The bowels of hell seem to be emptying out and finding warm reception in the OWS movement.
It definitely looks like the goal is martial law.
Will God at some point intervene with "The Warning" mentioned at www.thewarningsecondcoming.com ? Only time will tell.

Re: "The Warning Second Coming" website. Typical False Teaching from the R.C. church, for example, exhorting us to pray to "Saint Michael the Archangel". They can't even get their Angels and Saints straight! What is their reference for that? Answer: There is none. They made it up. Angels are not Saints, and Saints are not Angels! I thank the Lord for getting me out of that mess (after years in R.C. Grade School and two years of High School), into the glorious light of the Historic Gospel, i.e., I have been saved by Grace through Faith, by virtue of the Atoning Death of Messiah Jesus. I have not and cannot earn it. It's not possible. I was headed for the Pit, and Almighty God rescued me. My Salvation is a done deal, Praise be to the Triune God. Amen. Guillermo

Remember Putin was not only KGB but at one time he was actually KGB director. This talk about Russia having a plan for the US makes perfect sense to me. All you have to do sometimes is just look into someone's eyes and it can give away a person. Putin has a very cold look to him and especially when he is in dialogue with a US leader. Another thing I have been watching is that we are dismantling all of our biggest nukes. Is Russia dismantling theirs'??

  7. Constance wrote in the previous post: Remember, the Bible did not say that the end world would be atheist. Lucifer, whom the New Agers adore, always aspired to be worshipped as God and to take adoration away from our true Creator.

One of my frustrations is getting Christians to understand that the prefix "anti" in antichrist can also mean "instead of". Hyper-charismaticism wants to claim all the gifts yet they seem to forget about discernment! It's for this reason 2 Thess 2:9-12 is assumed to be those who are blatantly rebellious - as one guy recently stated: "10 Commandment breakers". They think they're too anointed to be deceived.

Anonymous, is it necessary to engage in Catholic bashing on this website? Perhaps if you had studied Catholicism when you were a Catholic you would not be so ignorant of the Church teachings. Regarding Catherine's post, there are many false prophets today. I would not trust prophesy from a prophet who has not been tested and found to be truly holy and endowed with the gift of prophesy. The test of any prophet is the character of the prophet, and the accuracy of the prophesies. (1Jn 4:1, Mt 7:15)

    To Byzcat at 6:04 PM,

Neither the author of the anon post at 2:57 PM nor the one at 4:20 PM have made any claim to being a prophet, nor would I say that the points therein are 'catholic bashing'. I'm sure as ex-catholics, neither of them is wanting to attack catholics but to expose Roman catholicism. There's a big difference.

So if it's not anon 2:57 PM, and it's not 4:20 PM

Then, Byzcat, just who do you mean in your comment?

Catholic bashing, muslim bashing, hindu bashing, etc, are all wrong. HOWEVER, exposing the false teachings of Roman Catholicism, Islam, Hinduism, etc, is the CORRECT thing to do!

Also, rebuking those who deliberately continue to promote such falsehoods, and being gentle in advising those who are caught up in them, is equally correct!

How about the 'false teaching' of smug arrogant fools who keep going around claiming to be 'saved' but -by their current actions (if they're not careful) - may themselves be headed for the pit of HELL?

  13. Although I don't agree with all teachings of the R.C. Church, I don't agree with all teaching of the Protestants either. It seems to vary from parish to parish, diocese to diocese, in my experience. I tried 4 R.C parishes in Seattle 20 years ago and they were all very bad. Good parishes on Maui and in Encinitas. Best church in town in Encinitas, better than the Protestant ones I tried (Episcopal,
Calvary Chapel, Four Square). I don't believe most folks are "saved from the pit" by leaving the R.C church, even though bad stuff goes on in some of the parishes and, who knows, in the Vatican?

My vision of Jesus in the sky, with seven stars, occurred the same day I left the R.C Church in Seattle, with nowhere to go. Was it a confirmation of my rightness in leaving? Was it a comfort to a person who had no place to go? I don't know. It was just the love of Jesus as that is all He had to say to me.

I am through ever discussing the virtues of the R.C. and Protestant churches. They area human concoctions. We desperately need the REAL Jesus to come back and tell us what to do, what to believe. Until then, we are in hell.

I'm sorry Constance but I won't be back to your blog.
I'm so tired of all the Protestant vs Catholic mess on here. There are more pressing issues in this world.
    If you're Catholic, great
    if you're Protestant, great.
The Lords timetable is winding down and the only thing that matters is your relationship with him. You would do better to watch whats going on and tell people about Jesus.

    Mariel: Just want to clarify
that I was first saved by Gods Grace through Faith (both are gifts), then, months later, when I was in my early 20's, I told my Parents that I was leaving the R.C. church because of my intolerance to False Teaching, which by that time had become more than obvious to me. This was without doubt the best decision I've ever made! Have never looked back. Guillermo

Pay heed to Matthew 5:22 :

    King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)

    Matthew 5:22

"But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire."

