THE CONTRACTION AND CONVERGENCE OF JAVIER SOLANA?

UPDATE TO ALL: AS OF 2:30 THIS AFTERNOON, 12-11-2007, I REGOOGLED SOLANA. "JAVIER SOLANA" HAD 255,000 HITS FOR ALL LANGUAGES. Then I decided to see how many of those 255,000 were English language ones. 1,260,000!!!! You may view by clicking on picture which should expand it to full page size
Constance

ONE HALF HOUR AFTER LAST STORY, SOLANA UP TO 1.5 MILLION http://www.google.com/ HITS; NEXT DOWN TO 215,000 ONES! WHY THE ON LINE HIDING?

First picture, approximately 11:30 a.m. this morning from Yahoo search. SOLANA HAS 2,700,000 hits there with quotes around his name (over 7 million hits with the quotes removed) ; second picture, midnight last night from an office computer with only 218,000 http://www.google.com/ hits (approximate), December 8, 2007 and December 7, 2007, respectively in order of placement of pictures. Interestingly, http://www.ask.com/ has a higher hit count for Javier Solana now than even http://www.google.com/. Incredible!

WHY THE LOW COUNTS ON GOOGLE WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE OF THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE OF SEARCH ENGINES? Is something happening here? What it is, is not exactly clear? This is paraphrasing a song popular in the 1960's!

Stay tuned!

Why the decline? I am not a computer whiz so please shed some light on this for understanding. I would like to gain wisdom on the subject, thanks.

I rather suspect something's up and it's convenient for him to be a little less visible for a time -- but then, who knows. Perhaps somebody at GOOGLE doesn't like him; perhaps it is (grin!) retaliation for his "Condolences to the Catholic Church on the DISAPPEARANCE of its spiritual leader" terse condolence on the death of Pope John Paul II -- perhaps GOOGLE has had memory crashes, although oddly, one half hour after I posted first story yesterday about the google hits decline for Dr. Solana, he suddenly went up to 1.5 million hits. At midnight, approximately, I decided to take one last look and saw that he was down to an 11 year low: 215,000 google hits only. This morning, 219,000 only and I am putting the picture up to prove it. He is closer to 3 million Yahoo! hits and has more on every other search engine than on Google!

WHY?

Constance Cumbey said...

If you click on the little picture, it will expand to a full page view!

Simplicity In Christ said...

Now the search is up to 2.17 million.

On a side note, if you enter "javier Solana" (small j), the search is only 2.13 million, 40,000 less. Odd.

It seems that Google has a programming problem.

Not to change subjects, but I just found this quote by Abraham Lincoln that sounds so terribly like what has been happening with our own government last few years:

Allow the president to invade a neighboring nation, whenever he shall deem it necessary to repel an invasion, and you allow him to do so whenever he may choose to say he deems it necessary for such a purpose—and you allow him to make war at pleasure.

Hi Susan,

FYI Go to http://www.google-watch.org/

I'm no puter expert, but I'd say best bet is to to set your machine to delete ALL cookies every time you close your browser. And try to avoid using Google! (Good luck, they're everywhere!) From my understanding, Internet 2 requires users to log on with a pin #, which will be even more controlling than what we are seeing now.

This report needs all the exposure you can give it. Please click on the link and read. Here's a few excerpts:
Google is massively invading privacy. It knows more than any other organisation about
people, companies and organisations than any institution in history before, and is not restricted
by national data protection laws.
Google's open aim is to "know everything there is to know on Earth". It cannot be tolerated
that a private company has that much power: it can extort, control, and dominate the world at
will.

A few months ago I remember a news report here on Australian TV that Google executives were meeting with all the High Tech execs (computer games people?)to plan out how the future might (would?) unfold.
So I did a search (on Google of course) but could find nothing at all. I don't know if that is true now if I did a search but then I found it a little strange.
I found the story strange too - why would all these high tech execs be meeting to plan out the future with Google and apparently at Google's behest? It certainly had a conspiratorial tone to it.

