"And then Obama spoke eloquently of expanding veteran's health care, making military families a top priority. Wife Michelle even took time, he reminded, to "learn about the unique burdens" of his audience, and he garnered much applause while assuring pay raises and the ever-important "expanded counseling and outreach."
I was impressed, truly, until I wasn't.For even as the president spoke, his budget was being prepared. And in Chapters 95 through 98 of OMB's Budget Options, Volume 1, Health Care, possible details of the Democrats' plans for the troops have been published.
In the nutshell of my column space, I can't give many numbers. Rest assured they're ugly and undo years of promises and progress for military families. Most new guidelines would begin in 2011, conveniently after mid-term elections. If implemented, they'll hit hard.
Option 95 is titled: Increase Health Care Cost Sharing for Family Members of Active-Duty Military Personnel. It's self-explanatory.
Option 96 introduces punitive new co-pays and other out-of-pocket fees for our oldest, frailest veterans, the ones on a true fixed income. Members of TRICARE For Life, Obama plans to hold them responsible for their first $525 in medical costs and 50 percent of the next $4,725, indexed to increase with inflation. So much for their sacrifices and promises made.
Option 97 will affect my family. It's entitled: Increase Medical Cost Sharing for Retirees Who are Not Yet Eligible for Medicare. These cost increases (doubling enrollment fees and raising co-pays and deductibles dramatically) would burden widows and orphans of KIAs, as well as former service members aged 38-65. This includes troops wounded severely in combat with limited access to VA care.Option 98, which I call Pay Again to Play, puts new fees on lower income vets, adding them to millions who already must give again to their government for once-promised health care. On page 189, the OMB bean counters recommend eliminating TRICARE For Life entirely.
As hopeful hearts turn heavy, the writing is on the OMB Web site. Is the new administration calm on top, like a duck, pledging support? Will its feet slash and burn out of sight below, delivering promises to the wrong groups, while betraying our deserving troops?
Patriots everywhere should be concerned. Call Congress. Write. Only a backlash will stop them from sliding these changes, and our military, under the door.
lbarmstrong3378@comcast.net
Yes, complain about this one. The military families have suffered quite enough without these additional burdens. We owe them at a MINIMUM, decent health care!

From Bloomberg (04/03/09):
ReplyDeleteG-20 Shapes New World Order With Lesser Role for U.S., Markets
Global leaders took their biggest steps yet toward a new world order that’s less U.S.-centric with a more heavily regulated financial industry and a greater role for international institutions and emerging markets.
At the end of a summit in London, policy makers from the Group of 20 yesterday delivered a regulatory blueprint that French President Nicholas Sarkozy said turned the page on the Anglo-Saxon model of free markets by placing stricter limits on hedge funds and other financiers. The leaders also pledged to triple the resources of the International Monetary Fund and to hand China and other developing economies a greater say in the management of the world economy.
“It’s the passing of an era,” said Robert Hormats, vice chairman of Goldman Sachs International, who helped prepare summits for presidents Gerald R. Ford, Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan. “The U.S. is becoming less dominant while other nations are gaining influence.”

This Georgia newspaper starts out with "possible democratic budget option" and winds up with Obama named specifically for reductions in benefits and rises in costs as if this is already law.
ReplyDeleteWhy is anyone surprised about Obama. You don't get to be president unless you are totally soldout to the elite and have at least a strong sympathy for the New Age if not a full blown supporter.
ReplyDeleteI have from before the election, and haven't changed, expected Obama to stick the knife in our backs and support the destruction of our country (by the way, I don't believe John McCain would have been any different).
I don't believe we've seen anything yet and believe the elite's goals are now in reach and they will push through their plans no matter what anyone thinks. Expect them to get more open and bolder as each week goes by.
Not surprised.

you can read more about the European Rapid Reaction Force, how the media doesn't cover world government even though that is what G20 was about and Helen over in England writes "America is still our greatest ally and leader of the Western world. Whether it will be all of that as this Administration unrolls remains to be seen."

