What is WiseKey? The first Google search on it yields the following rather ominous definition:
"WISeKey is a leading global cybersecurity company deploying large scale digital identity ecosystems for people and objects using Blockchain, AI and IoT."
IoT: as you know refers to "Internet of Things." "AI" refers to Artificial Intelligence," "Deploying large scale digital identity ecosystems for people and objects using Blockchain, AI and IoT' sounds, frankly, just plain creepy. It also sounds very suspiciously like Revelation 13 taken very literally.
Now for the "Wisekey Code": it represents
"the first interactive “knowledge platform” for managing the convergence of humanity and technology."
I have written about the goals of the 4th Industrial Revolution spoken of frequently and the subject of books by World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab. As he has written, the 4th Industrial Revolution, inter alia, represents the merger of humans and technology.
The progenitors of the WiseKey Code, per the WiseKey website are two gentlemen: Carlos Moreira and David Fergusson. Davos, Switzerland is the usual annual gathering spot of the World Economic Forum. It is also a major focal point for WiseKey activity and promotion:
WISeKey (SIX Swiss Exchange: WIHN) is a leading cybersecurity company currently deploying large-scale internet of things (IoT) digital identity ecosystems. Even more fascinating and foreboding information is contained on Wisekey's Website vis a vis their "Transhuman Code Initiative>" It appears, from their perspective that like it or not, we will all be involved:
It is not unexpectedly being given the best propaganda spin possible: that it is about us being able to control our own digital identity. European Union laws about digital identity protection are cited as important for global development of the "Global Identity Initiative."

All of this is happening almost simultaneously with the now obviously expedited "cashless society" introductions in many countries. Sweden. Finland, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, China, etc., etc.
Back in 1983 at one of the first New Group of World Servers' new moon conferences hosted by Mary Bailey (then president of Lucis Trust and wife of Foster Bailey after Alice Bailey's 1949 death), Mrs. Bailey said "our Father's house is wired. Now, all we have to do is connect along that wiring."
Itt appears we put them on the run for a few decades, but now the push is on -- big time. Will they succeed this time? I fear too many of us are not ready.
I plan to write on this very frequently, in the days to come. Also ominous is that the WiseKey Code was presented at a Vatican forum on or about October 23, 2021.
It looks ominously to me as though the New Age agenda I have monitored since 1981 is now, to put it in New Age terms, "harmonically converging." Much of it will probably be presented as a type of human advance, perhaps even a sacrament.

Schwab went on to brag how his book, ‘Shaping the Future of The Fourth Industrial Revolution’, was extremely popular in China, South Korea and Japan, with the South Korean military alone purchasing a staggering 16,000 copies.

My point here isn’t to say Trump is bad. (I have tons of friends and family members, some of them immediate, who voted for him.) Rather, my point is to say that too many people of faith have taken their eye off their deity, and erected a graven image – or an orange one - letting politics corrupt their faith, or at least letting the former take primacy over the latter.
Neither am I suggesting that every enemy of people of faith is an imagined one. (Just ask the Christians of the Roman Empire, who literally were fed to the lions.) But the problem with cocked-fisted Christianity is that it often over-emphasizes the fists, and underemphasizes the Christianity. It gives short shrift to the most essential, if inconvenient, of Christ’s teachings - the very thing that is supposed to make a Christian what they are. (The root word “Christ” is right there in the name. It’s not terribly subtle.)
And what did Christ teach? Well, he said a lot of things, which hang together marvelously as a coherent body of work. There’s a passage in Matthew where he is asked what the greatest commandment in the law is. He responds with, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” But there’s a second-place finisher, which he says is “like unto” the first – in other words, just as important: “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” In some ways, it might be the most difficult commandment in the Bible. But just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean it’s optional. And however you interpret that, it’s pretty clear it would not give sanction to chanting “Fuck Joe Biden” from a church pew.

That is real worship. He takes the top spot..period.
Everyone will one day bow to Him, if they have not already. Best to settle that issue this side of our dying someday..life is short...but one thing has to be understood..clearly understood---we are either His or we aren't..we either worship Him or we don't. A choice we are compelled to make..ignoring or putting Him off with maybes or some a day is a no, that's a choice too. There is no time like the present...
Evil in this world, it's everywhere, we can discern to stay away from that, but what of the good things, truly good things? We certainly need those. Blessings, multitudes of them. So which will it be, the blessings..or the Blesser?? Can we allow those good things or loved ones and friends we consider blessings be put ahead of Jesus while we name His name and sing His songs and pray and serve, can those be the very competition to Him in our hearts? We know what the first commandment is..
Believers must be on that guard since our flesh is weak and we are deceitful way down deep in our old nature, that wars with the new nature of Jesus in the heart, until we are taken home to His home. What a battle that is, and relentless. So the soil of our heart must be turned, often we can become easily distracted sometimes, the fallow ground broken up...because think about it...the enemy of the Best is always the Good (Oswald Chambers).