Now that I am enthused it reminds me of another news item that told about a computer device the size of a printer that plugged into the computer and could create smells and tastes. The example they used was a Roman Catholic wafer. Naturally this grabbed my attention like nothing else. I think this was on the radio so I checked later with the news sources but nobody could help with my enquiries. They knew nothing.

Dear friends,

I am almost overcome with the ramifications of the EU Treaty and Solana's rise to power. When I went to his page and read his version of the powers he had gained this week, I was then steered to a Galileo page. A free video was there for viewing about Project Galileo which was to a 4 satellite triangulation which would show where virtually all things were at all times.

A control freak's finest dream -- everybody else's nightmare.

I am trying to encapsulate it with an article for posting both here and at Newswithviews. Pray for me -- I now can relate to Daniel's feelings of powerlessness when the Lord revealed future events to him. I wanted so much to pick up the phone and talk with folks about it -- but, hey, you would want to kill me if I called any of you at this hour and Dorothy whom I usually bounce these things off is still in the University of Chicago Hospital recovering from her recent surgery.

Pray for me! Pray for all of us. Be strong -- I do feel that it is here AND GREATLY INTENSIFYING!

Constance, “Project Galileo which was to a 4 satellite triangulation which would show where virtually all things were at all times.” If you could see a satellite and the world’s electronic communication with that satellite, what shape would it be? Anyway, I join hearts with all of you in lifting up prayers and supplication for Dorothy. I'm no computer geek, but I have a friend who teaches data mining techniques, teaches classes on how to scan emails, collect IP addresses, etc. There is only the illusion of privacy on the web. My friend can send me emails that look like they came from somebody else (that's what spammers do). The point is, we ARE all identified by our IP addresses. So even if I choose to use "anonymous" on this Google blog, my comments written here are logged as having come from my machine, my IP address. Think about this Constance, you don't know who I am, but Google does, and so does anyone who has an agreement with Google to extract and compile specific types of info. My friend told me there are still ways to secure privacy on the web, but they require using secure sites that "hide" or encode IP addresses. But such techniques are beyond the average web user. I guess we should consider carefully the admonition to be "wise as serpents", however I am also reminded that those of us who are in Christ have nothing to fear, and we are supposed to "let our light shine before men".

What is Google doing? For all searches they record the cookie ID, your Internet IP address, the time and date, your search terms, and your browser configuration. Increasingly, Google is customizing results based on your IP number. This is referred to in the industry as "IP delivery based on geolocation." That is why different folks using different machines get different search results, and the reason we can see different advertisements on the same web page. Oh yes, we are all identified.

Remember the Unabomber, Ted Kaczynsky? He tried to blow up some of the people that he believed were leading us into "technological slavery". While his violent actions were evil and detestable, some of his ideas were legit, indeed timely. For example, section #2 of his rambling "manifesto" states, "There is no way of reforming or modifying the system so as to prevent it from depriving people of dignity and autonomy." Mad Ted tried to warn us that we are being trapped by technology and will become slaves to those who control the technology. He also understood that many are willing to be led into bondage because "People anxious to rescue freedom without sacrificing the supposed benefits of technology will suggest naive schemes for some new form of society that would reconcile freedom with technology." While Ted may have indeed followed a violent path, he was right about many things, not the least of which was his idea that "freedom" cannot coexist with an ever expanding technology. At least not unless we allow the definition and concept of the word to be changed..

While Google's cookies do indeed expire in two years, they are renewed (date resets) automatically every time a Google page is loaded. That makes them virtually immortal. Also, Google's compilation of data is so extensive and enormous, with near infinite storage capacity, that they have the inside track on all stock market movements, currency rates, exchanges, etc. This information has enormous value and power. There is no such thing as "private email" unless you are using encryption software.

Welcome to the New World Order.

Constance Cumbey said...

