AM ET

The "March for Our Guns" rally convened near the steps of the state Capitol in Helena in response to the "March for Our Lives" rallies across the country. Pro-gun demonstrations were held in Utah, Idaho and other states as well.

"March for Our Guns" organizer Brent Webber opened the rally in Helena, Mont., on Saturday with a fiery speech: "Our freedoms come first. No one will infringe on our right to keep and bear arms."

Webber spoke to hundreds of people gathered near the steps of the state Capitol. They were there in response to calls for stricter gun control measures at "March for Our Lives" rallies in Montana and across the country.

Similar pro-gun marches were held in Utah, Idaho and other states.

"I believe that self-defense is a God-given right," 18-year-old speaker Joey Chester said at the Helena event. "I don't want to see that infringed upon for law-abiding citizens."

Other speakers included a church pastor, high school students and Helena resident Nicole Giacomini. She's a mother and military veteran who warned that guns are Americans' last line of defense.

"It's a violent society, snowflakes," she said. "Evil doesn't disappear because you pass some laws. It rallies harder."

The crowd in Helena was made up mostly of families and older men sporting hunting caps, beards and camouflage jackets. At one point, children marched up to the lectern and read written statements in support of guns.

What did Apostle Paul say in 1 Cor 2:2 by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit?

I read that it is obvious that the Lord Jesus Christ is first.
Who He is and for what He accomplished in our behalf.
So He is to be held highest, above all.
Everyone, everything else, is at His feet, falls beneath, all falls into it's proper place.

I don't think this needs a lot of explaining since the Bible is clear.

Truth without Grace is brutal. Grace without Truth is hypocrisy. They belong together, and Jesus is the perfect blend of both (John Chapter 1 tells us that).

Sloppy Agape is rampant is many church circles. Legalism is the opposite extreme and plenty of that can be seen too.
Truth and Grace in wrong application creates the imbalance. We/I need to be humble before God to learn to live His way.

Saved in an instant, but being sanctified to daily walk by faith, takes the rest of our lives.
We all sure need His Spirit's indwelling and come alongside to change us by His Word, to sort this out for us so we can live a life pleasing to God. Romans Chp 5, 6, & 7 in particular helping me grasp some of this.
I'm still learning because I have not arrived. I'll be perfect when I am with the Lord in heaven.

Every believer is in the throes of this, too. Kindness does wonders.

"Genesis 12:13 "I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Said to Jacob, who God renamed Israel."

Gen 12:1-3 was said to Abram, who was later called Abraham in chapter 17 who is the father of the nation of Israel. Jacob his grandson, was not born until chapter 25 of Genesis. Numbers 24:5-9 reiterated the statement of blessing and cursing through the mouth of Balaam speaking about the tents of Jacob during the wilderness wandering of the Jewish people when Balak wanted them cursed.
I let the Bible say it's verbatim by providing the book, chapter, and verse by address so people could read exactly what the Bible says, (I didn't not quote it, the Bible did) then I made my comment to go with it.

Methinks people should do the homework by looking verses up when offered, then respond, to see if the context of what is being commented on is correct or not.

It's NOT TRUE that the "catching away" of the Church, often called the Rapture, sometimes called the Translation, and often called "The Blessed Hope" is a recent "invention", or that it was unheard of until the 1800's or some such date.
To even suggest that is to deny what the Bible says plainly, as in: Gen. 5:22-24, or I Cor.15:51-57, or, II Cor. 12:1-4 ,
or II Thessalonians 2:1-5 or Rev. 4:1-4. Or Revelations 12.
It's already happened at least seven times that I can recall from the Scriptures.
How many examples would you like?
1.Enoch was translated. He literally disappeared and was seen no more. (This is also found in the book of Jasher )
2. Noah and his family were (symbolically) lifted up, pulled out of danger, and rode out the total destruction of the Flood.
3. Elijah was, very dramatically and literally, caught up to heaven.
4.The Apostle Philip was suddenly found many miles away in an instant. He disappeared and reappeaered elsewhere. (Acts 8:39-40)
5. The Apostle John was "translated" in the book of Revelations. A voice, as of a trumpet, said "Come up here!"
6. The Two Witnesses in Revelations are resurrected and then caught up in the Spirit of God and brought to heaven in the sight their enemies. As voice from heaven says "come up here" (Rev. 12:11-12)
7. But most notable is Jesus himself rising up before their eyes and being taken up to heaven to sit down at the right hand of God, which is where he has been for the last two thousand years.
Also there are many writings of the Church Fathers, such as Iranaeus and Barnabas, who taught about a Blessed Hope, also called "The Mercy". The Christian belief in a Rapture of the saints predates Dispensationalism by well over a thousand years.
_Or just read Revelations entire chapter 12, in which a woman ( the Church ) is twice said to fly away from the Dragon that wants to devour her and her child,( Jesus ). She is given wings like an eagle and she flies away and hides from the Dragon (The Devil). This is a picture of the Rapture, DURING the Tribulation.
So how many times does it have to happen before some people believe it can happen?
Exactly when it will happen no one knows yet, but it will happen.

You do realize that Jesus Christ IS the Word of God, don't you? Jesus cannot be separated, nor is He "above" His Word, nor can the Word be below Him because HE is the Word. His Word is truth, and He proclaimed that He is the truth. You cannot separate the Word from Him, and He cannot be separated from the Word.

By separating Christ from His word, you end up with a false Christ!

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

1Thes 4:16,17
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

1Cor 15:52
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last : for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

If you agree that all these scriptures refer to the same event the 'rapture event' occurs on the . Then we see very clearly when this will occur. At the Last Trump. Last Trumpet to me means last, the culmination of all things, the end of the world as we know it. It will be the end of all humanity (we shall be changed). As in the past this did not fit my eschatology, so I had to change my eschatology as you my as well?