Back in July 2020, Vanity Fair reporter Katherine Eban wrote a shocking expose which exposed the depths of callousness and cold-hearted political calculation which the Trump Administration used to guide their horrific response to the COVID-19 pandemic when it reached U.S. shores:
"Six months into the pandemic, the United States continues to suffer the worst outbreak of COVID-19 in the developed world. Considerable blame belongs to a federal response that offloaded responsibility for the crucial task of testing to the states. The irony is that, after assembling the team that came up with an aggressive and ambitious national testing plan, Kushner then appears to have decided, for reasons that remain murky, to scrap its proposal.
...The plan crafted at the White House, then, set out to connect the dots. Some of those who worked on the plan were told that it would be presented to President Trump and likely announced in the Rose Garden in early April. “I was beyond optimistic,” said one participant. “My understanding was that the final document would make its way to the president over that weekend” and would result in a “significant announcement.”
But no nationally coordinated testing strategy was ever announced. The plan, according to the participant, “just went poof into thin air.”

In short, as I said at the time, The Trump Administration decided that more Democrats would get sick and/or die from COVID-19 than Republicans, so they didn't give a rat's ass.
This alone should have been enough for the entire Trump team to be charged with mass murder (or at least gross negligence). And yet...here we are.
A few days ago, the main thrust of Eban's July 2020 story was pretty much confirmed by internal documents and interview transcripts released by a Congressional committee investigation:

Schuchat said that she and many of her fellow CDC scientists felt that they “were hamstrung by a White House whose decisions are driven by politics rather than science.”

Back in August I created an animation which showed how the COVID vaccination rates of all 3,144 counties in the United States (50 states + DC, anyway) increased over time, starting in early February 2021.
The most obvious takeaway from this was that for the first month or two there was no partisan divide in the rate at which elderly Americans got vaccinated; it was pretty even across the board.
As soon as the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines were given the green light for all adults (and 12 - 17 yr olds soon after that), however, the Red/Blue divide became immediately obvious...and continued to increase every week for months on end.

7So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord, and struck Job with painful boils from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head. 8And he took for himself a potsherd with which to scrape himself while he sat in the midst of the ashes.
9Then his wife said to him, “Do you still hold fast to your integrity? [c]Curse God and die!”
10But he said to her, “You speak as one of the foolish women speaks. Shall we indeed accept good from God, and shall we not accept adversity?”
In all this Job did not sin with his lips.
Job’s Three Friends
11Now when Job’s three friends heard of all this adversity that had come upon him, each one came from his own place—Eliphaz the Temanite, Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite. For they had made an appointment together to come and mourn with him, and to comfort him. 12And when they raised their eyes from afar, and did not recognize him, they lifted their voices and wept; and each one tore his robe and sprinkled dust on his head toward heaven. 13So they sat down with him on the ground seven days and seven nights, and no one spoke a word to him, for they saw that his grief was very great.
Job Deplores His Birth
1After this Job opened his mouth and cursed the day of his birth. 2And Job [a]spoke, and said:
3“May the day perish on which I was born,
And the night in which it was said,
‘A male child is conceived.’
4May that day be darkness;
May God above not seek it,
Nor the light shine upon it.
5May darkness and the shadow of death claim it;

20“Why is light given to him who is in misery,
And life to the bitter of soul,

23Why is light given to a man whose way is hidden,
And whom God has hedged in?
24For my sighing comes before [h]I eat,

25For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me,
And what I dreaded has happened to me.
26I am not at ease, nor am I quiet;
I have no rest, for trouble comes.”
Job Defends His Righteousness
1“I have made a covenant with my eyes;
Why then should I [a]look upon a young woman?
2For what is the allotment of God from above,
And the inheritance of the Almighty from on high?
3Is it not destruction for the wicked,
And disaster for the workers of iniquity?
4Does He not see my ways,
And count all my steps?
5“If I have walked with falsehood,
Or if my foot has hastened to deceit,

That God may know my integrity.
7If my step has turned from the way,

Or caused the eyes of the widow to fail,
17Or eaten my morsel by myself,
So that the fatherless could not eat of it
18(But from my youth I reared him as a father,
And from my mother’s womb I guided [d]the widow);
19If I have seen anyone perish for lack of clothing,
Or any poor man without covering;
20If his [e]heart has not blessed me,
And if he was not warmed with the fleece of my sheep;
21If I have raised my hand against the fatherless,
When I saw I had help in the gate;

Let my arm be torn from the socket.
23For destruction from God is a terror to me,
And because of His magnificence I cannot endure.

