    mac,

Concerning the fires in Greece it is worth noting that this is where the Olympic flame is kindled. This is a pagan ceremony in honour of Zeus. Notice also that the flames have come close to Olympia itself.
Next year the Olympic Games is in Beijing, China on 8/8/2008 and kick off at 8:08 PM.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Summer_Olympics
Yes, they like the figure 8 because it rhymes with the word which means 'prosper' in Chinese. But we know that in gematria Jesus adds to 888 in the Greek language.

Counting from 8/23/2007 (when the first deaths occurred in the Greek fires) to when the torch relay starts on 3/25/2008 we get 215 days and 2+1+5 = 8.
Also, from the date the torch relay is said to start on 3/25/2008 to the Opening Ceremony on 8/8/2008 is 136 days or 17 x 8. And 1+7 = 8.
    And the date of the Opening Ceremony 8+8+2+8 = 26 and 2+6 = 8.

    Interesting to say the least.

    Phil.

    Phil,
I had the same thoughts re Zeus and the fire. I really don't know if there's any connection with the blood moon and I tend to be skeptical about these things. But so many weird things are happening so close together - who knows? As Jan Markell says, "We live in exciting times."

Thanks for posting the 'OUT OF CORDOBA' movie link. I had just viewed a few nights ago a showing of this mosque from top to bottom (On regular TV-This was not the movie) - I believe it could be considered a 'world wonder' it was just magnificent. The article helped me to better understand their intentions.
O and by the way, thanks for the kind words on a past post regarding 'change agents'. Since you emphasized that term I have been seeing it all over the place. Someone even gave me a book titled 'Change Agents in the Schools - Destroy Your Children, Betray Your Country" by Barbara M. Morris (c)1979
If you get an opportunity to see this mosque do it - it is awesome.

Greek fires prompt plans for permanent EU emergency forces:

    http://tinyurl.com/2egqn5

...The EU executive's spokeswoman said several commission directorates are currently seeking ways to boost the bloc's ability to react in similar situations as it seems the existing system "may not be enough to react as quickly as one wishes to."
Brussels is contemplating setting up some sort of "standing intervention force" for different types of crises. The idea is to speed up joint actions so disasters can be tackled within hours of breaking out.
She added that the new concept could be unveiled as early as this autumn and it would be worked out according to several scenarios on how to best coordinate the emergency teams from different countries.
The envisaged "modules" - with eleven identified so far, one of them a forest-fighting module - would consist of "readily-deployable, pre-defined specialised clusters of personnel and equipment," according to the commission.
The spokeswoman stressed however "We're not talking about a European force based in Brussels, here in the European Commission, about ready to be launched when the crisis happens. We're not talking about that."

    We'll see,

Their rule over the world of Man lasted a long, long time, stretching back into the mists of prehistory.

"That rule was broken, perhaps, on Mt. Sinai when an old man trudged down from the peak carrying stone tablets and castigating a people who had made for themselves a graven image..."

Dorothy: thanks for drawing my attention to this. Fifteen years ago I said these words to my manager: Neo-pagan, he laughed and expressed shock at such a notion; too bad our culture has sunk so low that the pursuit of knowledge leaves us blind.

If you had seen, some years ago, The Lord of the Ring The Fellowship of the Ring , the movie, it was showing at theaters nation wide. I remember having felt the foreboding that I sense here in this quote from Timothy Birdnow: ”But the end came, and the old gods crept back into the realm of shadows to await their opportunity.”

As the Apostle Peter had said: “. . .giving all diligence , add to your faith virtue; and to virtue, knowledge. . .”

Ter Horst said the goal was not to combat extremist groups — a job for law enforcement and intelligence agencies — but to prevent them from forming....

"Multiculturalism “is used to prevent a national consensus among the electorate. It erodes values, cultures, beliefs, religions, ethnic habits, etc. ensuring a swirling river of discontent upon which the multiculturalists rides. It is a perfect method of ensuring that there can never be accord, unity, or a commonly shared destiny among those ruled.”

(Think open border between Mexico and US.)

"By such moves, you unleash a chain migration that will eventually smash nation states that have existed for ages. Yet this intra-European migration pales in comparison to the immigration from developing nations. The end result will — supposedly — be an entire continent of people without any national loyalties who will be divided, disoriented and thus presumably easier to control."

"Mass immigration was presented as “enriching the local culture.” In fact, it diluted it, and that was probably the point."

"Western Europeans had already accepted steadily increasing powers to the national nanny states for decades. All the EU had to do was to connect these established bureaucratic machineries on a supranational level into a complicated web virtually impenetrable to the average person. Only the skilled specialists and bureaucrats can maneuver within this maze, leaving great, and largely unrecognized and thus formally and informally unrestrained power, in the hands of the few on top pulling the strings."

There are many observant individuals, but they don't find each other to work together. And the average person is fed drivel by the O'Reillys, Medveds, Limbaughs, Hannitys, Savages and the rest, thinking that they are the epitome of dissent.

Regarding the "moon turning red" interest...

In this modern age we live in, we can accurately predict when future lunar or solar eclipses will occur.

The episode or time, in which the "sun goes black and the moon appears to be red as blood", is the sign of the "end of the age" (Matt 24:3&29), which is also the precursor to the "Day of The Lord" wrath, see Joel 2:31 and Isa. 13:6-13.

This "eclipse" will not be one predicted by man, and will cause the world to realize it's the end of the age, as well as the wrath of God (see Rev. 6:12-17).