Do the words of the apostle Paul here—and in other passages of Scripture—describe a secret, end-time rapture of God’s followers into the heavens? Or are they referring to something different? What will really happen when Christ returns? Find out below!

Call it Rapture, Caught up together, the catching away,
To me all are synonymous, the same event, the only event.
At the last trumpet. And there will not be anything secret about it.

The secret rapture - Beyond Today by the Armstrong Religion. Bad doctrine being passed around here. And it always seems to follow RayB. Israel is warmongering Jews, Hal Lindsey bad, Billy Graham bad, etc.

"IMMEDIATELY AFTER the TRIBULATION of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And THEN shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

And he shall send his angels with a GREAT SOUND of a trumpet, and they shall GATHER together his elect the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."

Matthew 24: 29-31 NOTE THE TIMING ... this occurs AFTER the tribulation.

"Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which ALL that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life, and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation."

John 5: 28,29 NOTE that the resurrection of the dead takes place together, the just and unjust alike, and that the judgment takes place immediately.

"Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the RESURRECTION AT THE LAST DAY."

John 11:24 NOTE the resurrection takes place at the last day. If the pre-trib rapture theory were true, Lazarus would have been resurrected either at the beginning of the tribulation period or (as they theorize) 3 1/2 years in. By the way, the 7 year period is also a theory of Dipensationalists that is not clearly defined in Scripture without their forced interpretation of events.

Dan Bryan @ 12:23 AM

I had to change my eschatology, too, just simply because of what the Bible said, and not what any man taught me. I call it the rapture because that makes sense, but pre-trib is a faulty understanding of it when I read the Bible in it's straightforward manner.
I don't have to have it all figured out anyway, God has already done that and my part is to trust Him to know what the times are like Issachar did 1 Chronicles 12:32.

Other believers may be all over the map about it and I won't tell them they are not Christian for believing differently than I do, but for many years now I have not listened to that conjecture anymore. It's confusing anyway, and just want to go by what the Bible simply says and watch it play out...and it sure is.
Soon, not later in my view of the world scene, as it stands right now.

Who made up the term "Secret Rapture"?
It's a new term as far as I can tell. I've been studying prophesy and anything else Biblical for many years,
but the term "Secret Rapture" is brand new to me. Sounds kind of Chinese or maybe Russian? It's anti Christian at any rate.
It's a deceitful, devisive and diabolical term. Hegel would be proud of you Anonymice who publish a lie in order to sow doubt
and division. The real secret is the identity of the hateful people who post as Anonymous and spend their energy making up lies and sowing confusion, like the above "Israel is warmongering Jews, Hal Lindsey bad, Billy Graham bad, etc."
If you sow confusion you will reap the whirlwind. No one here worships Israelis, Hal Lindsey or Billy Graham. They are all men; human beings, and we all know that human beings can and do make huge mistakes, and often tell lies.
Real Christians who've been Christian for a little while are very familiar with the fact that God often uses weak, sinful people
to accomplish his will. See: Moses, Rahab the harlot, David, Soloman, Jonah, Nebuchadnezzar, Peter, and Paul, for instance.
Hal Lindsey and Billy Graham were instrumental in leading millions to Christ. The thing is, they were leading people to Christ,
not to themselves. And by the way, Hal Lindsey never pinpointed any specific dates as to the timing of the Rapture. He made some ill-advised guesses, but he told his readers that they were guesses.
It's not going to be much of a secret when millions of people disappear. But of course the people that invented the term "secret rapture" will be the same ones who will have a bogus explanation for it when it does happen.
And of course at that time it will be extremely easy to fool the vast majority of the public, because "That which now restrains, will have been taken out of the way"; namely the Holy Ghost.

I agree with you, paul.

Those who have been used by God to bring souls into the kingdom of Christ Jesus have that part right and the reason why we are left here after salvation instead of taken immediately to heaven, to fulfill the great commission that Jesus spoke to His disciples when He was about to ascend. There should be unity among fellow believers about Jesus Christ (the Logos as you reminded me, that I should have said when referring to John Ch 1 in an earlier post but didn't) in His death, burial, and resurrection, for that very salvation that is the priority. (sadly, uniformity is what the modern church seems to be more about these days and blurring the lines concerning repentance toward God and faith in His Son for salvation Acts 20:21)

He didn't say get your eschatology perfected (He said watch).
There should be liberty for the differences because last I checked nobody has that all figured out yet.

And in all things love.
This should all be open and no secrets.
The secret things belong to God. Deut 29:29

paul said...

Amen 11:42
Thanks. I agree with what you've said, whoever you are... which is a problem.
For all I know you're just agreeing with me in order to turn around and stick a knife in my ribs.
Or to put it another way, how will I know if it was you or not when I do get attacked (albeit verbally) again?
That IS the way some anonymous commenters have operated here, so sorry, but once bitten twice shy.
Just don't expect any fellowship if you're wearing a mask. That's not possible.
If you're afraid of the coming persecution, I don't blame you, but it would be better to be murdered for Christ
than alive and left behind.

"He that overcomes shall inherit all things; and I will be his God and he shall be my son.
But the fearful and unbelieving and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters,
and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." (Rev. 21:7-8)

I believe that getting one's head cut off is probably not all that painful, and that the lead-up to that event is probably much harder and more terrifying than the event itself.
Also, I'm convinced that God gives his martyrs supernatural courage when they need it.
It just now occurs to me that beheading is one thing, but crucifixion would be something else altogether.
Thank you Jesus.