Then, in a private meeting, Big O got Sarkozy to agree to take one of the "Guantanamo 248." This is a huge step. We expect Germany will take one, too. And Secretary of State Dick Holbrooke and his assistant, Hillary, think they have cut a deal with the Syrians, who will take the rest with no strings attached. Just shows what a little honey can do. ReplyDelete"The EU is poised to become a significant global actor. In the next five years it must not only respond
to a growing demand for crisis management, but also define and implement a foreign policy culture
and approach that provide a role model for global security. Much has been done since 2003 to
prepare for this role. As Javier Solana points out, there is a ‘European model’ of multilateralism,
coherence and partnership emerging in foreign policy. However, this model is not fully codified at
present and the EU has developed a limited common language to express what this model is and how
it works.
The emerging European model is perhaps the only way that the global security needs of the twentyfirst
century can be fulfilled. A new phase of the European Security and Defence Policy is needed to
spell out the philosophy and the operating methods that define a European Way of Security. For 50
years the European Union has applied its inventiveness to creating a peaceful community among its
member states. Now it needs to show that it can be equally innovative and committed in addressing
crises in the wider world.

ReplyDelete‘I have some concerns about the new Israeli government’
Do you have any concerns about the new Israeli government?
Yes, I have some concerns. I have devoted much of my energy to try to construct a two-state solution. This is our dream and objective, like Turkey as well as the international community. I think dealing with an Israeli government that does not recognize the two-state formula will be more difficult. I hope very much that this government, despite some of the statements that have been already made, will continue to work for a two-state solution and do this very rapidly. This should not be done in 100 years’ time. That has to be done now.

"Common Ground: Science and Religion in Dialogue for a Sustainable Future
http://www.policyinnovations.org/calendar/data/000041
Sunday, May 3, 2009
03:00 PM to 03:00 PM
Description:
Given what scientists confirm is the state of our planet, it is critical that science and religion engage each other and share their diverse approaches to understanding our interdependence and our impact upon the earth. Creating such dialogue is essential for understanding the earth as not only a biophysical home, but also as the common ground for the interdependence and unity of all life.
Though science and religion may speak differently about value or meaning, the earth figures centrally for both modes of knowledge. Our common cause motivates our need to understand our effects upon the earth and each other, and calls for global collaboration to sustain the living world.
On Sunday and Monday, May 3 and 4, 2009, The Center for the Study of Science and Religion at the Earth Institute of Columbia University, in collaboration with the Fetzer Institute of Kalamazoo, Michigan, is holding a public dialogue between science and religion on sustainability.
Join us as scholars, leaders, and activists from diverse perspectives meet to describe and plot a path toward a sustainable and equitable future. We look forward to exciting conversations as our distinguished speakers explore these topics.

Constance, this may be off topic but I know you were good friends with Herb Peters and he seems to have had some extraordinary insight into prophecy. I found a timeline where he stated that Daniels 70th week would not last for a full 7 years but perhaps 6 years or so due to Christ' return to earth. I had never heard that, but it answers a few questions and actually makes sense.
ReplyDeleteDo you also agree that the week would be cut short of the full seven years? Is there a specific scripture stating such?
Thanks for all your help, it's much appreciated!
Have I answered my own question? Perhaps the 7 years is referring to the 7 year covenant, but scripture doesn't necessarily say that the seals, trumpets and bowls endure for the full seven years.
ReplyDeleteAny thoughts on this are apprecieated ;-)