And because my hand had gained much;

29“If I have rejoiced at the destruction of him who hated me,

30(Indeed I have not allowed my mouth to sin
By asking for a curse on his [g]soul);
31If the men of my tent have not said,
‘Who is there that has not been satisfied with his meat?’
32(But no sojourner had to lodge in the street,
For I have opened my doors to the [h]traveler);
33If I have covered my transgressions as[i] Adam,
By hiding my iniquity in my bosom,
34Because I feared the great multitude,
And dreaded the contempt of families,
So that I kept silence
And did not go out of the door—
35Oh, that I had one to hear me!
Here is my mark.
Oh, that the Almighty would answer me,
That my [j]Prosecutor had written a book!
36Surely I would carry it on my shoulder,
And bind it on me like a crown;
37I would declare to Him the number of my steps;
Like a prince I would approach Him.
38“If my land cries out against me,
And its furrows weep together;

40Then let thistles grow instead of wheat,

The Lord Reveals His Omnipotence to Job

By words without knowledge?

I will question you, and you shall answer Me.
4“Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?
Tell Me, if you have understanding.
5Who determined its measurements?

7When the morning stars sang together,
And all the sons of God shouted for joy?
8“Or who shut in the sea with doors,

They bring forth their young,

4Their young ones are healthy,
They grow strong with grain;
They depart and do not return to them.
5“Who set the wild donkey free?
Who loosed the bonds of the [b]onager,
6Whose home I have made the wilderness,

7He scorns the tumult of the city;
He does not heed the shouts of the driver.
8The range of the mountains is his pasture,

He smells the battle from afar,
The thunder of captains and shouting.
26“Does the hawk fly by your wisdom,
And spread its wings toward the south?
27Does the eagle mount up at your command,
And make its nest on high?
28On the rock it dwells and resides,
On the crag of the rock and the stronghold.
29From there it spies out the prey;
Its eyes observe from afar.
30Its young ones suck up blood;
And where the slain are, there it is.”

1Moreover the Lord answered Job, and said:

Things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.
4Listen, please, and let me speak;
You said, ‘I will question you, and you shall answer Me.’
5“I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear,
But now my eye sees You.
6Therefore I abhor[a] myself,
And repent in dust and ashes.”
7And so it was, after the Lord had spoken these words to Job, that the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite, “My wrath is aroused against you and your two friends, for you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has. 8Now therefore, take for yourselves seven bulls and seven rams, go to My servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and My servant Job shall pray for you. For I will accept [b]him, lest I deal with you according to your folly; because you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.”
9So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went and did as the Lord commanded them; for the Lord had [c]accepted Job. 10And the Lord [d]restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. 11Then all his brothers, all his sisters, and all those who had been his acquaintances before, came to him and ate food with him in his house; and they consoled him and comforted him for all the adversity that the Lord had brought upon him. Each one gave him a piece of silver and each a ring of gold.
12Now the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys. 13He also had seven sons and three daughters. 14And he called the name of the first [e]Jemimah, the name of the second [f]Keziah, and the name of the third [g]Keren-Happuch. 15In all the land were found no women so beautiful as the daughters of Job; and their father gave them an inheritance among their brothers.

Workers from the Houston Health Department (HHD) were caught by home security camera going door to door and asking residents if they are already vaccinated against the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).
The video, posted by Twitter user Kukicat7, shows three city workers going to the doors of residents of an apartment complex to ask if they’ve already gotten their COVID-19 vaccines.
The city workers were all wearing masks and holding clipboards. The group was “just going around the community informing everyone they can get the vaccine for coronavirus,” claimed one of the city workers caught on camera.
As the video continues, one city worker could be heard asking a resident if everyone at his home is vaccinated. When the tenant responded that he and his wife were vaccinated, the city employee asked which vaccine the couple received.
The resident then replied that they received the Pfizer vaccine and the worker from the health department continued the interrogation by asking how many family members got vaccinated.
Once they were done asking questions, the workers left pamphlets at the doorsteps of the apartments to continue their canvassing.
But were the workers simply asking residents if they were already vaccinated, or were they categorizing addresses into “vaccinated,” “non-vaccinated” and “unsure” groups for future vaccine mandates?

