THE NEW WORLD RELIGION, AT LEAST AS I SAW IT COMING IN 1994
Unpacking is leading me to much I haven't found in years. I found this item I drafted in 1994 and 1995. It was as I saw the New World Religion "converging" as Barbara Marx Hubbard might put it. (Barbara Marx Hubbard had said in her 1988 speech that 'now all the resonating core groups with outwardly different purposes are merging and blending and coming together to do THE ONE WORK."
Here are the steps as I saw them THEN. Is any of this happening? Let me know what you think and what I may have missed.

1. New Agers believe recognition for a NEED·for the New World Religion will arise·from·a recognition of cults and their dangers, spiritual hunger, and conflict in human family. See Alice Ann Bailey, The Reappearance of the Christ, Chapter 6, pages 147-155. Cf. CRI (Christian Research Institute,SCP (Spiritual Counterfeits . Project), CAN, Cult Awareness. Network, EMNR (Evangelical Ministry to New Religions ), etc.
2. They will then explore religious facts we can AGREE upon.
3. The fact of GOD will be universally agreed upon.
4. Karma and semantic variations upon it will be increasingly expressed. In western religion it wi!! be based upon the biblical precept of "Whatsoever a man soweth, that will he also reap." . Karma.and . related semantic variations will be variously called "The Law of. Cause and Effect," "The Law of Reciprocity" (cf. Pat Robertson); The law of Rebirth, depending on the beginning religious/spiritual orientation of the presenter and the listener.
5. CONTINUITY OF REVELATION will be stressed. This should be carefully considered in view of ·Catholic/Protestant debates over SOLA SCRIPTURA and Protestant presentations of BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT and WORDS OF KNOWLEDGE. Traditional careful tests of what is and is not of God will be largely abandoned in hunger for "New Revelation," signs and wonders, abandoning past caution. of all such claims.
6. Doctrine of AVATARS or continuing saviors will be tied in with stress upon spiritual hunger of man and man's reaching out to God. Supposedly, God will respond with new messengers.
7. Man will be given an expectancy that ·another great REVELATION is on its way from an all caring God,
8. This new REVELATION will prove the truth of the IMMANENCY of God (that God is inside you and everything else).
9. We will also be told that God is TRANSCENDENT as well as IMMANENT. This is so we will have to LOOK outside as well as inside for new REVELATION. People who restrict themselves to Biblical consistency or Scriptural verification of these new "truths"will be increasingly marginalized -- inside and outside the Church.
10. A SCIENCE of prayer and worship will be stressed. Cf, "CONCERTS OF PRAYER (David Bryant); CENTERING PRAYER;CHRISTIAN MEDITATION in Christian groups. In New Age groups cf (compare with) TRIANGLES, MEDITATION GROUPS, etc. Praying will be done according to a FORMULA.
11. Hovering all through this is a belief in the establishment of THE KINGDOM OF GOD ON EARTH as "GOD REALIZED" peoples manifest "Christ," "God," ''The Holy Spirit," "angels," inside themselves as they increasingly absorb all of the above.
12. Astrology will be harmonized with the Bible and Bible Study and historical investigation will "reveal" that actually it is a counterfeited "Godly thing." Cf. Prophecies in Stone of Southwest Radio Church, Protestant beliefs that actually astrology stood for 12 Apostles, 12 Tribes of Israel, etc.
13. Throughout all of this the watchwords will be DIALOGUE and UNDERSTANDING in the interests of EVANGELIZATION. There will be presentations through CROSS CULTURAL MINISTRIES, and the missionary process, particularly of the Protestants, will be largely subverted in the interests of liberty to teach to indigenous peoples by stressing commonality with the native religions rather than a simple presentation of the Gospel.
14. CONNECTEDNESS and group exercises to make people feel CONNECTED wi!! be increasingly stressed. Sometimes this will be done to "promote righteousness." In the New Age the only "sin" is to be "the sin of separation. (Alice Ann Bailey). Cf. THREE AND ONE HALF YEARS SINCE SOLANA GAVE 'MANAGING GLOBAL INSECURITY' SPEECH
On September 21, 2010, the United States Central Intelligence Service and the European Union Institute for Strategic Studies issued their joint report which stemmed quite obviously out of the Brookings Institution conference held on March 21, 2007. Exactly 3 1/2 years later to the date, the USA and EU issued its first ever joint project -- GLOBAL GOVERNANCE 2025. The Managing Global Security provisions are clearly noted within. You may read and download it for yourself by clicking here. I advise you to promptly do so before the continued lovely little game of "now you see us, now you don't" resumes.
Javier Solana's imprint is obviously all over the documents. He has been more effective than most outside of governmental circles that KNOW might guess.
Three and one half years -- and starting with the implementation plans of the Alliance of Civilizations at that! A time, times and half a time? Time and events will tell!