Emerging Technologies for the Future
7th and 8th May 2009/ Brussels
NEWS OPINION BLOGS AGENDA ADSBRIEF BOOKS CONFERENCES
The objective of this conference is to discuss critical business and societal issues relating to the future "Internet of Things", address concerns to embrace its development for the benefit of European society and explore the challenges ahead. The development of ever more inexpensive, smarter devices - ranging from ID tags to sensors to wearable computers - coupled with the "unwiring" of the networks they connect to, promises to transform the way we use and think about the Internet.
The conference is taking place on Thursday, May 7, 2009 8:30 AM - Friday, May 8 1:00 PM CET at: Sofitel Brussels Europe Hotel, Place Jourdan 1, Brussels 1040, Belgium.
Join business leaders, consumer advocates, policymakers and entrepreneurs to find out how this Internet of Things will impact our interaction with the real and virtual worlds. Panelists and speakers at the Internet of Things Europe 2009 conference will share their insights into this developing phenomenon:
What can be learnt from experience with radio frequency identification (RFID) technology?
What new business opportunities arise for vendors, application developers and network operators?
How can public policy be used to encourage research and innovation?
What novel service and communication architectures may be required to support the Internet of Things?
What new regulatory and consumer and civil rights issues are posed by such smart, connected devices?
OK, please help me understand.
ReplyDeleteFor years, Constance has been teaching us that the New Age Movement's (New World Order's) long term GOAL is to remove a certain large percentage of the world's population from this earth. Then, when we go and try to warn family and friends, they call us "Kooks"...saying,"Oh, that will NEVER happen."
Then, when a few brave souls on this blog have the "audacity" to point out the very REAL fact that Halliburton's subsidiary, Kellogg Brown & Root was given a $385 MILLION dollar contract in early 2006 by our own government's Department of Homeland Security to build HUNDREDS of detention centers...and that their locations in every state are now well documented...then some of the "kooks" on Constance's blog start treating the rest of us like we're the "kooks." LOL (just too ironic and just too funny).
Yeah, yeah - we know. They were built for "immigration purposes"...or "natural disaster purposes"...or "purposes of a national emergency."
Only the government that I have come to know, and become just a little bit suspicious of, doesn't seem to be interested in putting illegal aliens in detention centers. They are too busy ALLOWING them into our country to take American jobs, or to join powerful drug gangs already firmly intrenched in one of our 230 cities. As for natural disasters, WHERE was our government's "heart" and compassion during Hurricane Katrina...when we got to watch the poor people of New Orleans stranded on roof tops, dying of hunger and thirst before our very eyes on live television? And what "national emergency" are we talking about? Oh wait - there's always Martial Law. Oooooohhhhhh - but hey, don't mind me - I'm just one of those OTHER "kooks."

ReplyDeleteThese web sites are too numerous to mention. All a person has to do is google the subject and voila.
If you can refute it, then be our guest and go ahead and refute it. So far, we haven't seen any proof from your side of the argument either.
Maybe the truth is that certain people are in denial that this could actually happen here in the great United States of America.
Also, if this were a healthy debate, you wouldn't need to try to tear down and insult your opposition. You would stick to the issue.
Anonymous 2:27
ReplyDeleteYou said it, you prove it.
"and that their locations in every state are now well documented". If I said 200 leprechauns are attacking Atlanta, I wouldn't expect you to prove they weren't. See how that works.
UNFOUNDED SPECULATIONS do not constitute healthy debate. If I said 200 leprechauns were attacking Atlanta and you said no, it was 200 lesbians, this wouldn't be considered healthy debate. See how that works.
Unfounded speculation only makes those of us seriously fighting the New Age movement look like a bunch of loons who can believe anything that tickles the ear.
While formation coming out of DC, Brussels and other such sources can be frightening, it is not at the level of whether it is 200 leprechauns or 200 lesbians that are attacking Atlanta. See how that works! The real information is most often dry and boring, complicated to follow, embedded in a mass of numbers and statistics and tied to people in suits with names. It involves long term planning. It is not discussed nightly on Coast to Coast.
Did anyone catch the "as above - so below" symbolism at the NATO conference today?