My point here is that google is under EU pressures which could make them VERY SUSCEPTIBLE to doing just as the EU says! That could include managing news and/or sharing privacy intrusion gained info with EU sources.

And just who is running the EU? The guy who is suddenly shrinking on google -- the same one who gained enormous new powers last week. Check out Farmer's blogspot for more info!

Now here's something else even more interesting and fascinating about the google.com odyssey. Rich of Medford and I were chatting on SKYPE last night. I decided to see how many English language hits there were on Javier Solana. To my amazement, there were 1,260,000 English language hits alone on him, ignoring all the other world languages. Then I checked Spanish language hits: nearly half a million with his name in quotes! He's discussed in nearly every world language.

GO FIGURE: is the total realistically here LESS than the sum of its parts. I suspect Solana suddenly wants a lowered profile while the treaty ratification process is in play and google under whatever pressures helped him, but they didn't make them altogether go away!

SOMETHING BIG IS UP! STAY TUNED!!!

(I was looking for that video posted linked from Rich's site, "New Age: Pathway to Paradise?" when it stopped on me, and I couldn't get it to go, so I logged off and back on, and then tried to find it by searching, but instead I got this 8 minute movie.)

Bravo Douginmi! But please change your name to "Peter" at once! In plain sight means you might be one of the first to be martyred. I hope you are ready. Indeed, I agree, we should fear nothing but the Lord, however we should not be in a a rush for persecution or martyrdom either. That kind of thinking is reckless and foolhardy. Christians who are engaged in providing opposition to the menace that is bearing down on the world need to become more discriminating, take some common sense precautions, or else very soon we will serve no useful purpose. Our computers are obviously not secure. Soon, we may not be able to share information between us, or sound a warning. First we are monitored, than we are isolated, then we are silenced. You may indeed be ready for your cross, but our weaker brothers and sisters in Christ need all the time and all the warning signals from all the watchmen and women the Lord commands. They need people like you, people like Constance and those that blog here regularly, to keep them awake. I am very concerned that this website will not be here next year because nobody cared enough to heed the warning signs.

Douginmi, I appreciate your heart and response also. Let this be a lesson for all of us...
Sometime around 250 AD Ignatius, the Bishop of Antioch, wrote that "It is necessary, therefore, to not only be called by the name 'Christian' but to actually be a Christian.... If we are not ready to die in the same manner of His suffering, His life is not in us" (John 12:25).
Faithful to the end, Ignatious’ final written words were thus, "Bring on the fire and the cross. Bring on the packs of wild beasts. Let there be the breaking and dislocating of my bones and the severing of my limbs. Bring on the mutilation of my whole body. In fact, bring on all the diabolical tortures of Satan. Only let me attain to Jesus Christ! I would rather die for Jesus Christ than to reign over the ends of the entire earth." Shortly after penning these words, Ignatius was brought before a screaming mob in the Colosseum of Rome, where he was torn to pieces by wild animals.

Wherever Christ’s followers live surrounded by comfort and wealth, faith tends to shrivel up, and Satan gains influence. But wherever people are persecuted for Christ‘s sake, faith grows and the kingdom is multiplied. If tough times lie ahead of us then we need to prepare, so we can say, like Ignatius, that we “would rather die for Jesus Christ than to reign over the ends of the entire earth". Amen.

Okay, lets play the Google game. I have a half dozen posts or so on this particular blog page under "anonymous", and a few more under some other subject threads as well. (Thank you Constance for hosting this forum!) I have decided to create a Google account as a courtesy to other bloggers who should at least be allowed the option of determining consistency in a bloggers responses and comments. It's hard to respond to multiple blogs when you are not sure it is the same person who is responding back. So, from now on, you will hear from me as Oldmanoftheski, (which tells you a little bit about what I like to do in my spare time.) Thanks and peace in Jesus Christ to all who post here, doesn't really matter if using anonymous or a catchy nickname, Google knows a lot about us, and is compiling more information every day.
