UN nominee Bolton's accuser is a New Age activist

IF THE NEW AGERS ARE THAT MUCH AGAINST HIM, HE MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!

I have never met, to the best of my recollection, John Bolton. I know relatively little about the controversy surrounding him. As I said in previous columns, for various reasons, I'm hardly the biggest of George W. Bush fans. I've not met Cliff Kincaid face to face, either. However, we have chatted frequently -- online, on the radio, and by telephone. I respect Cliff Kincaid highly as a journalist and as apolitical analyst. I value his judgment. We don't always agree, but very often we do.

Needless to say, having written the first major critical book on the subject, The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow: The New Age Movement and our Coming Age of Barbarism, I do pay attention to the New Agers, their agendas, and their on-going vendetta against Monotheistic religion -- Jews, Christians -- both Catholic and Protestant, and even Moslems (except for the Sufis whom they rightfully number as their own). Not always, but most of the time when a New Ager is fervently against something or somebody, it is because they are perceived as an obstacle to implementation of the full agenda -- the implementation they figure has been overdue since at least 1982.

One of my most faithful readers who is also a highly talented researcher, emailed me a piece this morning about Lynne D. Finney. She is the lady who has made lots of headlines the last two days with accusations about Mr. Bolton allegedly harrassing her on a job in the early 1980s.

It appears that she was then and continues to be a New Age Movement activist, complete with "instruction by Tibetan monks", a guru named "Master Nome" and herself gives seminars on memory recovery using hypnosis. For these, she charges $90 per hour.

There have been extraordinary media attacks as of late on anything that smacks of evangelicalism and religious orthodoxy. Evangelicals and conservative Catholics, were dangerous, per the media, for having opposed the 'humane' starvation of the late Terri Schiavo. Even Hillary Clinton caught it on NBC this morning for daring to invoke the name of Jesus. Evangelicals, says the media, are entirely too powerful. Now, even Democrats are beginning to believe they must respect their beliefs.

Strangely, however, there has been media silence on New Age beliefs and their all powerful -- even documentably dangerous -- effect on both litigation and legislation. The Schiavo attorney, George Felos, who fought so desperately for the ordered judicial murder by starvation death of Terri was motivated by his own beliefs in meditation and 'telepathic communication.' While aggressively trashing Christian beliefs and outing those in government who might still have even a modicum left of them, he shamelessly and aggressively proselytizes his own. Nary a word from the ACLU!

I had no opinions on the Bolton situation until I read that such a deeply grounded New Ager as Lynne Finney sought Mr. Bolton's political hide. But now, I am starting to believe that if the New Agers so desperately don't want him at the United Nations, perhaps he is exactly the type of person who should be there -- particularly at this time when the New Agers claim that their new 'Christ' is about to make full 'emergence.' Just as Christian support is a reverse indicator for the New Agers, so is New Age opposition a reverse indicator for me!

I'm interested in your point of view. Have a great and productive day. Maranatha!

Wow! Ms. Cumbey, you're quite the watchman on the wall. I've known that the New Age spiritual agenda was strong and active, especially in the United Nations, but I have not looked close enough to see this kind of detail (what are your sources). :)

What I have learned thus is disturbing enough.

The UN's spiritual agenda is strong due to major influence from NGO's to the likes of the New Age "think tank" (I guess is what I can call it) the Lucis Trust. I have always wondered how deep and active New Agers are in the American government, but now I guess I have a better idea. Those who see Bolton as a threat sound like "foot souldiers" who are out to protect their precious UN as it stands against the monotheistic two (Judaism and Christianity) at all costs.

For those who want a quick glimpse of the UN's spiritual agenda and why Bolton is probably a threat, look Here, Especially Here, And here!.

As an afterthought, it just literally sends chills down my spine to know that some, if not all of Mr. Bolton's opposition are New Agers in some way shape or form.

Oh, Lord Jesus please bring the body of Christ out of its lethargy and open our eyes to see and thwart the schemes of Satan. Renew our minds day after day. Amen

"I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover you shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent. Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If ANYONE hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.

-Jesus (Rev. 3:18-20)

Thanks Truth for leading us to the wonderfully written articles. I would particularly suggest readers not miss the link to "meeting minutes" that appears in the article entitled Earth Charter's Spiritual Agenda.

Hi, I've been wanting to ask if anyone knows if Solana has ever been confronted about the prophecies that he's fulfilled and if so, how has he responded?

Perhaps if you could tell us what religion he believes in, we would know how to phrase the question.