By the way, it's your homework. You made the allegation. Prove it. The fact is, you can't or you would. You're not my teacher. You don't assign me homework. I've nothing to learn from you.
Those who follow your line of thinking believe bold sweeping statements made by fear mongers who want to arouse the fears of people and make them dependent on the fear monger for further gossip which they generally sell. They distract those on the right track by getting their adrenalin aroused with wild statements that can't be proved, only suggested.
Whether it's Marrs, Rense, LaRouche, Jones or other con artists, their information never leads back to the hard work done by serious researchers. Who wants to take the time to examine bills in Congress when aliens are coming or Maitreya is just around the bend. Heck, they believe let the suckers think they are getting the big picture, not details. They tell the suckers they REALLY KNOW.
And you know something, it works. After almost 30 years there are very, very few serious researchers of the New Age movement. There are the end timers who want to endlessly speculate on the ten horns or some such. There are some academics who pick a section like the occult and work it to death. There are the conservative spokesmen like Limbaugh, Hannity, Medved, Levin, Regan, Coulter, etc., up to date entertainers who wouldn't touch information about the New Age movement with their gold money making septers. Then there is the Coast to Coast crowd who senses are shocked, I tell you shocked, night after night with wonderous tales of crop designs, UFOs, ghosts, predictions and reincarnation stories. Then there are the professional antisemites with their tales of villains who operate in the dark of night to destroy us all and if you send them more money, they can tell you more secrets. Then there are the rip off writers with their spritely rehashes of old material.
With all of these amazing distractions for the popular audience, who has time for boring, serious, academic level looks at New Age growth.
I think it's planned that way and that's a conspiracy I believe.

Dear anonymous 10:03,
ReplyDeleteYou are most certainly not anonymous 6:07, whom Paul was referring to.
If you are, you are faking the bad spelling.
Constance sometimes corrects people's spelling, but I am not Constance. I'm just someone who stopped by to say hello last night at 10:02.
Obviously no one missed me, hehehe.
By they way, if you want to see a lovely movie and forget about all the doom and gloom for a while, I just rented Miss Potter. It was very, very soothing and beautifully done. Miss Potter was obviously an environmentalist, but she was a gal after my own heart- creative and sensitive. The movie was gorgeous.
Rent it, and forget about the FEMA camps and mailbox dots for a while!
Okay, see you all in another coupla(SP) months!
Share International updated their website. I copied a little piece below. Lets see, I guess they are waiting for Venus to move beyond the sight of men for the star to appear, and when Maitrey comes on the scene he won't be called Maitreya so that men will judge his ideas rather than his status. I don't know if there is anything new here or not. How long can they keep dragging this out?
ReplyDelete***********************************
Behind the scenes, Maitreya watches carefully these happenings, and gives succour wherever the Law allows. He waits, patiently, for the build-up of response to the sign of His Emergence, the “star-like luminary of brilliant power” on which many now gaze in wonder and even love.
What is desired is some measure of public debate about the significance or meaning of the Star, thus signifying the emergence of Maitreya, the World Teacher. The greater and more public the discussion, the greater does it prepare the way for Maitreya’s entry. Soon there will be no gainsaying. Very soon, Venus will move beyond the sight of men and so leave the platform of the heavens open to the Star. Then there will be no doubt that the Star is there for all to see.
If sufficient discussion can be fostered on the various media and internet it will not be long until men see and hear Maitreya speak. He will not be so called, that men can judge His ideas rather than His status.
Crisis
As the economic crisis deepens, a singular reaction is appearing in many countries: alongside the fear, bravado and growing despair is a new understanding of the reasons for the crash -- the greed and competitive spirit at the centre of our systems and, therefore, the need for sharing. Of themselves, many are awakening to this basic truth and see sharing as the answer to injustice and war. Thus are many ready for Maitreya’s Call. This realization will grow as the crisis bites deeper and deeper into the shaky fabric of the outworn forms and structures that no longer work, can never be made to work for long.
When Maitreya speaks, He will show that this is so, that the world is ready for the adoption of new and better forms, based on the true needs of the peoples everywhere. His is the task to focus and strengthen this growing realization of the oneness and unity of men, of their mutual dependence and awakening divinity. Thus will Maitreya and humanity work together for the restoration of this world.

