What Peter said to Cornelius, Trump likely would not say to others -- New Apostolic Reformation (ElijahStreams) Trump Idolatry is increasing

And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at

his feet, and worshipped him.

But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up ; I myself also am a man.

Watching former President Trump as carefully as I have starting with his post-election request to Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger, it has been increasingly clear that Trump is accepting worship of the type that Peter declined from Cornelius (Acts 10:25).  Books proclaiming Trump to be the "King of Kings and Lord of Lords" have been permitted to be marketed and sold at Trump rallies.   One prominent example is shown below:

https://www.tiktok.com/@edwardmalone7/video/7144914603925916970

Trump has not infrequently made messianic claims for himself and happily retweeted/"retruthed" idolatrous praise for himself, including those of his friend Wayne Allyn Root who said that Trump was regarded as the second coming of God in Israel.

One of the most prominent of New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) media outlet has been Steve Shultz, owner/CEO/operator of the very large Elijah Stream network.   In the last two days, Steve Shultz posted his latest Youtube interview of Jan Halper-Hayes,        Both made it clear that Trump was their expectation of "hope for the world", but Steve Shultz went one further and made the audacious claim of his belief that the only thing stronger in the world than Trump was God Himself.  It appears that even Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit got skipped on that one!

Disturbing  comments by Jan Halper-Hayes and Steve Shultz:

-- "I would like the Military to come out . . . :  (14:26)

-- "Jan Halper-Hayes references her last video (I posted this on my last post as well) about Jerome Corsi's representations about Military planning coup against Obama unless Trump promised to run for President -- they allegedly, per her, and Corsi said they held back because of the  promise by Trump to run.

--  The Military wanted somebody who was "not beholden to the Deep State . . ."

-- Ken Buck (R - Colorado) who recently left Congress is not a supporter of Trump, but he was "deeply aware of the Deep State that he took . . ."

-- Jan Halper-Hayes says she can't "get her head around that Ken Buck was against the Deep State, but didn't like Trump."

-- Steve Shultz relies:  "If he was against the Deep State, he should be a thousand  percent for Trump . . . Jan Halper-Hayes

-- STEVE SHULTZ:  "Other than God himself . . .  He needs a man on the Earth to be in that position and  there's no other man on Earth to be in that position and It's Trump -- There's no other human being who has those gifts other than Trump himself . . . and I suppose

-- STEVE SHULTZ -- "Oh, and I was going to make this point, too.  If we want Trump with the backbone to be such a backbone so strong that even if it meant some of us have to go home early to the Lord [i.e. die!] because we didn't survive, He still waited for the right time, the right way to take on the Deep State.  He can't make his decision without . . .

Jan Halper-Hayes then jumps into say from her purported insider advisor military advantage:  "Let's make it clear -- the Military has already stepped in.

WELL, Trump is the Savior for the Earth?  Some of us may have to die and get out the way?  A military coup is already well in progress.  That's what Shultz and Halper-Hayes are saying.  So are many others in the MAGA-Qanon--NAR--Manifest Sons of God movements are saying.  May the Lord help us all!

Stay tuned, more is coming -- next time maybe about Kat Kerr and her statements that Trump is presently the 46th President, does not need to be elected, and is entitled to "make up time" for the 4 missed years!

  4. Every day, Deborah could be found seated under the “Palm Trees of Deborah” determining causes and controversies while judging the people according to the laws of God. I can only imagine how many disputes this wise and godly woman must have resolved. If you’re a parent who spends your days helping your kids discern and resolve their conflicts in a godly manner, you may be able to relate to a typical day in the life of Deborah. Can I get a witness?

Deborah was an uncommon leader because she was a woman. God called her to a prominent position as a prophetess and judge at a time in history when He commonly appointed men to those positions. Deborah is in good company with a few other women prophetesses in the Bible: Moses’ sister Miriam in Exodus 15:20; Huldah in 2 Kings 22:15; Anna in Luke 2:36 and Phillip’s daughters in Acts 21:8-9.

  5. fOR THE record, Deborah also led Judah into battle when the men were too cowardly to do so -- after her victory, she judged Israel for 20 years I'm assuming (maybe falsely) that the 5:51 post may have been telling me to "shut up."

You forgot Proud Boys on your list?

quote - "If the only thing you know about the Proud Boys is that they were at the Jan. 6 riot, you’ve been lied to. Yes, absolutely, a few dozen Proud Boys were there. This was an organization with 30,000 members. More Methodists attacked the Capitol, but they weren’t forced to disband. They weren’t a threat, you see, to the left’s shock troops."

  11. I also see that commentators so far are totally unworried about the claims by Steve Shultz/ElijahStreams that Trump is passed only by God on this planet Earth. You are also obviously undisturbed by claims that some of us may have to die to allow Trump to remove "the deep state." Read Matthew 24, 2nd Thessalonians, chapter 2 and meditate deeply on the degree of deception of which Jesus and the Apostle Paul warned. Maybe you don't want to hear from me, but you SHOULD want to pay close attention to them: Jesus, Apostle Paul.

What are he biblical qualities and gifts of a genuine prophet according to scripture?