I have seen you attacked here before paul, so I understand, and has happened to me upon occasion too, (and by people who state their names too so it is kind of par for the course) happens, and anonymous or not, people should be respectful, but this is still the fallen world we are living in alright. Many times things are just misunderstandings, but some times not. We can brush those off or at least answer back without the same venom. God does not employ attack dogs in my way of thinking. Would be a burden to be that right all the time......

Agreeing about this too, persecution is going up and up around the world for Christians, so we American Christians won't get an exemption. Daily in the news Christianity is attacked right here in this country so we best be prepared for that by giving that some thought and prayer to it too. Church history shows that the Church actually grows, increases and gains spiritual muscle when persecuted and how it works really(but still a remnant). Jesus said they hated Him so they (the world system) will hate us too..for being like Him, for holding on to, for speaking His message. I know because that is my before and now I am the after in Christ...but becoming like Him takes time and some shoeleather practice, including bad experiences sometimes from churchworld which can be pretty self-righteous from more than one side of that religious coin. A few members of my own family have shown me a taste of what that is like. So technically where is my down side if all is taken into consideration? The more I'm like Jesus (and that statement makes me shake my head at far I still need to move His direction to draw even closer to Him) the better off I am regardless of what the world may want to do with me, maybe even thinking they are doing God a favor. There will be supernatural courage in any case, and the words of the Holy Spirit given when needed too. Matt 10:20.

Yes, thank You Jesus.

(Sorry Paul. the term is nearly TWO HUNDRED YEARS old.)

Although not using the term "rapture", the idea was more fully developed by Edward Irving (1792–1834). In 1825,[34] Irving directed his attention to the study of prophecy and eventually accepted the one-man Antichrist idea of James Henthorn Todd, Samuel Roffey Maitland, Robert Bellarmine, and Francisco Ribera, yet he went a step further. Irving began to teach the idea of a two-phase return of Christ, the first phase being a secret rapture prior to the rise of the Antichrist.

I say Right !
I read your link and just as you say, the term rapture was not used except except informally.
To my point, the term "Secret Rapture" is new, nowhere near 200, or 100, or even 50 years old.
More like a couple years old, and very gay sounding, somehow. I guess it's the built-in sarcasm
like anyone can hear if they watch a sit com, any sit com, on the TV. Agent Provocateur Speak.
So while you come against what I said, you prove my point, thank you.
The idea of the Rapture goes all the way back to the Old Testament, over three thousand years ago,
but the idea of a SECRET rapture is just a provocation by people who hate the one true God,
and his son Jesus, who said:
"If they hate you, they hated me first, and if they hate me, they hate the one who sent me" (Luke 10:16)

So again, I wish I could say Sorry to you by name, your anonymity is all you stand for.

Sorry, Paul:

Strangely, one of the main points of the Rapturist’s belief states that “Christ” is coming for his saints without being noticed by the world! In their own words they state categorically:

“Quickly and INVISIBLY, unperceived by the world, the Lord will come as a thief in the night and catch away His waiting saints” (Jesse Silver, The Lord’s Return, 1914, 260). “His appearance in the clouds will be veiled to the human eye and NO ONE WILL SEE HIM. He will slip in, slip out; move in to get His jewels and slip out as under the cover of night” (Oral Roberts,How to be Personally Prepared for the Second Coming of Christ, 1967, 34). “It will be a SECRET rapture - QUIET, NOISELESS, sudden as the step of the thief in the night. All that the world will know will be that multitudes at once have gone” (G.S. Bishop, The Doctrine of Grace, 341). “In the rapture only the Christians see Him - it’s a mystery, a SECRET” (Hal Lindsey, The Late Great Planet Earth, 1970, 143). “[The rapture] will be a SECRET appearing, and only the believers will know about it” (Herschel Ford, Seven Simple Sermons on the Second Coming, 1946, 51).

With all due respect to the adherents of the secret two-stage coming of Our Lord, the very Scripture on which the above statements is based implies the absolute EXACT OPPOSITE!

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a SHOUT, with the VOICE of the archangel, and with the TRUMP of God: and the dead in Messiah shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air” (1 Thes 4.16,17).

This text implies anything but a secret, quiet, unknown event. Rather the noise level will be horrific and involve an astonishing resurrection power surge unleashed in untold millions of people receiving new bodies of immortal, incorruptible SPIRIT! If the great apostle Rav Shaul was trying to describe a secret and quiet event, he certainly chose the wrong words!

(This is why the truth or untruth of the rapture theory is of very great importance...)

Pre-Tribulation Rapture – a Great Deception

Let’s really understand this! The “secret rapture” theory espoused by Tim LaHaye and most “Christians,” today, is a serious and fatal error. It will likely cause immense multitudes to be unprepared for the diabolical reign of the Beast, or the Antichrist! They assume they will be taken up to heaven before the Great Tribulation, but God promises no such thing! They will be completely, utterly unprepared for the great travail and suffering that will come upon them!

Joseph Goode and other teachers claim that Christ will take His church up to heaven for a period of seven years. While there, the marriage feast will occur in heaven. The saints then will have to watch the horrible agony of the people “left behind” on the earth! They will have to see the poor Jewish Messianic believers go through savage hell on earth.

Is this what God really intends?

Others claim that the Messiah returns to take His flock up to heaven after 3 ½ years of the seven-year tribulation period have passed. Still others say the saints are taken to heaven for only a few months, and then return with the Messiah to this earth.

All these theories are DEAD WRONG! The “secret rapture” is a serious deception of Satan the devil, to destroy God’s people by misleading them into a totally false sense of security!

When Christ returns, it will be a loud, shining, shattering, incredible event. The archangel will blow a loud trumpet. Paul wrote, “Listen! I will tell you a mystery! We will not all die, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the LAST trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed”
(I Cor.15:51-52, NRSV).

