I will update as I learn more. You can read the press account by clicking here. Stay tuned!
My new internet radio time will hopefully be easier for many of you. It will be Tuesdays at 8 p.m. Eastern time, 5 p.m. Pacific time at www.themicroeffect.com. I am going to prevail upon Dorothy Margraf to guest host for me this coming Thursday as I am schedule to be at a wedding and reception at that time. As it will be the last program before the election and she has stronger feelings and documentation than yours truly, it should be lively, should she accept.
How is it that the National Association of Evangelicals has a New Age association?
I wish you could create a summary post of where things are at with your understanding for us new folks to the New Age topic. There is so much to understand and so little time. Im sorry for the tangent on this thread.

I don't know about NAE per se at the moment EXCEPT that its current head, Cizik, I believe, is flirting dangerously with the environmental (better described as earth worshiping) wing of the New Age Movement. However, IVF, IVCF, The Navigators, Fellowship Foundation are another story . . . I have much to say about them as well as the "evangelicals" working with the Moonies.
I am SO happy to see you writing on your blog again! I missed you and your research the past two months. -Rudi
My job has been getting in the way of my research (lol). I have been very busy at work as I have been assigned to a major working with a technology I have had to study. As with any new job, after about 6 months it becomes old hat and I'll be more active with research.
The problem I am having is this - it appears that a large part of the Church will align itself with this New Age paradigm. So we have a ton of Christ believers going down the same path as the non Believers in the new world order.
I guess the most basic question we can ask is - does an argument or position support or detract from the Diety of Christ?
I am finding it difficult to discern truth when our enemies are splitting hairs with the slightest nuance or characterization.
So just because a Church has a cross on it should not suggest what it really represents? Is that a fair way of putting it?
“Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God. . .He that loves his brother abides in the light. . .for ye were sometimes darkness, but now are light in the Lord. . .that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive. . .”
Finally: Psalms 112:7 "He (Me, You) shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD."
"Buy their fruits ye shall know them."
Trust your instincts, but also pray daily for guidance.
