    Constance,

Thanks, but isn't America a limited government, meaning there are issues which in which the minority rights can be upheld by coats, instead of being subject to votes?

Norwegian Killer Linked To Tea Party And EDL

Anders Behring Breivik posted links to the Atlas Shrugs website of the Tea Party’s Pamela Geller. Here you can see him under the name of Anders Behring (his middle name) posting links to Geller’s “Atlas Shrugs” site. That cache page is bing translated from Norwegian.

Here is a video of Pamela Geller addressing the Tennessee Tea Party convention. This is a list of links I just copied off her Atlas shrugs website to a stream of virulent anti Norwegian-Muslim articles Geller has been publishing:

January 2009: NORWAY: Jewish children are not allowed to play outdoors –

April 2011: Norway: Muslim Taxidrivers Refuse to Drive Jews to Synagogue

May 2009: More Jewish Graves Desecrated in Norway

2009: OSLO: ANTI-ISRAEL RALLY TURNS VIOLENT

2011: Norway: ALL Rapes In Past 5 Years Committed By Muslims

2008: Jewish Genocide watch: Jew Hatred in Norway Part II

2009: JIHAD ON THE JEWS: Something rotten in the state of Norway

2008: ISLAM ATTACKS – Death for Writer! Norway Hides

2007: Massive Islamic Terror Plots: Germany, Norway, Denmark

    2007: Email from Norway

2006: Norway calls for Israel Boycott

The links themselves appear to have been disabled. You could still see the links on Atlas Shrugs here as I type this. Someone more technically proficient than me might want to grab a screenshot before the list vanishes.

Geller has been actively promoting links between the Tea Party and the English Defence League. Geller states on her website that she had been in Oslo to attend a pro-Israel rally. It would be interesting to know whether Anders Behring-Breivik was also on that rally.

We are told that Behring Breivik acted alone. In truth he had ideological and communication links with organised far right networks every bit as solid as the comparable connections of Islamic terrorists.

According to Fox Business News, Obama has secretly told the banks that we are not defaulting!!!

While officials from the Obama Administration raised their rhetoric over the weekend about the possibility of a debt default if the debt ceiling isn't raised, they privately have been telling top executives at major U.S. banks that such an event won’t happen, FOX Business has learned.

I have sympathy for homosexuals, having known some all my life (I was in the arts as a child). I believe most of them are unable to change. However, I think it is not right to extend "marriage" rights to them, since marriage has a particular definition both in civil law and codes of most religions. Some of them CAN change, and should be encouraged to do so if they really can.
I believe miracles are possible and change can happen in many ways through God's intervention. That is the key, is it God's will that they change. Paul the Apostle
knew that it was not always God's will to eliminate the flaw or flaws that persist in us, and there is not
a great deal of use trying to understand why.

I appreciate the point of view of Pastor Jack Kelly on this, on his website Grace Through Faith. A fundamentalist preacher who understands this problem better than anyone of that type whom I know.

My childhood friends are dead of AIDS, some of them world famous artists or nationally famous.
Another cause for weeping. I am not homosexual myself but if one grew up in dancing and music schools, and had a father who was an artist, one is likely to know some homosexuals, some of them known really well.

EU politicians warn against xenophobia after Norway attacks

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero on Monday (25 July) called for a common EU response to fight xenophobia, echoing similar remarks by German chancellor Merkel and home affairs commissioner Malmstrom in the wake of the Norway killings.

"This is something extremely serious that requires a response, a European response, a shared response to defend freedom, to defend democracy, calling on people to rise up and fight radicalism, to respond against xenophobia," Zapatero said in a press conference in London after meeting his British counterpart.

If you would like a list of the attacks by the Religion of Peace around the world in the last two months, this number and descriptions will stun you. It did me. Granted every Muslim isn't a terrorist, but there are enough terror attacks so that there should be warnings about what is going on. Geller, Spencer and others are warning about things most people just ignore. Some are so used to taking lives through abortion that horrific killings of strangers doesn't bother them. They can get worked up over one cute little child and think they are sensitive souls, but tell them about some attack outside a police station, and their eyes glaze over.

Responding in kind to what Muslim terrorists do isn't the answer. We are civilized or we are supposed to be. Just what should our response be to those so possessed by evil that they can do these evil things.