In the Bible, a genuine prophet is characterized by several qualities and gifts:
    See a brief list below...

Faithfulness to God: Prophets are called to be faithful servants of God, obeying His commands and speaking His truth without compromise.

Accuracy in Prophecy: True prophets accurately convey messages from God, with their predictions coming to pass as they proclaim.

Holiness and Integrity: They live lives of integrity, demonstrating holiness in their actions and character.

Empowerment by the Holy Spirit: Prophets are empowered by the Holy Spirit to speak on behalf of God and to perform signs and wonders to authenticate their message.

Courage and Boldness: They exhibit courage and boldness in proclaiming God's message, even in the face of opposition or persecution.

Humility: Genuine prophets recognize their dependence on God and do not seek personal glory or recognition.

Love and Compassion: They demonstrate love and compassion towards others, seeking the well-being and repentance of those they are sent to.

Consistency with Scripture: Their messages align with the teachings of Scripture, not contradicting the Word of God.

These qualities and gifts can be seen in the lives and ministries of biblical prophets such as Moses, Elijah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and others

What was the characteristics by comparison of the false prophet Balaam ?

Balaam considered a false prophet due to his actions and motives. Here are some characteristics that set him apart from genuine prophets:

Motivated by Greed: Balaam's primary motivation was financial gain. He was willing to compromise his principles for personal profit, as seen when he accepted payment from Balak, the king of Moab, to curse the Israelites.
Disobedience to God: Although initially prohibited by God from cursing the Israelites, Balaam continued to pursue his own agenda and ultimately attempted to curse them anyway.
Lack of Integrity: Despite knowing God's will, Balaam entertained the idea of going against it for personal gain. This lack of integrity contrasts sharply with the faithfulness and obedience displayed by genuine prophets.
Manipulative: Balaam used his reputation and supposed spiritual authority to manipulate others, including Balak, for his own benefit.
Self-serving Prophecy: Even when Balaam attempted to prophesy, his words were not genuine messages from God but rather self-serving or influenced by external factors.
Pride: Balaam's actions were driven by his pride and desire for recognition and reward, rather than humility and submission to God's will.
Overall, Balaam serves as a cautionary example of the dangers of pursuing personal gain at the expense of obedience to God and integrity in one's actions.

"the audacious claim of his belief that the only thing stronger in the world than Trump was God Himself. It appears that even Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit got skipped on that one!"
Technically, when you mention "God", don't you consider Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit already included and so not skipped over?
(I suppose some folks don't consider Jesus and the Holy Spirit as God.)

This blog is a picture of those who really seem to have forgotten exactly what you bring up. Straining to make Bible text talk their narrative even while spouting Scripture. Playing the 'who is who' game is so contrived.
    Sad.
Too pro or too con with any and every side of politics is off track. If wanting to be so correct Biblically then the focus should be "Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher" the "Who" to really be focused on, but a mere sideline at this place. The virtue signalling is beyond ridiculous.

When the time came and went they called it the Great Disappointment. The Elijah List website was created by Steve Shultz in 1997 and had 240,000 subscribers in 2023 and adding more daily. The Elijah List Facebook page has 427,000 followers as of today. A loony cult, Yes, but not tiny. It became a major player on the American religious scene immediately following 9-11-2001, regardless of the fact that none of their prophecies ever came to pass. Y2K was one of the big ones, they were all wrong. They completely missed 9-11. They endorsed and anointed Trump as God's chosen one. In my opinion, the Elijah List was instrumental in grooming subscribers to accept the lies and conspiracy theories advanced by QAnon. That isn't going to stop anytime soon.

(Transcript below) Teeing up at the plate, Hinn paints a picture of himself as a faithful believer who loves Jesus and yet has made a few errors in fifty years of ministry, mostly in his youth by putting his trust in the wrong people, but that’s all done away with now.

Michael Voris Resigns after Gay Affair with Milo Yiannopoulos and other men

    https://youtu.be/rWiFPg25xfY?si=SpbJO6oZX_NwPoLd

    Video Description:

Nov 21, 2023: Michael Voris of Church Militant has resigned for violating the Moral Clause of his company. In spite of being ashamed of his past as a flaming fruity bogtrotter he has relapsed into his morbid lifestyle and had several gay trysts including one with Milo Yiannopoulos. He has resigned in disgrace.

Voris is to Catholics what Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson were to Baptists. But at least they weren't gay at least as far as we know.

The Catholic church is a very evil false religion that claims to be a bunch of do gooders and nice people but in reality they are perverts, thieves, hypocrites and vipers. Catholics control most of the media, they cause most of our wars, they promote genocide, holocausts, pedophelia, sex trafficking ETC.

Catholics are criminals, they allow in other criminals from the third world to invade our country and promote carnage and mayhem and bring in illegals to destroy the economy and create homelessness.

Catholics are commanded to rob rape and kill non Catholics. You are required to do this if you want to be saved. Catholics also must do many good works or they will end up in hell or if lucky in purgatory for thousands if not millions of years.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Anonymous6:25 PM

why am I not surprised? the way Voris did his hair cued me he was still pretty fleshly, though not necessarily gay might have been hoping to attract women. Either way, fornicatin was a possible. or at least lasciviousness and dry humping, everything except in the vagina to preserve purity but masturbate on each other petting to orgasm, etc. with assorted partners. The purity ring crowd often do this.