When the Messiah returns, there will be a mighty shout – the thundering voice of an archangel – which will shake up the nations (I Thess.4:16). It will be heard worldwide, and at that point the dead in Christ will rise, and the living saints will be changed and given a glorious new body, and rise to meet Him in the sky as He returns to Earth.

When the Messiah comes, and the saints are resurrected, and meet Him in the air, it will be accompanied by THUNDER! And the nations will “SEE the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with POWER and GREAT GLORY. And he will send out his angels with a LOUD TRUMPET CALL, and they will gather his elect, from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matt.24:30-31, NRSV).

The saints will be with Him as He sets His feet on the Mount of Olives (Zech.14:4), “in that day” – that very day. Not 3 ½ or 7 years later! He will come in “clouds of heaven with power and great glory” (Matt.24:30), and “every eye shall SEE him” (Rev.1:7).

Does that sound like a “secret” coming? The only thing “secret” about it will be its TIMING! No one will know the “day or the hour” (Matt.24:36). In that sense, His
coming will be like a thief – totally unexpected by the vast majority of people (v.42-44).

The Second Coming will not be a silent, clandestine, secretive, invisible event, with people “disappearing” suddenly from wherever they are, as rapturists proclaim. Such a theory is in denial of the plain scriptures. Such a hope is a false hope, a satanic delusion, a deception of the devil who seeks to entrap and seduce God’s people into a false sense of security. They will stumble unwatchful and heedless into the Jaws of The Great Tribulation!
All that being said (although not a rapture) Jesus DOES promise protection for His true saints IF they are strong enough in the faith:

Luke 21:36 (KJV)

"Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."

Revelation 3:10 (NKJV)

"Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth."

(So study the Scriptures [like a BEREAN] and be STRONG!)

To Anon. @ 8:49 PM ...

I agree with you. I have personally witnessed professing Christians ruin their lives because they really believed the rapture would be taking place "very soon."
For me, I began seeing that phenomena around 1976. There have been other times in history that fit the Dispensational/pre-trib secret rapture theory than what we are living in today. For example, WW I ... books were written that declared Kaiser Wilhelm of Germany the Anti-Christ, when that didn't work out, they shifted their attention to Lenin of Russia. Then in WW II, Mussolini fit the bill, then it was Hitler, then shortly after the war it was Stalin (because he ruled most of Eastern Europe), etc. These prophetic soothsayers have been wrong over and over again ... entire books have been written on the monumental errors of Hal Lindsey and Tim LaHaye.

Satan is the author of all lies ... and he never promotes lies without a purpose!
The false system of Dispensationalism is a highly deceptive invention of men. It is also a very destructive doctrine. Regarding the last days, Christ's first warning was "Let no man deceive you..."

Dan Bryan said...

Daniel 2:35
Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

Daniel 2:44
And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom,
~ Jesus's 2nd coming as defined by his resurrection from the grave

which shall never be destroyed:
~ It isn't going anywhere

the kingdom shall not be left to other people
~ So there will not be some taken and the kingdom left to others, or so-called tribulation saints

but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms
~ All kingdoms will be dismantled - it will be like the end of the world for some

and it shall stand for ever.
~ So the kingdom started with Jesus Christ and never ends

Secret rapture theorists must ignore these verses as they do not fit their eschatology.

By the way, paul,

I thought about this after you said it: "Just don't expect any fellowship if you're wearing a mask. That's not possible"
Honestly, I don't come here for fellowship. For information pertaining to Constance Cumbey's work of years (she is a blessing) is the main reason to come to see what she has posted and yes, to the comments section because I have posted links that are on topic (most of the time) and see if others have something to offer that way, too. There are some posts I just skim or skip entirely.
I started coming here almost 4 years ago on a more regular basis, but very hit and miss a couple of years before that. Didn't join in any discussion until about 3 years ago. A link and a line is often the way I come and go when I do that. Besides personalities get in the way sometimes, so I feel a name isn't really needed. If you leave your name you might get stuck with a label, good or bad, or maybe both, but who cares one way or the other. I don't.
So I've seen some of the unnecessary junk people have brought with them here as a place to spout off and spew. Gets pretty ridiculous at times, however it is talk, and some of it you, or me, or even Constance will never stop. Glad when she puts her foot down though, when needed. It is her blog...

There can be good discussion and posts of information at times, and what I look for, but fellowship, well, that is not my expectation. I go to a loving church for that.
If any of us end up agreeing at times that can a bonus.
There are lots of places I go for information, this is just one place.

In the past, I studied not only the pre-trib teaching, but also its origins. It true history is quite an account. It actually has its roots in the Jesuit teachings of Futurism (this is a study in itself). A short time prior to 1830, an extremely popular London preacher by the name of Edward Irving (The Catholic Apostolic Church ... AKA, Irvingites) began reading a book that was written by a Jesuit under the pen name of "Rabbi Ben Ezra" (I may be wrong on the exact name ... it has been a long time since I studied this), who claimed that he was a converted Jew to Christianity. Edward Irving began to declare the Futurist system which helped him to develop, he claimed, his own theories. Irving also published a circular in which he declared his peculiar beliefs, which had a wide circulation in the London area. Irving is credited by some with being the first person to declare that Christ would return in two distinct phases. John Nelson Darby (Plymouth Brethren, and the inventor of Dispensationalism) was known to have attended Irving's meetings and also read some of his writings. Also during this time period, a young Scottish girl by the name of Margaret MacDonald attended some of Irvings' services. There evidence to suggest that Irving actually got his 2 stage return theory from Margaret MacDonald. Margaret had, she claimed, some type of vision in which she declared that God informed her that Christ would return "secretly" to take his people out of the world, prior to a period of great tribulation in the world. Margaret's family were known to be in their community to be rather strange people that were given to "manifestations of the "spirit, etc." During this time, people "slain in the spirit" were known to roll around on the floor, bark like dogs, etc. This is the type of family Margaret grew up in. There is also an interesting report that witnesses saw Margaret levitate. Levitation is a known phenomena that occurs in the Occult spirit world, usually an indication that the person is demon possessed.