Franklin D. Roosevelt famously said, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” As the man who had complete foreknowledge about the Pearl Harbor attack but deliberately withheld it to justify America’s entry into World War II, he knew what he was talking about.
Many terms are being thrown at the Biden “administration” over the botched Afghanistan withdrawal that has now left 13 members of our armed forces dead from a terrorist attack.
“Failure” is frequently being hurled. So is the phrase “dereliction of duty.” And then there’s “incompetence.”
Certainly, everything about the Afghanistan debacle smacks of incompetence: Leaving behind expensive weaponry. The lack of planning to get American citizens and our allies out of the country first. The turning over to the Taliban a list of the names of Americans and friendly Afghanis.
But using the word “incompetence,” well-intentioned though it may be among many critics who employ it, does a disservice to the reality of what we’re witnessing. It does a disservice to those who have lost, and will lose, their lives as a consequence of the federal government’s decisions.
That’s because the word “incompetence” implies that it was just a mistake. It was an accident. “Sorry, we didn’t mean to! We didn’t know any better!”
Of course the people running the government knew better. The average person off the street would have known that the actions they took would logically have resulted in this mess. Are we to believe that these high-ranking political and military officials couldn’t see it coming? With access to an unimaginable wealth of intelligence, money, and resources, you can bet they knew exactly what they were doing.
That’s why the appropriate word to use is “treason.” Treason is the intentional, willful betrayal of one’s own country by either waging war against it or materially aiding its enemies. And materially aiding America’s enemies is precisely what the government is guilty of.
The question is: What’s the endgame? Why did they bungle this withdrawal? What are they trying to achieve with the resultant crisis?
One of the most important things to look at is the behavior of the media. The narrative they create is one of the biggest clues about the direction in which they want to lead the public.
As the media covers the Taliban’s takeover and the crimes being perpetrated against innocent people, what’s the takeaway for the viewer sitting at home in America?
First, that withdrawing from Afghanistan was a bad idea after all (nevermind that the real issue is the poor way in which it was conducted); we should have listened to the neocons who told us we needed to stay there forever. They were right all along!
Second, that terrorism is on the rise again thanks to the new terror hot spot in Afghanistan and we must therefore accept a newfound worldwide war on terror.
Third, that we must be moved by the plight of all those being persecuted by the Taliban and allow hundreds of thousands of unvetted refugees into our nation.
The finality is that the end to nation-building and interventionism that Donald Trump tried to achieve never materializes, because we will be sucked back into another war against terrorism to feed the appetites of the globalists, the war-for-profit establishment, the intelligence community, and the surveillance state (prepare yourself to see expansions of the Patriot Act).
The need to continue the decades-long status quo will be punctuated in the public mind by a new wave of domestic terrorist attacks perpetrated by the refugees the Biden team is allowing into the country right now.
The renewed terrorism on our own soil will also be used to justify more illegal government spying on American citizens. The spying won’t manage to stop the terrorists, of course, but it will be used to jail plenty of Trump supporters classified as “white supremacist insurrectionists.”
And even if the United States doesn’t reoccupy Afghanistan fully, the establishment has no need to worry. Their new satellite state, Communist China, is already moving in to pick up where we left off.
It may seem curious that, in its coverage, the media appears to be throwing Biden under the bus by acknowledging his bad performance, which only fuels rightful criticism from the Right that he is illegitimate, seditious, and should be removed from office.
But it’s only curious if you believe that the media and their globalist masters are married to a Biden presidency. They aren’t. Biden is and always has been expendable. He’s not running anything. As a dementia patient, he’s the perfect patsy and will eventually be conveniently discarded.

There were about 8600 troops in Afghanistan June 2020 when Trump negotiated with terrorists and the ill-advised hard exit date of august/sept 2021.
By January 2021 Trump had withdrawn troops down to just 2500 in an attempt to set up a political disaster.
Thankfully Biden did the right thing and just got us out despite the efforts of several factions within the Taliban terrorist network that desperately wanted to prolong the conflict.
Withdrawing 2500 troops in 2021, with the supposed help of a more trained and supposedly ready afghan army is not comparable to withdrawing 32,000 troops in 2008. Plus, it wasn’t his decision. Both Trump and Biden can be criticized.
But a little tough for Trump and Maga to criticize Biden, who always wanted out of Afghanistan, for following Trumps exit plan.
Adding more troops (and equipment) isn’t guaranteed to have helped either. Some units have to be the last few to leave and under risk. It could have been much worse than it turned out to be (as bad as that was in itself for those 14 killed).

I recall seeing a story that the SBC in 1968 nearly adopted something like “family planning, including termination of pregnancy, is acceptable. Most prominent pastors didn’t take hardline pro-life positions until the religious right was born 8 years or so after Roe.
Trump was fine with the gay community, reaching out to them many times to join his MAGA army. I think 1/3 of the proud boys and Patriot prayer swing both ways.
I’d love to talk to Mr Jackson and his wife about that though. I still don’t understood why blacks, who were born with dark skin, are not offended by homosexuals, who willingly choose to be gay (ie -not born that way) riding their coattails for equal rights. It’s just not the same and many of the gay people my wife and I have met over the years are much more bigoted and racist than the general population. They are very odd bedfellows.