Interesting anti catholic rant. NEver heard of any being commanded to rob and rape. the catholics control media and everything and cause all this laundry list of evils puts them in direct competition with the dreadful Jews who control media and everything and cause the laundry list of evils et.c etc. (I AM JOKING)

The thing is, this is the same accusation exactly same as made against Jews. So who is running the evil show? Catholics or Jews?

This is ridiculous on the face of it.

I assume the info on Voris is correct.
I am not surprised one of his partners was yanolopous, with his conservative values except for sexual issues, he and Voris would share some interests and both love the traditional latin mass.

    Christine

    ReplyDelete

Regarding Voris' hair: I used to think he just had funny hair then I learned it's a wig (and they say women are vain)

And since you brought up Catholics and Jews: it's interesting to note as Latin is being suppressed Hebrew is an enforced language. (emersion learning; you don't go to the bathroom till you ask in Hebrew)

But back to point ~ if Trump's supporters showed a little humility maybe so would Trump (not his strong suit fer sure). It'd be better all 'round.

Who cares about the Elijah Streams? Sounds like they are the Mitch Pacwa/Dave Hunt/Spiritual Counterfits Project/etc etc of "exposing the New Age movement." Mrs. Cumbey exposed ALL of these "players" in detail over the years at this blog and in interviews. They are/were filled with contradictions in both words and behaviour, which would cause a critical mind to look more deeply into their motives.

These books "Church of Trump" and "Prophets of Trump" - oh dear, these books looks like disinformation to me. I don't know anyone who is pro-Trump who would read this garbage! And that's what it is - GARBAGE.

There is no such thing as "QANON" Constance, and if you believe this you have fallen for a disinformation campaign! Listening to you drone on about ridiculous books probably written by New Agers (or leftist plants?) is like listening to Dave Hunt et al about the New Age movement - and completely ignoring the scholarship of Constance Cumbey.

I had to laugh when Dorothy (RIP) got TDS and started referring to Melania Trump as "pretty woman" - LOL. Now Constance's TDS is so advanced she cannot see the forest from the trees. I learned so much from both of you over the years, yet both of you had/have a pathological hatred of President Trump which impairs your critical judgment. Life can be so darn strange.

Warning your readerrs so much about "deception" - well Constance, has it ever occurred to you that you have fallen for a mass campaign of deception, more complex and vast than any we have seen in our lifetime? The fruits of all these supposedly "pro-Trump" operators you are so obsessed with Constance is ROTTEN. How about actually looking into why people who aren't interested in the garbage you are obsessed with, like Trump so much?

Trump is fantastic. Perfect? No he is not. Anointed? It appears so. Time will tell - it always does. We will know within the next year for sure what God has planned.

Hey Constance, how about looking into Mark Elias and the 65 Project? They are very open about their objectives. Do you see them as a threat to the rule of law? He has a pathological hatred of Trump by the way.

  47. Constance,

I’m glad to see the words “allegedly” and “purported” in your post. Yet those two words are about as far as your nuance goes. There are too many leaps of logic for me, some of which I pointed out in previous posts.

So, who is this author of the two “required reading” books you reference here in the comments section? From his bio on Amazon:

Max Ridgway is a 1990 graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, Summa Cum Laude, and holds a master's degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University where he currently teaches as an adjunct instructor specializing in music theory, world music, humanities, and music of the 20th century. In addition, he curates a YouTube page (currently with 16,000 subscribers) called NewMusicXX which promotes modern music and contemporary composers. He is also a musician with wide-ranging experience, from avant-garde free improvisation and ambient music to blues-infused jazz.

OK, so he’s a specialist in music. I like music! I even like some avant-garde music; so, I checked out his YouTube channel: NewMusicXX. Besides Sofia Gubaidulina, Charles Ives, and Stravinsky, I’d never of the composers he sources. But I’m willing to listen to some unfamiliar (to me) music.

Sorry, I’m a bit off topic. Now back to the subject at hand.

Ridgway appears to have no real background with Christianity. Can someone write about Christianity without being a Christian, e.g.? Maybe so. But note also that his books are self-published—which means they very likely haven’t undergone any sort of peer review. Can someone properly write about Christianity without undergoing Christian peer review? I admit I’m skeptical. But, keep in mind, this guy is a SUMMA CUM LAUDE Berklee graduate. Would you trust his self-published book Revelation: Disarming the Most Dangerous Book in the World? Through his back cover we can see he’s a full-on preterist:

…[This book] presents overwhelming evidence, both from history and scripture, that the events of Revelation have all been fulfilled and have no direct relevance to anyone living today. Part One details the troubled history of John's Revelation and the ways in which lives have been destroyed by the misapplication of this dangerous book. Part Two is a chapter by chapter analysis of the Book of Revelation, explaining its mysterious symbols in the light of Old Testament prophecy.