Having said all that (much, much more could be said), it was Darby that actually began to teach the secret rapture theory in earnest and is generally credited with its eventual popularity. It is interesting to note, that Dispensationalism and the its secret rapture theory were soundly rejected as heresy, but it slowly gained acceptance. It gained widespread exposure via the Scofield Reference Bible's notes which, with notes in the BIBLE, seemed to give the system added authority. It didn't gain much of a following in America until the breakout of WW I, when its prophetic teachings seemed to "make sense." People began the false practice of interpreting the Bible according to current events, which seemed to fit the Dispendationalist prophetic theories. Also, Dispensationalist Bible colleges trained thousands of students in this false system, which went on to pastor churches, etc. Dallas Theological Seminary and the Moody Bible Institute were the first flagships that promulgated this false system. Today, there are many others ... virtually every Evangelical, Baptist, Pentecostal, etc. Bible school teaches this system.

You know what?

I think the real deception is not about eschatology at all. That isn't the deal breaker.

"another jesus" is the deal breaker, the real deception. It name drops the right name but the wrong salvation that amounts to an anything goes just pray in this name. A false gospel is the danger much more than being wrong about some eschatology timeline or rapture theory. Maybe satan wants people distracted by these kind of arguments so the false gospel can slide?

There is only One who is the way the truth and the life and that is how satan wants people to miss the boat, by following the counterfeit instead of Jesus Christ of the holy bible. People do not miss heaven because they got their end times data wrong. They miss heaven because they never came by faith to Jesus for forgiveness of their sin.

Many, today, are following after "another Jesus": A "Jesus, whose name was crudely painted on barns and rocks in the 30's. The same "Jesus" who was adored by the perpetrators of the Inquisition. A "Jesus, with long hair, flowing robes, halo, sick expression, thin aquiline nose, petulant lips. One who supposedly died of a "broken heart." Read, in this booklet, of the TRUE Jesus Christ: How he paid taxes; slept in houses, at least one of which was His own; DID NOT come "head to head" with the "establishment"; and did not have long hair. Read of the TRUE CHRIST for a change — and turn from fables to the REAL JESUS.

It's nearing Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Let's all keep each other in our prayers!

Admittedly, this is an extreme example of religious people that cannot find peace through God's grace and the finished redemptive work of Christ on the cross. This happens every single "Easter" season ... some have even had themselves nailed to a cross to "pay" for their sins. How sad is that?

The fruit of a religion that keeps men in bondage to their unbroken life of "sin, confession (to a priest), do required penance, faithfully attend mass, etc., etc." in order to achieve and remain in a state of "grace" is that a person can and never will do enough "good" in order to "earn" heaven.

PS: I was with a group of 10 men today, 8 of which are devout Catholics. One of the Catholic men asked for a "show of hands" of how many of us actually believed in heaven. Amazingly, not one single Catholic hand went up! I heard several side bar comments such as "well, no one has ever been there ... so how would we know?" Most Catholics that I know pretty much just go through the superstitious motions that they have been taught from their youth. Most too are pretty much agnostics, with no real depth of understanding to express other than the typical mantra "Peter is the Rock," "ours is the first church" etc., etc.

Very, very sad to have your eternity at stake and have no real convictions other than what you have been taught by some ecclesiastical "authority."

Evil Google pushing “final solution” to eradicate independent news from the web… FOREVER

In order to salvage the failing mainstream media and stop the public from getting news elsewhere, advertising and search engine behemoth Google plans to invest $300 million into a new algorithm that, for all intents and purposes, threatens to permanently destroy the independent news industry.

Known as the “Google News Initiative,” the program will redirect advertising dollars back to mainstream publishers and away from many up-and-coming news outlets that have broken free from the Wall Street propaganda machine. Google says it will begin to work with publishers to “elevate accuracy, quality content and stem the flow of misinformation and disinformation” – which is just code speak for censorship.

If Google gets its way – and what’s to stop the company at this point? – then you can say goodbye to websites like Natural News that probably won’t make the “cut” in terms of meeting Google’s “truth” standards. Google will quickly become the sole decider in what constitutes “quality journalism,” which it will prop to the top of the search engine list, while everything else will be de-prioritized.

In a statement, Google explained that it plans to work with the “news industry” to combat “fake news” and “build a stronger future for journalism.” And the company is teaming up with legacy names like The Washington Post, The New York Times, Financial Times, and media mogul Gannett Company, Inc. to make that happen.

“The initiative will include a new lab to analyze and parse out what is deemed ‘mis- and disinformation during elections and breaking news moments;’
Google has promised to alter its algorithm in order to stifle information that liberals don’t like, while propping up information that they do like. Google will, in essence, become the ministry of propaganda for the left, seeing as how Google maintains a formidable monopoly over digital content.

Meanwhile, independent news outlets like Natural News and many others will continue to see readership traffic directed elsewhere, making it that much more difficult to counter the official narrative of any given issue. The legacy press will once again attain full control over the flow of information, and any information that runs contrary to it will be sanctioned as “fake news” and blocked from turning up in search engine results.

There was a time when former Google and Alphabet Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt argued that policymakers and others should accept the internet and “allow innovation to flourish” rather than try to stifle it. But now his company is succumbing to corporate and governmental pressures by making it clear that it stands against free speech, and in favor of total government and corporate control over the “news.”