    John 1
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

    (King James Version)

  23. I only wish to post this that I read from the site "the warning second coming" to point out that it is not even a catholic site. This site is New Age...

"Calling all religions to join together

It is time now for my Father’s children and followers, as well as those who believe in the superior being that is God, the creator and maker of all things, to join forces as one. Irrespective of which path you follow God, or whether you believe in Me, his only beloved son, stand together as one. Fight the group that represents the Evil One. He is your enemy if you believe in God, the Eternal Father. He is trying to stop you from entering Paradise by lying to his followers that he, too, will take them to an equally beautiful divine paradise. Those poor deluded and trustworthy followers cannot see through the deceit because they are blinded by the lure of materialist glory."

With that said, I agree with Constance, this is about Occupy Wall St. Let us put away the arguing over whose more what...when the time comes and they ask us to renounce our faith, they will not ask us if we will renounce Mary's name. They will not ask us if we believe in Mary. They will ask us if we believe in Jesus. They will put us to death for His sake. If a catholic or a protestant dies in the name of Jesus, I wouldn't be so quick to judge one over the other. For they are both confessing by laying down their lives, that Jesus' name is above all...and Jesus' name is the one that saves.

He that endures til the end SHALL be saved. You must run the race to the end and stay faithful. No one is yet saved. That comes after either the first or second resurrection. Even Paul had to keep his eye on the prize. A 10 second sinners prayer does not save a person as most of the Christians in the world believe. Many of these will be the ones to whom Jesus says "depart from me, I never knew you". I know that we should stay on the topic of Occupy wall street. But this needs to be said because some comments here are in gross error and unbiblical.

  31. Jesus with seven starts - my guess is, that He was saying that the RC is heir to all the warnings He gave the seven churches in the first chapters of Revelation, and to watch out for similar churches outside the RC.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Anonymous10:35 PM

The seven churches account in Revelation has a dual message. Yes it is talking about the conditions of the local churches of John's day, but is also directed to all of us as individuals. It is not referring to churches of this day at all. Look inward (your own heart and its shortcomings) instead of looking at denominations. Remember the plank in the eye?

    ReplyDelete
  33. seven churches in Revelation as relevant to each of us - yes, I have run into warnings I felt related to me at times. But a whole congregation and even a denomination can be a fit also at times. sometimes it is a cross denominational school of thought like the semi Christian right wing or the sold out to the flesh liberal church scene on the other hand.

Yes, I got my morning chuckle out of that one. Apparently the same bureaucratic body was going to ban the sale of "bent" bananas and cucumbers, until the ridicule got to be so loud they backed off.

When stupidity gains the reins of power, that's a dangerous time for all!

  37. Anonymous6:48 PM

    Mariel,

We are not in hell, we are in the church era. That means persecution, but let's man up and accept it as Jesus purifying his bride, which it sadly needs. And it won't go on forever because there will come a day when He's back in the flesh. That's real day on a real calendar, not an abstract spiritual concept. I don't know when, but it will happen, and fairly soon in view of globalisation.

I regard the 7 churches of Revelation as genuine letters to 7 congregations but also as archetypes of what can go wrong with congregations. Not more, not less. Not a picture of eras of church history!

As for the importance of water... see Dr Strangelove!

Spanish elections were held today. The Popular Party won an absolute majority in the Parliament, but regional parties also increased their local majorities.

This means that as the Popular Party implements austerity measures, namely cutting government jobs and a variety of spending that is keeping vast numbers of Spaniards afloat, the anger in the Catalonian and Basque region could explode in renewed separatist movements.

We will probably see violence in the Basque region, and a strong push in Catalonia for independence.

Pen mightier than sword, Russia insists

" In the spirit of transparency, President Dmitry Medvedev has reiterated Moscow’s need for written guarantees that the US missile defense shield in Europe would not be targeted at Russian territory.
Medvedev was meeting with US President Obama on the sidelines of the APEC Summit in Honolulu, Hawaii.
On his way back from the summit, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke more about the situation. "It was said: if we are heard – and President Medvedev made a clear statement to Obama – we want to have some clear guarantees on paper.”
The Foreign Minister mentioned “problems with the Congress” as the reason for Washington’s foot-dragging on what should be a mere bureaucratic formality.
“If there are some problems with the Congress, as we are told – no one has ever tried to give us the guarantees," he said.
Although the Democrats have their man in the Oval Office, the Republicans continue to enjoy an unprecedented amount of influence in the Washington decision-making process.
Former Vice President Dick Cheney, for example, who began his Washington career back in 1975 as Gerald Ford’s chief of staff, almost singlehandedly defeated Obama’s efforts to shutter Guantanamo Bay detention facility, a task that the president had promised to complete once in office. Four years on, the facility branded ‘the GULAG of our times’ by Amnesty International is still open for business."