Lt. Gov.-elect Winsome Sears sparred with CNN host Dana Bash on the existence of critical race theory (CRT) in Virginia schools Sunday.
With her victory alongside Republican Gov.-elect Glenn Youngkin, Sears is the first woman of color to be elected statewide in Virginia. She is opposed to CRT, which is based on the premise that U.S. institutions are inherently racist, and has often spoken out on the subject. Bash challenged her guest about the controversial teaching, saying that it is not a part of the Virginia school curriculum. Sears, who previously served on Virginia's board of education, pushed back on that assessment.
"Well, let me back up, I beg to differ that CRT is not taught," Sears said.
"I didn't say that," Bash interrupted. "I just said it's not in the curriculum, just to be clear."
"No, no, no, no, it is part of the curriculum," Sears responded. "It's weaved in and out of the curriculum."
By way of proof, Sears said in 2015 that former Gov. Terry McAuliffe's state board of education had information on how to teach CRT. And research has shown that the phrase critical race theory is featured on the Virginia Department of Education website, and the department recommended reading material that instructs teachers to "embrace" the theory.
"So," Sears said, "it's semantics."
"What we want to say and what Gov.-elect Youngkin has said is that all of history must be taught, the good, the bad and the ugly," Sears continued. Especially, she said, because many "don't learn from history and continue to repeat the same mistakes."
"My God, when did education become a bad word among Black people?" Sears later asked. "No, we are going to have a good education system. It's going to represent all people. And I'm going to help see that through. Education lifted my father out of poverty when he came to America with only $1.75. Education lifted me because I have to find my own way in this world, and education will lift all of us."

We live in a time where definitions are a principal cultural battleground. In most cases the battle is about redefining a previously understood meaning. Marriage, gender, and social justice are obvious examples. But oddly, one little-noticed victim of politically-correct battles over redefinitions is the word “liberal.”
Historically, the values of classical liberalism — free speech, respect for facts, and reliance on the marketplace of ideas as the arbiter of truth — have had much in common with conservatism. Liberals and conservatives disagree over the size and scope of government, but all within a framework of freedom. But in these latter days, liberalism has been hijacked by Leftwing elites, who have a completely different agenda — one in which freedom is in the crosshairs.
21st Century Communists
To the political Left, America is hopelessly racist, sexist, violent, and phobic — specifically homophobic, xenophobic, and Islamophobic. While calling themselves progressive liberals, they are little more than 21st century Communists who call for and justify the abridgement of everyone’s freedoms but their own. Here is the Leftist redefinition of liberalism:
Not so free speech. Leftists remain in favor of free speech — just not yours. Free speech under their new political orthodoxy order is still defended — just not Christian or conservative speech. Their conception of tolerance is simple: we tolerate them; they persecute us. This is classic Marxism.
Disrespect for facts. All are entitled to their own point of view but not their own facts — unless you are a Leftist. They label facts supporting any other worldview but their own as racist. The propagation of so-called safe spaces, therefore, is merely a strategy to limit the speech of those with whom they disagree and ultimately seek to persecute.
Truth in the dock. The postmodern claim that truth does not exist is merely a Leftist strategy aimed at delegitimizing authentic truth. At the same time, the true-believers of Marxism believe that any lie advancing the cause of communism is the “truth.” This is absolute gospel to 21st century Leftists — so much so that it’s not unreasonable to assume at first blush that all their arguments are lies. Donald Trump has pulled back the veil on this by calling out the Leftist media for propagating fake news.
The American Founders valued religious free-exercise and freedom of conscience above all other freedoms, because if these freedoms are not sustained all others will fall as well. Today’s Leftist elites will acknowledge what they call freedom of worship, while denying anyone has a right to live out their faith in public life. In the end, they seek to strip any vestige of religion from the public square as the predicate to forcefully imposing a politically-correct, Leftist secularism.
SPLC Labels Christian Ministry a “Hate Group”
Amidst this Leftist redefinition and deliberate confusion enters the Southern Poverty Law Center. A civil rights group at its founding, today the SPLC is little more than a Leftwing hate group whose forte is reputational terrorism. Ironically, its so-called hate map is the perfect illustration of Leftist redefinition.
According to the FBI, a hate group’s “primary purpose is to promote animosity, hostility, and malice against persons belonging to a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnicity/national origin which differs from that of the members of the organization.” But the SPLC redefines hate group as any person or entity that has a view different than the hard-Left political agenda on a wide range of issues. Their so-called hate map includes legitimate hate groups like the KKK and the Aryan Nation. But they falsely and outrageously put David Duke next to David Barton and D. James Kennedy Ministries next to the American Nazi Party.
Which is why we continue our legal battle against the SPLC. We are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review our lawsuit against the SPLC for its false and defamatory allegation that D. James Kennedy Ministries is a hate group for simply believing in the teachings of the historic Christian faith embodied in the Bible. In our appeal, we are asking the Court to revisit its 1964 precedent, New York Times v. Sullivan — which makes it almost impossible for “public figures” to prevail in defamation lawsuits — and grant our right to a trial.
We take this stand, not just in defense of ourselves, but for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His Church. We stand for truth and defend freedom, so that you and those you love may live out your faith according to the dictates of your consciences. For this freedom, many have died. By God’s grace, may their deaths not have been in vain.