“This new model overwhelmingly favors those who see information and journalism as an article of commerce alone,” adds Gabriel. “It poses a stark threat not only to internet users’ ability to access information, but to the ability of citizens and social movements that hope to interact with, participate in, and wield influence over the political and economic activities that determine our lives and the fate of communities across the world.”

When Was Jesus Christ Crucified and Resurrected? Did He Really Die on Good Friday and Come Back to Life on Easter Sunday?

Jesus Christ said He would be in the grave for three days and three nights. How can you count that from Good Friday afternoon to Easter Sunday morning?

Matthew 12:38, some of the scribes and Pharisees asked Jesus for a sign to prove He was the Messiah. But Jesus told them that the only sign He would give was that of the prophet Jonah: “For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth” (Matthew 12:40).

But how can we fit “three days and three nights” between a Friday-afternoon crucifixion and a Sunday-morning resurrection? This traditional view allows for Jesus to have been entombed for only a day and a half.

The choice of a Sunday date for Easter is based on the assumption that Christ rose from the grave early on a Sunday morning. The popular belief is that Christ was crucified on a Friday and rose on a Sunday. But neither of these suppositions is true. A close reading of the Bible makes that quite clear.
Some believe that Christ’s “three days and three nights” statement does not require a literal span of 72 hours, reasoning that a part of a day can be reckoned as a whole day. Thus, since Jesus died in the afternoon, they think the remainder of Friday constituted the first day, Saturday the second and part of Sunday the third. However, only two nights—Friday night and Saturday night—are accounted for in this explanation. Something is obviously wrong with the traditional view regarding when Christ was in the tomb.

Jonah 1:17, to which Christ referred, states specifically that “Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.” We have no basis for thinking that Jesus meant only two nights and one day, plus parts of two days. If Jesus were in the tomb only from late Friday afternoon to early Sunday morning, then the sign He gave that He was the prophesied Messiah was not fulfilled.

Let’s carefully examine the details from the Gospels. When we do, we uncover the real story of how Jesus’ words were fulfilled precisely!

The decoupling of Jesus' sacrifice from that of Passover, is Antichrist. It is Fake News. It is heretical. It is the changing of times and seasons. 'The Ministry of Truth' IS the Vatican. Every year we see Christians twisting in the wind or in the shape of a pretzel in order to keep their sacred traditions of winter and spring solstice. Most notable is the length and effort that her daughter Protestant goes to, in attempting to prove a lie. It is time that the true church stand up and shake off the pagan traditions with their trappings.

For those that were somewhat surprised by the alleged comments made by Pope Francis regarding his belief in the ancient heresy known as annihilation, i.e. "there is no hell," you might also be surprised that Pope John Paul II wrote in support of similar sentiments.

Here is a very good presentation re: Roman Catholicism by Pastor John MacArthur ... made soon after JP II's death. I hope that anyone, Evangelical, Roman Catholic, etc. will prayerfully listen to this entire video. I guarantee you will learn things that you didn't know before re: the RCC and the Papacy.

IMO, the reason for Francis's statement is a further play to attract and deceive the masses. What better way to be popular than to take away the fear of eternal punishment for rebellion against God? REMEMBER Christ's FIRST warning regarding the end times ... "LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU!"

Vatican Refuses to Disavow Pope’s Alleged Denial of Hell

BREITBART / 30 Mar 2018

In reaction to reports that Pope Francis has denied the existence of hell, the Vatican has released a carefully worded statement that does NOT refute the substance of the claims.
“The Holy Father Francis recently received the founder of the newspaper La Repubblica in a private meeting for the occasion of Easter, without giving him an interview,” the unsigned March 29 Vatican statement begins.

“What is reported by the author in today’s article is the result of his reconstruction, in which the pope’s exact words are not cited. No quotation of the aforementioned article must therefore be considered as a faithful transcription of the Holy Father’s words,” the statement concludes.

In other words, the Vatican denies that the article contains a faithful transcription of the pope’s “exact words” without taking issue with the basic content of the conversation. What is interesting is what is not said. The statement does not say that the author’s reconstruction of the conversation is erroneous, and nor does it deny that the pope said that hell does not exist.

Recently, Mr. Dahlheimer posted quite a bit of disinformation regarding the identity of Lucifer.

Here is a VERY good teaching on the subject entitled "Lucifer. Who is He?" by Pastor Charles Lawson of Knoxville, TN. Pastor Lawson is a very studious servant of God as reflected in his preaching. He covers many topics that are often discussed in here ... including the New Age, the Occult, Masonry, etc. Pastor Lawson is a throw back to what Preachers used to be ... fearful servants of God that dare not declare anything that is demonstrably false in comparison to God's Word.

To God alone be the glory ...

Many millions of people believe Jesus Christ rose from the dead on a Sunday morning. But do the Scriptures tell a different story? And how did rabbits and colored eggs come to be associated with Christ’s resurrection?

(As with Christmas) we find that the popular customs associated with the Easter celebration—rabbits, Easter-egg hunts and sunrise services—have nothing to do with the biblical record of Christ’s life, in this case His rising from the dead.

Where, then, did these practices originate?

The Encyclopaedia Britannica tells us, “As at Christmas, so also at Easter, popular customs reflect many ancient PAGAN survivals—in this instance, connected with spring fertility rites, such as the symbols of the Easter egg and the Easter hare or rabbit” (15th edition, Macropaedia, Vol. 4, p. 605, “Church Year”).