ReplyDeleteTake a moment and see the images from the links and then read the paragraph below, which is from one of them - remembering a month and a half ago the "star" that everyone was fussing over was actually Venus.

Tablet of Shamash
Babylonian, early 9th century BC
From Sippar, southern Iraq
The restoration of the Sun-god's image and temple
This stone tablet shows Shamash, the sun-god, seated under an awning and holding the rod and ring, symbols of divine authority. The symbols of the Sun, Moon and Venus are above him with another large sun symbol supported by two divine attendants. On the left is the Babylonian king Nabu-apla-iddina between two interceding deities.
Now spend time reflecting on what is transpiring at this very moment.

ReplyDeleteIn all my conversations with Herb Peters, which were many, many, I never heard him say such a thing. If he expressed such a belief to others, I have no present knowledge. Herb and I did have some differences of opinion on prophetic interpretation. We both agreed, as I recall, on the interpretation of 2nd Thessalonians, Chapter 2. We both agreed that TIME AND EVENTS would eventually tell -- that neither of us had all the answers and that humility was required to approach the subject. We both agreed that it would be very nice if the pre-trib rapture people were right, but it would be devastating to all if they were not and people lost their faith because they believed no persecution were ever to come upon them.

to 1:35 p.m. You are absolutely right about the Halliburton contract which has long been of concern to me. I am also, however, worried about the "Mark of Michigan" syndrome which was stirring up hysteria and paralysis. Real things are happening, but what we have to remember is HOW TO WAKE PEOPLE UP WITHOUT SCARING THEM TO DEATH.
ReplyDelete"They overcame the beast by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB and the WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY and THEY LOVED NOT THEIR LIVES UNTO THE DEATH."
The purpose of this is wake up, prepare, but let's not inspire our own to go on missions that can inspire the Javier Solanas and Karen Armstrongs of the world to point to more urgent needs to restrain us.
I do appreciate your research and work.

I apologize for "scaring" anyone here. That was not my intention.
I just felt that if I can't discuss this subject here - then, where can I discuss it?
We can all be comforted by the fact that, as long as we place our complete faith and trust in God, our Father in Heaven - He will guide us and give us the necessary grace and strength to deal with any dark days ahead.

DouginMi,
ReplyDeleteThat's interesting. I just checked the Lord's Prayer from the Message:
Our Father in heaven,
Reveal who you are.
Set the world right;
Do what's best— as above, so below.
Keep us alive with three square meals.
Keep us forgiven with you and forgiving others.
Keep us safe from ourselves and the Devil.
You're in charge!
You can do anything you want!
You're ablaze in beauty!
Yes. Yes. Yes.
The Freemasons use this too! Maybe there is something to Freemason conspiracy. Gulp!

The study of things to come in the future based on Bible prophecy is termed Biblical Eschatology. There are a variety of views on what is to come. These differing views are held by equally sincere christians and in general have to do with their respective methods of interpreting prophetic passages of scripture.
Representatives of each view have books detailing their sequence of prophetic events according to their method of biblical interpretation.
To help me understand the different views and the basis for them I searched for and found a book that discussed them all, it is entitled "Things to Come" a study in Biblical Eschatology by J.Dwight Pentecost, Th.D.. Published in 1958, extensive Bibliography, Scripture Index, Subject Index, and thorough Table of Contents makes finding what I am looking for easy.
My position/view is dispensational, pretribulational and premillennial, for those who share this view there is an interesting variation within this view entitled "The Footsteps of the Messiah" A study of the sequence of Prophetic Events REVISED EDITION written by Dr. Arnold G. Fruchtenbaum. Dr. Fruchtenbaum is founder of Ariel Ministeries (www.ariel.org) and includes in his book 19 charts and diagrams that help to understand how the sequence of prophetic events unfold.
Both books are available at amazon.com or just google title.
Have Fun Searching for answers Jaclyn. Hope this helps with your search!