I would think that if someone wanted to look at a (not quite full-on) preterist’s view, one might be better served by reading Hank Hanegraaff’s The Apocalypse Code, which is not self-published (on Thomas Nelson). That said, this book is flawed, and I do not much care for Hanegraaff’s dogmatic stance on a number of topics.

It appears I may have digressed again. In any case, can we trust works written by a non-Christian about Trump through the lens of false Christianity?

    ReplyDelete

  48. I meant to add this question to the above: Given his claim that the events of Revelation have all been fulfilled and have no direct relevance to anyone living today does Ridgway believe Jesus has already returned also?

Nah, it's better to trust Gateway Pundit, zerohedge, or any works that praise Trump. Religious speak and a denial that QAnon exists makes them even more trustworthy. We can pretend the NAR prophets are just loony and don't have an agenda. We could bring in Dr. Michael Brown who insists that the NAR doesn't exist. Then we can live happily ever after, believing exactly what we want to believe - that is, until Tuesday, November 5, 2024, or 181 days from today.

    Hey Marko,

My wording regarding the issue of "QUANON" was not as precise as it could have been. Sorry about that.

The fact is - there is Q, and there are "anons" (people all over the world, most of them anonymous, who discuss/parse/debate what Q has written).

The term "QANON," by contrast, is a makey-uppey name used by the mainstream media to discuss Q and the anons - nearly always in a pejorative - and misleading - way. You can confirm this if you take the time to dig beyond what the mockingbird media has written about Q and the anons.

You don't have to like Q, or the anons, to use accurate language to describe them and their movement (and I use the term "movement" very loosely - it's more like a loose network, similar to how years ago there was a loose network of people who researched the New Age movement). The question is - why does the mainstream media use this contrived term? And why does Mrs. Cumbey?

Speaking personally, I'm a long-term anon who has zero interest in the grotesque books Mrs. Cumbey writes about here. I'm agnostic about Q at this point, but I remain interested in the subject, and I am still very pro-Trump, although I don't understand or agree with all his statements or policies. He is a mere human being after all.

  54. Perplexed10:24 AM

*by "agnostic" I mean that I am agnostic as to whether or not Q is a psyop. If it is, it has been perhaps the most powerful psyop in history, like Operation Trust on steroids. Regardless of what Q is or isn't, it has been a Pandora's box that has certainly changed my view of the world forever, and I'm sure millions of anons would agree.

The Anonews feed I used to followed on Twitter seemed hopeful for awhile but at that time I was still going barefoot and had quit cutting my hair and beard (her idea). Then I began noticing (on their Twitter feed) little tweets here and there about the mystical benefits of going barefoot and advising not to cut your childrens hair (because). I lost any hope in them. No different then Bush/Cheney. And as I tell her - I will never go along with this type of behavior as long as I live.

PS: in times of anger I wished Peeping Tom's fate on them (and Bush/Cheney et al) for turning our lives upside down.

I checked Qanon.pub today and it looks like an aggregator of Q drops plus a search function. A hub for many q-related sites? Please list the names of some of these sites.

Regarding "Q-related sites" - the only websites I am aware of that most anons use to discuss Q + related issues are the defunct VOAT, and it's quasi-replacement, TGA.WIN. Moreover, there is still some relevant discussion on various Telegram sites and X.

Regarding the term "QANON" originating within the Q network - please link to the source on this. Anons overwhelmingly reject and despise the term "QANON" as a smear. For example:

I've got a cousin-in-law who got tired of having to wash off her boots all the time working in the dairy barn (100 head) so she went barefoot once for a summer. And guess what, that year she grew six inches.

Her dad told everyone; see I told you sh*t makes things grow.

And as far as going barefoot one thing you learn is your feet get pretty dirty. When I see the pope pouring a little water on someone's foot then dabbing it dry with a towel I think he's missing the point somehow. When Jesus washed the Apostles feet He tied a towel around his waist (probably had a brush too)

I thought that was a logical fallacy? Who knew you really do care about authorship.

For instance, the guys at the gateway pundit aren't even attempting to pretend to be Christians at all, let alone false Christians. They're homosexuals. Natural News...new age Scientologists. Zerohedge, russian propagandists. General Flynn, my pillow guy & "the family" are all heretical dominionists. Ludlow & Kellogg at Fox & Amerikkka First are trad roman catholic cultists & their heretical NAR ecumenical allies. Can we trust what they say about Trump or really anything through their lens of false and/or no Christianity, especially when there is ample evidence of their documented lies, deliberate obfuscation & zero accountability (unlike mainstream media, they are not licensed & do not have to retract or adhere to any journalistic standards)

Maga/Qanon is entirely a false Christian movement. Peterism is growing because of maga/qanon. It's given legs to rebellion theology & toxic masculinity which is attractive to disillusioned uneducated non-Christian lost young men (canon fodder). IMO, one of the main points of looking at that book and the 1000 (points of light) books/people like it IS to make that abundantly clear.

as I said before, the context in which God will allow the antichrist to take over and make tribulation against the believers and anyone else who refuses t worship him for whatever reason, is not here yet.