Pope Francis on Saturday encouraged bishops who are friends of the Focolare Movement to help realize God’s “dream” of reconciling and harmonizing everything and everyone in Christ, being “always open, never exclusive”.
“This is also the ‘dream’ of fraternity, to which I dedicated the Encyclical, Fratelli tutti,” the Pope told some 15 bishop friends of the Focolare Movement.
Some 170 Bishops from 44 countries of the world, belonging to 70 Churches and ecclesial communities, gathered at the Focolare International Mariapolis Center in Castel Gandolfo, just outside Rome, for a meeting September 24-25, on the theme, “Dare to be one. The courage of unity in a divided world.”

In typical fashion, "X" defends his "brother" the "REVEREND" Jesse Jackson, declaring Jackson to be 'pro-life,' which he was, as X stated back in 1977. However, here is the "inconvenient truth" that X conveniently left out:
Jackson was himself born out of wedlock. His mother's Dr. at the time advised (illegally) his mother to abort baby Jesse. Jesse's brush with death by choice understandably impacted the future "reverend," resulting in Jesse at one time being VERY pro-life. The 'good reverend' was verbal about his position, often referring to abortion as the "Black Genocide." Jackson was correct in using that term as abortions impact Blacks more than any other race, by far.
HOWEVER, there is more to the story. You see, the 'good reverend' woke up one day and decided he wanted to become President of the United States. Jackson made a serious effort to capture the Democrat nomination in 1988. That's where Jesse's 'pro-life' CONVICTIONS were, as it would happen, put to the test. How did the 'good reverend' do regarding his convictions that abortion is murder? Well, not so good. He failed miserably, claiming that he had "matured" and "grown" in his "understanding" of the issue. In short, he flip flopped into the PRO-MURDER, Death Cult camp!

The Aspen Institute is a quasi-religious organization originally founded as Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies. The Aspen Institute has issued the results of its much heralded 16-person Commission on Information Disorder on how to protect the public from misinformation. The commission on disinformation and “building trust” was partially headed by Katie Couric who is still struggling with her own admission that she edited an interview to remove controversial statements by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The Aspen recommendations however are a full-throated endorsement of systems of censorship.
The findings and recommendations are found in an 80-page report on how to combat “disinformation” and “misinformation,” which are remarkably ill-defined but treated as a matter of “we know when we see it.” From the outset, however, the Commission dismissed the long-standing free speech principle that the solution to bad speech is better speech, not censorship. The problem is that many today object to allowing those with opposing views to continue to speak or others continue to listen to them. The Commission quickly tosses the free speech norm to the side:
“The biggest lie of all, which this crisis thrives on, and which the beneficiaries of mis- and disinformation feed on, is that the crisis itself is uncontainable. One of the corollaries of that mythology is that, in order to fight bad information, all we need is more (and better distributed) good information. In reality, merely elevating truthful content is not nearly enough to change our current course.”
In addition to Couric, the Commission was headed by Color of Change President Rashad Robinson and Chris Krebs, former director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Robinson was also a notable choice since he has been one of the most outspoken advocates of censorship. While some of us have been denouncing the expanding system of censorship by companies like Facebook, Robinson was threatening boycotts if the companies do not “rein in” those considered racists or spreaders of misinformation.
The Commission also includes Prince Harry who has referred to free speech protections under the First Amendment as “bonkers.”
Much of the report seems more aspirational in recommendations like “endorsing efforts that focus on exposing how historical and current imbalances of power, access and equity are manufactured and propagated with mis- and disinformation — and on promoting community-led solutions to forging social bonds.”
The Commission also appears to endorse the movement against “objectivity” and “both sideism” in the media: “Commissioners also discussed the need to adjust journalistic norms to avoid false equivalencies between lies and empirical fact in the pursuit of ‘both sides’ and ‘objectivity,’ particularly in areas of public health, civil rights, or election outcomes.”