Can somebody please educate me on this particular position, "President of EU"? Exactly which countries comprise the EU, is the US included now?
ReplyDeleteI am very uncomfortable with Blair who has a Faith Foundation that seems to want to spread a one world religion, smacks of AoC.
Notice his last statement in the article, Without significant progess in 2009, the peace process in much jeapordy with decisions to be made.
I would appreciate some help understanding this position, Thanks!

Blair steps up fight to be crowned first 'President of EU'
Brown gives grudging blessing to his old rival's return to new job at centre of the global stage
By Jane Merrick, Political Editor
Sunday, 5 April 2009
Mr President? Another 'no' vote in the Irish referendum, or Angela Merkel's EU ambitions, could still thwart Blair.
Tony Blair has emerged as the leading candidate to become the first permanent president of the European Union after Gordon Brown gave his grudging blessing to the plan. The former prime minister has stepped up his campaign for the job, which he wants to use to build a bridge between Europe and the new Obama administration.
His return to the global stage would be a shock to his critics over the Iraq war and dismay many in Europe.
But The Independent on Sunday has learnt that Mr Brown has accepted that his old rival should be in pole position for the appointment, on the basis that Britain needs to have a key figure in the architecture of the "new world order".

A senior British official said: "He [Brown] will have to swallow hard to sit down in meetings once again with Blair. But he accepts that there needs to be someone from the UK in the new global architecture. There is no opposition to the plan. Things have moved on, people have moved on."
Other European leaders are also broadly supportive because they want a high-profile figure to represent the 27-nation bloc in the new alliance with the US administration. Mr Blair remains a popular figure in the US.
After initially trying to block Mr Blair as a possible candidate last year, the French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, has thrown his weight behind the former prime minister.
As the eyes of the world were on London's G20 summit last Wednesday, Mr Blair held private talks with the European Commission President José Manuel Barroso in Brussels. The talks focused on his work as Middle East envoy to the quartet of world powers, but it is almost certain that the two men discussed his candidacy. The former premier also visited Sweden last week, where he shared a platform with Bill Clinton at a climate change conference.
The presidency job is dependant on Ireland voting "yes" to the Lisbon Treaty, which creates the position. The Irish referendum will take place in the autumn.
But Mr Blair's plans could still be scuppered if Angela Merkel loses the German general election in September. She is thought to have a strong desire for the job in the event of defeat.
Britain has already thrown its weight behind Mr Barroso to serve a second term as Commission President. His re-appointment would also strengthen the chances of a British name for the new job.
Mr Blair will have spent two years in the Middle East role by July, giving him a legitimate opportunity to claim he has devoted enough time to the job.
But critics will say Mr Blair has failed to make any significant breakthrough. There is also little chance of progress towards the two-state solution under the new hardline Israeli government led by Binyamin Netanyahu.
In a sign that Mr Blair's mind is on an exit from the Middle East, he said in Brussels: "I think the next six months will be completely critical in determining whether this process will move forward or whether it will slip back. I do believe that if there is not significant progress in the year 2009, the peace process will be in very great jeopardy, because there are decisions that have to be taken."
Jaclyn,
ReplyDeleteYou ask a good yet loaded question. The EU has been trying to create an office of the presidency to preside over the Council of Ministers for some time now. Today, that presidency is rotational. Every 6 months a member country is seated in that position. The last attempt to create the presidency position failed in 2005 when the French and Dutch rejected the Constitutional Treaty. In classic European style, they put forth the agenda again, this time in the Reform Treaty (known as the Lisbon Treaty). Ireland is the road block this time.
The European Union presently has 27member states but extends its borders through what is known as association and regionalization agreements. The Mediterranean is one very important example. In 2007, several states incorporated themselves into the Union's economic and political framework through what is known as the European Neighborhood Policy. This agreement was confirmed for 7 years and has a mid-term review in mid-2010. If a signatory nation has not met EU political, social, and economic benchmarks, that nation is subject to expulsion.
At the core of the European Union is the Western European Union. The WEU is the 10 nation military branch of the EU and without them today's European Union would not exist. The Western European Union and the Council of Ministeres are the holders of the power. The Commission has some power while the Parliament has none other than being a rubber stamp.
Even should the EU realize a Presidency position, it will be a figure head position. The real power is in the area that controls Common Foreign Security Policy.