That contextis the fourth beast of Daniel chapter 7 and it doesn't inherit from but crushes the other three, and when it is destroyed at the Second Coming the other three are allowed to continue for a while.

clearly Daniel 7 is about present to future times.

Theusual consensus is that these are a rehashof or subsections of ancient kingdoms, but there isn't mush precedent for that, and verse 12 rules this own. the picture of what destroys the fourth beast is clearly the Second Coming of Christ from heaven

Meanwhile, idiots try to figure the prophecy of the rough goat and ram out one chases theo ther out of Macedonia - that already happened, that was about Alexander the Great overthrowing the Persian Empire.

An ancient church writer thought these were ancient kingdoms also but in those days they thought the Second Coming was "soon" in human terms, and had no notion of Russia or USA-UK-NATO being involved in anything, so had no framwork to work with. Russia had not yet been converted if I recall the writer's time correctly.

I said, "oh?" He said he had told you he was researching the New Age Movement himself and asked me for recommendations about seeking out a publisher. According to them, I then said, "yes, I met many peoople at Nancy Fitzgerald's house and it's possible I was asked about a publisher and I may have recommended you -- but that does not mean I read or endorsed his material." I then called Nancy Fitzerald, got Gary's phone number and called him. He was quite arrogant. He said, "nobody's criticized my book yet." He said, "you SHOWED me the material from Eustace Mullins and Ezra Pound -- but nobody told me they were bad but you." He promised he would recivse the book to eliminate that vicious anti-Jewish material, but he did not keep our appointments and left the offending evil material in.

    Recognizing Toxic Leadership:
The Similarities of Jim Jones and Donald Trump

    by Jordan Vilchez

Like many people in the United States, I voted in the 2020 election, then witnessed the assault on the electoral process that is fundamental to our democracy. It was shocking to watch Donald Trump and his supporters attempt to overturn the election over unfounded claims of election fraud, even after all the lawsuits had all been dismissed. Even when he had less than a month left to serve, he was nothing less than a loose cannon, wielding his power in extreme ways, inciting the January 6 attack on the Capitol, anything he could do to overturn his decisive loss to Joe Biden.

We watched analysts and pundits, public servants on every level of government and every-day citizens scratching their heads, witnessing Donald Trump’s behavior as his presidency was coming to a close. We all wondered when he would come to his senses, believing that surely he would rise above his disappointment and desire for ultimate power to assume the public servant position he was elected to fulfill. This of course would mean putting the well-being of the American people first, ensuring a smooth transition of power. Given his behavior of the previous three-and-a-half years, we should have known that wasn’t going to happen. Clearly, while he was in charge, his only goal was to stay in charge, and the rest of it – the American people, American institutions, American democracy itself – be damned.

I could not sleep the night before January 6, 2021. I knew in my bones that something was going to happen, and that it would not be good. How did I know? Donald Trump’s behavior was all too familiar to me. As I observed everything that happened between election day and the eve of the insurrection, I was transported back to my own first-hand experience of witnessing what happened with another man when the world closed in on him, was on a swift slide towards losing his power. He could not be bailed out for his transgressions, nor pay anyone to cover up his behavior, nor escape the carnage of his own socio-pathological behavior. Like Donald Trump, this man was willing to take everyone down with him.

That man was Jim Jones and our group was Peoples Temple. When it was all over for him, he saw to it that it was over for everyone, and more than 900 people died as a result.

Although we in the Temple espoused principles of freedom, human dignity, and social justice – the basic tenets of our nation – the followers displayed a well-meaning façade, even as we saw those ideals succumb to the whims of our leader. We came to believe that what he said and did, signified the means to achieve those ideals. He spewed cynicism and disdain, and denigrated people from those in government to those within our own ranks, and we became accustomed to it all. We were browbeaten and filled with fear and despair rather than a vision of vibrant possibility and hope. Worst of all, we became inured to it all. And in the end, did not Trump’s lies about election fraud become a thing of normalcy rather than an aberration? Shouldn’t we have considered that an intolerable assault on the trust of the people of our nation?

    ReplyDelete

    Continued from 1;14 AM

The striking similarities between Jim Jones and Donald Trump stem from a deep and desperate need never to yield center stage. The world of Donald Trump revolves around him, and him alone. The level of Trump’s self-centeredness – as it was with Jones, –is incomprehensible to the average person. People see him as weird, bold, brazen, shameless and laughable, but somehow the magnitude of danger he poses seems to escape his many enablers and supporters. The same was true for us. The danger we faced as members of Peoples Temple escaped our awareness.

When we experience things beyond the scope of our comprehension, we tend to tolerate questionable behavior, because somewhere within us we want to believe that there is some good reason for it, that the leader knows best. Perhaps some think that he will eventually come around to more normalized behavior and predictable actions. For many, the drama of Trump has had purely entertainment value. With sociopaths and malignant narcissists however, we cannot waste time trying to figure out what’s going on in their heads. We tend to see danger only as something huge and terrible happens, and then we are forced to take a deeper look, and salvage what we can.