Today, such language no longer sounds like hyperbole but poses, instead, a very real threat to our freedom and our way of life. My initial thoughts on Waukesha. ("INITIAL" - subject to change as more facts come out). Last night I thought it was odd that if whoever the perpetrator was had the intention to inflict maximum casualties, he wouldn't have avoided hitting so many others. If it was planned, why use your own mid-sized SUV? I don't think it had anything to do with terrorism or BLM. It appears he may have been attempting to evade arrest, again, in a town he probably wasn't that familiar with, probably under the influence of something. He may or may not have heard the gunshot which further created panic. The people he did hit...it appears he was trying to find a way to drive around. He hit band members and grannies ---- from behind, so couldn't have been sure of their race/ethnic origin (a good guess for Waukesha, WS but still completely unknown when striking a band/group from behind.
He was reportedly involved in a crime that morning or afternoon...
1. Were police in immediate pursuit prior to him going through the barricades?
2. Was that crime in Waukesha or Milwaukee? Waukesha is a direct suburb of Milwaukee so it's not some rural location the suspect drove an hour to get to looking for white people to kill.
3. How familiar was this guy with Waukesha?
4. Is there evidence he even knew there was a parade at all?
5. A few posts on social media does not, necessarily, make him a BLM terrorist, what else is there indicting such conspiracy? Practically every minority citizen as well as a large percentage of white Americans posted in support of BLM at some point last summer, not every crime they commit thereafter is likely politically motivated.

2. Your claim about Aaron Danielson is wrong. It was never "proven" either way as Reinohl (sp?) never got his Rittenhouse day in court to make the claim of self-defense. I never said he'd win such claim and have no idea what Oregon's rules regarding such are (it's the west -- so probably pretty permissible to defend yourself). Danielson was armed. Oh, and the investigation of Reinoehl's (sp?) killing by police and federal marshalls concluded he didn't shoot at all and the gun he had was in his pocket. A casing was found in the backseat but the clip was full. One federal agent declined to provide testimony and there remain lots of open questions about his execution his family lawyers are pursuing.
3. I didn't actually do any of those other things either. Mocking and factually countering your insane politicizing and race-baiting everything to support your MAGA ambitions and self-delusion is not supporting criminal behavior.

Pause here and ask the question: If they wouldn't get out of his way, don't they bare some responsibility for getting run over and killed?
And let's not jump to any conclusions about Brooks's character. I heard he goes to church, which makes him my "brother." His self confession on social media that he pimped his 'baby mama's" 16 year old daughter has to be taken in context; by his own admission, my brother didn't know she be 16 at the time. "Judge not."

The Beginning of Knowledge

4To give prudence to the simple,
To the young man knowledge and discretion—
5A wise man will hear and increase learning,

7The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,
But fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Shun Evil Counsel
8My son, hear the instruction of your father,

10My son, if sinners entice you,
Do not consent.
11If they say, “Come with us,
Let us lie in wait to shed blood;
Let us lurk secretly for the innocent without cause;

The Value of Wisdom
1My son, if you receive my words,
And treasure my commands within you,
2So that you incline your ear to wisdom,
And apply your heart to understanding;
3Yes, if you cry out for discernment,
And lift up your voice for understanding,
4If you seek her as silver,
And search for her as for hidden treasures;
5Then you will understand the fear of the Lord,
And find the knowledge of God.

Guidance for the Young

In the sight of God and man.
5Trust in the Lord with all your heart,

32For the perverse person is an abomination to the Lord,
But His secret counsel is with the upright.

Security in Wisdom
1Hear, my children, the instruction of a father,
And give attention to know understanding;
2For I give you good doctrine:
Do not forsake my law.
3When I was my father’s son,
Tender and the only one in the sight of my mother,
4He also taught me, and said to me:
“Let your heart retain my words;
Keep my commands, and live.
5Get wisdom! Get understanding!
Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth.
6Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you;
Love her, and she will keep you.
7Wisdom is the principal thing;
Therefore get wisdom.
And in all your getting, get understanding.

The Peril of Adultery
1My son, pay attention to my wisdom;

And her mouth is smoother than oil;
4But in the end she is bitter as wormwood,
Sharp as a two-edged sword.
5Her feet go down to death,

6Lest you ponder her path of life—
Her ways are unstable;
You do not know them.
7Therefore hear me now, my children,
And do not depart from the words of my mouth.
8Remove your way far from her,

15Drink water from your own cistern,

And not for strangers with you.
18Let your fountain be blessed,
And rejoice with the wife of your youth.
19As a loving deer and a graceful doe,
Let her breasts satisfy you at all times;

20For why should you, my son, be enraptured by an immoral woman,
And be embraced in the arms of a seductress?
21For the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord,

And in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.
Dangerous Promises
1My son, if you become [a]surety for your friend,
If you have [b]shaken hands in pledge for a stranger,
2You are snared by the words of your mouth;
You are taken by the words of your mouth.
3So do this, my son, and deliver yourself;
For you have come into the hand of your friend:
Go and humble yourself;
Plead with your friend.
4Give no sleep to your eyes,
Nor slumber to your eyelids.
5Deliver yourself like a gazelle from the hand of the hunter,

The Folly of Indolence
6Go to the ant, you sluggard!
Consider her ways and be wise,