I was probably the first writer in the 1980s to analyze Lucis Trust and sound the alarms on it. It was heavily covered in both of my books, THE HIDDEN DANGERS OF THE RAINBOW (1983, but written by me in 1981) and A PLANNED DECEPTION: THE STAGING OF A NEW AGE MESSIAH (1986) Marilyn Ferguson's book THE AQUARIAN CONSPIRACY written from the author's New Age perspective was more than ample proof of its active infiltration into USA, Canadian, and European governments! Thank you for the kind words.

For the anonymous wondering about Solana's religion, to the best of my present knowledge, he is an atheist. His wife and children, however, may or may not be. His wife is the daughter of a top Franco general. Solana was active in Marxist circles.

For the sake of those wanting the sources for this article, click on the boxed in headline and you'll pull a source article up. Then do a google search and a Yahoo! search. You'll yield a gold mine of references, especially about her Tibetan Buddhism! I suspect she may have had EST involvement as well, because the formula issue was one the Werner Erhard "The Hunger Project" groups were using to proselytize for the New Age Movement among well-intentioned social activists in 1981 when I started serious investigation of the subject. I cannot definitely say which came first, the chick or the eggs here -- some people came in because of their social conscience and then were lured to other deeper and darker aspects of the New Age Movement, e.g., they would go to the lectures and then be invited to an EST seminar. I detailed the process in my book, THE HIDDEN DANGERS OF THE RAINBOW. Other people started on the mind control, New Age religions end and used the Nestle formula issue to proselytize others in -- where Bolton's current accuser falls on the spectrum I cannot say, but it is interesting to see that this was her issue. I see that she is also a social worker and holds an M.S.W. degree as does my husband. That particular professional crowd had much New Age influencing!

The John Bolton article has really good info Constance as do all your comments. Character assasination is being taken to new levels in politics these days. Bolton is the latest to face this dishonest and deceptive practice. Some Democrat politicians and the media have no shame left. This lack of morals appears to be quite acceptable to them and is obviously part of their core beliefs. Thanks to your books and other info I can now put a name to this troublesome development. New Age religion.
Politics is not what moves me, Christianity is above all. I care deeply when my grand children are being exposed to and yes even taught New Age ways in our schools. To those who say we should not offend people with our prayers and Ten commandments in public I ask who is offended and why. After many years of not wanting to offend people I finally realised what is behind this agenda. The total replacement of Christianity with the Devils New Age movement is what is so deceptively being done to us.
Yes politics is especially important when this is understood. Would George W. Bush had he been president in 1999 have given our military to Solana to use to overthrow the Yugoslavia Government? I dont know but considering the conflict that was taking place with a long history of Islamic terrorism against Christian serbs in an effort to drive the Serbs from their home in Kosovo that was birthplace of their religion I think George would not make the same decision as did Bill Clinton.
About the new Pope. His words and actions are not those of a False prophet as some say. He deserves the support of all. My guess on who will be the False prophet they talk about is some one from the New age movement and it could be a future democrat president of the good old USA. Someone with worldwide support like the Clintons.

Hi. I am the one that was wondering whether Solana had ever been confronted with the prophecies that he has been fullfilling and if so, how did he respond... Im' pretty sure he is an atheist, however, I would like to know if he's ever been confronted about it and if so, how has he responded... Someone down the line should confront him about it...

Anonymous #9, as an outsider to the discussion, this Christ-AntiChrist business gets a little confusing. It would seem to me that an Antichrist would have to think and act like he believes Christ would act, otherwise he would fool no one. Now an Antichrist couldn't be a true believing Christian because that would be a contradiction of his faith. http://www.answers.com/topic/jewish-messiah A Jew would have too many conditions to pretend to fulfill to be an anti-annointed one or anti-Messiah.

Athiests don't believe in Christ one way or another, so what's to pretend.

Now a New Ager could be an Antichrist because a person full of pride could believe he was an ascended master come to help humanity make the transition to the New Age, which is what New Agers think Christ is to do. New Agers can believe they are reincarnations of just about anything.

Now, could a person be the Antichrist without knowing he was an Antichrist or even thinking such a thing could exist?

If Solana is an athiest, asking him what he thinks about fulfilling some other religion's prophecies would be rather strange. Rather like asking a Christian if he knew he was a reincarnation of Buddha or some such.

I've read what an Antichrist is supposed to do, but not what an Antichrist is supposed to believe about himself or herself for that matter.

To the last commenter who believes the Antichrist would have to impersonate Jesus and not be an atheist -- why don't you re-read 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 CAREFULLY and then we'll talk. The prophecy was probably that he was an atheist -- he would regard himself above everything that was worshipped or called god . . .