    Consider:

    Obsession with power over others
To satisfy his own sense of importance, Jim had to connect with and seek approval of those people whom he saw as powerful. His association with them and their endorsement of him stoked his ego and made him feel significant. This was evident in his relationship with San Francisco Mayor George Moscone, First Lady Rosalynn Carter, California Lt. Governor Mervyn Dymally, Angela Davis, Laura Allende, the sister of slain Chilean president Salvador Allende. His connections also spread out to those who had different ethics than ours – for example, with the head of the far-right leaning John Birch Society in Ukiah, California – because having an “in” with them gave him an even wider range of power. In Guyana, he cultivated a friendship with prominent government leaders, including Prime Minister Forbes Burnham, but he also cozied up to Cheddi Jagan, the leader of the opposition.

In similar fashion, Trump entered the White House with his own connections already established, but his ego was further inflated by questionable relations with Vladimir Putin of Russia, one of our long-standing political adversaries. For him, this seductive alliance fundamentally meant that he could feel a level of personal power and grandiosity that could not be satisfied by tending to the duties of his position alone.

Boldness is misunderstood as charismatic benevolence
A common trait with people like Trump and Jones is audacious and cocksure behavior. We tend to think of audacious behavior and public boldness as passionate commitment to matters of importance. Many even perceive it as benevolent. But we don’t necessarily see that it can mask danger. Peoples Temple, a small organization in comparison to our nation as a whole, had such serious flaws that 900 people died. And such flaws manifested themselves on a larger scale with Trump as well, as hundreds of thousands of COVID deaths occurred as a result of his hate, narcissism, and negligence, even without considering the very real damage and diminishment of the human spirit stemming from his animosity towards women, immigrants, and people of color.

We didn’t really understand Jim’s personal insecurity and deep-seated need to feel important and in control of the world around him. We believed that his bold, passionate, and often outrageous demeanor meant that he cared. What we couldn’t see was that more than anything, he wanted to be seen as powerful in the eyes of everyone, from his followers, to the outside world, and especially to those in positions of political power.

    Sowing division and confusion
Jim was constantly sowing division among us – telling lies, pitting people against each other – in order to create discord in relationships. In his view, weakening others strengthened him. He even turned against individuals in his most loyal and trusted inner circle, if he had any inkling that their allegiance was faltering or waning. As his paranoia increased – as he presented more and more reasons for people to question his leadership, even his worthiness as a leader – we entered a downward spiral into a cesspool of despair and hopelessness, further fueling his paranoia.

For Trump this was evident in the way that Trump pitted his followers against anyone who crossed him, including – especially –those Republicans who wanted to move on and acknowledge the Biden win. Like Jim, if Trump was upset, everyone had to suffer in some way. Trump created fear among his followers, particularly average working-class citizens, who became frightened that the country would go into a tailspin without him in power, and the ensuing division and confusion has only been gratifying to him.

Ivana claims Trump kept Hitler quotes by bed in resurfaced interview

A 1990 Vanity Fair profile of Ivana Trump noted the future president’s apparent fascination with the Nazi leader

    By, Joe Sommerlad
    Tuesday 19 December 2023

A Vanity Fair interview with Donald Trump’s late first wife Ivana Trump has resurfaced in which she alleges that her former spouse used to keep a book of Adolf Hitler’s speeches in his bedside cabinet.

The article from September 1990 has reappeared in the wake of the Republican presidential contender coming under fire for saying that immigrants are “poisoning the blood of our country” in a speech at a New Hampshire rally on Saturday.

The 1990 feature, written by Marie Brenner, recounts: “Last April, perhaps in a surge of Czech nationalism, Ivana Trump told her lawyer Michael Kennedy that from time to time her husband reads a book of Hitler’s collected speeches, My New Order, which he keeps in a cabinet by his bed.

“Kennedy now guards a copy of My New Order in a closet at his office, as if it were a grenade.”

In the article, Ms Brenner writes that she asked Mr Trump about the truth of the anecdote, to which he replied: “It was my friend Marty Davis from Paramount who gave me a copy of Mein Kampf, and he’s a Jew.”

Mr Davis is then quoted as telling the journalist: “I did give him a book about Hitler. But it was My New Order, Hitler’s speeches, not Mein Kampf. I thought he would find it interesting. I am his friend, but I’m not Jewish.”

Mr Trump then also reportedly Ms Brenner: “If I had these speeches, and I am not saying that I do, I would never read them.” [Yeah, right -not! Trump is the that vile man of sin, who is on record for having been caught out for telling tens of thousands of lies during his presidency and beyond.]

    Hey Anonymous 4:23,

Now you are misquoting me! I asked whether you were a Commie - I didn't call you one, nor did I state that people who hate Trump are commies. That doesn't matter to you though, because you will attribute to me things I didn't say.

Are you like this with everyone in your orbit who speaks favorably of DJT? I wonder how many people around you self-censor in order to avoid your verbal abuse!

It was Mrs Cumbey who first explained how the New Age planned to turn the monothestic faiths - Muslims, Jews, and Christians - against each other (including Protestants against Catholics) in order to destroy the U.S.A. This dynamic has ramped up considerably in the last 7 years to include "political belief."

You resorting to calling people who like Trump "Nazis" instead of making a cogent argument does call into question both your judgment and your moral character.