The Craftiness of an Immoral Woman

10And there a woman met him,

The Way of Wisdom

Rittenhouse said, “I was in jail for 87 days, and this goes — this follows in with Lin Wood, who — Lin Wood was raising money on my behalf, and he held me in jail for 87 days, disrespected my wishes, put me on media interviews-which I should never have done, which he said, oh, you’re going to go talk to The Washington Post, which was not a good idea. Along with John Pierce, they said I was safer in jail instead of at home with my family.”
He added that his time in jail was “87 days of not being with my family for defending myself and being taken advantage [of], being used for a cause by these — by John Pierce and Lin Wood, trying to solicit — not solicit, trying to raise money so they can take it for their own benefit, not trying to set me free.”
Rittenhouse further stated that he could have been out of jail by mid-September, but his lawyers wanted to keep him in jail until November 20.

The scariest 20 minutes I have experienced while driving came on the M5 travelling home from a holiday in Devon. It was just getting dark when we had a puncture, a proper tyre-shredding blow-out that fortunately happened just after joining the motorway rather than at speed.
I pulled onto the hard shoulder and, with my family safely on the embankment, set about replacing the offside wheel as 40-ton lorries roared past inches away. Spurred on by fear and adrenaline, I managed a change that would have impressed a Formula 1 pit-stop team, which involved unloading our holiday luggage to get to the spare. I still break into a cold sweat every time I drive past the same spot. Looking back, I have no idea what we would have done without the hard shoulder.
It is difficult to understand what thought processes were involved when a few not-so-bright sparks in the Department for Transport dreamt up the idea of “smart” motorways – an innovation, by the way, that I cannot recall ever being debated. These come in several forms, including the all-lane running variety using the hard shoulder as a permanent additional lane and the “dynamic” smart motorways where it is used only during busy periods. The Government is phasing out the latter in order to reduce confusion among drivers, even though they are arguably safer.
The motivation for these schemes was to save money, a laudable ambition given the waste normally seen in Whitehall, of which more later. Using the hard shoulder meant an extra lane did not have to be built at considerable cost and disruption. The problem is that smart motorways are potentially dangerous for drivers forced to stop and unable to get to one of the emergency refuge areas provided every 1.2 miles. I would never have made it to one of those and a dozen or more motorists in recent years have been killed because they couldn’t either.
It is not as though these potential dangers have come out of a clear blue sky. They must have been apparent from the outset and yet the old maxim of Whitehall Knows Best just brushed the concerns aside. The Commons transport committee in a report yesterday pointed out that it issued warnings in 2016 and received assurances that safety matters would be addressed, only to find five years on that this had simply not happened.
Technology that was supposed to improve the swift detection of broken-down and imperilled vehicles has still not been introduced. “The promised safety improvements were delivered neither efficiently nor effectively,” the MPs said. So why weren’t they? Who is responsible for this failure? These parliamentary committees are very good at identifying where things have gone badly wrong but not why.

Adam Abdul-Jabbar, son of basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, was sentenced to 180 days, which can be served as house arrest, for stabbing his Southern California neighbor with a hunting knife last year during an argument over trash cans, prosecutors said.
The victim, Raymond Windsor, who was 60 years old at the time of the incident, June 9, 2020, suffered injuries to his head, back, neck and side. Prosecutors said that Abdul-Jabbar’s actions were so severe that he fractured Windsor’s skull and that Windsor nearly died of blood loss after he collapsed outside the hospital.
Abdul-Jabbar, 29, was charged with the stabbing in August 2020.
Abdul-Jabbar, who had faced a maximum sentence of nine years in prison, pleaded guilty to three counts of assault with a deadly weapon and a count of carrying a dirk or dagger, with sentencing enhancements for inflicting great bodily injury, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office said.
Abdul-Jabbar accepted a plea offer from Orange County Superior Court Judge Derek Johnson.
Sentencing was stayed until Jan. 7 so Abdul-Jabbar can apply for home confinement instead of incarceration. Probation officials will decide whether he will be permitted home confinement.
Prosecutors objected to the plea offer, and a sentencing brief has been sealed. The district attorney’s office said it was “furious” with the sentence, claiming that the punishment did not fit the crime, and it said Windsor appeared in court Tuesday to implore the judge to send Abdul-Jabbar to prison.
“This slap on the wrist is an absolute miscarriage of justice,” District Attorney Todd Spitzer said. “This man nearly bled to death in front of the emergency room doors after being stabbed so violently over and over that his skull was fractured. The Orange County District Attorney’s Office vehemently objected to this court offer of 6 months — which could potentially be served as home confinement — because we believe the complete disregard for human life over a dispute over trashcans is so egregious it warranted prison time. The victim in this case has not only suffered serious physical issues, he is suffering from the trauma of having to relive this violent attack every day he walks out into his front yard. This is nothing short of appalling.”