Undoubtedly, the cosmic distrubances associated with the beginning of the Day of The Lord, are so great, that the people on the earth will recognize it as the end of the age, as well as God's judgement getting ready to be poured out (see Rev. 6:17)

    ReplyDelete
  21. Anonymous 11:27 AM- Excellent point. Even back at the time of Jesus' earthly ministry people aparently could give an acurate weather forecast:

    Matthew 16:2-4

2He replied, "When evening comes, you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,' and in the morning, 'Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.' You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times. 4A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a miraculous sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah."

    There's something on the horizon
that will far surpass anything mankind has experienced or has the ability to predict.

    Matthew 24:21
For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again

    Joel 2:31
The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD

    Revelation 6:12
I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red,

    Luke 21:25
"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea."

    Lord have mercy...

    Psalm 32:7
You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance

    Dear Constance,
Christian Amanpour's series is a page out
of the New World Odor handbook:
First you present the thesis: God's Warriors are
fundamentalists of any religion. Islam becomes equal to Christianity and Judaism.
Then you present the antithesis: Rational, educated people everywhere, ( Christian Amanpour, The AoC, for instance ), have more sense than that of course.
And finally the synthesis: The problem is any
fundamental faith and the solution is to turn the screws on them. We must rid ourselves of them.
Ms Amanpour gently repeats the theme of Gods Warriors until we all realize that being a warrior for God is foolishness. In fact the idea that there is an actual God seems primitive and foolish, particularly if said God is Holy and/or righteous as
opposed to, what ? I don't know, a dottering old Mr Nice Guy who doesn't care if you obey him or not.

Keep up the good fight Constance, and put on the whole armour of God.

    Yours truly
    Paul Farrar

The documentation alone in this article is a treasure indeed definitely a keeper!
    Thank you.
I also discovered what ‘Green Evangelicals’ were. Why do these things still surprise me?

In the above-mentioned article he stated “The Books of Daniel and Revelations both make it quite plain that environmental disasters come from the Almighty as punishment for Sin, and Christians are to have faith that God is in control. God was in control during Noah's flood, in the environmental plagues of Egypt, in the workings of Elijah, in the great storms and snakebites, which plagued the early disciples. Biblically these things are from the Lord,”

Well, that’s not what is being preached in the Word Movement today, anything that would come to kill, steal or destroy is of the devil [Jhn.10:10] – because every good & perfect gift comes down from the Father of Lights [Js.1:17]. True scriptural statements indeed, but they need to be balanced to say the least. It’s like they haven't read His book.
Could it be that, though the Bible tells us that there will be earthquakes in diverse places & other environmental changes occurring it doesn’t necessarily mean God is the author of them. He may just be telling us what will be coming in the end. Technology is proving that man can cause such disasters [HARRP, etc…] – God is capable also, and who knows maybe it will be a combination of the two.

Anyways, Paula Muran's testimony on her website tells how she channels sanatkumara who is [calling itself] the ‘ANCIENT OF DAYS’ and the ‘I AM that I AM’ This blasphemy comes from the one who has, since his fall wanted nothing less than to be GOD. Claiming he [sanatkumara] has penned through such greats as Alice A. Bailey and Madame Blavatsky.
Have you ever heard of her?

Rudi, The afore mentioned sanatkumara devil also says he’s the one behind this PLAN. “‘Each and every phase has been carefully orchestrated to bring you to this particular time, this particular evolution. I along with many others who have watched over the development of this race and now it is time to ‘put into action’ the plan, the Divine Will of God. I, Sanatkumara, have fully orchestrated this plan,” http://www.paulamuran.com/www/paulamuran/SanatKumara.htm or http://tinyurl.com/35lqg7

I also take comfort from the Psalmist who said “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, [saying], Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.” “Blessed [are] all they that put their trust in him.” Psalm 2:1-4; 12

    Merciful Shalom

For all on this site - I pray that the peace of God rest upon each of you. I pray that the Lord's presence & glory fill your heart, home, and workplace.

I pray that wherever you go others can see the glory of God in your countenance. May a hedge of protection surround you in all endeavors.

May the Holy Spirit draw you closer to Himself and may a fresh fire ignite within, whereas you hunger for God like never before.

The green evangelical article was very interesting and reminded me of something from my physics classes in college. I went to a very "green" WA state college, and we were taught how all light is matter and how they were discovering that all matter is light, then a very mystical thought came about that God is light, so all matter must be God.

Really plays in to this. Funny how I so recognized many of my professors as Ecofeminists. Many of my art classes were on "the Primitive". I was very much singled out for believing in God.

Everyone: Please don't forget to pray for the college students who are persecuted with bad grades and failure to advance their degrees when they won't renounce God.

Jewish or Christian, I think we have all felt the following way after trying to get through to others at one time or another. My friend sent this comment to me:

"Unfortunately, I've already sent that email back into the electronic void. I seldom forward any emails from Prof. Paul Eidelberg to anyone anymore since no one seems interested enough to even comment on his articles. I'm sure you empathize with that phenomenon. Most people who say they are "concerned" about Israel, really just enjoy pissing and moaning about the latest travesty du jour but when offered an insight in to the fundamental causes and cures, they just can't be bothered to read and ponder. Even my Orthy-Israeli e-friend spends more time hopping around inane internet amusement sites than keeping abreast of events that threaten the very existence of her adopted homeland. I send her learned articles; she sends me videos of kittens.
I can't even feel anger anymore."