UNITED STATES AND EUROPEAN UNION ISSUE JOINT CALL FOR 'GLOBAL GOVERNANCE'
"The National Intelligence Council is pleased to release Global Governance 2025: At a Critical Juncture. The report, produced in conjunction with the European Union's Institute for Security Studies, is a follow-on to the NIC's 2008 Global Trends 2025 study. Global Governance 2025 provides an informal contribution to an important international debate on the way forward for global, regional, and bilateral institutions and frameworks to meet emerging challenges such as climate change, resource management, international migration flows, and new technologies. While not policy prescriptive, the report shares a strong belief that global challenges will require global solutions. The report's primary purpose is to help policymakers in the US and abroad to chart a course for effective management of international problems. In addition, we hope that it will stimulate a broad-ranging debate among academic and nongovernmental experts.
Global Governance 2025 is innovative in many ways. It is the NIC's first unclassified report jointly developed and produced with a non-US body. The report is a culmination of a highly inclusive process that involved consultations with government officials, media representatives, and business, academic, NGO, and think tank leaders in Brazil, China, India, Japan, Russia, South Africa, and the UAE."

Signs of the Times -- and then some!
Social event of the season? German foreign minister weds his same sex partner. I don't remember seeing any movies on end time events and scenarios quite this wild! Makes it kind of difficult for me to get worked up about alleged Mormon polygamy!

A bit player in the Armageddon Script?
Their script is now written, subject only to last minute editing and stage-directions. The stage itself, albeit as yet in
darkness, is almost ready. Down in the pit, the subterranean orchestra is already tuning up. The last-minute, walk-on parts
are even now being filled. Most of the main actors, one suspects, have already taken up their roles. Soon it will be time for

The media has had a field day fanning flames over the antics of an alleged 30 to 50 member congregation headed by Pastor Terry Jones in Gainesville, Florida. Certainly the pastor's actions are, in my opinion, clearly imprudent. What his true motivations may be, I can't purport to say. I cannot help but suspect that those with an agenda may have egged him on. It has even occurred to me that wittingly or unwittingly, he is an important player in THE ARMAGEDDON SCRIPT.
That is the title of a 1980 book by Peter LeMesurier. LeMesurier is an English New Age strategist/author. He, like his predecessor, Alice Ann Bailey, affirmed that the targets were Jews, Christians, and Moslems -- "Peoples of the Book" as David Spangler puts it. Monotheists are hated and despised. The well outlined strategy was to pit all three target groups who practiced monotheism in one form or another against each other, as well as their respective subgroups against other subgroups.

The Alliance of Civilizations has had a field day. One of its major spokespersons, John Esposito, has been widely featured in media ranging from the New York Times to CNN interviews and probably many others. Those were the ones I viewed. Certainly our own "Rich of Medford" can tell you more about this. He has given excellent analytical coverage of the Alliance of Civilizations and its agenda to regulate religion and its educational curricula globally.
Esposito's Alliance of Civilizations 'Group of Personalities' sidekick, Karen Armstrong, has been even more energetic in marginalizing monotheism of any sort as "idolatrous."
Well, they have certainly all had a lovely "crisis = opportunity" week. The pastor's planned program will give them big excuses to step up their campaign of scrutinizing and regulating religious education curriculums. I wonder how much Pastor Terry Jones has considered the full ramification of his actions?
I'm not at all sure that Pastor Terry Jones' actions are divinely anointed. I am sure, however, that it is a potentially important event in setting the stage for persecution to come.

The former NATO Secretary General and High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), Javier Solana is, from now on the board of the Yalta European Strategy (YES). This explained the Polish ex-president, Aleksander Kwasniewski, told the press. He said Dr. Solana has given his assent to the proposal to hold the post to the board of this organization, which is really a great honor for the organization. In this context, said Aleksander Kwasniewski, his conviction that would help Dr. Solana, who possessed only a wealth of experience, vision and political standing, a major contribution to European integration, with concrete proposals. The next meeting of YES is of 30 September to 2 October will be held by the current challenges will be discussed in world politics and in the European context

The discussion focused on Ukraine's relations with the EU and Russia, the negotiations on the future deep and comprehensive free trade area between Ukraine and the European Union, and the prospects for boosting Ukraine's integration with the EU. THE FRANKLIN SCANDAL - INTERNET RADIO TOMORROW NIGHT
I am reading the above book by author Nick Bryant. It is is both compelling and dismaying. The author, Nick Bryant will be my radio guest tomorrow night.