I totally dislike the "Message." There are many people who think it is the greatest interpretation. As you can see from its version of the Lord's Prayer, it is a total distortion of the Word of God. Why does it use language similar to the Freemasons? I appreciate the "Message" as much as I appreciate a spring snow storm.

Thanks Rich! That helps to tie everything together. I also had some confusion about the Lisbon Treaty.
ReplyDeleteSo it is my understanding that the Lisbon Treaty creates the office of the President of Europe, which will still be secondary to that held by the High Representative, Solana.
If I'm still confused, clarifications are welcome :-)
Constance, thanks for the point on fear.

When the message first came out, I appreciated some of the language, but I was blind to what the twists were. Now I just shake my head.
Hello everyone,
ReplyDeleteOn the latest issue of Benjamin Creme's Share International Magazine I found something very disturbing. There is a picture of the appearance of "Maitreya" in Irak. According to Creme's Master (Maitreya) this picture is real and it is him on the picture. What is more disturbing is that there is a video on youtube where you can see this figure of light dancing in a ceremony where the picture they talked about in the magazine was taken.
Here are the sources:

"He now preached one stunning and totally new message: that to be poor was good."...scripture quote...
It goes on with stuff that sounds frighteninly like Benjamin Creme. It's full of twists and slight of mouth.

"Jesus is one amongst several, no, not unique." This from a Baptist Seminary guy.
And Honi the circle maker one of the greatest miracle workers of the time...
They are really perverting scripture here.
I know this is way off topic, but for the Christians on this blog you might find this encouraging:

It's a video called the "Unleavened Messiah, A Portrait of Christ in the Passover"
Since Passover and our Lord's Resurrection are to be celebrated this week, I thought you might enoy this.

Doug in MI,
ReplyDeleteI've recommended a movie before called the Rape of Europa:
http://www.propheticvision.org.uk/
This fellow shows how elements of Babylon ended up in EU, and the prophetic implications. For example, prior to Hitler, the Gates of Hell from Nebuchadnezzer were brought to Berlin ( as well as the temple of Pergamum). When we look at Dan 2 there are elements of all the kingdoms in EU. EU is filled with elements of Ancient Greece.
God's kingdom will destroy the feet made of clay and iron but then it will destroy the rest of the kingdom too. If we analyze these kingdoms and their relationship to Israel, we can see how each kingdom stood against Israel. If we think historically and prophetically, this last kingdom will do the same, except much worse.
God will enter into the nations based on what they have done to His people ( Joel 3:2-3

MEMO: This year, if I'm not wrong, (50/50 chance)
The calender is configured the way it was during the year of the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Christ.
The Passover is on a Thursday, the Unleavened Bread is of course immedietely following it.
It was on the first day of the week, (Sunday) early in the morning when Mary Magdaline came to the tomb and saw him and he spoke with her.
There were three days and three nights that Jesus was in the tomb, just like Jonah.
He was a man well aquainted with sorrows.
Exodus 12, Leviticus23 and Lev.25, and Numbers 29 show that:
1 Jesus is the Passover Lamb
2 Jesus is the Unleavened Bread
3 Jesus is the Firstfruits of a new creation
4 Jesus is the Pentacost, or Feast of Weeks
5 Jesus is the Trumpet sound to call us together
6 Jesus is the Atonement for our sins
7 Jesus is the Tabernacle. God is with us.
You might say Jesus is the place where life begins and never ends.
"..every year by an ordinance, for ever."
Very Lovely, Paul.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this.