We are now living through an attempt to overthrow the nation (and West) by making us hate each other, yet you cannot see it; in fact it was Constance's and Dorothy's work that gave me the eyes to see and understand what is now ramping up into the highest gear. As Dorothy might have said, "New Age seeks to divide and conquer in order to destroy the U.S.A., and you are helping it."

    Hey 4:10AM,

The only one who needs to repent is you - of bearing false witness against people by falsely claiming they worship Trump because they see the hand of God at work in his presidency.

God always works through His children; this is seen repeatedly throughout scripture. Believing this does not mean "worshipping" someone.

Your inability to tolerate differences of opinion respectfully points to a spiritual issue. "We are in a spiritual war" has never been more true than now, at least in my lifetime.

When he raised the flag full staff then lowered it half staff I asked him why, puzzled. He looked at me kindly and said because of the president. Now when I see a flag half staff I joke - what, did the mayor's dog die? since it's lowered so often it has lost any real meaning anymore. I suppose in today's parlance you might say the Flag has been weaponized. Sad.

Japan’s most senior cancer doctor: COVID shots are ‘essentially murder’

Dr. Masanori Fukushima has called on the World Health Organization to lead an investigation of the harmful outcomes of the COVID shots.

Dr. Fukushima pointed out that “turbo cancers,” a kind “previously unseen by doctors” that progress extremely quickly and are typically in stage four by the time they are diagnosed, have started to appear after the jab rollouts. These “turbo cancers” are emerging along with excess mortality due to cancer in general, which Fukushima says cannot be explained only by lost opportunities for screenings or treatment during the COVID outbreak.

As a tragic example of the fatal danger of the COVID shots, the oncologist shared the story of a 28-year-old man who was found dead by his wife when she tried to wake him in the morning, five days after he received his second Pfizer shot.

“The doctor who did the autopsy said that when he tried to remove the heart, it was soft and had disintegrated,” Fukushima said. “And even just one case like this shows how dangerous this vaccine can be.”

He pointed out that these severe harms, including death, have been afflicting people – post-jab – who have a history of good health.

“It’s serious. It’s essentially murder. In the end, I want to state clearly that this is my view,” the doctor said.

Any relief these students can get who have had their lives hijacked by exorbitant tuition costs, is welcome and deserved IMHO. What has happened to college tuition is nothing short of OBSCENE. Sadly, it was my generation that probably foisted these costs on the younger one. My tuition through law school totaled $2700 for the whole stint. $300 my first semester which started in January 1972; $400 a semester for the next two semesters. Another $800 for the next year, $800 for the last year. I graduated in May 1975, took and passed my Bar Examination with a high score in July 1975. Tuition at MSU (Michigan State), WSU (Wayne State) and DCL (Detroit College of Law)) was then affordable. Sadly, so many in my generation that benefited from reasonable tuition, went on to inflict high tuition on the next generation, preventing them from being able to launch their adult lives. I'm not goingo to condemn anybody giving these overburdened younger generation relief.

    2. They executed this warrant at 9am in broad daylight in cars clearly designated at law enforcement. That is not how they would typically execute a warrant against any other suspected terrorist or insurrectionist knowingly withholding Top Secret government documents. Interesting read. . .

Methodist Heritage: Peter Cartwright (1785-1872) — By Edmund Robb III 1976

excerpt - "Cartwright’s sermon text that night was, “What shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?”

As Cartwright was reading his text, General Andrew Jackson walked up the aisle to the middle post and gracefully leaned against it. There were no vacant seats.

“Just then,” Cartwright recalled, “I felt someone pull my coat, and turning my head, my fastidious preacher – whispering a little loud – said, ‘General Jackson has come in! General Jackson has come in.’

“I said, “Who is General Jackson? If he don’t get his soul converted, God will damn his soul as quick as He will a Guinea [slave]."

    Saving Saint Brigid
    Charles A. Coulombe
    May 23, 2024

excerpt - "But as the earlier noted referenda indicate, the Catholic Ireland of yore is no more. In place of the omnipresence of the Faith has seeped in the New Age, Neo-Paganism, and Wicca – three similar but distinct artificial faiths, created by various persons in the 19th and 20th centuries. Given that many Christian customs were redeemed from paganism long ago, the adherents of these religions often seek to reverse the process, despite the inauthentic nature of the results. Nowhere is this process more obvious than in Ireland, and with nothing so much as the cultus of St. Brigid.

For starters, she shares a name with a pagan goddess. Now, conflating the two is a bit like combining St. Martin of Tours with Mars, the Roman god of war – after all, they were both soldiers, and the name of the one is a derivative of the other. Needless to say, this would be a terrific historical misuse of St. Martin’s memory – but never mind; if it serves a purpose, that is all that is required. One of the major pagan Celtic feasts, Imbolc, fell on February 1, the day St. Brigid died, which is enough for Neopagans to annex her. Worse still, since the eves of major holy days were associated with weird legendry, it helped the Wiccans that the feast is also Candlemas Eve. Her votive fire can be attributed to lingering fire worship on her part.