The word Easter appears once in the King James Version of the Bible, in Acts 12:4, where it is a mistranslation. Reputable scholars and reference works point out that the word Easter in this verse comes from the Greek word pascha, meaning PASSOVER.
Notice what Vine’s Complete Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words says about the term Easter here: “Pascha … mistranslated ‘Easter’ in Acts 12:4, KJV, denotes the Passover … The term ‘Easter’ is not of Christian origin. It is another form of Astarte, one of the titles of the Chaldean goddess, the queen of heaven. The festival of Pasch [Passover] held by Christians in post-apostolic times was a continuation of the Jewish feast … From this Pasch the pagan festival of ‘Easter’ was quite distinct and was introduced into the apostate Western religion, as part of the attempt to adapt pagan festivals to Christianity” (1985, p. 192, “Easter”).
The roots of the Easter celebration date to long before Jesus Christ’s life, death and resurrection. Various Easter customs can be traced back to ancient spring celebrations surrounding Astarte, the goddess of spring and fertility. The Bible refers to her as “Ashteroth the abomination of the Sidonians” (2 Kings 23:13) and, as Vine’s mentions, “the Queen of Heaven,” whose worship God condemned (Jeremiah 7:18; Jeremiah 44:24-28).
The Babylonian and Assyrian fertility goddess was Ishtar, from which derives the names Astarte and Ashtoreth and very likely the Anglo-Saxon Eostre or Germanic Ostara, goddess of spring, the origin of the word Easter (this also giving us the word east, the direction of the sunrise).

Ishtar symbolized Mother Earth in the natural cycles of fertility on earth. Many myths grew up around this female deity. She was the goddess of love, and the practice of ritual prostitution became widespread in the fertility cult dedicated to her name.
Throughout the Old Testament, God expressed His anger with His people when they served these false gods (Judges 2:13-14; Judges 10:6-7; 1 Kings 11:5-11; Ezekiel 8:14-18).

Easter Was NO Part Of Early Church Worship!

The New Testament does NOT mention an Easter celebration. Early Christians had NOTHING to do with Easter. Instead, they kept the PASSOVER, instituted by God centuries earlier at the time of the Exodus (Exodus 12:13-14; Leviticus 23:5). Jesus Christ personally kept this festival (Matthew 26:17-18) and gave it a clearer meaning under the New Covenant with His institution of the symbols of bread and wine for His beaten body and shed blood, signifying His suffering and death on our behalf (Matthew 26:26-29). He is the Lamb of God, offered as the true Passover sacrifice for the sins of the world (John 1:29; 1 Corinthians 5:7).

Jesus told His followers to CONTINUE this observance in remembrance of Him and His death (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).

The Biblical Alternative To Easter!

Here's all the words to one of my favorite songs, and following them, a link to the vid of Christina Grimmie singing her cover of it. If you don't know the backstory of her tragic death, just Google it.

In Christ alone my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This cornerstone, this solid ground,
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm.
What heights of love, what depths of peace,
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease!
My comforter, my all in all
Here in the love of Christ I stand.
In Christ alone, Who took on flesh,
Fullness of God in helpless babe!
This gift of love and righteousness,
Scorned by the ones He came to save.
'Til on that cross as Jesus died,
The wrath of God was satisfied
For ev'ry sin on Him was laid
Here in the death of Christ I live.
There in the ground His body lay,
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious day,
Up from the grave He rose again!
And as He stands in victory,
Sin's curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ.
No guilt in life, no fear in death
This is the pow'r of Christ in me
From life's first cry to final breath,
Jesus commands my destiny.
No pow'r of hell, no scheme of man,
Can ever pluck me from His hand
'Til He returns or calls me home
Here in the pow'r of Christ I'll stand.

Speaking of Pope's alleged disavowal of Hell, I was similarly disturbed by material Dave Hunt included in his book WHATEVER HAPPENED TO HEAVEN> and I did a newsletter on it with the title "A Question for Dave Hunt: Whatever Happened to Hell?" You should be able to find and download it from where I placed all my back newsletters for free access.

Here is the material I questioned from that particular book of Dave Hunt on page 29 of that book if you happen to have it in your libraries:

Hell, and the lake of fire into which its inhabitants are cast after the Judgment, is no doubt even more terrifying and horrible than Dante depicts it in The Divine Comedy-but not because it involves "material fire [that] will torment the bodies of the damned," as
Augustine imagined. "Everlasting fire" that was specifically designed for Satan and his minions, who are spirit beings without bodies, could hardly be physical. The eternal fire which torments the damned will be much worse and far more painful and real than
physical flames.

The excruciating torment of people in the lake of fire will surely
involve remorse ("Son, remember . .. " said Abraham to the rich
man in hell-Luke 16:25), but it will be painfully unrepentant
remorse as they live over and over in vivid memory the sins they
have committed and in whose web they are inextricably caught for
eternity. That anguish will be all the more unbearable under the
horrifying realization that willful folly and stubborn selfishness has
sent them there-a place to which they need not have come and from
which fate God Himself did all He could to rescue them.

Spirit minions without bodies???? I don't think so. Moreover, I believe God had the Israelites despite the prohibitions against graven images fashion the angels as seraphim and cherubim in specific physical fashion to defeat the gnostic arguments against matter being evil and spirit being the only good.

Are you surprised? Not quite as surprised as I was to learn that William Law and Jacob Boehme had been inspiration for Dave's original publisher Norman Grubb. Jacob Boehme was Madame Blavatsky's inspiration for naming the Theosophical Society by that title.

Unlike the Pope, Hunt is not denying the existence of Hell. He appears to me to me to be simply giving his particular VIEWS on what it might be like. IMO, similar to what you did in the following statement:

"Moreover, I believe God had the Israelites despite the prohibitions against graven images fashion the angels as seraphim and cherubim in specific physical fashion to defeat the gnostic arguments against matter being evil and spirit being the only good."

The above represents your personal opinion and only your opinion, as it has no basis for it that can be found in Scripture.