Early on Bat Ye'ors writings were ignored. By now we should know that the news is what the powers that be allow. Could it be that when her writings began to serve their purposes they got the attention they have now, that purpose being to turn the religious followers against each other.

  17. I just received this from a writer who says that one of our forum participants in the comments section evidently took her out of context. I am not familiar with the subject, but for the record, here's her communication to me:

    Hi Constance,

From one writer to another, I wanted to approach you on a professional level regarding some comments that I discovered on your blog. I write for Examiner.com, and I was astonished to see a hit on a search engine for my Examiner title come up in association with comments made on your blog in regards to Bishop James Long.

    Here is the link: http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=11772087&postID=3323725371049614132

Whoever made the comments was highly misinformed, as I have never written any articles regarding the Bishop or any organization that he has ever been associated with. I did have someone come and comment on that article, leaving the exact same message found on yours, and I addressed it and removed it promptly, as it contained the Bishop's personal information, his phone number. If you read my article, you will see that it states not one thing about the Bishop or the institute the commenter refers to. The comment may state "From the article" but it was not, it was from a comment that had been left on it.

While I understand peoples' differing opinions regarding the paranormal, religion, etc. (and respect it), I do not think that anyone deserves to be harassed in person or by phone. I ask that you please remove the comments containing any personal contact information for the Bishop as to both prevent harassment of him and to maintain the level of professionalism on your blog that is apparent in your writing. I also wish to see any links to my articles removed as well that are not used in the proper context, as my story had not one thing to do with the subject matter contained in the comments.

    Thank you,

    Anita Brown

    Constance,

This is was in the guy's manifesto.

Q: What about atheists and Odinists, can they join the PCCTS, Knights Templar?

A: If you want to fight for the cross and die under the “cross of the martyrs” it’s required that you are a practising Christian, a Christian agnostic or a Christian atheist (cultural Christian).

The cultural factors are more important than your personal relationship with God, Jesus or the holy spirit. Even Odinists can fight with us or by our side as brothers in this fight as long as they accept the founding principles of PCCTS, Knights Templar and agree to fight under the cross of the martyrs. The essence of our struggle is to defeat the cultural Marxist/multiculturalist regimes of Western Europe before the we are completely demographically overwhelmed by Muslims.

I have studied Norse Mythology and have a lot of respect for the Odinist traditions. I consider myself to be a Christian, but Odinism is still and will always be an important part of my culture and identity.

Q: Is it likely that Odinists will support the cause of the PCCTS, Knights Templar, considering the fact that many of them hate Christendom?

A: First of all, as a Norwegian, I am extremely proud of my Odinistic/Norse heritage as it is an essential aspect of my culture and my identity. However, things aren’t black and white. Supporting the Christian cultural heritage does not automatically mean you hate Odinism or vice versa. There are pragmatical considerations Odinists have to evaluate as well. Do they really believe the symbolism of Mjöllnir (Thors hammer) has the potential to unite the Nordic peoples against the forces we are facing?

Do they really believe Odinistic symbolism would be more suitable compared to the uniting force of Christendom’s symbolism and that of the cross?

Anyone with half a brain will know that only the symbolism of the cross (which is a part of all the Nordic flags btw with the exception of Germany) has the potential to unite us for this cause. Choosing to fight under the banner of the cross, does not constitute that you have to reject your Odinistic heritage in any way or form. As for their claim that a Christian principle of suicidal humanism is a part of the root of our current problems, I couldn’t agree more. However, instead of abandoning Christendom altogether I know European Christendom can be reformed. The Church wasn’t always as weak and suicidal as it is today. The Odinists needs to understand that the Church they hate is the cultural Marxist Church and not the real Church. The Church I love doesn’t exist anymore because it has been deconstructed. However, I know that it can be reformed and that it again will embrace and propagate principles of strength, honour and self defense.

Instead of abandoning the Church we will save it and re-create it as a nationalistic Church which will tolerate and allow (to a very large degree) native cultures/heritage/thought systems such as Odinism.

As a cultural Christian, I believe Christendom is essential for cultural reasons. After all, Christianity is the ONLY cultural platform that can unite all Europeans, which will be needed in the coming period during the third expulsion of the Muslims.