Of course, not all subscribers are US citizens. (For the record, Jan Halper-Hayes isn't a US citizen). Elijah Stream Network has a global impact. The largest number of viewers are probably not subscribers. Just one subscriber or viewer has the potential of re-sharing with thousands of others. Apologists or non-adherents would comprise a very low percentage of total subscribers. I'm perplexed - why the attempt to downplay its influence.

1:17 PM In light of the fact that Tom Cotton is on Trump's short list for VP, this is interesting, too.
"When Trump unexpectedly won the presidency, it wasn’t just Steve Bannon who took a newfound interest in Andrew Jackson—and Walter Russell Mead. Suddenly, old copies of Mead’s 2001 book, Special Providence, were being pulled off shelves by those who hoped to understand Trump, and Mead’s essays in places like Foreign Affairs and The American Interest and columns in the Wall Street Journal were soon required reading among those Republicans, like the young hard-liner Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton, who sought to advise Trump and harness his message of economic nationalism and deep skepticism of immigrants and internationalists. (“Insights that have stood the test of time,” Cotton said of Mead, recommending his book to listeners of The Global Politico last fall; the two have become so close that Mead attended Cotton’s 40th birthday party last spring.)"

The mask continues to be removed, and in the process, Rome continues to be exposed for the whore that she really is. Keep in mind, James Martin has the 'blessings' of Pope Francis:

Jesuit Father James Martin: Church Would Be ‘Immeasurably Poorer’ Without Gay Priests

ROME — Pro-LGBTQ+ Jesuit Father James Martin said Wednesday that he has known “hundreds” of gay priests in his life as a Jesuit, in response to comments by Pope Francis that there is too much “faggotry” in seminaries.

“In my 25 years as a priest and almost 40 as a Jesuit, I’ve known hundreds of holy, faithful and *celibate gay priests,” Father Martin wrote on X. “They’ve been my superiors, my teachers, my confessors, my mentors, my spiritual directors and my friends.”

The Jesuit order, in fact, is known to have a remarkably high percentage of homosexual members, making it unsurprising that Father Martin has had gay priests as superiors, confessors, mentors, teachers, and spiritual directors.

According to the estimates of one of Martin’s Jesuit brothers, some 50 percent of the members of the Jesuit order are homosexual.

“Roughly half of the Society under the age of fifty shuffles on the borderline between declared and undeclared gayness,” wrote Jesuit Father Paul Shaughnessy in a 2002 essay in the Weekly Standard, titled, “Are the Jesuits Catholic?”

*How does Martin KNOW that they are 'celibate?' The answer: he doesn't. He only KNOWS that they ARE homosexuals. How he came to this knowledge, he does not reveal.

Donald Trump may be crypto’s unexpected savior
Republicans say a second Trump administration would be a boon for crypto.

    https://www.politico.com/news/2024/01/08/donald-trump-crypto-savior-00132417

The cryptocurrency industry has spent the Biden era in a losing battle with Washington. If Republicans take power in 2024, it can still win the war.

Donald Trump derided crypto during his presidency, but if he returns to the White House he is expected to usher in policy and personnel that would be more aligned with digital asset firms. GOP lawmakers and conservative groups have drafted regulatory proposals in line with the industry’s wish list, and Republicans are already floating the names of potential regulators who would play a key role in turning the tide.

It would mark a major shift from President Joe Biden, whose administration and regulators are consistently taking a skeptical approach to crypto over what they see as risks to consumers and the broader financial system. Leading Democrats in Congress, including Senate Banking Chair Sherrod Brown of Ohio and Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, are likewise ramping up scrutiny. The crypto lobby in response is fighting back hard against policies designed to rein in the industry, including in court.

“If the second Trump administration takes place, [the] president will be a lot more friendly to the crypto industry,” said House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-Minn.), who endorsed Trump this month and is one of Capitol Hill’s leading crypto proponents.

  188. X @ 7:18 PM,

I skimmed through those comments just now. You'll notice that I merely copied the full title of the video, news article, etc., while hyperlinking its full contents. This is consistent with how I most always post things on here. This hardly means I considered myself as part of some "Trump train", as you wish to make it seem. Though I cannot possibly recall my full motivations, I'm thinking it had to do with juxtaposing the huge turnouts for Trump over against the pitiful turnouts for Biden.

And even at that, given the rather large a number of comments I made on that thread you only found three headlines containing something about a 'Trump train'.

As I commented briefly on one other post on that particular blog article (re Grudem and James White): Short answer: It's policy over personality! That has ALWAYS been my position.

I have no idea if Dominion is tied to Soros, Clinton, Pelosi, etc, or if the above videos are evidence of the Dominion counting. I haven't seen definitive proof of it. I don't know, is there irrefutable proof?

However, the videos @ 1:43 PM and 1:59 PM provide irrefutable evidence of votes GOING BACKWARDS one way and FORWARDS another. Very suspicious. Whatever the reason, this needs to be investigated.

Cult leader Trump's goal has been to be the major news story every single day since he announced his run for the presidency back in 2015. In that, he's been successful - didn't have to spend campaign dollars on advertising. Spent it on hush money payments instead. There's always a glimmer of hope that more folks will catch on before the election.