I personally find it inconsistent that you chose not address, in detail, the Pope's alleged position, but rather, chose to center your attention upon Dave Hunt. Dave Hunt's opinion does not represent heresy ... in the slightest. While the Pope actually declared the ancient heresy of annihilation, which, incidentally, is held by various cults such as the Jehovah Witnesses, along with many apostate liberal Bible-denying "protestant" churches. It also is extremely appealing to agnostics and atheists. This is the crowd that the Pope finds himself in, yet, you choose to go after Dave Hunt? Why is that?

Also, please consider this; Dave Hunt does not have a very large stage, even within Christian circles. Hence, his influence is rather minimal. Yet, the Pope (ANY Pope for that matter) is upon the global stage which translates into massive influence throughout the world. Whenever he speaks, the world's media reports, and the unsaved "world" listens. When the Pope declares, as this Pope has, that "gays," "atheists," that "do good" all go to heaven, and that "Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Christians, etc. all worship the same "god," along with allegedly declaring "there is no hell," lies are being declared on a world wide basis. Think about this; this man (falsely) declares to be the Vicar of Christ, and yet, by his own words, he declares that Christ is a liar! That's what you should be concerned about, and not with Dave Hunt's obscure opinions on what he thinks Hell might be like.

Ruth of Exeter:

Thanks for the link to UK Column.

While I agree about the coming clampdown on free speech (which is a kind of "soft" totalitarianism, if I may call it that - or the "new gulag", as Vladimir Bukovsky has termed it), I am somewhat in disagreement with them and others on the conservative right all around the world, who blame their own governments first, and see in them ALL the resident evil in the world (and usually get around to blaming bankers/Jews/Illuminati/etc as the source of that evil), while ignoring, and even holding up as "good guys", Russia and Putin, who to me are more obviously evil, or at least they are bad enough to not be ignored. They are certainly not the "saviors of the Christian West", which is how they have been portrayed by the likes of Pat Buchanan, who is widely accepted as a spokesman for the Christian West.

They quoted RT (Russia Today) and the Russian Permanent Representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov as being the authoritative word on what happened with the Skripal poisonings, blaming the UK for the poisoning. Certainly the UK government MAY have benefited from blaming Russia while it was themselves who did it, but *believing* that doesn't make it true. (Let's forget, shall we, of the poisoning of Litvenko, which was obviously a Russian/Putin op.) For myself, I am very skeptical of anything that comes out of the mouth of RT, as they are a propaganda arm of Russia and Putin. Much of what they report might be true, but some of it is false, and that is how disinformation is spread.

Natalie Grant(Wraga), a not-well-known-enough specialist on Soviet disinformation, said that a piece of disinformation was composed of three parts:

1. That which is true;
2. That which people want to be true; and
3. That which is demonstrably false.

Truly good disinformation, she said, was mostly true, usually between 90-99% true. The amount of truth needed depended on the audience and how tough it would be to trick them into accepting the falsehood. The tougher the audience, the more true it needed to be.

I happen to think that there is a real threat from Russia, one that never went away because the Soviet Union "collapsed". Because most of the West wanted communism to fail, the orchestrated collapse of the USSR was seen as the end of communism (the "end of history" it was called by some), when in fact, it now has spread further and faster than it ever could have had the Soviet Union remained in its current state of opposition to the West. Christopher Story (mentioned by the guys in the video you linked to) believed this to be the case, and probably did more solid research at the time of the collapse to uncover proof that it was, indeed, an orchestrated event to fool Western strategists. At some point, I think, he went off the rails, and became unable to spot disinformation fed to him or found by him, and he went off into the weeds. That's just an impression I have, and is not something I've dug far enough into yet to say anything concrete.

If one accepts as a given that Russia and communism are indeed still threats, it makes sense to distrust information coming from RT and other Russian spokespersons, does it not? It IS true that governments are not to be trusted, especially when it comes to abuse of power and big $$$. But that truth can be used as a *distraction* away from other concerns, like the growing alliance between Russia, China, Iran, and N. Korea who are aligning to at some point attack the West militarily, either directly, indirectly through their proxy Islamic terrorists (which they helped establish), or in some combination of the two.

Having said that, the oppression of free speech is a rapidly growing concern. It's especially a concern in the UK from what I've seen recently, and what happens there will most likely be happening here quite shortly after. Here is a good talk by Melanie Phillips... I wonder if you have heard of her, and what you think of her if so:

RayB 11:24 AM,

I agree with what you stated.

That being said, I believe the point Constance was trying to make, however, was that one needs to be on guard against doctrinal error REGARDLESS of the organization involved. In other words don't jump to, for example, a Dave Hunt just because he's NOT the pope.

Do your due diligence. In other words:

"Look Before You Leap!"

Good advice.

P.S. To My 12:29 PM

My bad. There WAS one thing in your statement I take issue with:

"Dave Hunt's opinion does not represent heresy ... in the slightest."

Maybe not "heresy" from a particular denomination's (or group of denomination's) viewpoint but certainly from a Biblical perspective it is. He is saying here that God Almighty is (pick one):

#1) NOT Omniscient or

#2) NOT Omnipotent or

#3) NOT Love Personified.

Either God:

#1) Doesn't know HOW to make a mortal soul human being or

#2) CAN'T make a mortal soul human being or

#3) WON'T make a mortal soul human being.

Knowing full well that some human beings COULD (and VERY likely probably WOULD) choose to live unrepentantly ungodly lives, this theory says that God "rolled the dice" with the VERY DISTINCT possibility of the ETERNAL TORTURE of these beings:

"The eternal fire which torments the damned will be MUCH WORSE and FAR MORE PAINFUL and real than physical flames.

The EXCRUCIATING torment of people in the lake of fire..."