Odinism is significant for the Nordic countries but it does not have the potency to unite us against such a devastating force as Islam, cultural Marxism/multiculturalism and capitalist globalism.

Odinists need not fear us as they should consider us brothers in our common fight. I strongly encourage them to support us. Because we might not succeed in our struggle to defeat the EUSSR cultural Marxist/multiculturalist hegemony without their support.

The PCCTS, Knights Templar is therefore not a religious organisation but rather a Christian “culturalist” military order.” (Breivik’s Manifesto, Pages 1453-1455)

    Genetic hybrid monsters....

Crazed scientists all over the globe are "playing god" with the very building blocks of life. Today, thanks to extraordinary advances in the field of genetic modification, scientists are now able to do things that were once unthinkable. Part human/part animal hybrid monsters are being created by scientists all over the planet and it is all perfectly legal. Scientists justify mixing the DNA of humans and animals by claiming that it will help them "cure diseases" and "feed the world", but the reality is that all of this genetic modification is a tremendous threat to the human race.

(And what does it say about the mainstream media that fails to cover this horror?)

Bill Harming Online Privacy Moving Through Congress

Today, the House Judiciary Committee is voting whether to approve legislation that would create a sweeping new provision requiring Internet companies (email, cloud, social networking, and more) to collect and retain hundreds of millions of records about the identity of online users. The bill, HR 1981, the "Protecting Children From Internet Pornographers Act of 2011," – if only it were that narrow! – is a direct assault on the privacy of Internet users and overlooks some key fixes that could actually help to address the very real problem of child exploitation.

We blogged about the bill's serious privacy implications back in May. Despite some recent amendments, the legislation still has fundamental problems.

The bill requires Internet companies to log all temporarily assigned network addresses, also known as IP addresses, for a minimum of one year. IP addresses directly link individuals to their online activity and can reveal very private information about everything from health concerns to political interests. And once all of this personal information about innocent Americans is collected, it would be available to law enforcement for any purpose.

  29. Two very important paragraphs from the Stratfor Report:

Moreover, the concept of a self-identified Justiciar Knight is quite similar to the idea of a “Phineas Priest” in the leaderless resistance model propagated by some white supremacists in the United States who adhere to “Christian Identity” ideology. In this model, Phineas Priests see themselves as lone wolf militants chosen by God and set apart to be his “agents of vengeance” upon the earth. Phineas Priests also believe that their attacks will serve to ignite a wider “racial holy war” that will ultimately lead to the salvation of the white race.

Leaderless resistance has also been advocated by militant anarchists as well as animal rights and environmentalist activists who belong to such groups as the Animal Liberation Front and the Earth Liberation Front. So it is not correct to think of leaderless resistance merely as a jihadist construct — it has long been used by a variety of militant actors.

My earlier post on this thread is out of place, even though I seem to be the only one responding to the article which started the thread, which was about rabbis standing against gay marriage. I feel I put myself too far out on this subject, talking about the gay friends of childhood who have died of AIDS. I am basically in mourning for all the lost friends and family of my life.
I do not know how people can be "upbeat' when all of this slaughter is going on around them. Where is our Lord to help these lost souls? My son says Christians are responsible for most war, and are not a positive force. I am seeing his point of view, sadly.

    Mariel,

Why does your son say Christians are responsible for most war?

The thing is civil marriage laws, broke down a long time ago. There are laws that have already divorced marriage from procreation and from children.

Not to mention, no fault divorce and pre-nuptial agreements.

Hence, I think churches would be more effective in starting a new marriage movement, that trying to fight gay marriage at this stage.

I do agree that they are mostly worried about conscience rights and religious freedom.

Hi Savvy, if you are reading here. I've been off this blog for some days, exhausted by the effects of our fire/smoke/ash here in Los Alamos.

My son is wrong, I think, about Christians starting most wars. He includes a lot of people as Christian who are only nebulously so, such as the Germans under Hitler.
He has a misunderstanding of the Crusades, not realizing that it was partly a defense movement against Islamic takeover of Europe and of Palestine.

I agree that a new marriage impulse would be wonderful. I am so lost without my husband of 40
years. That was a good marriage, and I appreciate what it can be. Much more than given credit for these days.
